I can t remember the last time I had a server as helpful and kind as Anya. She was phenomenal, and the food was fantastic. There wasn t a second my glass of water was empty. In addition to that, I was genuinely surprised by how much I loved the food. The carbonara and short ribs were nothing short of amazing. Great atmosphere and quick seating.

The steaks were amazing, and the chocolate ganache was a very good dessert. We got seated in the patio which had amazing views of the golf course for some dinner entertainment, and the background views. Service was friendly.

Showed up on my birthday for a drink with my wife. We were seated, it was not too busy. We sat for 20 minutes and servers walked by us but nobody acknowledged us. We waved and they walked by, so we left. We have been here before and it has been great, but for my birthday it was an unfortunate experience.

If you havent been to this gem in West Kelowna you should check it out. One of the best salads Ive ever had if you can believe it! The view and patio is great. Highly recommend.

CABERNET BRAISED SHORT RIBS Experiencing this outstanding dish first hand has been the highlight of my summer. Paired with slush drinks like the peach bellini and huckleberry lemonade, it was a complete delight. The red wine sauce was full of flavor, the short rib was as tender as could be. The mashed potatoes , carrots and asparagus all rocked my world. Combine this food with the expert service we recieved and you could be in for a perfect anniversary dinner just like mine. :) Thanks again 19OK staff, what a great evening out.

The atmosphere was great Great service The amazing taco starter But the harvest chicken meal was simply mediocre and tasteless. I dont recommend this dish at all. But the peanut butter cheese cake dessert was amazing!!!!!!

We started with a Ceasars which was good ,not the best one but it was good. They offer vodka/gin/tequila (espolon reposado) . then a share of fish taco. Which was fresh and tasty , Was really worth it . The size was bigger than we expected. I have taken the syrah which was really good and they offer 9 OZ cup. The main was blackened newyork steak. Ordered raw, and the steak was really on point (~53C° internal cook) It was tender ,but a little too much salt(I like salt). The sauce at the bottom of the plate was delicious with the steak, and the potato was good . Veggies were good . I ended with the peanut butter cheese cake, which really surprise me. Those cake are either really good or bad. I do find so generally, but in this case, the cake was wonderful . The texture was amazing, a little on the heavy side, but not too sweet with a touch of saltiness. The topping was really amazing and pair well with the cake. Overall, I was really impressed with the desert . Service was good. Overall, it was on the expensive side for the main dish for my liking . I would go back but would take the cheaper dish instead(20 -30$). It was good, but I am not impressed.

Neil and Staff, We were last evening. Sat at our favorite table which Kayla kindly reserved for us at short notice. Bailey gave us excellent service. Our meal was cooked to perfection, given that you had a full house inside and out. And you were also hosting a wedding in the Summer House. On a closing note, the dessert was delicious! Terrible experience on our anniversary!! We were seated and weren t helped for what seemed at least 30min. We had to leave before someone noticed. Highly do not recommend!!!!

Great patio area. Food selection was good for the whole family.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant during a dinner with two friends. Firstly, I ordered a 9 oz glass of wine, but was served only 5 oz. When I pointed this out when the bill arrived, the staff did not believe me and implied I was lying. It was only after they checked with the bar that they admitted their mistake and apologized. We also ordered truffle parmesan fries, which turned out to be the worst fries we ve ever had. They were incredibly greasy and had no truffle flavor. The oil used was clearly not fresh and had a bad smell. To make matters worse, while we were still seated, they tried to close the umbrella right next to our table, almost hitting us. Additionally, the oversized umbrellas they use severely obstruct the view, ruining the dining experience. Do not be fooled by the location and the view. The service is poor and the food is terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had the Carvery sandwich and it was delicious! They offer as a side a 1/2 salad and 1/2 fries! Its the best of both worlds!!! The course was gorgeous! I would definitely recommend this place and the would return again !

This used to be my go to restaurant.. food was fantastic and well priced, service was exceptional whether lunch or dinner the last 3x I have been the food is mediocre, staff is moody to put it nicely and everything is a charge, my friend ordered the pasta.. and was charged a dollar for parm.. too bad it was SO good once upon a time

This place is amazing. Neil and his staff are so friendly, I never had an empty plate or glass left infront of me for more then a minute. Ive been coming here since 2014. We did my moms retirement dinner here, we have done new years dinner, valentines dinners, birthdays, just coming in after golf or hitting balls at the driving range. The food is amazing and the service is always a hole in one.

4 of us went to 19 for a Valentines Day dinner. They have a good selection of food and wine. The food was fresh, hot and delish. Our server was Hudsyn and she made our evening even more fun! She knew all the menu items, was very attentive but not hovering and despite being busy, was always smiling. Thanks Hudsyn! 19 is in a central location with nice views, a patio for seasonal dining and they have ample parking. We make a point of dining here whenever we are in WK!

Amazing good great prices and super friendly staff

It is a golf course restaurant but you cant beat the food! Excellent steaks and the Vietnamese steamed buns are to die for!

Our experience with the staff was splendid, they all took great care and kindness towards our little event in the private room. Neil was detailed oriented and offered aspects to our event that were above and beyond to make it special and customized. They were understanding and accommodating of all our questions and ideas. I wouldnt hesitate to work with this team again, they have great values and take care to make it right! Thank you Team!

Went for a late lunch and enjoyed delicious Steamed Pork Buns and Mussels in a great sauce. Our server was awesome noticing the little things that made our meal even better. The lake view is lovely, still our favourite restaurant. We ll drive over the bridge anytime!

19 is one of those restraunts that really make you say oh yeah, we found a local hotspot. Fast, friendly service, and always good sized and delicious portions! Beautiful atmosphere inside the restraunt, and beautiful views outside! Try the mushroom burger!

Phoned this place for a table of 6 and was told that it was first come first serve. We were told there was room. When we all got here we were greeted by a very rude and abrupt Neil Martens who I believe is the owner of this place. He basically threw us out and accused us of being rude to him, as he told us there was now no room. So called customer service or lack of. My advise is to never eat here as this guy really thinks he is running some exclusive restaurant, which it certainly isnt. There are so many decent places to eat and owners of restaurants who appreciate their customers and treat them accordingly. I will be leaving many reviews everywhere I can to let people know to STAY away from this place. Not a good experience

Nice restaurant by the golf course. Broad choice of dry aged steaks and the short ribs were lovely. The restaurant was crowded and very noisy. If you want to have a quiet dinner search somewhere else.

The food was great, I only gave 3 stars because of the service. I had to remind out server to bring me my coffee,twice. I didnt get a refill. Our other drink orders were very slow to come as well. We didnt get asked if we needed anything or how our food was after we had gotten it.

A beautifully located restaurant overlooking the 18th green of Two Eagles Golf course offering an eclectic choice of delicious choices. Burgers are excellent with a choice of sides sure to please everyone. Service is always on par making it a very nice dining experience indeed!

This place is amazing. To start, Linas custamer service was impeccable. Not only service with a smile, but she has personality plus! Lina is very knowledgeable about the menu, attentive and detail oriented. We enjoyed a pleasant view and the food was very tasty and delicious. Yes, would definitely eat here again and recommend Okanagan 19 to family and friends.

This restaurant was located 1 minute from our hotel. We are glad we tried it. The view was amazing right on the golf course. Our server Hudson was so amazing, we had a few laughs with her. She was very busy but was attentive and asked how our meals were. The food was great , my sister loved the salad and kept raving about it all throughout the night. All our meals were delicious. Would recommend this place over and over again. I never leave a review, but on this trip , we sure had a lot of great experiences. We sure will be back when we come to Kelowna again !

We had higher expectations for the food considering the prices. The mushroom burger had no flavor. The carvery sandwich for $26.50 was super small and had no flavor. The harvest chicken was ok but potatoes were under cooked. The parmesan fries were plain and weee not crispy. Very disappointing for the cost of everything. Would not spend that kind of money again for the food we received.

Great food and beverage!

Visited the place for dinner. We ordered Fish Tacos and Fijian Curry. Delicious! For drinks we ordered Cider and Red Wine. Both refreshing. Our server Hudson was very knowledgeable and cheerful. She came out looking for us in the parking lot to return something so kind!! Will go there again certainly.

I was very excited to try this place, but the chef doesnt know how to cook a steak. I ordered a filet tenderloin med well, and when the food arrived, the server (different than the one who took our order) announced a med rare steak. Before it was even set down, I had to return it. I waited for my steak to get cooked again while I watched my four family members eat their food. By the time my steak arrived, they were practically done eating. As I was cutting into my steak, blood oozed out onto the plate. The steak was med rare, at best, which made me wonder just how bloody it was the first time. The staff admitted the steak was undercooked, apologized, and offered to send it back to be cooked yet again. I declined and had the waiter bring the bill. I am so extremely unhappy with this terrible experience. We left disappointed and I left hungry. Never ever again!

This restaurant is hands down the best service we have ever received and not to mention the blackened Cajun chicken was incredible. What could ve been a poor experience turned into an incredible experience because of great service. We had ordered our meals and specified no pork to be included, then once we received our meals a few bites in we had realized there was actually pork. We let the waiter know (very politely) and then she and the manager apologized profusely and offered to bring us replacements and for our meals to be covered. Although offering replacements would have been just fine, not only did they offer replacements and cover mine and my husbands meal, they also covered everyone else s meals at the table as an apology. So our entire meal of $300 was completely covered. This was beyond what we would ve ever expected and turned what could ve been a bad experience into an shockingly good experience. Highly recommend this restaurant for the great service, excellent food and overall atmosphere.

I got a Caesar salad with tofu and my boyfriend got the magical mushroom burger. My Caesar salad was alright, a bit more on the bland side. According to my boyfriend, the mushroom burger was alright as well. I wanted to give a rating of 2 stars (but decided to give it a 3 instead) because of the wait time. We waited more than an hour to get our food but our server was apologetic about the whole situation and offered us free dessert to make up for it. Overall, the food wasn t the best but service is pretty good.

It was a bit hard to hear at our table inside (echoing noise) but otherwise was very nice. The patio looked great but some of our party wanted to be in the A/C Food and service was great We were a group of 8 so there was a forced 18% tip, (I don t love that) but the service was great so I probably would have paid that anyways.

Recently dined at 19 Okanagan Grill, and it was an excellent experience. The food was notably flavorful, well-presented, and hit the mark on quality. Service from Lina was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, which added a lot to the overall ambiance. Their drink menu, particularly the non-alcoholic cocktails, was impressive. Its clear that they pay attention to all aspects of the dining experience. If you find yourself in West Kelowna, this establishment is certainly worth a visit a combination of great cuisine, professional service, and a scenic backdrop of the golf course. Highly recommended.

The food & service were good but the place was quite noisy which made it difficult to hear the servers recommendations. The whole place is nicely accessible.

Food isn t that great and the portions are small. $15 for truffle fries that barely have any Parmasean and was a VERY small portion, 6 pieces of chicken wings for $20 which weren t that great. Soggy. Lobster rolls were all dough and barely any lobster Steak was chewy. Chicken was over cooked. This place is over rated and expensive. Only good is their drinks.

Normally The Carvery on the menu is a great choice I have ordered it multiple times Today I was very disappointed Price went up from the summer and is now $28. Sandwich is smaller it was dry and the fries were extremely overcooked Not sure what s happened Food
