I have always had a great experience with oak berry. But this time the service was absolutely terrible. The counter machine was broken and it looked like the blonde young girl didn’t even want to work. I ordered my Acai bowl with watermelon and she didn’t put it inside and when I asked her if she could add it, she simply told me that they’ve run out, when I could see the container full of watermelon inside. She just made up an excuse and wasn’t even bothered. My partner ordered a smoothie and she added only water and a tiny bit of acai in it. It tasted terrible and when we complained about it she simply told us that she only puts the acai for three seconds. This service is unacceptable and she should be fired!
Probably the best Acai in Brisbane. The handmade toppings such as pistacho and chia pudding are remarkable. Recommended!
Amazing! Went for breakfast and a single worker was there and powered through the multiple orders, she got the ratios right and was so polite.

Super friendly and patient (hahaha me when it comes to deciding 🤔😄) staff. Love the variety of Granola options and the fact you can have as many toppings as you'd like. I got the OakBerry, always the bigger size when it comes to me and acai 😂 Toppings, fav strawberry banana and passionfruit with coconut flakes and peanut butter and vegan Granola. Mmm. Love the decor, vibrant and fun! Close walking distance to our accommodation while we stayed a night to see Ben Harper. Bonus!!
You can get the best authentic Brazilian acai here. It's so tasty! There's lots of options to choose from - acai bowls, acai smoothies, different sizes and as many toppings and additions as you like. You can dine in sitting inside or outside. Great service too. Highly recommend if you want authentic acai!
We love the branch in Byron so had to go here! Quality is the same! What we love about this brand amongst others is that details needed to order are on a clean layout and easy to understand. Sizes were precise. Cost is pretty bang for the buck cause unlimited toppings?! You pay for some add ons though but not a deal breaker. If you want fast, cheap and delicious acai bowl with generous toppings , this is the place to be!
I love this açaí shop, firstly the product is unique, healthy and authentic. Secondly, the atmosphere there makes me feel closer to Brasil. At least, you can choose as many toppings as you want. Enjoy the Açaí.

Very slow service and the shop attendant did not remove her gloves when serving at the till. Same gloves touching all the fruit and serving customers !!!! Yuck. (4/1/24 @ 2pm)

Probably the best Acai bowl I have had. I ve been here a number of times and always get the OG The works - with all the fruit which includes strawberries, banana, kiwi, plus the granola . It s a big serve and just perfect for lunch, with seating available out the front along boundary street. Service is friendly and prompt and the ingredients super fresh. Thank you I will keep returning. I am keen to try the other things they have on the menu like toe protein balls and vegan treats, but I can t seem to go past the açai bowl.

Love oakberry
Food was great as always. However, the service was a let down. Stood in front of the counter for a few minutes - no acknowledgement or greeting from staff. When it came to order, the cashier simply sat in the chair and didn t say anything - leading me unsure as to whether they were ready? Said thank you and goodbye only to be stonewalled. As having worked in hospitality for a number of years, these are the basic things that should be expected. Not sure if I would return.

Great acai and chill vibes
The lady serving was so beyond rude. She couldn t even greet us. We arrived and she took multiple minutes out the back - even after we dinged the bell - chatting and looked so inconvenienced by our presence. I have been a big fan of oakberry before but I think I ll have to go next door next time. She also took a really long time to make our food

Costs twice as much as insane acai next door, isnt as good, only available in disposable cups, took about 30 minutes to make and the service was unfriendly and unapologetic. Honestly, I dont understand how they stay open with insane acai (the original West End acai owned and operated by the nicest guy on boundry st) next door.
Love it but I really miss the hazelnut butter Hopefully it will be back because that is the reason why I rate it 4 stars

I love açai. And the highlight about going to BrisVegas is a must stop in West End for a Oakberry Acai. The combination with fresh fruits is absolutely delicious!!! You must try it!

Great acai.. possibly the best I ve had. But this brand REALLY needs to offer reusable cubs and cutlery. Would be easy to have a quick wash dishwasher like bars have. Important for environment as the cup s don t recycled cause they have left over acai in it
I go here once every week - love the açai :D My only nit picks are: - I find the in store music rather loud and makes it a bit hard to have a conversation - single use cups, would prefer a dine in option for a glass they clean/reuse
Been here a few times and it is hands down the best acai Ive ever had. The service has always been great and the acai is even better. Just wish there was one closer to home so I wouldnt have to drive so far to get it

Visiting from NSW I walked from Brisbane City to get a Acai bowl from Oakberry but the girl at counter was scratching her face and then put her fingers in her mouth did not look very inviting and just stared at us. I left and went next door although I know the product is better at Oakberry

Very yummy and nutritious acai cup. Unlimited toppings which is amazing. Absolutely refreshing and cooling for a hot spring day. The honey toasted oats were delicious and toasted to perfection. Definitely add that to your acai for a bit of oaty crunch.
For those out there who think açaí is a health food sorry to disappoint you. It s a scam that started in the US :) Think of it as the same nutrition as fruit ice cream. Plenty of and sugar added as the berry is actually bitter in taste. Brazilians eat it as a treat after the gym but know it is actually quite fattening.
When I normally read a review that says the typical this place is great best food ever! I always assume these are fake or exaggerated responses. But when it comes to this store OakBerry Açai West End EVERY single positive review is 100% true! My friends and I received would definitely be classified as THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Highly recommend this place to every single açai bowl lover (or cup in this situation)

Kinda surprised no reviews on here mention how sugary the açai base is. Literally tastes like soft drink or something. Iv been to a few oakberry stores and it s always the same. The toppings are good but the base ruins it.. comparing oakberry to a normal blended açai is like comparing Fanta to orange juice

I ve been living in Australia for almost 8 years now. I tried so many açais in here: in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Gold Coast and Brisbane. I ve ordered açaí bowls, juices and nothing was not even close to our Brazilian original açaí. Until I tried Oakberry. First time that the açaí was not blended with apple or orange juice, coconut water or anything like that. It is our original flavour. It is delicious! It is sweet as it s meant to be! And you can mix it with so many toppings that it s a pleasure in a cup! This is indeed not only the best, but the true real açaí you will find in Australia! And the West End store has the best staff, environment and location in town! You go there to order yourself a cup, and also to make new friends! At least once a week I m around having my fav mix
