The worst Thai food in Brisbane. I have been many times. But today I faced food safety issues, chicken is not fully cooked. Then I checked the reviews and found that it is common problem for this restaurant Don t come and use google map find other Thai restaurants in West end is good option.

Got some takeout from here and wasn t disappointed really quick service got Thai basil fried rice with the massaman beef curry and I asked for both to be spicy and boy was it spicy definitely will try to come in for dinner next time really liked the look of the place

This is a great little find stayed close by for work and popped in for dinner. The service was fabulous, and the food was amazing and so reasonably priced. My only critic would be the live music was a little loud to have a conversation, but other than that, if you love Thai go to this place We had the whole fish Barramundi with crispy basil and crab fried rice . so good !! Vegetarian options: The menu is extensive, so lots to choose from Kid-friendliness: The staff were so friendly and helpful, and so kind. It was raining the night we went and they let us borrow an umbrella to get back to our hotel and return it the next day.. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the car park immediately into the restaurant

Waited 90 minutes for a takeaway delivery service when 60 minutes was the time given. Called numerous times and told it was a minute away so waited in the rain when it took a further 20 minutes to arrive. Food extremely cold when it did arrive.

Lovely meal and amazing staff! Thai milk tea and pad siew was especially delicious. When we struggled with the spice levels the wonderful server and chef made and brought us a new meal free of charge.

Used to visit all the time but the service and food standard has declined lately. We get delivery as we have a small child and always order an hour in advance as thats how long it takes. Lately its taking and hour and a half and there is always something wrong with order. Have given too many second chances and wont be going back.

It takes one hour for them to bring up all the foods. Can t imagine how they can handle during weekends.

Dinner went well with the delicious, we ordered 1 deep-dried fish and a duck along with coconut rice. The staff members were so friendly and attentive.

Table for 6 people. Have to say I was underwhelmed by this restaurant. Saturday 03 August 2024 and told no garlic on site. Really... ?? Coles right next door as well. Despite getting the waitress to read the order back - a dish came out wrong and had to be re-cooked. The tod mun pla also underwhelming in flavour. My deep fried tofu with basil was OK but I only chose this because it did not have garlic in it! I like authentic Thai and I just did not experience this on the night.

A phenomenal dinner out for our first night EVER in the Queensland capital city! The staff were accomodating to our walk in request for a table of 2 diners. We were seated inside beside stunning Thai decor and utilised the press to order button when we d decided what incredible dishes we d soon devour. My wife and I chose the vegetarian samosas as our entree followed by 2 mains. The panang curry with chicken and jasmine rice on the side and a scrumptious crispy pork padsiew. And for to drink we chose sprite. The food arrived promptly along with two crisp cold glasses of sprite with ice. A sizeable glass at that. The flavours were unreal and I would recommend Siam Samrarn to anyone! A genuinely delightful experience for myself and my wife who is known to be a picky eater. BRILLIANT!

Cant wait to come back! I would have to say that it is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Brisbane. We had an absolutely delicious dinner here the other night! We chose to sit inside which was such a gorgeous space with hand carved teak furniture, and traditional Thai ornaments and Buddha statues. The menu is very authentic and they are able to cater as best as possible to all intolerances. There is lots of choices for vegetarian and vegan too. We absolutely enjoyed everything we ate- It was so delicious! We both ordered an entree vegetable tom yum soup, fish cakes, beef curry puffs, Moo Ping which is the grilled pork with tamarind chili sauce and for our main we shared a pineapple fried rice with chicken as our protein. I also ordered a beautiful fresh coconut as my drink. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this place and will most definitely bring my friends and family to experience their amazing food! Thanks Team :) Dietary restrictions: They are able to accommodate as best as possible to dietary restrictions. Parking: As it is located in the Soda Factory, there is plenty of free underground parking for 2 hours and 25 open air car parks. The atmosphere is very good and the staff is very friendly, but I personally think the Thai milk tea is okay and not very authentic.

The servers were patient and accommodating for our vegan requestes. Food tasted delicious, however took a while to come however could be due to us ordering vegan option.

Deliver and take away do take normal then usual and yes they are pricey but you get what you pay for. Vegetarian options: They make one of the best Green and Red thai vegetarian curries in Brisbane. Ordered whole fish (it freshwater fish hence it taste muddy) couldnt eat it. The quail dish is tasteless in a plate of crumb and side salad (no sauce or flavouring). We ordered alot of dishes but these 2 was a big let down. Overall the food is bland here and over rated .

The service and food were exceptional l! We chose the 2 person B banquet and everything was fresh, delicious and more than enough for two people. It was only $138 for us with 2x drinks as well as a public holiday surcharge. Couldnt believe the value for money, as we had enough left over to fill three small plastic containers. Loved it!

Food is very good, the restaurant has a lovely outdoor seating area and all staff were incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly.

We came across this restaurant while walking around West End. What a wonderful surprise to find such a welcoming experience. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We were a party of five. We requested to sit in the outdoor hut and really enjoyed the seating arrangements. We were waited on by a beautiful staff member called Peach who could not have been more gracious and attentive. The food was delicious so we decided to dine there 2 days later. Amazing!! We would also like to mention that Jenny the manager went out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

It was my first tom yum goong, and the food was fresh and a success! It has a nice atmosphere, so I recommend it if you have a group gathering over Thai food. The parking lot is spacious and packaging is also available. The staff were friendly and I had a pleasant meal.

We loved this place, used to be our favourite Thai restaurant. Today we ordered crispy pork with Kailan and Tom yum prawn. They both taste like precooked long time ago. Pork and prawn are dry and soup has no enough lime. Very disappointed.

After a visit on Friday 27/10/23 we enjoyed the lunch time specials which are delicious. We asked the waiter to bring out usual house specials and each dish impressed. The green chicken & panang beef curries are flavourful and you can determine the level of spice/chillies with most dishes, great option for customers, well done. The in-house made beef mince curry puff is an absolute winner and will satisfy everyone from child to senior. The chicken satay needed a little more for me but will definitely appeal to others. Wines and beverages are also priced well. I will be returning for a dinner with friends/family so I can apply all 5 stars as customer service for lunch was above and beyond. Keep up the great service. Khoob khun krab We returned on 16th Jan in a group of 9 and was thoroughly impressed with dinner. Only critique was some delayed drink orders but it was a busy night. 5 stars for food is well deserved with delightful mouth watering flavours.

If you re looking for cozy places to have dinner with your friends or family this is the one. They serve the authentic Thai style food, for long time I was planning to have Thai food and tried here with my friend. We ordered coconut rice, green curry chicken curry and king prawns with vermicelli. The food tastes delicious, the server was friendly and easy to communicate. I would recommend this place if someone is trying Thai food for the first time.

The food has deteriorated in quality to a point where it s no longer worth going here for Thai Very disappointing from what it use to be . Even the crab rice which used to be amazing is now very substandard. Would recommend looking elsewhere for Thai

The place was not so busy when we visited, but it was hard to get the staffs attention and order. They were somehow distracted. The food overall was ok, but it was not as appealing as I wanted to revisit here. The decoration and interior were good.

Hi guys, my partner and I love the food here and have been eating here alot over the past year and a half. The food here is amazing (especially the deep fried fish). Usually you guys are exceptional with peanut allergies - my partner usually never has had a reaction and weve been really impressed. I just wanted to let you know that last night she had a reaction to your food and we had to take her to the emergency room in the hospital. I still want to give you guys five stars because we understand how hard it is to cater to people with allergies (especially peanut at a Thai restaurant) and the food and service here is amazing. But please be careful with allergies as some peoples are very severe. Thank you.

Lovely place for lunch. Seating outdoors was superb and they had water mist to keep us cool on a hot day. The lunch menu was great value and portion sizes were quite big. Also the first time I have found reasonable drinks prices. I had a coke can 375ml for only $2. Only one small negative was that my stir fry and rice was a bit cold, but still everything tasted good and fresh.

Ordered Jungle curry, Pad Thai, Tom yum soup, Basil Fried rice. Pad Thai noodles were were so sticky that it had lumped together. Rest of the dishes were superb. The staff didnt let us chose a table instead we were asked to sit in a dingy corner though I had pre booked through their website.

Fresh ingredients and very delicious. My highlight is the crab meat fried rice, so nice. Atmosphere and decor are very unique with Thai styles.

The experience is good. The food is mediocre for the price I would say two and a half stars at best. The service was five stars. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very beautiful. I think four stars is a fair rating all things considered.

I had the green curry which was very nice & Pad Thai was also delicious.

Good quality food, came out to us fast. We added an extra main while eating and it came out promptly. Green curry could have benefitted from some more paste and fresh aromatics, and a touch more seasoning on the pad and some of the other dishes would have been nice, but overall, we were all happy! Wife enjoyed the pippys! We split the bill easily, friendly staff, nice outdoor dining area, good value for money! Thanks again!

Used to be good, but this time I visited, it was overpriced and food was pretty disappointing, service is good. We have the Massaman Beef Curry, the beef was so the dry and the potato was super tough. Fried rice was alright. Other dishes nothing really special. Would not recommend and return again.

I went to the washroom and while I was washing my hands, one of the cooks/chefs exited a toilet cubicle and walked straight out without washing her hands. She wore a hair net, so she obviously worked in the kitchen. I followed her back to the restaurant and sure enough, she walked into the kitchen. I was quite disgusted, particularly as I had almost finished my meal. Please retrain your staff about having good hygiene !!! Overall, good selection of food, but overly salty. With only one Maitre d who is also the only staff member taking orders, it is extremely difficult to get service. Waiters/waitresses only deliver food. Any questions or service, and they will tell you to talk to the Maitre d, who is always busy.

We ve Been coming to this restaurant regularly for special events, and we travel 45 mins each time, & it s always been really good! Apart from yesterdays! We Came last night for our 8 year anniversary dinner, got served cold rice, and raw chicken satay sticks, when I went to pay the bill the young girl didn t no what to say! We didn t get to have our satay sticks.. disappointed over all. I don t think we will be returning unfortunately.

Placed an online order, it shows will be ready in 40mins, but wasn t ready even after 1 hour. Service is not good as well, rude Won t go back again. Found hair in the curry we ordered when we just opened the take away box, one more reason for never go back Be carefully everyone for the food, you never know what u eating

Excellent coffee, the best Ive had in a long time! Had one about 2 hours ago and Im seriously considering driving the 20minutes back to get another. Unfortunately theres only 1 to go size available, I would have bought a bucket if they offered it. Parking: Free for the first 2 hours. Place is pumping on a Friday night. Excellent food. Great service for a table of 14. Recommend the Duck salad which is a standout full of fresh herbs and a generous serving of crispy duck. Highly recommended!

This place has hy far the best Thai food I have ever had in Brisbane. I always make it a priority to visit at least once a fortnight because of how absolutely delicious it is and I can never be disappointed! Also, their lunch meals are only $16! How bloody good!

Great restaurant with good food and service, however, like one of the one star reviewer mentioned about no hand washing after toilet, I also saw a staff from this restaurant that went straight out of the toilet cubical without washing her hand, I was extremely shocked. So I won t be going back to this restaurant again, what a shame as the food and service here is quite good.

Had lunch with family, fast served, great foods, great customer service, friendly staffs, and nice resto.

I called and clearly ordered a beef Penang curry, and upon arriving back at the office discovered it was beef massaman. Pretty average at that.

Absolutely love this place everything is perfect

I have had dinner with friends twice before and absolutely loved it, so much so, that I returned there one week ago with friends. I am a vegetarian and ordered the same main meal each time - stir fried mixed vegetables in ginger with tofu with EXTRA ginger. No ginger nor spices were used, despite my specifically asking for extra ginger. The meal was completely tasteless and bland and extremely disappointing. One of my friends order curried mixed vegetables with tofu. Her curry only had one vegetable and 3 little pieces of tofu, also tasteless. We went there for my friend s birthday on my recommendation. When I paid, I told the lady and despite that, was charged full price. Extremely disappointing and my friend said we will not go there again. Instead of being given EXTRA ginger, none was used.

The food was delicious and we did not wait long for it to be served. The staff delivered excellent service. As I left with a few take-away containers, one of them ran after me to ask if I wanted a bag. (I m glad I said yes as their bag was of very good quality and a sturdy one too.) However, I regret not knowing her name. Parking: Free parking for the first 2 or 3 hours. More parking in the undercover area.
