Visiting from Ontario. Went here for dinner w a gf on my first night here. Super excited to eat here for my first time. I ordered the Southwest bowl w avocado added. Bowl tasted great however I did get food poisoning and lost 2 days of my time visiting Kelowna Food

The staff and the food at the West Kelowna location are fantastic

Went in for hot bowl of soup,served up cold,then they microwaved it,not homemade,and was canned soup,total garbage,ripped off,12 dollars can of soup and a water,no wonder only 2 other people at lunch hour,walked over to bamboo chopsticks after that,they were packed,never again.

First time we visited this restaurant. The staff have no nutritional knowledge. The wrap had a long black hair in it and did not apologize.

Ordered a salad with chicken, the chicken was like rubber and it was a very small portion for what they charge. The place needs cleaning the tables are not cleaned at all the Banketts need re apholstering they are ripped and look pretty shabby. Will not got back to this location again - orchard park plaza. Very uncaring staff and I noticed not very sanitary when preparing your dish.

Changed the pick up style of full order salads. The dressing is on the salad not on the side. There is less product. Not a good change if you ask me. Same price.

Very poor customer service skills and sanitation. The girl at the register was too busy texting and the other worker was eating and then he proceeded to make our food without washing his hands.

Woman with a mask taking orders was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a chopped leaf. No soup no rice, kept complaining they closed soon

I came in today and ordered two salads. Design your own. I started eating in the car and found two bugs in my salad ! I am super disappointed and grossed out. This isn t the first time something unsanitary has happened at this location. I m bringing my salads back and asking for a refund. I frequently make the trip to go to the Kelowna location now and I have never had a problem. The salads are so much better and the customer service makes it worth the trip. I would leave zero stars if possible.

I am not sure when and how you deal with the lettuce because it is always brown and stale as if it is cut two or three days ago. Horrible stuff. Not coming back.

Really lovely people working here! I am a creature of habit and order the same bowl every time I am here. It is consistently made perfectly! I have tried the Orchard Plaza location, and it does not compare to West K.

I love chopped leaf but today, I got HALF of a starter salad filled container with small sprinklings of my add-ons that I practically mortgaged @ $14.44 (15.16 w tax). I normally enjoy a build your own starter salad, and dont mind that might more but this time I pay more but getting way less, this was really painful for me today. I ordered chopped leaf mix, with tomatoes, cucumber, feta, onions, added an avocado which was tiny ($2.70), quinoa which hardly had any - might have been a tablespoon at most ($2.36), edamame which I think was maybe a tablespoon of. I probably had 3 grape tomatoes tops, the onions are very few... I walked away sad. I have enjoy chopped leaf regularly once a weekend. Have to say, the Kelowna location near the mall really outshines this location. Im not sure if its inflation or cutting back. Ive had very hit or miss times here within the past year. Before that it was fairly consistently great. Chopped leaf, please help redeem my faith in you!! 2 stars because I really didnt want to give 1 star

I ordered the sunshine salad. The portion of the veggies compared too everything else was way off. The apples and cucumbers need to be bigger pieces. All I tasted was spring mix....why? oh because the apples, cucumbers and cheese fell all the way to the bottom. And 4.00 for a few pieces of chicken? robbery. I rate it a 2/10. The staff was great.

I ordered from them today a full salad bowl and they missed to add cheese, chickpeas and I called them to tell about the missing items. They asked me to come by again and the lady gave me only few chickpeas and laughed on the situation Never imagined that this kind of service could be provided by anyone to their customers.They charge more to their customers don t give them the items they paid for it.. I paid extra for some the ingredients..

In the spirit of trying new things, we decided to try here for breakfast and it was great. I had the Buffola sandwich and my colleague had a bowl. They were both delicious and worth the price. Not a long wait time, staff was friendly and professional

Love the full bankok salad, its huge!! They are so easy to deal with, I call in my order and within 15 minutes its ready to be picked up.

I ate a 10.00 tuna melt,it was ok pretty thin on the tuna thankfully they severed it with ranch dip or it would have been a 1 star sandwich

I did a large order for almost 25 people and I was SO impressed. I had put everyones name on each order, and they made personalized labels for every single item! UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF BUSINESS ON GOOGLE. I CANT KEEP UP WITH THE CONSTANT CHANGES IN YOUR BUSINESS OPERATION TIMES.

They never seem to get my order right.. whether i order online or in person. Not that hard to put NO lettuce into a sandwich. This is ridiculous, the employees are too busy talking and giggling and don t seem to be very happy when someone places an order. I ve never left a negative review but this is the 4th time they have messed up our order go to the kelowna location instead.

We enjoyed our salads - good quality.

Went in for a pesto quesadilla & got something nearly uncooked. When I went to eat, nearly everything fell out & the wrap part was undercooked so nothing would hold. Still edible but not the same quality as the ones in Kelowna

Excellent Chopped Tuna melt sandwich. My friend had the grilled Chicken Cranberry Pesto. Both were AMAZING! Who knew sandwiches could be sooooo yummy! Perfectly toasted multigrain bread. The side of their signature ranch dressing was the icing in the cake so to speak!! Delicious! Very clean restaurant. Respecting Covid rules.

Traveling to a wedding in West Kampala and we figured we would stop at a child least for some food. Chopped Lead had become or go-to quick service restaurant when we are traveling so we expected good things. First the guy taking of order could care less about what we were ordering, and in fact got our order wrong so when my wifes large creasers salad came out it had chicken on it which is not what was ordered. My Quesada was cold, in the 10+ chopped leaf restaurants we have visited in the last 3 months never once has a Quesada arrived cold.

A friend & I chose a salad each & split a sandwich between us. No prep, no clean up & no waste. Perfect, tasty, healthy lunch Ill definatly be coming back for more.

They have a variety of choices, very nutritious. Great protein selection. Also they always offer new chief specials, Ive tried them all and are so tasty.

I eat the same thing every time because it has the least salt of any fast food meal option. Lost a star because prices went up by about $2 overnight. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Ill be back :D

First time at this location. Excellent food and staff was very polite and professional. Topped of with a super clean and nice interior makes it a hit! Much better than the Kelowna location all around.

Horrible. Every time I have gone there, they have forgotten something. Even basic things that come with my meal. I always get bowl #3 without tomatoes and so many times I have gotten home to find NO tzatziki sauce or no pita, or they have put tomatoes in it, or I even pay for extra tzatziki and I get home to find no tzatziki at all!!! Fed up with this, too many bad experiences and not one time have they gotten it right.

Really good food, but it took over 25 minutes to get a wrap... understaffed today? not sure... long waits usually when I come to Chopped.

Second time Ive ordered now where I noted no cheese with dairy allergy. Both times cheese was on my food. Disappointing when salads are $18

Last 3 or 4 times have been a disappointment. Ill just grab a head of lettuce and dip it in some sauce next time. Too bad, it was good when there were a good amount of toppings provided

I eat here often as a healthy alternative to fast food during a busy day. Not only is the food delicious but the staff are exceptional, they are always polite and positive. Thanks for everything!

A little pricey, but very good food. A personal favorite is the Chicken Ceasar Wraps. An even, delicious amount of all ingredients is such a welcome surprise after every other place Ive tried that gives you 85% lettuce.

The food is excellent & very fresh! My favourites are the Bangkok & Southwest wraps or salads.

Had southwest wrap with salmon and advacado for lunch. First, who ever wrapped it didnt do a good job. I spilled half of the wrap ... and on top of that, I got food poisoning. Ive had southwest wrap many times at a different locations and this west kelowna location is the worst chop leaf. I will be voiding this location going forward.

Going to this store (specifically in this West Kelowna location) is my daily routine. Great food, great people, a little pricey but for a person that has allergy and food restrictions, all worth it to me. Staff are very diligent in all areas. The store is always clean and bright. The foods always look and taste amazing. I love their mushroom and cauliflower soups as well. Oh and the new bacon pesto sandwich. Thank you!

Love love love everything about this restaurant. Food is always yummy and filling lol And the chopped water is great as healthier drink option. People are nice and helpful. They get a lot of customers especially during lunchtime so I always call in my food order ahead of time or order online instead so my food is ready right away. I don t mind waiting at all I see how the staff work hard in there during busy hours it s just that I only have 30mins break everytime.

This Chopped leaf store is really something. I have been visiting different locations but this west kelowna location is always the best. Me and my friend often drive all the way from Kelowna 2-3x a week just to grab our lunch here. We are very loyal customers for more than a year now and always pleased with the food and the service. They re the nicest. Keep it up gals!

Bad service.

Nobody seemed to know much about what ingredients went in what and all food was prepared without gloves. When I commented about that I was told the manager thought gloves were dirtier and that they washed. Gross!

Awesome service, great salads, wraps & chopped water!

Ive given this new location three tries now. For some reason this Chopped Leaf consistently serves wraps half the size and weight of other locations, and weve been to several. Same high price though. Thats very disappointing. Whole bowls have the same problem. Also we recently purchased two wraps and were given just one napkin in our bag. Im not sure if we were supposed to share it or tear it in two? It seems to be a very thrifty location.

Ordered from this location 5 times because the work crew likes it. Food is good, fresh, and salads are a decent size. However, 4 out of 5 times, something has been missing or made incorrectly. Checked the receipt and we were definitely charged for the missing items. Seems to be a consistent thing, unfortunately.

The food is good, reasonably priced and healthier then most fast food options. The store is usually busy so the wait times are longer then average, and the menu is small. Overall I would recommend it for people looking for healthier options.

The food was delicious, the whole family enjoyed it! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was fun.

Friendly atmosphere and a helpful staff who always help me to accommodate my vegan lifestyle and helped talk me through my options, and easy substitutions. So happy to have a healthy alternative for fast food, and somewhere that offers so many vegan options and proteins!

Great location after an afternoon of shopping, the staff were friendly and service was great! Will definitely be stopping by for my favourite Whole Bowl Number One (with chicken)!

Used to go to the one In kelowna lots before moving over the bridge. I find the new location actually has fresher ingredients and the staff is top notch. I ve shown up a few times just before closing and they helped me out with a smile on thier face. Been here 10 times never had a bad experience.

Great alternative to a fast food restaurant. Ive eaten there twice now, its fast, fresh and healthy! Plus if you arent sure what youre looking for you can create your own salad or wrap.

If you are looking for clean, fresh food... this is the place...and it tastes wonderful. Daniel is an employee who made the visit extra special!

Great food! I order from here online 1-2 times a week. Every time I order the whole bowl #1 with chicken added and every time they miss something on my bowl. Just check your meal before you leave.
