$35 for two kebabs?? Outrageous pricing. The quality of the meat is sub par at best. Please don’t waste your money by coming here. Also no locks on toilets
Food could have been better in portion and in taste. It was their 1st day the new owner said. It's all Halal food in this location as well as the downtown location in Kelowna he said. Would visit once more to see how it's improved the next time, especially since proper halal options aren't that many in the Okanagan region
DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY ⛔️⚠️$13 dollars and you get the smallest Donair in the word with dry meat.. For $13 dollars I could have gotten a large meal somewhere else. I was going to go to subway but seen this on line thinking it was OK. Was I wrong angry with todays choice 😤😡. Now I'm more HANGRY then when I first got there as it was only an appetizer and have to go to A&W for an actual full meal wasting more money when i should have just went there to beginwith. I know you can get what you want on it but I went with classic and ripped myself off. Sure you can put other ingredients on it but then your drowning out the meat flavor. Which had none I may add as their was little meat and dry as hell

I ordered a beef donair platter. The meat was average compared to the great, authentic donair I've had before. However, the service was excellent, and the employee was very accommodating to my dietary needs.
Absolutely disgusting! Cut the donair in half and found 5 long brown hairs in the beef. The guy making them has a huge bushy beard. Not hard to imagine what happened there! Had to fight to get a refund and they tried denying it. Stay far away from this place!

Good donair and quite filling. Spicy fries were good (not really spicy) and the sauce was really good. It is a bit expensive (16 bucks for donair XL and fries) but you get a lot for it. Service was nice and quick. Parking is free in the complex as well.

My husband and I have been going here for 14 or so years. the owners are AMAZING. we moved to Vancouver 10 years ago and always make sure to get our fix when we visit. this last time they went out of their way to separate ingredients for the donairs so we could take a couple home. let me tell you my husband is SO happy to have his last one today. amazing amazing owners

My favorite donair place. If you ask me why.... ? When it comes to eating out, there are 3 factors I focus on. 1) Quality_Taste 2) Quantity_enough to make me feel full 3) Price. Here, I always order chicken donair (salad). They add în my salad, exactly what I need. They never rush me, and are always polite and smiling. I eat like a King (more like a hungry fireman, lol), because I love food. Their price is best price. Another thing I like here is the variety of soda. My Pepsi zero max is always available, and if I want to have a drink at room temperature, they bring the perfect one for me. The place isnt fancy, but you can feel the love. Its all you need. Bon apetite!
Food was amazing. The waffle fries with the seasoning....just delicious! Have the falafel wrap and you wont regret it. The man working the counter was professional and made things the way you ask. That is what you want from a Donaire joint. The shop is what youd expect at an industrial park, but not really somewhere Id want to stay and eat.
Not bad! I like the salad option for donairs. 3 stars because they do not make the classic garlic toum sauce or the classic sweet sauce. Not a fan of the tzatziki garlic, just wanted the garlic sauceeeeee and sweet sauce :).

Easily voted the DIRSTIEST restaurant. The floor in there is worse than a multiple car garage. The walls are COATED in greace and fluff from God knows what. I do not know how this place is allowed to serve!?
I love West Kelowna and I love its shops Subcity Donair is a great example of West Kelowna food service, they make the experience rich in flavour my whole family loves their service and food both top notch.

Was just there. Walked up as she was locking the door. She said they were closed at 4. I told her it was only 3:45. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. A few more people showed up as I was walking back to my car, they were surprised to see it closed as well. I ve been there before so I know the food is great, but that s lousy service.

What. A. Letdown. Kelowna location is great. Found out West Kelowna had one so I gave it a try. Greeting: You want anything deep fried?. No Hey how are you?, no welcome. Ordered our food. I dont understand why you are taking a staple topping on a donair, like feta, and charging extra for it. Got in the car. Waited for that warm food in the car, make ypu kinda hungry smell. My car smelled like wet cardboard all the way home..... the smell was matched by the taste. The guy asking us what we wanted put our food together and then went to the back (in plain view), sat down, and started playing on his phone while his coworker finished cleaning up and putting our, and the previous customers, food in a bag.
The place is clean and the service was friendly. I couldnt decide on what sauce to try and both ladies were very friendly and helped me pick one. The food is delicious. This is the only subcity donair location where I didnt get sick after eating.

The meat for my donair was kept in the fridge and wasnt freshly shaved. It would have been nice to have fresher meat but it may have been because we were there 15 minutes prior to close. Highly recommend the sweet sauce its fantastic!

Decent enough donair. I have eaten at multiple locations. Lake Country is my favorite. This location really needs an overhaul on decore. Old U shaped vinyl booths that are all torn up. While eating I couldnt help but notice how discusting the table bases and chair legs were. Never been so much as wiped off. Felt like I needed a shower.......dirty.
Everything was so fresh, hot and delicious! The frustrating part was that they were out of fries and offered the waffle fries, then charged extra for the waffle fries....

The food was terrible. There was no spices in the donairs. I asked for salt and pepper and it didnt seem like there was any of it in there. The chicken itself wasnt really fried, cooked or grilled. It tasted funny
Theyre okay. Ordered a poutine and there were maybe 10 French fries. It was literally veggies and chicken. Their secret sauce is amazing. Their fries when you actually get them are good too Pretty pricey. This is a picture of it without the veggies on top.

Not really a donair. Not fresh. No tabouleh. It s more like a subway with a pita instead of a sub bun. Subway is fresher and has better quality standards. I ll never eat there again.

Great food, their secret sauce is pretty good on the donair, but superb as a dipping sauce for their fried shrimp, and the gravy was nice and rich, made for a lovely poutine.

I love the westbank location! I go there all the time on my lunch break and they make the best donairs! The older gentleman that owns it is so kind and welcoming. Very highly recommend Subcity anyways, but this location is the best one.

I have been going to Subcity for many years. Always consistent, best place for a donair. And the spicy fries are to die for with the secret sauce they give you for dip. My only small complaint is that it could be a bit cleaner in the restaurant.

Subcity Donair is a good restaurant, but not this location. I watched as staff refilled the onion by the handful using the same glove he used to serve customers. Not the most sanitary. I got a chicken donair, but the meat tasted old and dry. Id go again, but ask for staff to change gloves.
They seem to have a problem with the meat cooker. Couldnt get extra beef.
