The schiacciata here is so incredible. We have been here a few times and they have never disappointed us. Incredibly fresh ingredients, and bread so good it'll make your Nonna weep.
Been missing italian sandwiches but you really can not get anymore authentic in Australia! Delicious products, Italians making the food and a lovely shop atmosphere. Everything was so filling. We can not wait to come back & try the other items.
So glad to have stopped by this fabulous gem. Staff were so friendly. It was a gorgeous and tasty sandwich! Really appreciate how the cannoli is filled to order. Will be back for their pizza menu which is coming very soon! Edit: Came back to try the pizza and it's now my favourite pizza place in town. Excellent dough, toppings and sauce on point and perfectly cooked. Will be back again!
This shop will be my go to when I crave for Italian sandwich. From the in-house baked bread to all ingredients inside, everything is fresh and good quality. I had the Lucifer and my partner had the Guly, both were divine. Lucifer got a good balance between spicy Salami, Nduja and pecorino cream and Guly is something that everyone will love. The place itself is like a slice of Italy. Casual and very friendly owner. We’d definitely come back again for their other sandwiches and new pizza menus.
I had never tried this Italian cuisine before, but I fell in love with it after the first bite. The food is incredibly fresh, and every dish makes me want to try more. Even the small desserts are amazing. Highly recommend this place!
We recently visited La Favolosa and were blown away by the amazing Italian sandwiches! Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible sandwiches,10/10!🥰 The classic was absolutely delicious, with fresh and perfect ingredients. Amazing place, arber is a master chef. Everyone should come down and get something to eat here, excellent value for money and the most delicious ingredients!! So friendly and super happy to explain anything on the menu or recommend anything to your taste. We will definitely be back here for a regular visit, we had the "guly" sandwich and the fresh made cannoli and OMG it was the greatest!

I started with their paradiso schiacciata, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, showcasing a delightful balance of flavors. Topped with vibrant rocket, truffle paste, prosciutto and drizzled with high-quality olive oil, each bite was a testament to the chefs skill and attention to detail. The chinotto was a perfect match with the meal, a delightful cola like drink with a hint of lemon. I wish I had room for dessert, because their cannoli looked absolutely divine, which would have been the perfect sweet note to end the meal. I had an espresso and a ricotta cannoli. One of the best espressos I have had in Brisbane the cannoli was beautiful and reminded me of cannoli in Sicily. Wasn t surprised to hear the ricotta filling was brought in from Italy.

Wonderful experience! The schiacciata bread is amazing, soft but at the same time crispy. The ingredients are all top quality. This is a rare chance to taste a real Italian panino in Brisbane. The atmosphere and service is great and the owners very friendly. Highly recommended for everyone. Stumbled across this spot one morning and luckily we saw someone being served so we said we d give it a try, we ordered two sandwiches (Lucifer & Caprese) and shared them and they were both absolutely gorgeous Fresh crunchy but soft bread, beautifully fresh ingredients and fantastic service! Will definitely be back if in the area! 10/10
