The dumping is yummy but the portion is too small for an adult comparing to its about 18 dollar price. Not friendly to Chinese eaters.

Different quality between in person and ordering online. Quality seems compromised with their delivery orders, which lack the flavour and less amount of meat. This inconsistency is disappointing especially during this recession it just makes customer s money feel less valuable.

Had delivered today- chicken noodle soup flavourless, and the very little amount of chicken has pieces of cartilage and bone. They forgot the dumpling dipping sauces and refused to supply when I asked for them as they were busy. Definitely not worth $40- will not be ordering again. Disappointing food and service.

Almost as good as its sister restaurant in Sunnybank, would give it another star of the seats werent so uncomfortable! But the food and drinks were both delicious! Ill be getting takeaway next time! Update: Seats are much better now, the service is fast and the food such delicious!

Dumplings were a bit doughy but OK. Really cheap which was good. No cocktails as on the menu. I think what killed the experience for me was the appalling seats we had to endure. High stools with tiny hard seats, didnt take long to get very sore. Couldnt relax and enjoy the company. Service was quick though. I wouldnt return just because of the chairs, which is a first.

The worker there didnt really understand English so it was hard explaining to him what we wanted but I eneded up getting the beef noodles. I got the food super fast however the noodles had a nice spicy taste but the meat was very fatty and some peices were pink, and the peices were big so u couldnt really enjoy it i ended up taking some meat off cayse how much fat it had. In my opinion I wouldnt get this again. Maybe I would try the other dishes.

Ordered the beef noodle soup (requested for less spicy) , boiled chicken and prawn dumplings and the fried chicken bao buns. Food came out quickly and everything was good and we were not disappointed in any of it. The only thing I would suggest for improvement will be the air-conditioning. It was such a hot summers day and the restaurant wasnt cooling enough I was sweating throughout lunch.

EDIT - just had a nice phone call from the manager, who apologised for what happened. Thanks. This is not a rating of their food - it was never delivered so I dont know what it tastes like. Just a warning - if you are tossing up between pick up or delivery, choose pick up. They use Uber Eats to deliver (menu items are more expensive per item via Uber Eats too, then you get hit with service and delivery fees). Our order never arrived despite getting a message it had been delivered. I tried contacting Uber Eats but couldnt get through to anyone who could help. Then called the restaurant. Their first response was that they had fulfilled the order so we had to take it up with Uber Eats. No apology, no suggestions for a solution. Spoiled what was supposed to be a celebration. Wont be buying anything from here while they still use Uber Eats. Several neighbours have said they have had exactly the same issue with Uber Eats, so be warned. But dont worry, should this happen to you, too, youll get a message from Uber Eats that to make up for it they will refund your money.

Dumplings were good, only soy and vinegar sauce was provided. Unfortunately 1 serve of 8 chicken and prawn dumplings arrived first and 2 serves of 8 vegetarian dumplings arrived 15 minutes later. Therefore my friend had to sit and wait while i are as their food came way before mine. Wont go back for that reason.

Well, I used to work at this restaurant. But I was a customer in this time. The service was terrible because they did not provide water for me. That failed the basic service for customers. This was also rude and one of waiters attitude was negative and impatient when I checked the bill. What an unhappy dine in experience at this place!

The West End Little Red Dumpling Bar never disappoints. We have tried other stores yet the West End has it all over the others. Amazing dumplings and their braised beef noodle soup is the best.... The West End store is by far the best by a country mile..

Ive had a bit of a resurgence of dumpling cravings, most likely due to the weather. Little Red Dumpling always serves up the goods with the Soup Dumplings or the Wonton in Chilli Oil. Perfect in the cold, rainy weather - goes down a treat!

Dumplings are extremely gristly and there is very little meat and mostly vegetables. They have minimum filling in the middle and are quite hollow. Ive tried many dumpling places and this place is sub-standard.

Came in as a group of 3 craving dumplings and were were a bit disappointed with the dumplings but were pleasantly surprised with some of the other dishes. Highlights were definitely the shallot pancakes and braised lamp noodle soup. I would come in just for these! The BBQ pork buns and fried chicken bao were pretty good too. We were a little disappointed with the prawn xiao long bao and the regular ones as they werent as soupy as we expected and the wagyu buns were a bit on the dry side. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I would go elsewhere if youre looking for dumplings though.

Good food, but service was very poor. Had to ask for a bowl for dipping sauce, get my own soy and vinegar from another empty table and despite asking for water never received it. The male waiter/manager also spent a lot of time shouting & gesticulating at the kitchen staff loud enough for us to hear from our table. Not the best environment.

Noodles tasted like supermarket egg noodles... we left most of our bowls full.. bit disappointing. Service is really good and friendly and attentive staff. Best dumplings in Brisbane

We had a fab dinner here on a Sunday night in March. Booking ahead is recommended because this is a popular place. And their popularity is well deserved, because, despite the small staff complement - as far as I could see, only two servers and two kitchen staff - the place hums like a well oiled machine, and everything runs smoothly. We booked through Quandoo for 6.30pm, later changed to 7.00pm, but that presented no problem to the helpful and friendly maitre d . L.R.D.B. is situated amongst a cluster of Asian restaurants in a little dining strip on Hardgrave Rd, about 15 minutes walk from the West End ferry terminal. Plenty of easy street parking in the area, if you re driving. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and shown to a nice table near the back. L.R.D.B. is a slightly cramped, elongated space, with indoor and outdoor seating. We chose to sit indoors and were quite comfy at our high table with bar-style seats. Service was efficient, fast and attentive. We ordered a pina colada and a bottle of Tsing Tao for the drinks, and followed that up with three dishes: the lamb and coriander dumplings, (10 dumplings for $14), the shallot pancake ($7) and cumin flavoured lamb ribs ($11). The ribs were well cooked and tender with a tangy cumin flavour. The dumplings were a generous serve, the outer coating was soft and smooth and the meat inside was flavoursome, fresh and tasty. A nice contrast to the crispy shallot pancakes.The perfect meal, and just enough for two of us. Ambience is calm, casual and laid back and even though it was about 80% full, acoustics were fine and we were easily able to converse, mainly on account of tables being well spaced out and high ceilings absorbing some of the noise. The West End crowd were mature and well behaved, so that also helped to keep things relaxed and fairly quiet. Toilets are out the back and you ll need to grab a key off the front counter. There are a number of toilets there, each one belonging to a different restaurant although L.R.D.B. s is clearly marked. It s a large cubicle, reasonably clean and well stocked, although just one is a little thin on the ground. Overall, we had a pleasant evening here. Prices are moderate and we paid $50 for two drinks and three menu items and that was sufficient for us. We ll be back.

Well done West End, a thriving hub where these gems keep popping up, although we were the only group in for an early lunch, the service was outstanding and the food selected from the menu was better than the service. Only bit of feed back to improve, slightly larger tables would be nice.

This is a very trendy little restaurant along the Hardgrave Road restaurant strip In West End. The vegetarian dumplings here are excellent, as are the vegetarian noodles and the shallot pancakes. The staff are also friendly and the fit-out is very cool.

A group of us popped by yesterday for a takeaway lunch. Spent a fair bit of money and was pretty dissatisfied. The bao buns are terrible! A bit of chicken, iceburge lettuce and some sauce. It was extremely bland and no thought had gone into it. The prawn toast was awful, almost like claggy glue. The dumplings were average, with only two things being somewhat enjoyable. The pork and Chives pan fried dumplings and the spring rolls. I ve come here on numerous occasions and they ve really lost their touch the last few times I ve come through. Sunny bank is the same too... pretty sad really!

Best wontons in town. I always get the Red Chilli sauce wontons, Hot sour soup wontons and the red bean hedgehogs. I wish they made red bean Paus too. Service is quick and staff are very polite and friendly.

Very tasty food. Limited selection for gluten intolerant customers but not nothing. Menu does not let you know what is or isnt though so need to talk to the staff for info who are not 100% confident. Great selection of drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic).

...wheelchairs make our other customers uncomfortable. Despite booking in advance and leaving a note on the booking that my father is in a wheelchair, they refused to accommodate us. Poor form.

Dumplings were delicious. Steamed veggies were ok. The wontons ( we were told- not chinese style) were good but we couldnt order wonton me in-ie no noodles. Afyer much discussion we could order a side of noodles but not quite what we expected and cold. Staff were sort of helpful- I think it was their first day for both of them. Will go back for the dumplings

I was entertaining guests from overseas when I suggested on a fine Sunday eve we go to my favourite dumpling place, well, not fave anymore. 8:45 was the advertised closing time on Google, we arrived at 8 only for a young man to laugh in my guests face and be told they were closed. If youre going to advertise your hours at least keep them current, I checked the sign on the window and it still said 845. Very disappointed a place in West end wouldnt be open past 8 on a Sunday night, youve become a global embarrasment. GOOD DAY!

The food is affordable and delicious but it can get seriously cramped. If youre looking for a feed maybe hit them up on uber eats or get takeaway, its worth it if youre hankering for some dumpling goodness!

Not a great service. One server was very short. The food was ok but not wonderful. We ordered different types of dumplings and it seemed that the were all filled with the same stuff.

Usually it s been a nice place to visit . During my recent visit the dumpling soup was salty and the drinks were so bad as well. To top it the waiter forgot a order . I had also asked waiter to repeat my order and the order was made.Somehow she didn t put it through the system . No apologies after we waited for 20 mins assuming my starter was yet to arrive ! Not happy

Food was so delicious. The fried pork dumplings were my favourite by far but we also enjoyed the chicken noodle soup and ice cream dessert buns. Super easy QR code scan to bring up the menu and order. Our kids food came out very quickly which minimised fuss, and our separate order was soon to follow and was extremely satisfying. No complaints from anyone in our family, big thanks to LRD staff who were on top of their game.
