Great location! Sadly a puppy cone was actually a $2 kids cone. Too big for our small dog. Not like other brands puppy items. Not the fault of this particular store though Sometimes the drive thru gets long but usually they make your order very quickly

The drive thru is so consistently slow it boggles the mind. Expect 25 mins+ most nights, longer if it s hot out.

Ive been going to DQs for my Birthday Freebie for several years, only to have West Kelowna DQ NOT honour their Canada -wide program. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID West Kelowna DQ on your Birthday. GOOD RIDDANCE

Very disappointed going in today for my usual small plain cone. The cones have clearly shrunk in size (I actually though it was a kiddie cone) and the price has gone up even more. For what you get I can purchase way more icecream at the grocer. My last visit to the DQ. Everyone is pulling this trick these days. They seem to think we are dum not to notice.

I stop here pretty regularly and they are bang on every single time, prompt as possible and as friendly as can be! You wont find a better dairy queen around and Ive been to at LEAST 3 of them Kid-friendliness: Been going here after the pool since I was a little kid and its still the place it was 30 years ago Wheelchair accessibility: I havent seen a smoother graded, easy to go up ramp around.

Although not my first time going here, this particular Dairy Queen location has been consistently good most of the time. Today was one of those days. Had a load of 5 people in the car, had a somewhat extensive and diverse order and the young lady working the drive thru window was fantastic! Efficient, and even read all our orders back to me. Wait time was reasonable and she got everything correct and most importantly she was engaged and focused on her work, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The Management here clearly spent some time selecting their staff well instead of the usual drab, un-engaged staff at most places who seem to want to be anywhere but working. Blond girl with an Okanagan tan. Carpet didnt match the drapes, but very efficient and quick, and got the job done right the first time and was pleasant. Thank you!

After being denied the 2 for $9.00 double cheese burgers at the Lakeshore and Gordon St Dairy Queens in Kelowna a few days ago. I happened to out here a couple days ago and thought Id try to see if this one would do the same. So glad I tried as there was no problem getting them here. And to make things better the girl at the drive thru, Sheena, was very pleasant and the burgers were soo good.

Great service. I ordered a $9 meal that included a sundae and the young lady asked if I would like it served immediately, but I left it for later. Afterward I asked if it could be changed for a mini blizzard and I paid the difference. Im glad they were willing to accommodate me. The washroom was clean and lacked nothing.

Went on Friday night. My wife has asked for a very specific sundae at a number of Dairy Queens, and had no luck. The group that was working that night did exactly what she was looking for. Seems like a small thing but we were pretty happy. Thank you for that.

Good for the value. Its what I expect. Only problem is I think they need to clean their soft-drink machine; everything has a taste of root-beer to it (orange soda, iced tea, and lemonade specifically this last time)

My wife and I ordered 2 single mushroom Swiss burgers and we were very disappointed with the little amount of mushrooms and sauce, this used to be one of our favourites but not any more

Always great BLIZZARDS!!! All around awesome ice creams and orange Julius drinks...... Such a great place for a cool treat on a hot day or evening. When ordering food, its always been made freshevery time Ive gone, unlike some other fast food joints where their foods sits under a heat lamp for who knows how long which isnt very appealing. DQ is a great place to go with great service, value and quality treats. Parking: Theres plenty of parking available Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and sizes available Wheelchair accessibility: Dairy Queen has wheelchair accessible parking and there seating available. I must say though they do need a push button for the door for people who have wheelchairs ect.

Went through the drive through ordered a skor/cookie dough blizzard. But got a Reese s blizzard, didn t notice till halfway home when I had a bite. Was very annoying, good thing I don t have a peanut allergy.

I ordered a blizzard they went to prepared for me, after 25 minutes waiting in the windows drive-thru I start to horn because nobody gave me my ice cream, then Noah showed up in the window and gave me the ice cream melted, I told him I dont want it, I asked to redo it. Then I asked Noah for explanation and names and he refused to give me the information, very mean guy trying to scape from the problem, after that Gracie appeared and I ask her name. Terrible service never comeback, very mean people. Check the video camaras Im telling the truth. And also I record everything. 35 minutes waist there. And a lot of gasoline keeping my truck running. Kid-friendliness: Never comeback. Noah and Gracie.

The other day it was my sons first birthday and the place I had order the cake from messed it up and couldn t fix it. I had checked all over town and finally Dairy Queen said they could help fix the cake, it was very generous of them for taking in someone else s work and fixing it. I highly recommend this place very nice people, they saved me just one hour before his birthday! Thank you

We called and ordered a special order...a Dairy Queen gluten-free log cake for my daughter s birthday. She is in her 30s but has Always had a DQ Cake for her BDay lol. They were very nice on the phone and fulfilled the order. We picked it up through their drive-thru and took it home. My daughter was delighted! The cake was so yummy! It was half vanilla, half chocolate with fudge in the middle and so so good! Thank you DQ

Let me start by saying that the staff is great, but the manager and owner not so much. First time I had a problem was a couple of years ago when I called this location to get blizzard cupcakes. I wanted 6, but 3 different kinds but was told that I could only get all 6 of one kind. Called the other location in West Kelowna and it was no problem to getting this from them. Thought I would try this location again in May, 2021. Ordered a turtle blizzard cake for my friends birthday. Spoke to the manager, asked her some questions as Im looking online, explained that my friend loves turtles and she asked if I wanted to get happy birthday on top, I said sure. Got home with it and noticed there was no turtle topping on it, just plain white with writing. Served the cake and then noticed no blizzard middle layer as it is in picture, instead it was fudge cookie layer. Called, spoke to same manager. Asked what happed to turtle topping on top, she explained that she cant put writing on cake with topping so she didnt add it. Asked why this was told to me, she said You Didnt ask I was shocked with the response. Then asked about middle layer why it wasnt blizzard, was told that it isnt made that way, but I mentioned pic with it showing and she said it shows the cookie layer, I must be not looking at same pic. I contacted Dq head office and they explained that it should be made with blizzard topping in middle and would pass to the owner and include the managers attitude and get him to call me about it. Over a week later and no response, I called and spoke to Dave, part owner, he explained he was busy... away for awhile.. He did agree that manager didnt have to speak to me that way but as for the cake it was made correctly and head office was wrong, but said he would make it up to me when it comes time to order my next one. Sent Dave an email in July asking to order a cake and to contact me, 5 days later no response, called Dave, he explained again that he is busy... Asked about cake and he offered $10 off, i didnt think that was right, he asked what i thought, said half off, which works out to be $18 off. He said he cant, too much money to lose. Well now he has lost a customer.

Worst experience and service Ive ever had I even paid for items I didnt even get they even forgot my Pepsi for 32$ I got 2 fries 2 burgers and a shake wow. Might as well go to the keg

Pretty poor service. Four staff working, clearly wanted to go home early. Arrived at 9:50. Couldn t get a simple chocolate dipped cone because their ice cream was too soft. Blizzards that we revived were pretty melted. Turned away the cars that pulled in behind us because they said they were closed at 9:58. If I were the manager of this location I would be very disappointed of the service of the staff.

The two chicken strips for the kids meal was the size of a chicken nugget. They were tiny and very dry. Usually they are alot bigger. No indoor dining whereas everywhere else has it. Especially being 42 degrees, smoky, and one dirty picnic table outside. Next time Ill just go to white spot and actually get a decent meal, since its literally a dollar more.

You sit and wait 10 min for your order while the 12 year old girls are eating fries and ice cream infront of you while they re working pretty gross while you re waiting for your food

I appreciate that due to covid the drive thru is the only option but Ive twice ordered banana splits and it almost seems as tho these are premade as they are half melted. The burger I ordered tonight along with the onion rings were definitely made quite some time ago and it was disappointing.

the ice cream and treats are good. but one thing that is getting ridiculous is that every time I go there and I get a certain employee making my blizzards there is an issue EVERY TIME they make them. drips always on the outside of the cup running down as theyre handing them out the window. I mean cmon what a joke! I dont want ice cream pooling at the bottom of my cup holder. Also any time one of the younger guys answers the intercom they are always cheerful and no matter what special things I ask for they always say they will see what they can do. And I dont mind paying a little extra to get a mix of ingredients in my blizzard. I just wish all the staff shared the positive attitude that some members do.
