Great Chinese food in West Kelowna. We ordered dinner for three, and it was delicious. I love the freshness of the veggies.

Dirt, stink, stuffy and disgusting. I waited 40 minutes for my order. In this amount of time you can cook a mammoth!!! Disgusting and terrible!!! Never come here or come here!!!

Last Thursday, April 25th, We were told it would be ready at 6:30pm so we ordered with in mind that we could feed our children before bed. Then 7pm then 7:30 7:44pm they had the food ready finally. Our children had no dinner, went to bed with snacks, and without my husband who was waiting at the restaurant not knowing when he would get the food after an hour plus of waiting. Will not order from here again, I can understand volume of orders and whatnot but this is ridiculous! Waste of money when it s just the two of us eating cold food after kids are asleep and such. What on earth makes them think 1:15 mins after scheduled ready time would be ok? Would give zero if an option. To be fair the food was good, can t say that it wasn t, but spending over $100 for our kids to not be fed and us to have cold after bedtime was done is a total waste of money.

Ive read some reviews about the food taking a long time, Ive been ordering it off of SKIP the dishes for so long I dont really remember ever getting delivery before SKIP. With SKIP I ordered lunch for my son and I today on a busy Friday before mothers day weekend, food was prepared and delivered within 30 minutes of completing my order. If anyone has had a bad experience with the food taking a long time I feel like thats a very rare situation as Ive been ordering from here multiple times per month for over 13 years and never once had a problem with timing unless it was on SKIPs end finding a driver late night etc. Cons: Not the fanciest dine-in option (but I only ever get take out). Pros: Everything else. Not just the best Chinese food, possibly the best food from ANY restaurant in the Okanagan! Grew up in Vancouver where all you had to do to find amazing Chinese food was take a few steps in any direction lol, even worked in a couple chinese food restaurants growing up. When I moved to the Okanagan in 2010 I almost went through withdrawals until I found Wok Inn 3. If you like curry at all, try the Singapore style fried rice noodles, my go to order. Its not available at many other Chinese food restaurants around and even when it is it doesnt even compare to Wok Inn 3s. Other awesome dishes include, Beef with black pepper thick noodles, Shrimp egg foo young, and a wor wonton soup not only a level above anywhere elses but the difference between a small and large is like $3. So for an extra $3 you get 2 full containers of wor wonton soup instead of 1. Best taste, good portions, best value. By far my favorite Okanagan restaurant. It might even trump anything Ive had in Vancouver.

Not at all what we were expecting. Chicken Kung Pao was just breaded chicken balls with peas. Sweet and Sour pork had no pineapple or peppers. Nothing was authentic as it sounded. Highly disappointed, too bad.

We ve ordered several times and the food has always been amazing! The chicken balls and sesame chicken are delicious and actual white meat. Deep fried wontons are a new favorite for us. They re usually quite busy so we always try to order ahead and it s always been on time, fresh, hot and large portions and always very accommodating with specific dietary requests

It was disgusting, the worst Chinese food I have had to date. The chicken Balls and almond chicken were light if there was 20% breast to 80% batter. My dog wouldnt even eat it.

I only ever ate Chinese food from the Wok Inn when it was a hole in the wall by a campground next to Gyro Beach which is now a parking lot. It was amazing food and friendly staff. Now living on the west side, weve ordered twice. This time around we ordered the family combo which comes with wonton soup aka dishwater with what appeared to be leftover wonton. The chicken balls were nothing but dough and the chowmein was dry and tasted reheated. The service has completely.bottomed out as has the quality of food for the $75 we paid!!!! Time to find another place when the craving strikes.

Amazing food, amazing service, great combo meal price

As always, food was excellent had won ton soup and potstickers. Both items were piping hot on arrival - which was promised within 45 minutes but arrived in just under 30. They ve never disappointed me.

Just ordered a set meal and delivered by Skip. What a mistake, worst Chinese food I have ever had. Everything tastes the same and very greasy. Poor quantity. Please dont ever be tempted. Food is definitely not fresh.

I used to go to princess across the rd this place is sooo much better . I usually have a combo for one , large portion and its fresh , great value good food . Now November 23 , I ordered meal for one . 20 to 25 minutes she said . Walked down there 30 min had to wait another 35 minutes . The place was crowded more then 10 people waiting . More people coming in not coming out of the kitchen . Its ok to take one hour to get order ready but dont tell me 20 25 minutes.

Large portions of good quality north american Chinese food. I had a dinner for 1 that I am sure 2 people could share,especially with the option to add a dinner item for a token price. I phoned my order in and was ready at the time they asked me to pick up. Easy to access off hwy 97 on Byland rd. west Kelowna. I would recommend this restaurant more for take out or pick up as there is limited seating. If you try them out dont forget to leave a honest review.

We just moved to the area and have been looking for a Chinese Food restaurant to call ours . Wok Inn 3 is it. Pricing is reasonable, portion size is good, and their online ordering system is the best I have used.

New Year s Eve 2021 we ordered just after 4 pm, food didn t show up until almost 730 pm, 3 hours later! I get that they were busy, but maybe call people to let them know!! Plus when I did finally get through by phone while waiting, they refused to give a discount for being 2.5 hours late. The food actually showed up a bit warm but we had already eaten by then.

Lost business . Called at 545pm and was directed to place order online. Placed order for delivery it was expected to arrive at 645pm. Called at 800pm and was told it was being prepared. Called back at 900 was told delivery driver was on his way. At 935pm I called back and was told it was being packed up at this point I asked to cancel the order. Very unimpressed and will not be ordering again. We will looking for another local Chinese restaurant.

Ive had a hard time finding a good Chinese food restaurant in Kelowna. They used to have dine in but not since covid hit. Food is good though and worth ordering, the tofu dishes especially.

TERRIBLE customer service. Last two times that I ordered (including last night), with delivery requested several hours later, I received a call after order was overdue and told they could not deliver unless I have cash. I always pay with debit, never an issue before. Food is NOT good enough to deal with that. Never ordering thru them again.

The food was alright, but the portions are absolutely massive. The woman that called to confirm our order was super sweet and polite, but upon going into the restaurant to pick up our order the staff running the front till area left little to be desired. We got zero fortune cookies with our meals, and between two one person 3 dish combos we received two napkins, and one little packet of soy sauce which resulted in us having to go back inside and request at least one more. The woman at the front really didnt want to even give us a second packet which sort of blew my mind, especially considering they gave me 4 packets of plum sauce for the one egg roll wed ordered. They never did give us more napkins, despite one of the Styrofoam containers breaking open and leaking everywhere inside our car due to how it was packaged which also left little to be desired as well. The service was pretty disappointing considering the amount of money we spent for just two people eating out, and I doubt we will return anytime soon, if at all.

Customer service is fantastic here but I personally wouldnt eat here again, after feeling the way I feel. I dont recommend eating their food. Which is weird because my mum and her friend feel fine after eating the same food. Perhaps its just me and how healthy I think I am? I remember getting food elsewhere and felt far better because it tasted much better

Food is good. Unhappy with forced tipping for pickup food, pickup should usually have a discount. Beware online orders force a 10% tip on your order total. Pay online because if you pay at pickup their machine prompts you to tip 12%, 15% or 20% (there isn t a no tip option) before you even get your food/bill, so it s very easy to double tip.

I thought the food was very good. Got a combination plate. Portion was great. Vegetables all seemed very fresh and tasted. Nice and fresh. Looked bright and desirable. First time being here. Thought the food was pretty darn good. Price was okay too. Purchased Combo 3 - chicken balls, beef and vegetables chicken fried rice.

Ordered on a Saturday at 5:45. Received meal at 8:15pm. I believe they had delivery issues, and were also busy. After a few calls to check, and speaking to management I was offered a 10% discount. I think in this exceptional case (if that is what it was) I should have received a larger discount or compensated in some way to try and keep my business. Food was fine- but over 2 hours for a place that is 10 minutes from my house is unexceptional. As a business owner I am Disappointed at the lack of customer service

Accidentally ordered at this location when I meant to order to Rutland. Gave them a call to let them know Id be a bit late picking it up. Got there and the food was still hot! Even after rush hour traffic! Everything was delicious and my boyfriend and I have found our new go-to place to get Chinese food!

This has always been our go to place for Chinese food in West Kelowna but we are officially done ordering from this restaurant. It started a few months ago when we ordered delivery and it never showed up so I went to go pick it up instead. Today we called and ordered as soon as they opened earlier in the day for a 5pm pick up time. Got there a few minutes before 5, waited in line to pay. Got to the front of the line, paid and then the girl at the front counter very rudely said you can go wait in your car. I was confused and she just kept repeating it until I walked away not giving me an eta when my food would be ready. It wasn t ready until 520, 20 minutes AFTER our scheduled pickup time. No explanation, no apology just put our food down and walked away. Terrible customer service we won t be back.

Ordered delivery on q app at 4 45. Was supposed to be an hour. Called after an hour and a half,was told they were running late, told me another 45 to 60 minutes. Called again at 7 15. Was told it would be leaving restaurant in another 10 minutes. Told the woman if it didnt leave in 10 minutes to cancel order. Waited another 15 minutes and was then informed via app that my order had been canceled. No apology nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been loyal customers for years. Wow! Thought restaurants appreciated loyal customers during covid. If you want food from here make sure you pick it up yourself!

Use to be our go to place (I would have given it a 3 star over the past 5 years, plenty of hits and misses, sometimes the food rocked other times it was forgettable). Ordered take out for a family members birthday party. Picked up at 4:30PM on a Tuesday evening. Worst food I have ever received regardless of cuisine. To serve cold day old food was a disgrace, had to be old because what we ordered and picked up in half an hour would need to be hot. Had it not been for being a family members birthday party I would have taken the food back and dropped it on the floor and left. What a waste of $80 (and I tipped them $10 as it was ready when they said it would be). As the saying goes.........fool me once..... Place could use a good cleaning.

Ordered at 5pm, they said deliver would be an hour to hour and a half tops. 715 shows up...no food. My husband called and we got this number is not in service. 10 times at least. Tried from my phone same thing numerous times. Finally get through, they say it will be another hour. So 3 hours for food that we were waiting an hour and a half tops for. No care, no compensation. We will never eat here again. A&W for the win!!

We are house sitting and dont known any places to eat around here. Googled restaurants and decided to try here. When I called his little son answered, he was very polite and asked me to hold. Once the dad answered I let him know I was thinking of doing 2 orders for one. He let me know his favorites and made sure we didnt get double of anything. We got our food in amazing time id say about 15-20 minutes. Food was amazing!! We highly recommend this place!!

I used to love eating here! But after putting in an order online(dinner for 6 plus extra sides cost $121.15 tip included) and told online that my order would be ready for pick in 45 minutes I gleefully awaited my time. After arriving at said restaurant and paying for my food I was told it would be a couple minute wait. 30 minutes later I yelled at the worker wheres my food it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. Was informed that my order didnt get started until it was paid for as per restaurant policy. I would rather starve than eat here anymore.

This is my first time and last time ordering from this restaurant. Quantity is good. However, the fast of the food is far off comparing to authentic Chinese food. Well at least the my Chinese tastebuds. The sesame chicken is soft instead of crispy. Assorted seafood hotpot taste... I honestly dont know how to describe it. I have never had peas in hotpot ever in my life. The fresh pea taste and hotpot have nothing to do with each other, absolutely weird.

I have found over the last few months the quality of the food has deteriorated so much that we will never get food thetr again. Last night we ordered and the food was not at all fresh. The ginger beef was just batter and a tiny piece of dried put meat hiding in the batter. Same with the seeet and sour pork. We threw most of the food in the garbage.

Great little place. Food is always hot and fresh whether I pick up or have it delivered. Weve been ordering from here for years and have never had a bad experience. The inside isnt much to look at and Id never eat-in but they make great food. Service is friendly. Wait times for pick up are reasonable and if they are really busy theyll tell you so you can decide if you want to wait for an order order or not. Delivery arrives hot and in pretty good time. Since they started using Skip the Dishes for deliveries I find it much more efficient and a lot faster.

Joes garden was closed for renovations so I went ahead and tried wok inn. That was my first mistake. So disappointed. I ordered a combo for 1 to try before spending $45 for a family dinner. I ordered at 530 so I d have fresh food. Almond chicken and spring rolls were so dry and hard, over fried for sure. Or just old. The beef mixed vegetables had no bok Choi, huge squares of green peppers, giant leafs of cabbage, 2 pieces of beef, 1 carrot, a bunch of mushrooms and celery with a few pieces of broccoli as it s saving grace. It s flavour was bland and greasy. The chicken chow mein, meh. I like long skinny noodles. Not short medium ones like the grocery store. And they were mushy like worms. Hardly any cabbage or chicken in the mix. But did have shredded carrots. Basically no flavour again. A waste of my money. I did choke down the almond chicken since it was the most edible of the bunch and I was starving. I wouldn t eat there again. I ll patiently wait for joes garden to open its doors back up. That s some serious Chinese deliciousness!

Ordered food for pickup, was told it was a 1hr wait. That is abnormal but okay its a Saturday. Show up 1hr later then proceed to wait over 1hr outside before receiving our food. NOT IMPRESSED! No discount or credit for future purchase. Maybe stop taking calls for more orders when your 2-3hrs behind... Skip the dishes driver came and left over 10 times while we waited...online skip the dishes app said only 30 min wait time for delivery. Been eating at their restaurants for years and this is unacceptable customer service

We ordered 3 beef dishes (beef and broccoli, beef with snap peas and ginger beef). The beef and broccoli and beef and snap peas had very little actual beef, very expensive veggie dishes. The both lacked flavor and were quite bland. The ginger beef tasted like the ginger beef kit you get at M&M Meats. An order of over $50.00 and no fortune cookies. Next time we get the craving for Chinese Food, we will wait until Wednesday when we can order from Mei Wei and get our moneys worth and know it will be fresh and flavorful. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WOK INN 3.

Okay, I know my ginger beef and egg foo young and I had a craving after my sons basketball, so, on a flimsy whim, decided to pop in and inquire as to whether or not said items were legit. I had my doubts given the overall look of the digs but both food items were delicious. Egg foo young was how it would be expected from a place in say, Vancouver China town and the ginger beef was crispy, sweet and perfectly spicy.

Horrible. Hair in my vegetables. So much liquid in the bottom of my dish that my almond chicken was soggy and the chow mein was swimming in it. I asked for hot sauce and was informed they didnt have any. Ordered for lunch take out, was quoted 15 minutes, I showed up roughly at 7 minutes after my call (expecting to wait) and my food was sitting waiting for me already packaged. Unsure how long the food was actually sitting there waiting. I picked one star because you have to at least pick one, otherwise I would have not picked any.

Classic Chinese food restaurant. Nothing fancy here, we usually get it to go or have it delivered. The restaurant dining room needs a serious upgrade, but the food is good. Huge portions on the dishes. The combo dinners are good for 2 meals. When I get a craving for Chinese food, this is where I eat.

One of my worse experiences... i was in my lunch break from work.. had my wife and son meet me, they took agonist 30 min to get out the order of pad thai... every table that got there after us was served over and over and when we finally questioned where are order was she said they are just working on it.. why would it take them almost 30 min to start working on the other part of our order, the rest of my party was already almost done with their meal and my lunch was half over by the time we got the food. The waitress never asked if we needed anything and we dlsat without drinks for some time and had to ask for refills. This would be why people dont want to tip prior to the service being provided. This time I ordered very expensive lettuce wraps for takeout get home and they serve it with sweet-and-sour sauce disgusting who put sweet-and-sour sauce and lettuce wraps ! They used to be delicious lettuce wraps and even the lettuce wraps were disgusting the lettuce was sad yuck I will never go back !!
