Went to The Hatching Post for dinner tonight and had high hopes for a real smokehouse. Traveled over an hour to get there and was really looking forward to having the brisket. First the positive: The atmosphere was amazing and I loved the decor. The server was pleasant. The not so positive: Getting our drinks took longer than it should have considering that, when we got there, the people in the section were already served. The rest of our party were served their drinks before one of the first people that ordered got theirs. The food: At our table, the party of 4 ordered 2 medium brisket and 2 small brisket. There was also a order if pig tails that never made it to the table. These came out on 2 platters and not individually. There was no explanation as to how things were done at the restaurant and the server just put the meat down and walked away. We were left confused. Sides are not included and we were not told that by the server or anyone else. All the other brisket that came out was juicy and tender but the small brisket were not. The sauce was good but did not make up for it. We ended up ordering sides after the fact. Potato salad and pickled veg were good. Cornbread was okay but the tiny portion of maple butter you get was not enough to take away the dryness. There was no apology or explanation other than the printer messed up. I feel really disappointed because I really wanted to love this place and came a long way just to have dinner.

Wirklich sehr schön gestalteter Salon im Western Styl. Essen war grundsätzlich auch gut. Mir persönlich waren die Soßen zu intensiv. Und leider bestand mein Fleisch aus 30% Fett, ganze große Fettstücke. Kann passieren, aber leider hat es unsere Bedienung einfach ignoriert, obwohl wir sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben. Daher Abzug bei Service und Essen.

Server was great! Meat to pricey. Brisket was fairly dry. The bbq sauce was very bold. The bbq ends were more like fatty pieces of meat with sauce poured on them. Also 26 for that is to much. No sides for the price. Mac and cheese was very dry. 150.00 for 3 people. Will not be back

We were just there for a Birthday party, everything was great and we are good tippers. We got the Bill and she add a 18 percent tip automatically , But DiD NOT let anyone know so most of us tipped on top the already 18 percent. That s Bullshiht. Hope you feel good about that. Best Regards Karma

Im sick of bbq joints that dont have the holy grail of bbq on their menu. The beef rib. Im fat. I love bbq. I found many of the sauce to have too much vinegar/acidity. To hang out and have drinks, its a fantastic spot. Good tunes and good service. A decent place to hitch your horse and wet ones whistle.

We went to the Hatching Post for a rustic 18th anniversary. Chad was our server and was outstanding. He gave great service, has an excellent manor and went above and beyond all dinner long. Thanks Chad for making out anniversary so enjoyable! The Hatching Post BBQ is sooooo good!

I love this place. I m always made to feel welcome and appreciated. Whether I am with my family or just me and my dog. The serving staff and management are friendly, talkative and genuinely lovely. I ve never felt comfortable going somewhere on my own to grab a pint or a bite to eat - but these guys are so awesome I have visited twice whilst my family are away - just me and my dog. I love the beer and I love the burnt ends and the jalapeño poppers. I m a member of the JPC fan club so $50 a month gets me 10 pints of lovely beer, as well as access to Black Swift, The Hatch, Crown and Thieves and Truck59 Cidery with tastings for myself and 5 friends and discounts on anything we buy. There is no downside - except for my waistline. Love these guys! Wish I could remember all of their names so I could give them Individual call-outs. 5* Parking: Parking is relatively limited but Volcanic Hills across the road is very accommodating. Kid-friendliness: All ages are welcome and the staff treat families very well. Families will not be uncomfortable as this place looks after everyone equally.

My brother and I stopped in for lunch, initially I found the prices higher than I expected but we ordered 2 brisket hot dog things regardless, at $24 a piece and when they showed up, they were on one platter, like we re supposed to share a plate or something.. fine but the brisket was dry and the flavour did not represent the price. This was my first time there and I would not go back. Maybe we got a bad batch?

The Chad from Charlies Angels is amazing!! Super fun and very informative on all beers on the menu. Friendly service and is as passionate about pickles as I am. Hes wicked awesome!

Went with my husband and a friend and had a blast. Atmosphere is great, food/drinks are delicious, and our server Chad was the cherry on top. He made our day! Definitely going back and hoping to get Chad again.

Good selection of beers. The live entertainment was different to hear as there was lots of noise from all the tables. The bbq meat selections are good, the taste is mouthwatering. The portion are good however, the special and regular menu items are not cheap...I would consider this a great place to eat and enjoy friends and or family but its costly. Brilliantly amazing! High quality ingredients, handmade from scratch everything! Very quick delivery, and they had a nice touch of a hand written personal thank you note on the take out bag, and labeled all the take out boxes. The bacon wrapped hand made smoked jalapeño poppers are 100% banger!! I can t get enough! Thank you for caring about good food, good prices and authentic customer service.

Cool western themed bbq spot

We recently visited The Hatching Post and had a mostly positive experience. The staff were fantastic friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was amazing, with a cool saloon theme that made the place feel unique and inviting. It really added to the overall experience and made it a fun spot to hang out. However, I felt that the portion sizes could be larger, and the value for money could be improved. One suggestion would be to offer more generous servings or perhaps introduce complimentary starters, like skewers, served by a saloon waitress walking around with a fun holster. This would not only enhance the dining experience but also add to the playful, themed atmosphere. Despite these minor points, The Hatching Post has a lot of charm and potential. I highly recommend giving it a try, and I m excited to see how they continue to innovate and improve. It s definitely a must-visit if you re in the Kelowna area, and I look forward to returning soon!

The food was exceptional. We had never been and didnt know what to expect. It didnt seem like anyone was very interested in us being there. No one explained what to expect or how the menu worked. It also felt like we were a bother. The place was full of people. The food was great but a bit pricey.

The food is always good but don t bother making a reservation it will not be honoured We made a reservation for the large round table 2 months in advance for my bachelor party and we we crammed into a small table by the door because a larger party came in definitely threw a damper on the night

Perfect timing! We made two separate online reservations to squeeze in 9 people. They managed to get us all at one table instead. Fantastic BBQ with large portions to share. Great selection of delicious beers as well.

Great experience eating here with our dog. My husband couldn t find his gift card but was able to find the email. It was no problem at all and on top of that the service and food were both fantastic. They have water under the tables for the dogs (outside). We will be back!

We were a group of food bloggers from germany, initally didnt even considered the place, but we were blown away by the food, service and atmosphere. We had the meat sweets and the sauces, flavors and textures were simply delicious. 5* in our books easily. Live music and home brewed beer were additional highlights. What a cool spot. This place has so much character and a great patio. The atmosphere was great and Fam friendly. Parking: Big gravel lot for many cars. Kid-friendliness: Lots of cool things for kids to see and talk about. It s like a time capsule from the old west. Wheelchair accessibility: Patio access and main floor access.

What stood out to me the most about my experience at the Hatching Post was how seemingly uninterested the servers were in serving us. They did their bare minimum in giving us menus, taking our orders, giving us our food, etc. but if we needed anything else we needed to hunt them down; otherwise we wouldnt see them ever again. I dont wholly blame them; perhaps theyre given too many tables to tend to while theyre few in number. The food was okay. We got ribs and brisket with corn & arugula salad and yams. I may be biased because I have someone at home who cooks an extensive array of meat similar to what The Hatching Post offers; but this restaurants meat was not as flavourful, tender, and juicy as I would have liked it to be. The yams did not have any taste. And given the slightly high prices, I would have appreciated something better. Two of my friends have told me they really liked this restaurant, but I dont understand it so far. Since the food was not that good, and the service was not either, I do not think Im coming back any time soon.

They served my pulled pork by slopping it down on a piece of wax paper..no dish of any kind. Very noisy. Never thought I would have said this but I would have preferred bamboo cutlery to the cheap stuff they were using. Have eaten at many BBQ places and was never served on a piece of paper.

We stopped here for dinner one night while in town, and let me tell you, we did not leave hungry! The food was delicious, The beer was amazing, and we had very fast service! If you like smoked food, Id highly suggest stopping here.

Such a fun place. The yummy aroma of a smoker drifts out the door as you enter. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are eager to answer any questions. They have a great selection of beers. We tried Parlour Tricks, Ghost Pony and Lime Ranger. All were delicious. We shared 3 appies and were stuffed. The brisket burnt ends, jalapeno poppers and brisket mac and cheese. So good!! Met with friends who were on a road trip and we all enjoyed the country vibe of the place and the meaty menu.

We had booked a reservation for a very special occasion a week in advance .. were very excited to go there and the day before they call and cancel the reservation i had due to a private party . I had asked why i wasnt notified when i booked and all they could say was that someone was supposed to call me a week ago. i called back to express my disappointment and the lady I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional saying it was not her fault and basically blaming me for the situation. we will never go back to this establishment .

My husband & I where staying in West Kelowna from out of province, our wine tour guide suggested this place. We where excited for the taste of BBQ, the atmosphere was very unique, loved the old western architecture style. The meat however was served cold, nor what we where expecting. The ribs & brisket was a bit dry lacked flavor. Personally, I would not return.

Not only did they get our order wrong which we didn t notice until we had driven home, but when I mentioned it to them and asked for a partial refund they blatantly ignored me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional- will never eat here again

The atmosphere was friendly but somewhat loud. Our server was attentive and pleasant. The food was unexpectedly spicy and quite dry, particularly the mac and cheese, beans and corn bread. No potatoes on the menu!

20 minutes to even talk to a server/bartender. Took him another 20 minutes to even get a menu. Then waited another 20 minutes to order but thats when my patience expired and I left. Hire more staff or at least brief the customer that they will wait over an hour to eat. What a waste of a drive and Sunday evening

Absolutely phenomenal food and staff! brisket was as tender as a mothers love chicken was perfect mac and cheese was creamy and what i can only describe to be what I think dreams are made of. Staff is so friendly and accommodating, they let me see where the smokers were out back. 12/10

We ordered one of the meat sweats party platters and added a bunch of add ons so our bill just just shy of 300 with tip. We drove almost 1 hour home to celebrate my 30th to realize that they had forgotten the beef brisket which I sent our friend to do a detour to pick up, the staff was super apologetic about it, and not long after I kept having the feeling that something else was missing and they had ALSO forgotten the pulled pork, which was a huge bummer since we had gotten bunch of slides to made sliders with it. We called the restaurant letting them know of the miss so that another mistake wasn t made by whoever was packing the food, we told them to not worry about remaking as it would take us over 2 hours to go pick it up and come back home. They insisted on taking our name and number so that a manager could call us the next day, which never happened. Pretty disappointed by recovery service, as someone who has been in the industry for over 15 years I thought it wasn t super professional. Food was good otherwise just quite upset with the whole experience and cost for what we got, especially since I ordered weeks in advance.

Very good BBq. Sides were fantastic. I had no idea this place existed. I have driven by dozens of times. Was very busy and people were waiting to get tables. I had the Mac and cheese with brisket, cornbread and jalapeño poppers that I stole from the plate beside me. World class.

Dang , high hopes but really failed .. we ordered the meat sweats and all the fixings bill over $320 for 4 people .. ribs tuff and dry , brisket so dry we needed a steak knife to cut .. burnt ends also super dry .. pulled pork .. you guessed it .. dry .. I think they just gave us all reheated yesterday stuff .. took our money and see ya later.. just super disappointed and highly would not recommend to others

Quite a decent place for fast food, with a lively ambience. Not a place for fine dining, but quite satisfying.

The Brisket hoagie was quite good ( $27) but what left a sour taste in our mouths was the $17 smoked corn cob. Yes you heard it right $17 for one dried out mushy corn cob sides are also ridiculously over priced and small. Our sever also forgot to mention the Lunch menu .. the saloon decor is kinda fun though. Over all , just OK.

This is an amazing saloon in the middle of wine country. If your looking for an amazing beer or cocktail with some great BBQ then this is the place for you. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of.

The drinks were terrible. We ordered white and red sangria it was like watered down weak juice. My wife returned her sangria for a margarita. Same thing. Worst drinks weve ever had. Ever! Disappointed as we were treating our friends to their 20th anniversary. Food was great as was the service. The waitress said the bartender was in training but honestly the drinks were not even like anything we have ever experienced. Probably wont go back.

Ribs were excellent. Meatballs were excellent. Sides are larger than we thought. Coleslaw tasted like it had been soaked in salt water and salt and pepper added, was not good, we sent it back. Potatoe salad was so so, could use some flavor. The service was great.

We recently moved to Kelowna and this place has been our go to!! We were easily persuaded into beer club (we love beer) and it introduced us to some local wineries too! The staff is very friendly and they always have good music playing, 10/10 recommend!

Always a great place and consistently good

4.5 stars. The brisket is exceptionally tender, though the exact quality varies a little from one serving to the next. The ribs are also great. Nice drink selection, though the beer menu is a little heavy on sours and IPAs--a friend and I agreed it wouldve been ideal to have a good stout with some of the BBQ dishes!

Our third and last visit to this place for a long time. The food quality has gone way downhill and the service was terrible. The condescending hostess at the front door made us feel like we were bothering her by showing up for our reservation. Our waitress made it clear that she was near the end of her shift and she seemed miserable, in fact I m not sure I saw any staff member with a smile on their face. What s with the attitudes? The ribs and brisket were tough and dry. Most of the food we ordered looked and tasted like it had been sitting on a warming rack for a long time before it came to our table. To be fair, the cornbread was good, very good actually. There are many other, better choices these days to enjoy a beer and a meal.

So we were in Kelowna visiting our family and they were telling us about this restaurant that was really good and we all decided to try it out because we love bbq food etc.. so for me it was the service that was absolutely brutal and not just to our table but 3 other tables around us. Then we had a 20.00 charge for non alcohol/merchandise sales total .. so I decided to question our server and lets say I wasnt sure if she was going to rip my head off but she ripped the receipt from my hand in front of another server and she took off with it.. after saying that we must have put the charge on when we were paying the bill.. Huh ??? Ok then.. anyway the 2nd server apologized for her behavior and then came the manager Shae and she was very professional in figuring out what this charge was.. again we just wanted clarification and the server was not having it.. so if I ever go back and we probably will because we are in Kelowna alot. I will tell you that if I get seated in her section... I will not have her as my server and I have never ever had such a rude server and I am 55 years old now.. so if you want a good meat meal, this place is super cool inside and out. Kinda like Montanas .. and the food and atmosphere are great .. and all that was after we were done..

We visited the hatching post this weekend and it was an amazing experience. I felt like I am in a western movie! Shout out to Hunter who took care of our orders the whole night! Plus the trivia?? I cant believe I refused to participate, we stayed and it was so much fun! Cant wait to visit again!

I must give 1 star or it would be a zero star review. I can not for the life of me figure out who turns people away on a Friday night cuz its trivia night. Whomever it is that plans your calendar needs lessons on when to plan trivia nights. Our group and 16 others were turned away in a 10 minute span... had a conference in the parking lot as we were all stunned. You best call ahead here.... better yet... there are more downtown and they are open to the public on Friday nights. Epic fail.

Had a wonderful lunch, our server Grace was fantastic, super great atmosphere, good parking, really recommend this place, it was great!

Sitting on the patio watching kitchen staff throw garbage out/view from patio is garbage bins and a small vineyard/then the kitchen staff wiped the slurry from the garbage on their apron .. And that was after we ate .. Hope we dont get sick !! To top it off the soap dispensery in the washroom was out of order..... Wonder what kitchen staff use to wash their hands. House wine was a mixture of wines/everyone knows thats called quarter bottle syndrome, mix them so we can sell them. Over a $300 bill with terrible service, shared tables with other customers and staff that hangs around to drink. People pulling fur off their dogs on the patio because they let them in and fur flying around. Be prepared for them same dogs to beg for food at your table cause dont forget its shared tables. This my experience, if you go, dont say you werent warned .. Good luck

What can I say, the brisket stopped me in my tracks, the rub is packed with flavor. I have had smoked brisket in St Louis that cant stand up to this one. You can see from the photo, the sauce is untouched and remained that way. The brisket needs no sauce. The porter was smooth and somewhat sweet and delicious. It is a nitro, so very creamy. It think the cornbread with maple butter is the perfect compliment to the brisket. Overall, fantastic dinner and beer. The venue is very old time, with some of the best old time tunes on, like Bad Leroy Brown and the like

Good food good service

Made reservations to have dinner at the Hatching Post, that was the easy part! Came in last night with our dogs only because their website said they were dog friendly. They sat us on their patio, dirty stained table and benches and no heaters to take the edge off the evening. We asked to be moved inside and eventually we were in a very crowded area upstairs. The servers were apologizing to all the other tables about the service, then the food came! Another disappointment, cold and overcooked! Not very good for a BBQ dinner that started at $140 with adds and tip came to $230. For that a lot of restaurants open up that are better organized and have better quality food and a better experience. Poor food, Poor service, this equals a Poor experience! You are better off staying away from this place!

Amazing old saloon interior and delicious smoked meats. The Meat Sweats platter is enough for 4 hungry people, and the burnt ends are outstanding. Another great achievement by Jason Parks Customs. Recommended, but make reservations - its busy!

This place is Such a vibe , unique atmosphere,the staff are amazing and the food is gold !! Friends LOVE the open mic night and magic shows , I can t wait to make it to one ! I highly recommend this sweet spot.

Place was a recommendation and I wouldn t recommend this place. You can bbq better on your own. The environment is great but the food is not worth the price. Quality is not looked after the jalapeño poppers come in with under cooked soggy bacon and pepper, brisket is dry, Mac and cheese (remember to bring your seasoning with you) Just order the beans. After all this we wanted to stay to play trivia but got pushed to leave for another party.

Was recommended this bbq joint by many people in town. Was super hyped, smell was intoxicating as you walk through the doors. Don t believe the smoke and mirrors. Food was super disappointing. Brisket was extremely dry, chicken moist but lacked seasoning. Jalapeño poppers were lacking in crunch, wrapped in rubbery undercooked bacon. Beans were the most palatable food item in the spread. Save your money, better off having dinner at Costco food court.

Excellent quality smokehouse food with lots of options, the best tasting was the chicken, pulled pork and ribs. Very good customer service, inside and outside dining, unique atmosphere, quality bar and great staff. Favourite is the 75$ meat sweats platter with a lot of leftovers to take home and enjoy!

The staff were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, making the dining experience fantastic! Hatching Post has undoubtedly set the bar for BBQ in Kelowna, we cant wait to return for more culinary delights.

Absolutely incredible food. Went there for my Birthday dinner and was impressed. Friendly staff and very efficient, it was a Thursday and packed. Quick & friendly service and the ribs and pulled pork to die for. Highly recommend.

The second visit to The Hatching post. It was terrible ! Food was dry and tasteless, service was way too slow! Wine was very expensive, $12 for a six ounce glass! (None on their Happy Hour menu) we wont go again.

I was able to make a last reservation yesterday for Valentines Day, and they were able to accommodate me, thankfully. Very easy process through their online reservation system and, within minutes, got a text message confirmation that my reservation was secured. We were seated within minutes of coming to the door, and delicious drinks brought minutes later!! We ordered the big platter of barbecue everything and it did not disappoint!! Its absolutely incredible, not only that but the food was there on our table probably 10 minutes after we ordered it!!! Food and service.... AMAZING!!! Oh and one more thing, whoever designed and built this place.... kudos!! Its like youre walking back in time into a western saloon! Beautiful place! Thank you hatching post chefs and servers!!

Ordered the meat sweats which was great, along with the parlour tricks beer. Unfortunately most of this was overshadowed by being seated upstairs on a low couch despite having a reservation for 4. We got two low, tiny tables and another two regular size chairs which were quite uncomfortable. Trying to share a platter for 4 on this tiny table from a low couch on a table that was quite tippy really detracted from the experience. On top of this the staff seemed to see no issue seating up here and told us they didnt have any other tables. Not the experience Id expect from making a reservation ahead of time.

I met a friend for lunch on December 23rd I have been to this restaurant before and have always enjoyed the food immensely. The service has always been good and the palomino is wonderful. However, this time it was different. The palomino is still good, as is the service. I dont know if there is a new cook maybe they are working with a skeleton staff just now but starting with the potato salad I received two half potatoes as well as chopped potatoes it was dry as there wasnt much dressing I had ordered the pulled pork hoagie also This was a mistake as it appeared to be a cold piece of meat that had been pulled badly and then covered in slightly warm bbq sauce and not much of that either It was certainly not what I was used to or Expecting and a huge disappointment. I hope that this was an exception rather than what to expect in future.

Hello, We dined in this evening and the food and drinks were great. Although, please review your reservation system. I made a reservation on January 2nd for January 6th and received confirmation via text on January 4th that it was confirmed. We further communicated with your team on January 5th regarding the reservation and every seemed to be in place. Upon arrival, the restaurant had no information regarding our reservation and as a result our large party was seated at two separate tables. One portion of our party was only seated as a result of another table leaving with perfect timing. No employee apologized or even acknowledged we had a reservation and may have been disappointed with what happened this evening. It was a birthday celebration and we were excited to spend the evening with family we had not seen in a while. Being spilt amongst the restaurant made it almost impossible to socialize with one another. My only concern is how not a single employee owned up to the reservation mistake and it felt like no one cared. We thought everything was set in place for the evening so this was extremely disappointing. It would have been nice if a manager would have apologized or simply acknowledged the mishap. Unfortunately, this deeply affected everyone s experience tonight and I am sad to be leaving this review.

We visited The Hatching Post for the first time last night. I was sadly disappointed as I had heard about them and was really looking forward to visiting. They had a steak & date night special. The portion was huge the brown sugar carrots were amazing! Jalapeño creamed corn also amazing, but the steak was a serious disappointment. It was cooked to med rare as requested but the smoke was so intense it tasted like chemically infused smoke and even left a gross film in my mouth. We mentioned it to our server and instead of doing something about the $70 we just spent on a steak we did not enjoy at all (only ate about a quarter of it), they gave us a slice of chocolate cake to go. (Also unimpressive it was extremely dense and did not taste like it was made in house - but we didn t pay for it so not a big deal) The situation should have been handled differently, but I suppose I could have insisted on a different outcome too. Three stars for the rustic, eclectic atmosphere, sides were great, and our Moscow mules were tasty too however, they are a smokehouse so when that misses the mark the star of their show, I m not impressed and then not handled properly. Really too bad.

Your servers seemed to be incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. Really wanted to love this place as everyone told me this is where i go to get good BBQ. Next time, Ill stick with Memphis Blues or Montanas.

Disappointed in the service today. Our order came, but not all of it. We waited a long time to finally catch the attention of an employee to ask about the rest of it. He said he would try to find out, then another person came to ask if everything was ok. Neither of them were our server. She was able to get the rest of our food for us. Our drinks ran dry, no one checked on us except for the food issue. The food was good though.

Possibly some of the worst service I have every seen and recieved, it was almost comical. Thankfully the food made up for it . 1 star service, 5 stars for the food.

This place is fun and has great food. Generous portions with quick service, fun stuff and some really cool things to look at inside. It is definitely not your cookie-cutter place. It is very unique and quite the experience.

Love this place! The beer is great, solid selection of standards and creative. The BBQ is off the hook, truly delicious. Staff are always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is something special. Very lucky to have this in Westbank!

For BBQ meats and southern style food, you cant beat this place without a plane ride to Louisiana. Large flavourful portions are served by very friendly and helpful servers. Go hungry and leave full. A good variety of cocktails and draft beer, too.

This place has excellent in house brews beers. They have the smoked smoked meats Ive had in Central Okanagan. Love the chicken!

The experience in the past was excellent. This time the food and service was not very good. We had friends from Alberta who we raved about the place. We all were very disappointed. They did not bring salt and pepper plus large plates to the table. We seem to have different people waiting on us. The entertainment was so loud that we could not talk.Very disappointing !!

It was pretty disappointing today. Took Parents over who never been there cause we had good past experiences but it was just BLUH. The waitress was too busy decorating for Halloween. We waited for 15 min for the order to be taken and only because we physically called her. She came over like she did a favor and just asked what we want without writing anything down . Of course the order that came was wrong. The beer was flat and yucky, the food was just off. Too salty. The kid s Mac and cheese was spicy and the kid couldn t eat it. Overall a disappointing experience. The waitress was still busy decorating so had to physically get her to get the bill Won t go back there again for quite a while unless we know they improve

St. Louis ribs are not St. Louis ribs...buy em and try em. Spicy dry rub crust...false advertising at its finest. Every other item is great.

This is the 4th time we have been here but Im afraid one staff member ruined it. Im not sure who she is but a tattooed cougar..I wish I could find a more polite word. But she was probably the worst server ever. Totally disinterested and more interested in looking at her phone and playing with her hair. The thing she was paid to do...was look after us which she failed. The chef even had to bring our food to our table because even after being under the hot plate for a few mins she was more interested in chatting to her friend and looking at her phone together. We will be back but pray this lady has been fired.

My wife and I went to their meet your maker brewmaster special dinner nov 16th what an amazing evening!! A wonderful fixed menu featuring crazy-good bbq creations, matched with their in-house brews; totally delicious event. Looking forward to the next one.

Best ever food weve had in West Kelowna - and we have high standards! Absolutely delicious Mac and cheese with ribs even though we arent mac and cheese kind of ppl at alll! Amount of ribs in order was not as much as Id have liked, but its pretty fairly priced. Efficient to order online, communication for pickup and time ready was fast and excellent. Will definitely order again and coming for a dine in experience this week.

Given this place multiple chances in the hope it improves but... Nice decor and good staff. Terrible beers that are always flat. Ridiculously overpriced: $24 Hoagie is a white Wonder hot dog bun with 4oz of half fat and half passable brisket, $23 Burger is a decent patty on a white Wonderbun with 2 slices of Kraft Singles lol. Basically, its a hipster tourist trap.

BBQ meats here are delicious as always, there was an error on our order but it was swiftly and nicely corrected. Staff are always great here. Issues ... personal dislike was that the potato salad was sour tasting - they like their vinegar. And the pints never seem to ge full glasses - if charging for a pint then bring a pint !!! The whisky maple coffee was outstanding !

Excellent BBQ place. The food is great, good selection & large portions. Mac & Cheese is to die for! Love the atmosphere here, and the patio is dog friendly. My only complaint is the parking is horrible. And no reservations.

Very disappointing. Atmosphere and decor are super neat. The food and beer just don t match. Tons of potential but the execution needs an overhaul. Wait staff were extremely slow and were not helpful when asking questions about the menu.
