Love this place. The owner and team are always friendly and kind. Definately the best pizza in Westbank as well. 40% off on Mondays.

Youll love this pizza pie. And even just the simple pepperoni is spectacular. You get to choose the way you want it cooked and different crusts.

The staff were super duper friendly and very fast with my order! The food couldnt have been fresher it was all wonderful definitely recommend

Relatively quick and very good service. If you order online and something isnt clear they tend to give you a call to clarify anything needed. Very nice people as well.

Don t order from this place. There s so many other options in West Kelowna that ll deliver your food ON TIME! Placed my order at 4 to be delivered at 515, it showed up 30 minutes late. When I called to ask where it was I was given nothing but the run around, it s probably already out for delivery, we are doing our best, we have new people that we are training. If you re going to charge a $6 delivery fee you should ensure that you are following through on your orders.

Only pizza shop I buy from normally. I love how when I use the app I can save points towards my next meal. It really does help to have all those options for specials on the app. My kids love the pepperoni pizza, hubs loves the wings.

Usually consistent pizzas. Always get an email offer for a free Papadita after my order and the steak one is great! Their cheese is better than most places.

This crew does it right. They have a ton of great topping that they re generous with and they re always fast.

This is mainly in response to service complaints to give kudos. My small was ready in under 15 mins for pickup, with mods and free dip n pepper included. Counter staff was a nice guy in the West Kelowna location. Pizza is nothing like gourmet of course. For a franchise this still has a home-made feel. I probably would do something different next time because I didnt like the sweet bbq sauce. $16 is expensive. The $9 Flying Wedge slice at YVR Airport is far more delicious but this was slightly more. Probably better for 2 people.

Cant beat this, particularly when they have a good special running. Is it the best pizza in town? Well... yeah, I kinda think it is. It is consistent with good toppings and usually great service. Ive tried all the pizza places around, but this is the one I return to.

Surely a favorite! BUT can be a little inconsistent, which is a crusher for a pizza place. Overdone pizza should never be allowed go out the door. I keep going back, so it must be pretty good

Ordered a thin crust cheese pizza with extra sauce, there wasnt any sauce on it at all. Tasted like a tortilla with cheese not a pizza. The fact that they made a pizza like that and thought it would be edible is ridiculous. Stay away from this papa johns what a waste of money. The pizza also arrived ice cold.

The pizza and garlic knots were inedible because they were so undercooked. Unfortunately just wasted money

Barely any toppings. I could see through the pizZa to the dough that had no sauce. I usually don t mind papa Johns. But I am forced to try another place or just go to the grocery store.

It was taste, and filled us up. We had the pizza sandwich.

Was excited to try the steak papadias. I was totally disapointed. The one i got had a burnt crust and all the meat was burnt and rock hard. I called to let them know and they said sorry and thanks for calling. I ate what I could of it.

They have been my go to for West Kelowna. Delivery is always faster than they say when you call in and the pizza is always consistent.

Extremely happy with the staff here. They made a tiny mistake in cutting our pizza and they gave us a whole pizza for free. I was definitely not expecting that and would have not even worried about the cut they didn t get right. I have been in customer service industry and I have to say That this was a great way to make sure they have a happy customer who would buy at Papa Johns over and over again. Thanks guys.

lots of wait time...

There was a mix up with my friends order and it was delivered to their suite instead of the main house. With Covid they didnt want the pizza back and asked to have it replaced since the mix up was not their fault. The order was only around $20 so it shouldnt have been a big deal. When we talked to the manager Jason, he was extremely rude and confrontational. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. I will never order from here in the future and advise everyone to avoid Jason like the plague as he is an extremely unpleasant individual to have to deal with.

Bad service put on hold forgotten about 2 times in a row they are so rude and brain dead when they do pick up the phone dont eat here unless you wont pizza made by a sloppy 14 year old

I said I was driving, he said he didnt know and told me to call back before hanging up with no warning. How do you run a business like this?

the pizza is so good I went there on my birthday after a disapointing day and they gave me a free dessert! also i got delivery and the driver forgot my small iced tea and he went back and brought me a 2L bottle for no extra charge

The pizza itself is good but unfortunately the customer service leaves something to be desired. Poor staffing, they dont honour business hours (assuming that management probably doesnt give the staff any incentive to do so) and a scripted & corporate approach to dealing with honouring their services. A real shame as weve been customers for years.

1 hour 45 minutes for delivery is a lot... customer service and delivery driver were excellent! Not totally unhappy just unsatisfied pizza was not bad have had better and worse, 1 or 2 stars for wait time and below/average flavor and taste. The friendly staff made it a pleasurable experience for me, pizza was alright. Price point is very reasonable aswell. Pizza is almost there just missing something. The crust is excellent although pizza flavor is just a little bland.

I like Pizza. Papa Johns makes good pizza. I like Papa Johns. :) Really, they are the fast food of pizza (if theres any other kind) but in this town I would choose them as my #1 place even if they werent the cheapest. I think they simply make the best pie here. Thats not necessarily saying much... every other city Ive lived in I could list off a dozen better joints, but this is the best of West Kelowna for my taste buds.

I tried Pappa Johns pizza for the first time yesterday , I and my guests were blown away By far the best pizza I have ever eaten. The thick crust was delicious and there was an abundance of sauce a and toppings Pappas will be my only go to for pizza from now on

Papa Johns was probably the best delivered pizza in my opinion. The pepperoni and cheese was extravagant! The driver was exceptionally great due to the wait time of 20 minutes! I gave an appropriate tip of 6.00$ be sure when you have nice drivers to tip them appropriately

Best pizza (take out) in West Kelowna!

Delivery driver was excellent. Opened the pizza boxes and they were both burnt. When i called the manager he argued with me telling me thats how pan pizzas look (side note: the cheese was completely dark brown and hard on top crust was dark brown and black). Then he said that there was nothing He could do for me. So I proceeded to tell him Im a long time customer who has never had this problem before. And he reiterated his position with being unable to help me. I finally drive the two pizzas down to the store where he had his staff make two more. He brought the new pizza up to the counter and stuck his finger in the pizza as he proceeded to tell me this was how pan pizzas look. I asked if he would be willing to make something that wasnt burnt so my kids would eat it? He said No and then I said can i have a refund then so i can go to A&W?. At first he says I dont think Im going to be able to do that for you! Which led me to complete disbelief that anyone with this attitude would be placed in a managemant role. Just then four people walk in the door behind me and all of a sudden he has a chage of mind and he says well I could refund the pizza but not the Delivery I said fine ... Please please please.. dont waste your time with this store.. it will lead you to disbelief that people can be this power hungry!! Go somewhere that really understands the value of long-term customers!! Cheers

Absolutely horrible Pizza and service

The pizza was slippery and hot which pleased my hog body. I drove so many slices into my boiler and squealed with great satisfaction. You could hear the thunderin of me hooves from miles away. I puked all over this lady. Overall very buttle sambooder.
