Excellent food! My boyfriend and I went there tonight and we had two beautiful curries. The service was fantastic and it was so nice to have such friendly service.

OMG that was the best Thai weve had for a very long time. We ordered Takeaway and it was delivered hot and on-time!!! We ordered the Crab, Prawn & Taro Net Rolls plus Coconut Prawns for Entrée. For Main course we ordered the Pad See Ew plus Salt & Pepper Calamari. It was all very delicious and we will be ordering from Thai Raphi again - Thankyou!!!

Best Thai restaurant in West End!

That was so goooood, i got the chilli basil crispy pork belly delivered and loved it, heaps of flavour and big portions, probs enough food for 2 meals if i have the self control to not finish it all tonight haha.

I came back again for the second time and had the pad thai chicken, it was delicious. Great service!

Had our first takeaway from Thai Raphi after someone reccomended it. We had the veggie fried rice, garlic and black bean veg stir fry and yellow veg curry. Everything was super flavourful and the perfect level of spice (we asked for Thai hot!) Absolutely delicious. I look forward to dining in one day and perhaps trying some of their seafood dishes! Recently changed hands and so much better for it! The yellow chicken curry was beautifully flavoured and the crispy pork belly with basil was excellent. Really pleased.

Ordered through Uber eats - Tom kha soup, fish cakes and crispy pork belly with chilli basil. The soup was extremely flavourful and light, perfect for an entree. Fish cakes were perfectly cooked and the crispy pork belly was to die for. 10/10 recommend, absolutely beautiful

What happened? I didnt realise until I was at the restaurant to pick up my order that owners had changed, I thought they just had slightly changed their menu. But none of the dishes we ordered were comparable to my old favourite Thai restaurant. Coconut prawns and Thai fishcakes were rubbery and somewhat bland, my crispy pork was ok but the Asian greens I ordered them with were broccoli, zucchini and beans? What? Also the red duck curry wasnt anywhere near as flavourful as with the previous restaurant. Wont order again.

Terrific Thai cuisine! I started with the deep fried tofu - a generous serving and very tasty - my main was the Kao Soi curry with beef and it was BRILLIANT! - My wife had the Pra Goong (prawn salad) and she raved over it. The hosts are really sweet as well. This restaurant which is under new management, will be an ongoing favourite of ours. Give it a try - you won t be disappointed

Ive loved this place for years but Ive never had anything as good as tonights crispy pork with chili basil. The pork was crispy, lovely and tender, and the veges were perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Yum!

What happened?! I m so sad! I ve been a regular customer at Thai Patchirin since I moved to the area in 2003. It s my fave and our family s spot for birthday & celebratory dinners It s been a little hit and miss lately, but often when we order delivery we get enough for dinner and lunch or breakfast the next day too I just spent $110 on food that no one liked at all! I m guessing you have changed management? It says on your website that you make consistently tasty food, but it was not. There was no carrot in your green curry or heat and the zucchini s were really over cooked and squashy. Thai fried rice (I m always a little suspicious when it s not Thai named) tasted like it came out of a freezer packet. The famous satay chicken was not at all the same and usually we have fights over fish cakes- so tonight I ordered double and got 10 burnt fish cakes that no one managed to get through a whole one!!! Masaman Beef was over cooked and dry. Overall a massive waste of money. The kicker was getting a call to say my delivery was out on the street I paid $110 for food, I expect it to come to my door. The website stated you get a free rice if you spend a certain amount and that got changed to spring rolls at checkout and I had to go back and add more rice. The website doesn t work either- it always shows the new customer 15% discount until you check out so you re never sure of the price. Last time it said we got a free dish if we spent over $70 and no free dish came- when I called to complain they said it was only for orders before 7pm but the checkout still showed that we would get the free dish. This time ordered early so we would get the free dish but it was only rice and then that changed to spring rolls that no one eats here. After 20 years of loyal patronage I won t be back. Don t waste your money. Thai Gala and the new Thai place on Vulture St are better bets! Thanks Thai Patcharin for 20 awesome years. You will be severely missed!

We went as a group of 6 for a family dinner, the service was wonderful and very caring and helpful. The food came out quickly and has to be some of the best Thai I ve had in west end, there was a good mix of local and more popular dishes. We had the duck Raphi the duck was cooked perfectly with nice crispy skin. We will definitely be returning.

I ve been getting take out from here often recently (usually getting the red duck curry or beef massam) and I m always so impressed with the food and portion sizes. Also the staff are super lovely. Definitely going to be my go to for good Thai food!

Devo d! I wish I had known that my old faithful Thai was changing hands. The new food is just not up to scratch. Very blah. We are longtime locals, 5 of us got takeaway and none of us enjoyed it. Will never buy from here again. I can t believe I have to seek out a new Thai joint after all these years! Bummer.

We had been customers of Thai Panchrtin for many years and always enjoyed our favourite dishes of roast duck and chicken pad Thai. The new owners of the restaurant have a different style of cooking, so our favourite dishes tasted completely different, new customers may enjoy the new flavours but for us it was a disappointment. Sadly we will be looking elsewhere for our Thai

I order food from here a lot. I love the food, absolutely delicious. Ive also eaten here with friends and family, they always say it is excellent. Its really fresh and high quality. Very friendly service, can order online direct from the kitchen, no uber needed. Vegetarian options: Theres a good range of vegetarian options. Most of the main meals can be done as vegetable or tofu as the protein source. You get to choose.

Only ever tried this place for takeaway. Food is very tasty and well priced. Never had a bad meal. Chicken and cashew nuts is a winner! Curry puffs excellent and Panang Curry also pretty good. Love their coconut rice.

Duck in red curry was inedible and definitely not a red curry, tasted like a 3 day old yellow curry. Waited ages for order also. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Worst Red Duck curry ever!

Had dinner here last night for the first time and wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had. Food was delicious, service impeccable and the pricing quite reasonable for Thai food. Will most definitely be back. A big thank you to the friendly staff that work at Thai Patcharin.

The service is fantastic, extremely polite, lovely & attentive staff. We sat outside as it was very busy, the outdoor seating area actually gets a nice cool breeze. Thai Patcharin are BYO, there is a handy bottle shop in this little group of shops which is convenient. Parking right outside Thai Patcharin can be a little tricky on a busy Friday night, there are several popular restaurants in this block. You will find a park on the side streets which run off Hardgrave Street, just be prepared to walk. The menu is fairly extensive & works well for larger groups with varying taste requirements. The prices are very reasonable, you can save by ordering online. A very popular Uber Eats restaurant.

We ordered a Red Duck curry and a Chicken Panang and received exactly the same yellow curry with the same veggies in both, the only difference was the poultry ingredients. This is the 2nd time them have done this, the only reason I can think of is laziness but no matter the reason its deceptive.

So DELICIOUS. They happily made up a table for 8 people, we got some drinks from the bottle o next door and had a great meal. Pad Thai was PERFECT, cashew chicken, duck curry and beef massaman all sparked debate about if it was better than that good one thats usually someones favourite lol

Always good service, and delish food

Ordered a pad Thai and tom yum soup to take away. Portion was only 3/4s to the top and half of the noodles were cold as was the soup. Very disappointing.

Good portions of food here, I actually asked for extra noodles on my pad thai cuz I was super hungry. Staffs are really friendly and this place feels kind of low key. Taste wise its fine but the portion made it better, not the best thai I ve ever had this the 4 stars

I have been here a few times previous and Patcharin Thai have always had excellent meals. However lately it was a little disappointing, serves were a little smaller and the meals not up to thier usual high standard. Hope this was a one off as they are usually pretty good
