Order showed up and not hot sauce. Seems irrelevant right? But the hot wings had zero sauce which was anticipated. So after a phone call (and accidentally hung up on ) was essentially told they could care less. Not what they used to be. Used to be a huge fan of this place and the pride they took in their craft. After this experience, I m done. So disappointed. They used to be wicked.

Third time in last year order online and they didnt get the order, yet nothing improves...

Consistently great food and great service! They have the best gluten free pizza (I recommend the Katrina) and they even do baked chicken wings for my wife who has a gluten allergy. Worst west kelowna pizza

The pepperoni they use is gross. Couldn t even eat it. Not enough pineapple They have the best spaghetti but no to Pizza

Unfortunately telling your customers that their order being late and that 45 minutes to an hour is a rough estimate (which it is not, the 45 minutes to an hour is actually an estimate within those two set numbers) is not actually an industry standard (many many years spent in the same business). When speaking with the individual on the phone I asked for a discounted price on late food (discount amount not even stated) as that is actually standard in the restaurant industry (dealing with the food industry on a massive scale currently within my own work as well). The same problem with a different company produced an entirely new fresh order with the addition of a free item (which was not asked for and the driver received a large tip for driving back out). Truthfully after given two opportunities to apologize with not even an attempt I was done with the company. I would have just accepted an apology would have taken the food. But that apparently was even too much to ask for.

Drew and his team at Villages Pizza are the BEST!! They hands-down make the tastiest pizza in all of Kelowna/Westbank + they have the friendliest staff! I wish I knew about them sooner, as I never would ve ordered elsewhere. I highly recommend trying their pizza & wings!

I phoned ahead and ordered two large pizzas and said that I need the bill split with two credit cards and they said that s fine we can do whatever you need. I went in they charged me full price for the first and then full price for the second. Two pizzas was suppose to be 45 dollars but they charged me 29 each so 58. When I asked they were rude and said that that s the price if I pay separately. I phone so I would not have this problem. Then the pizza was horrible. Hardly any toppings lots of areas with no cheese at all. Do yourself a favour and find a better pizza place that is not trying to rip you off. I will never be back!!

Waited over an hour for our pizza and it showed up inedible and the ingredients were very gross and not fresh. $70 for 2 mediums and 1 small. When I called to let the store know, they said they appreciate feedback but wouldn t do anything about it. 0/5 for food and service

Have to say this was my 1st time and only time to order from here i ordered a large x2 pepperoni with mushrooms pretty sure i didnt get the extra pepperoni lack of sauce and to be honest it really made dominos pizza taste good i am very disappointed i did enjoy the thin crust which is why they got the xtra stars

Great appies.. Beer battered prawns are the bomb.. I actually didnt know this was the old Mr Mozza with new owners! So glad the replacement prawns are even better.. Calamari is amazing and my pizza this time was excellent!! Only wish was the desert end.. If you had a couple deserts like Busters 3 youd have an amazing full stop menu for adult and kid appies.. Pizza.. and deserts to fill that sweet spot.. Or apple turnovers choc turnovers.. Easy but sweet even cinn/sugar pizza balls.. But my order was amazing and thanks you guys for putting the care in the order and delivery.. Not getting that ofter these days

Hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfection. The toppings are laid out perfectly and are of such quality. On top of that. I didn t feel bloated or sick after eating 5 slices. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Wouldn t deliver when I called at 835 saying they stop deliveries at 830. I lived 8 minutes away. Pizza is delicious but found that kinda comical.

No taste

So I used to get pizza here when it was Mr Mozzarella and we really liked thier pizza. Since they have changed to Villages Pizza i think the pizza has gotten better but the last time we ordered they did get one ingredient wrong on a four topping pizza. But other than that they have been great!

Villages is hands down one of the best places to choose for your next pizza night. Formerly Mr Mozzarella , for anyone who hasn t tried since the change to Villages , there is no distinguishable difference between the two. Quality & consistency of the product is always on point, with fresh & delicious ingredients. Bonus: they have a loyalty program so you can get money off your order from time to time, along with great deals to take advantage of throughout the week. Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust is one of the best I ve ever had.

Super expensive for such low quality pizza, paid 28$ for a less than large pizza. The parmesan chicken pizza was so dry, one must use ketchup to even tolerate it. Not even worthy for leftovers, even our dog wouldnt eat the scraps.

My dad and I ordered for the first time from the West Kelowna location and this seriously was the BEST pizza weve ever had. We have tried a few other pizza places locally plus Im from Vancouver and have tried countless places over the years. This pizza crust was awesome!! Not too thick, not too thin, not too doughy and not overcooked. It has this wonderful slight crunch with a soft inside and it makes you want to eat the whole slice. The flavour was great. They dont short change you on toppings either like most other places nowadays. The wings were delicious and everything arrived exactly at the time they said, plus the food was piping hot. This will be our new go to pizza place in future plus we will recommend it to others. Well done team!! I wish they had a location in the Lower Mainland! :0)

This is our new fave pizza place hands down! Its fresh, flavourful and not greasy. The wings were excellent too! The team is super friendly and the customer service is absolutely above average. Wow as an Italian who loves pizza this is the place such good food the wings are good no issues with the food they really care about there food and service 10/10 keep it up.

Best pizza I ve ever had 5 star. But reduction in hours is probably the dumbest thing I ve ever heard of in my life. No one thinks about ordering pizza before 8pm in fact we usually don t think about it until after 10pm. No idea what they are thinking, such a shame.

Order 2 gluten free pizzas and there were both so over cooked when you picked it up it was stiff as a board pretty sad cuz I have never had and issues with the Kelowna location and this was the first time ordering from the west Kelowna location

Update. Drew reached out to me and apologized for the behaviour of his staff. He has gave me a credit for my entire order and is taking steps to deal with the individual. Thank you so much for making this wrong right. They gave us the wrong pizzas when I picked up the food. Then they call me once I m already home and I haven t even open the pizza to tell me I have the wrong pizzas. Then they make me drive back to get my pizzas and asked for the pizzas that they gave me the first time to be returned. Never offered free pop or a credit or anything. So instead I get to waste my gas on their screwup and all I get is sorry.Now by the time I actually get back home and eat the wings and the zucchini sticks everything is cold and mushy.

I dont know the story of why they had to change their name from Mr Mozzarella to Villages... But its just as good, if not better than before. Love their crispy yet chewy crust. It reheats really well in the oven, too, which everyone knows is bound to happen when you order a big pie.

Ordered delivery at 5:20pm called again at 6:08pm and they told they just put in oven and got giving 25 percent off my order but I am still waiting for my order to be delivered.

Mr. Mozzarella is by far our favorite establishment in the city. Always fresh, delicious, and their customer service is consistently on point. I recently found out I was celiac and ordered their gluten free crust which was, again, the best crust and didnt even taste like it was gluten free. Well done team, we will continue to come back!

Mr. Mozzarella has been at the center of our table for many memories. I have been eating there since 2013. Theyve been there for me through every pregnancy craving for both my children. Their house made parmesan garlic sauce has captured my heart and ran away with it. I miss the New Orleans Pizza, but I have made due without by trying out all their pizza options. I have tried almost everything on their menu. Their crust is by far my favourite. And their customer service is outstanding. As someone who works in customer service I love when I get to experience great customer service myself. It says a lot about a place! Its easy to support local when their pizza is this good. Heres to may more memories!

I ordered their pizza for the first time this week and was blown away! Their sauce was delicious, their crust was REAL not shot out of a machine and shipped frozen across the country. I only ordered a cheese to play it safe with my pregnant tastebuds but it was AMAZING! I typically order light sauce everywhere because most pizza sauce is bland and heavy but this sauce was so flavourful and the perfect consistency. My only wish was an online ordering option because I hate phone calls, BUT who ever I spoke to was super friendly and acknowledged I was a new customer as soon as I called and let me know of their 10% point system at the end. I can t wait to try some more of their options, for this quality I don t even mind that they re more expensive than a franchise!

This has become our Friday night pizza place. They even offer loyalty points! My 3 year old loves it. Pizza is always hot and yummy. We like the peppers too!

We moved to Westbank a couple of yrs. ago and found this great place. We dont order too often but whatever weve had, weve totally enjoyed. The staff are great and accomodate a little twist in the order. Love this place.

The staff were incredibly polite, personable, and knowledgeable about their product + process. The Sunday pick up special can not be beat !!!!!! The pizza is flavourful, hearty, but not too heavy or greasy and has a nice crisp crust! The quality + service has always been consistent, its our go-to now especially if we have company! We won a free pizza from Mr.Mozzarella!! While working with them during the process of adding our name to an account etc, they were so incredibly friendly to deal with. They always got back to me in a very timely manner. When I ordered my pizza, the lady that helped me was so sweet and offered up nice suggestions for us! We enjoyed two different flavours and loved them both. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks again to your whole team for a great experience all around!

Worst experience with a pizza company ever, had hair in the pizza and the pizza that was delivered to replace the one with hair in it was completely squished to one side as if they threw it in the box. Will not order again.

Awesome pizza! Fresh ingredients and locally sourced when possible. The owner is a really nice guy and the staff are helpful and quick. Our favorite is the Julius Caesar pizza, but they have so many good ones!

New sauce is not good. What happened? We liked the Italian spiced tomatoey sauce. Now it just tastes either bland or like a lot pepper. Maybe our batch just wasnt so good tonight?

Ive been ordering pizza and wings from Mr. Mozzarella West Kelwona since we moved here 2 years ago. In my opinion its is the best pizza in the west side and the wings a great too. Customer service is excellent. I just wanted to add to the customer about the crust that maybe you should ask for what you would like and not assume the CSR can read your mine as to what you like. JUST SAYING
