Slow. Unavailable to order anything. Complete disappointment.

Went through the drive through and tried to get blizzards. They took the order wrong 5 times. When they repeated the order back correctly, after correcting it so many times, it was still wrong. The other location is better, never had an issue there.

Order two shakes and they come to you with sticky wet cups dtripping down the side handed to me by employee with dirty sticky, ice cream covered hands. One not even blended , she tried a second time to give it to me. It was in worse shape than the first time. And then she tries to get another employee to give it to me to see if I would take it from them instead. What a gong show. Wash your hands. For the prices people pay for so little perhaps clean packaging at the drive thru as well as dine in. Im really excited and looking forward to the generic response Im going to get to this review. That should be almost as exciting and wonderful as receiving two nasty sloppy expensive milkshakes.

New manager refused to honour a coupon from previous manager and made a huge deal over it. Good customer service would have either honoured it or at least handled it better.

Ordered a plain double cheeseburger at the counter, cashier was nice but my burger wasnt plain, dont know why they hire people who cant understand what a plain burger is.

Just went through the drive thru and my burger was handed to me without a bag. Then was told paper bags are 25 cents. Talk about the owner being stingy, and doesn t want to fork out the cost of paper bags. Instead tries to make profit off PAPER BAGS lol. This is the only DQ that does this. Unbelievable.

Right off the bat, we were astounded by the shockingly absurd layout of this Dairy Queen . However, the employees were fantastic and patient, waiting for my app to load. (Dairy Queen please sponsor us and we ll promote your app ). My French fries at record speed, however I was gifted a temporary tray even though I specified my order was to go, but this did not take away from the amazing experience that I shared at this establishment. Excellent service food was great.

My 3 yr old got a chicken strip kids meal and got very bad food poisoning never will go back to this location and now my son won t eat chicken .

Ordered skor blizzard sub peanut butter sauce and received a blizzard with hot fudge instead. After talking to the owner they decided they can add more sauce but wouldn t make a new one. Every time I go to this location they get something wrong. The owner doesn t understand what customer service is at all apparently. Much rather go to Westbank city centre location from now on

Couldnt follow simple instructions. My sundae looked like a previous order somebody didnt take. Other locations seem to get it right.

Chicken was cold, so I returned it. No apology from the staff there. I was offered a replacement but after biting in to cold chicken which should have been hot, put me off having anything else. I was given a refund, still No apology.. and asked to throw out my returned food on my way out. Awful food awful customer service.

Drive thur service is at an all time low April 23 4:25pm. At this point I will never get Dairy Queen products again. Too many screw ups on my orders tired of having to check orders before I drive away. Today had one of our blizzards a Reese s pieces had no flavour just taste like ice cream. Very Sad

Awful burgers! We ordered chicken burgers, the patties were literally brown with 90% of coating and a little of chicken. Servers refused to give us money back or different burgers. Worse experience ever, won t be coming to DQ ever again.

Ordered a bday cake online but they had a system glitch where the store didnt have my order when i came to pick up. The staff were SUPER friendly, apologetic, and made the whole thing right without excuses.

Maybe its my own fault because Im so shy but the guy working window tonight seemed agitated and cut me off. He also didnt give me what I wanted. Im sure if I said something he would have corrected me but Im just so shy and awkward and after already telling him twice I felt like I didnt need to say anything and that if I did I would be told that I was wrong and that this was what I asked for and he did do as I requested

Not impressed for paying $12 for a hand full of fry s after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes and it s not even hot

In drive through at 9:45 on Friday night. Google says they are open til 10 pm and sign is still lit. There s a person ahead at window getting their order. Wanted to get a blizzard but instead of staff member taking our order they announced they re closed. We asked what time do they close and he said 9:45. How ridiculous!

Burgers are fine. Fries arent great (in my opinion). Chicken is good. Wraps are decent. Icecream is spectacular.

The West bank store has a really hard time actually mixing their blizzards For what you have to pay for a blizzard I would think theyd be able to mix it a little bit better

We went to this location last weekend to order one of the $8 meal deals (which are on the website), only to have them claim they dont do them anymore. We ordered two chicken strip baskets instead - the strips were smaller than usual, and there was less than a handfull of fries in each. I will never go to this location again - the one on the other end of W. Kelowna is infinitely better.

I placed an order for a frozen birthday cake with my own picture. I gave them 3 days notice and they told me when it would be ready. When I got there, the workers started offering me french fries and an ice cream and told me to sit down and they would have it ready shortly. One of the girls then came over and said that their cake maker was sick so they couldn t make it and then their story changed to their picture printer wasn t working and that s why they couldn t print it. I asked why they would tell me this now when I m ready to pick it up, instead of before so I could ve ordered from somewhere else. Then I sat there for about an hour as they made the cake with the picture printer that apparently was broken . The cake looked awful as it was rushed. There was no happy birthday in gel that I asked for, there was just the picture that I told them to print. Thank goodness I added text into that picture The cake looked awful as it was rushed. I wouldn t trust them to make a cake for you, because if it was for a special event like a kids birthday party, it might not be made.

Worst fast food place in kelowna. Found a couple hairs in my burger. When I asked them about it I got nothing but attitude. They pretty much told me to get lost. Stay away!!!

The food was barely edible and the service was horrible.

We ordered 4 cheeseburgers passing through on a road trip. If we didnt have somewhere to be, we would have turned around and asked for our money back. I contacted Dairy Queen, and a manager called me back and left a voicemail for me to call him back. I called back within a few minutes and had to leave a message. I tried back 2 more times, and my calls were not returned. The burgers we ordered were thrown in the garbage. The buns were so freezer burnt or stale that they were dried out and hard. The patties were luke warm at best.

Hard for people and the workers to hear over the intercom

I paid $4.99 for a poutine, standard fries with melted cheese curds and hot gravy poured on top. It was so greasy I passed out harder than I do on Thanksgiving. Would go back again for a good nights rest.

I ordered a cake with a photo on it. The photo was 2 people on a mostly dark blue background, but the whole thing came out various shades of washed-out green, even the people. It was absolutely terrible. When I complained they said thats just how the printer did it. I demanded a discount but all I got was $5 off. It should have been 50% off their overpriced nonsense. They need to fix their system. They force you to order online instead of being able to come in and actually talk to someone about what you want. If I had known this would happen I would have gone somewhere else. I told them they should have called me to say that it didnt work, but they were so unapologetic and didnt see anything wrong with the situation. Even the supervisor was just making excuses with a smile on his face. Not one sorry. Good thing the cake was for a work function and not a kids birthday or there would have been some horrified kids. I will never go back to this specific location, and I will never order a custom cake from DQ again.

Really bad management. Tried to order 2 large blizzards using a bogo coupon and the manager Chris said only for mediums, I challenged that because it didnt say that on the coupon, which he argued back a lot until he finally said ok well lets try and enter in the coupon and if it works for you then youre lucky. Well it did work and he asked then for payment, which I tried to use my phone to pay but it had a glitch which it sometimes does and I asked if he could just retry it and he said no because its just that it doesnt accept my phone for payment (even though Ive been here many times and its always worked) so he said if I wanted to pay Id need to put in the chip of an actual card. So Im super pregnant and its blizzarding outside and I get my wallet, come back and the transaction was declined because it timed out so they had to re run it though, which I then tried and used my phone to pay and it worked just fine. At this point Im pretty annoyed that twice Chris said I was wrong and I wasnt , and he was being super rude through it all. So when he brought me the ice creams I let him know that normally I have a good experience in the store but hes made this time horrible and he then kept trying to cut me off and was raising his voice with me the whole time. eventually gave me an insincere applogy. Just a bad experience all around. I hope someone higher up reads this and has a conversation with Chris. Im a manager and theres no way I would be ok with any of my staff acting this way, and even more surprising that it was a manager.

Dairy Queen has not changed much over the years. It still offers all the favorites from the traditional ice cream cone and banana split to new favorites such as the Blizzard. In the last few years it merged with Orange Julius so it now offers their menu as well. This location has a very friendly staff that is eager to please and stays open until 10 PM daily.

Not weight watchers friendly so cant come back for awhile.. too fat

The most friendly service today from a young man. Made my little girl smile and explained all of the ice cream choices to her.

Was in the other night with the family, staff were energetic and great with little kids.

They took one walfe and cut it in half so got 2 haves of a wallfe not 2 hole ones at the dq by the bridge but the new dreamcical orange dipp cone just like a creamcycle

Decent for a Dairy Queen. I cant remember a visit where at least 1 thing wasnt off (blizzard too runny, ice cream cone not done right, forgotten items in drive through, watered down soda, etc). Not my first choice in the area.

Quick and friendly service. They deliver your food to your table. Found it odd that they dont use trays and bring your food to you one item at a time as it becomes available.

every time i go through drive thru, the employees can barely hear me or i can t understand them, they always mess up my order whether it s giving me the wrong items or forgetting lots, however inside of the store employees are usually very friendly and don t mess up order !

Dont use the drive thru go inside to order. Being right beside the highway you have to shout your order and theyll still hear it wrong. Not exactly willing to fix your order either.

Went to this Dairy Queen for the 3rd time in the past few months and got a soupy blizzard. The worker didn t even turn it upside down she just turned it side ways and it started to drip. On top of that I had been driving through Kelowna and every diary queen said June 23rd Buy one Blizzard Get one for 99 cents. I decided to take my sister to this Dairy Queen because it was by my house but they weren t offering the same deal. I was told that every Dairy Queen is ran by different owners and this particular store wasn t offering the deal. Interesting because I drove past 3 that were.... Honestly, I wouldn t waste your time with this Dairy Queen.... drive across the bridge and go to Parlour where they serve real ice cream not soup. At least that s what I ll be doing.

This is a good place for dairy lovers!! Going to gelato or frozen yogurt is way too expensive for everyday meals. But DQ has great stuff for reasonable prices. This restaurant especially because it is quaint. I suggest u go here for a yummy cold treat to cool off from the summer heat

I had to change my review to a 1 star. Really bad management and poor service. I saw management be rude to staff and borderline abusive through the drive through window. Not impressed.
