Whiski-Jack's Pub in West Kelowna

Such a fun place and our server was a blast!! There was a great band playing (Rusty Crows) and lots of people dancing. We will definitely be back!!!! Service : 5/5

Have not been to pub but beer store is staffed with some of the nicest kind sincere people i have had the pleasure to meet at a business or anywhere..in a long long time..thank you for that ..its not been the easiest or nicest decade for me or my family being up here somewhere new is not as difficult when there are other Human beings To run into once in z while..cheers..

Decent food, Friendly staff, cold beer with clean keg lines.

The menu is limited, but the food was prepared well, and the salad was fresh. The staff a very pleasant. A hidden gem in West Kelowna

Was a good payday supper!

Food has gone downhill. Chicken wings were over cooked and dry. Ceasars salad was tasteless.

Hands down the best Wednesday night wings in the area. Try the Caribbean jerk sauce, its made by mr.mark in Penticton and is so delicious! For only $3 more than neighbours you get 222% more wings that are actually fresh and tasty

The Service was outstanding. We arrived unexpectedly with a very large group and we received fantastic service despite being under staffed for such a large group of people.

Was disappointed with the BLTC sandwich it only comes with 2 prices of bacon ,so half of the bites you take have no bacon!should have ordered a cheese sandwich with a side of bacon ! Lol

Shared a drink and lunch was awesome. I really enjoyed the old school pub atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place to stop. And ENJOY!

Went for wing Wednesday. Was very busy. We actually had to sit at a dirty table as it was the only one available. Staff cleaned it up quickly and service was great for the next 2 hrs. Wings were great! More than what I expected!!

It was tough to get service. Yes we had a few people there for a birthday but not enough to wait 20-30 mins to get our drinks. Other then us..it was not busy and had plenty of staff to cover. I ordered the BLTC (Bacon..Lettuce..Tomato..Cheese)...except I got just Bacon..Lettuce and Cheese.....No tomato. How do you forget the Tomato on a BLT..its in the title?!?!? Also asked for Sour Dough bread...I got white. Its been a few times now weve had not the greatest service. May be awhile till we decide to go back

Great local pub ... they even turn up the volume for hockey and football games which is hard to find these days. Plus I understand they have live music Friday and Saturday. We will definitely be back!

We moved here almost a year ago and have heard many great things about Whiski-Jacks. We live right around the corner and decided we would try it tonight. We ordered take-out. The ribs were fall off the bone and delicious. My husband loved his yam fries and dip

On December 2nd I went out to Whiski Jacks to dance with a date. It seemed like a nice place and the staff were friendly. Shortly after we sat at our table for 2 a couple sat beside us at another table for 2 not far apart from ours but for all I know they could have been sitting at our table previously as they had no drinks and the lady had no purse or coat. The couple looked like addicts who were possibly homeless as the lady was emaciated and extremely wrinkled for her age. I didnt want to embarrass them by moving to another table. They sat beside us for a few hours. A few days later I was not only starting to come down with covid, I was beginning to be itchy for some reason. A few days more I was super sick and covered in scabies sores, the female addict had given me scabies which was much worse than covid, but I had both. I phoned the manager Chris at Whiski Jacks to tell him as many would be too embarrassed to and he said he cleans the rugs every 2 weeks and there is nothing else he can do. I suggested a cover charge that included your first drink. He then went back to saying there is nothing he can do; in other words there is nothing he will do. I am never going back.

Just went in for a lunch date and had fun playing pool and had a good lunch the service was excellent

I live within walking distance to this pub, so we go pretty frequently. Wednesdays are super busy as its wing night. My wings, for some reason, are hit or miss. My husband always enjoys his. (I usually get teriyaki). Sometimes, on Wednesdays, the wings seem to have been rushed through and have very little sauce. Every other day, they are great. Its obvious the kitchen is just trying to keep up, but consistency in quality would be nice. Aside from this, the place is great. All of the staff are attentive and almost all are very friendly. Sometimes, they have bands playing. Its never too loud to have a conversation.

Pulled pork sandwich is top notch there taco salad with an actual tortilla bowl is excellent... Service is top notch.. Well be returning highly recommend a visit

Great food, fun staff and Excellent nightly entertainment. Unfortunately, little in the way of GF Food options, except for salads, steak, or Natchos. Unfortunately hamburgers are made with breadcrumbs, and hash browns dusted with flour.

#make_bars_safe_for_women After back and forth with bbb and this company it has been stated that I was barred for dating. The only thing I did differently in the last several months is allow men and women to kiss and touch me. Now I am permanently barred for a non violent or even rising my voice. But making friends and doing what people do at a public bar. Date. See bbb complaints. You will see that I did nothing to deserve this but talk to people and let them into my personal space and dance with me.

Went for their wing Wednesday, special. Didnt know it started at 4pm. Had to wait 20 minutes for it to start. Had some beers while we waited. Server was excellent. Ordered our wings, great choice of flavours. Wings came out very fast and delicious. Will definitely come back

There werent very many options for me on the menu for plant based food. My cauliflower bites were good though, and the service was friendly and prompt.

Had the steak fajitas. Not as good as Red Robin when they had them on their menu. Got 5 small pieces of overdone meat, so probably won t order that again. Should have tried the potato skins and chicken fingers instead. That said, the service was good.

Just sat in there with 4 people and 7 servers past us in 20 min and not 1 tried serving us. Terrible service not from one, but many staff.

Stopped in with two of my buddies, Very sweet. Server kept us topped up on our drinks. Probably one of the best pub burgers Ive ever had and Im out on the road 24/7 ( jack burger I think it was called. Buddy had lots of sticks. Very neat idea on that and they were very tasty. Will be coming back soon

Went here on a Sunday night and took advantage of their $20 wings/pizza special. The wings were fine and the pizza was super average. I would give this place a meh. It s alright but nothing special.

Food is well prepared and servings are generous.Staff is friendly and very quick. My beef is the when patrons drink to much and lash out at others in the bar for a considerable time byand nothing is done by staff to rectify the situation. Really the guy went a fifteen minute tangent at full volume disrupting the entire bar and not one staff member shut him down. Makes wonder if this is the kind of place I should be frequenting?????

These guys have the BEST wings in the central Okanagan, and .60 each. My FAVORITE flavor is Dill Pickle and when Im craving HOT I love the Caribbean 911...

Great food and very comfortable atmosphere. Tons of TVs to watch sporting events such as football or hockey. Definitely will be returning!!

Food is always good, staff is excellent. Live bands Friday nights is always a nice change from most pubs.

Food is wholesome and plenty of it. Staff were great , felt like they wanted to serve you!! Atmosphere pretty good too. Only downer - for a pub it has a disappointing selection of beer - all lagers and the odd pale ale.
