We ordered using the website so the business didn t incur additional charges from Ubereats or Deliveroo (as they request on their in store advertising). Website stated pick up time of 8.10pm. I arrived at 8.10, waited about 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged - and that was after the ubereats dude walked in after me and just barked his order and pushed in front of me. The single employee in the shop finally served me. I told him I was here to pick up an order for 8.10. He had not even started it and told me it would be about 10-15 more minutes. While I understand he was working on his own in the shop, my frustration is to the owners in having an ordering service on their website that states a pick up time that is completely inaccurate. Unfortunately the food was not great by any means. The price was what I consider expensive for what you get. We really try to support local business but unfortunately this is one we will not be returning to.

Had order Uber eats for pizzas last night. Me and my husband we are both suffering from severe stomach pain and diarrhoea since morning. We haven t had anything other than pizzas for dinner. They should look into what ingredients were used to make the pizzas or if there was any ingredients that were expired. Definitely not ordering anymore!!

Dinner didn t work out as planned, got the 500g pork ribs to subsidise the beef ribs that didn t work out for me, was a godsend at 1.30-2 in the morning, quality ribs, i pulled the meat from the bone and shredded it, then tossed with bbq sauce, the vegetables that came with them were undercooked, but the veggies weren t needed in my instance, the ribs were tender falling off the bone and succulent, service was great, very polite, will be back

Just ordered two pizza from west end and cost $72 delivered to us at south bank. pepperoni and peri peri chicken. The pepperoni smells very bad we can t even eat one piece and throw it all out. The Peri peri was medium but won t worth the price. I don t think if we ever buy from them again.

A very good pizza experience better than most

This review originates from a delivery personnel associated with Uber Eats. The gentleman at the West End location exhibited a notably arrogant and unprofessional demeanor. The stores hours indicate it opens at 4 PM on Sundays. I received the order notification on my app at 4:05 PM and arrived at the establishment by 4:10 PM, only to find the individual just arriving and unlocking the store. While this was somewhat frustrating, it was not a significant issue at first. I informed him that the app was already accepting orders from Uber and other services. In response, he dismissively stated, So what? Its perfectly fine. I expressed that it was a waste of time for drivers when the store was not prepared to fulfill orders. He continued to insist, in a passive-aggressive manner, So what? It works for me. At that point, I chose to leave, as it was clear he was not open to a constructive conversation. I am willing to wait at the store for five to ten minutes, despite the inconvenience. However, being met with indifference from someone who is clearly in the wrong is quite disheartening. It later became apparent that this individual is the owner of the establishment as I contacted another unit to find way to pass the issue further.

I ve had my fair share of pizzas, but seriously, save your money and head to Domino s for half the price. I spent $30 on a pizza that tasted like cardboard completely flavorless. I don t know how they managed to mess it up so badly. Only one guy working on a Friday night, and the experience was enough to make me swear off this place. If you can t make a decent pizza, maybe it s time to shut down. Even my homemade oven pizzas are better than this!

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings for take out. Pizza was overcooked but stone cold and the chicken wings weren t even wings! They were mini chicken legs and didn t have any sauce on them at all. So disappointing

All of the food smelt terrible. Ordered a pizza that tasted horrible and smelt bad. The wings looked awful, there was barely any sauce and they tasted bad. The chips were uncooked and had no seasoning at all. I ordered a Fanta and they gave me a Fanta Zero Sugar.

Pizza was very thin (I ordered thin and crispy) which was fine but there was very little topping. Also, I ordered 2 serves of the garlic sticks (2 per serve) and only received 2 sticks in total. Can t complain about the service so I d give them a second chance and just order something different

Pizzas have very little to no toppings on it. They are chewy and overcooked, like cheese is burnt.

The pizza regular was tiny and dry. And the carbonara did not hv any sauce to it - it tasted like boiled pasta with bits of bacon in it. The person serving tho was nice and friendly. My partner got ann upset tummy after eating the pizza.

I only found this place last week, and the pizza we got from the store on the day tasted great. Last night we went to another store and it wasnt as good and not to mention we had to drive 10 minutes to get our pizza due to website issues from the other store as it didnt send to the store we went to collect at. We ended up going back to the first store again to get our desserts as it had on the website 50% off, then on arrival, I got told they had none. A call would have been nice. I wont bother with it again. The manager didnt seem to care.

Terrible service Terrible pizzas Food

It took an hour to be made, and was absolutely shocking. Never mind the price (40 bucks for 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, outrageous), these pizzas had barely any toppings, and tasted like rubber. I even paid extra for double toppings and they were still basically just bread. Wouldn t recommend anyone to order here EVER.

Had a vegetarian foccacia base. Quite filling. Got it for $10 off which made it better. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian pizzas.

I went to dinner last week at that place and it was very unpleasant, starting with the service, the man who served was super rude and impolite. The order took a while and to my surprise the burnt and horrible pizza couldnt be eaten. I dont recommend that place even to my worst enemy.

26 march around 1/2am got double order from uber eats delivery, got the first one and he said the other one was 10 minutes wait, but after 10 minutes he said he already gave the order for someone else. He checked the order by the dish name, not by the customer name. And when i left, he mistakenly gave one of other delivery guy s order to another driver. This night employee displays a shocking inability to grasp basic concepts . How come this guy still working here.

I ordered three pizzas using the delivery app at around 12:30 p.m. last night, but the food didnt arrive even at 3:15 a.m., but I asked the delivery guy and he said the store was closed. How stupid are employees to forget to end the delivery program on the way home? Are store workers normal? I fell asleep hungry last night and the store didnt refund me with the delivery app. This is a money thief shop

im asian uber driver, when i go to this restaurant for delivery white guy work and he says wait for 5 minutes. so i wait outside few minutes and go inside to ask for how long it takes the pizza coming out. i ask 2 times but he doesnt answer, after pizza coming out and he says start the order several times and laughing to me.. i dont care about your saying cause its my last delivery work. its so rude attitude to people who delivery your food to the customer. thanks for giving me bad feeling^^ i want to ask him are you racist or just acting like a fool. before i went this place and had a nice pizza but your service and attitude was really terrible^^

Ordered Uber eats 2 for 1 deal for $22. Per the images looked like a great purchase. I ordered boneless Korean bbq chicken. I received a hand full of mini chicken wings with no source with the side of (underwhelming) chips. Uber refunded me without issue.

The guy on Wednesday 28th at around 5pm was great, possibly the best pizza I have ever had, I almost took a photo it looked so good, it tasted way better than it looked! Made to perfection. Thank you very much, looking forward to the next one!

The staff that runs this office has a terrible attitude, they dont help you with the questions you have about their products, you try to be friendly but you always respond in a bad way. I went 3 times hoping the next time would be better but no, even the last time I went, he threw the pizza boxes on the table, all times were bad experiences.

I was the uber driver waiting for 20 mins, and I didn t yell, I was just asking how long would that take you started yelling at me, and the pizzas were made so not sure what was the problem not giving them to me. Second time ordering through Uber Eats, I order an Aussie with cherry Tomatoes and paid extra, both times, no cherry Tomatoes, however last time pizza was so delicious I did not care. I had the misfortune of ordering from Uber here tonight. The Mac and cheese tasted like flour and water mixed together in a big cold clump, zero stars if I could. Did not eat one bite, ordered the whole dinner from somewhere else and threw it away. The pizza was cold and tasted stale. It was hands down the worst food I ve ever ordered. I would not subject myself to that and I would definitely avoid at all costs. Sorry but this experience was truely terrible.

Delivery order - restaurant took the order, I waited 45 mins only the for driver to text saying the restaurant won t complete the order and to cancel . Couldn t cancel via app because the Miltonio had already accepted and were preparing order and so if I cancelled I wouldn t be refunded. WHY ACCEPT if you won t/can t fulfil! And why wait 45 minutes to let me know! Terribly managed, and still went hungry. Don t use delivery apps if you don t know how to use them properly. I was a new customer, certainly won t come back either I store or delivery.

Sorry to say we had a terrible experience tonight. Ordered 3 regular pizzas via the app - $16 each (approx). They were tiny single serve pizzas & not good quality at all. Quote from 16 yr old son - Aldi pizzas are better. Also, when my daughter arrived to pick up, they were not made - the guy had missed the docket coming out of the machine. Sadly, we won t be returning customers.

I never like to complain in reviews but feel compelled with this dining experience. We ordered UberEats from Miltonio, and the value for money was terrible. Pizzas $20+ dollars and the size of a bread and butter plate (9in). Seemed expensive however the pictures online next to each menu item looked amazing, and were always happy to pay for quality. What we received was totally disappointing. Bocconcini ordered as an extra on one pizza ($3) and not received. Four cheese pizza missing gorgonzola and possibly the bocconcini. The bases are thin which we have no-issue with (was extra charge again for a thicker base) however they were very ordinary. The pizzas werent loaded with toppings in the way the images online suggested, they were thin - may as well have been mde on a wrap - and bland. We also ordered chicken and bacon napoli pasta ($22) that we counted two pieces of bacon and one visible piece of chicken in. The sauce was so sparse that the pasta was barely red in colour and it was extremely dry to eat; the only moisture in the dish was the over melted cheese covering the top. We order from different stores to share our business around but this one wont receive an order again. For the almost $100 spend, we would have had enough tatsy food for days from others weve used, instead we got three tiny pizzas and an inedible pasta.

I wouldnt feed what I got from this place to a dog off the street... My 5 year old cousin could make tastier pasta. This place was advertised as Doninis Pizza on food delivery platforms which had amazing food but has since got new management. I didnt recieve what I ordered and even then it was truly awful, bland, and gross. Youd be better spending your money at a McDonalds than this place.
