The ice cream is delicious. Try the strawberry mixed with the watermelon granita it’s unreal. All the flavours are homemade. The mango is divine!!
The best muffins I had in my life! Everything from Jody’s store is just delicious but it’s not only the food. You can find unique and beautiful clothing and accessories there as well.I highly recommend to visit her store.🌹🌹🌹
If you're anything like me, you were drawn to Jody's easthically pleasing exterior and came to the reviews to find out what's inside. When I finally went in I was not dissapointed. They are a cafe AND a local, sustainable retail store. Carrying ski suits, flowy dresses, shoes, candles makeup and much more. Jody is a real chef who makes her food fresh daily with the purest of organic ingredients. She caters and makes her own flower out of Walnuts and other great ingredients. No white flower. I came for the lasagne but they were sold out so I ended up with a carrot cake instead (oops). I forgot I had walked 10+ blocks to get there and froze my hands off walking back with it, but it was worth it. It was lovely meeting Jody and Karen, an impressive duo.
I so wanted to go into this shoppe, when my husband went first and told me I HAD to go in. From the beautiful flowers outside you are drawn into this special place. Jody's gluten free muffins, which are a must for when guests come, homemade soups, scrumptious cookies, hummus, ice cream are all so yummy. And during the holiday season, you can find great holiday treats. Great bags, jewelry, shoes, jackets, sweaters, dresses, children's clothing! Whatever you are looking for...I know I can always find SOMETHING special here. LOVE Jody! LOVE Jody's Maison! It is a special place to see and GREAT times to be had!

Going out of my apartment, usually I change my direction just to pass Jody's uplifting colorful garden beautifully adorning around her shop. Saying hello to her and having a chat, if she is out watering or pruning the garden, further elevates my sense of gratitude to be a part of such a kind and welcoming neighbor....being surrounded all day with all those colorful blooms, I would say, must have an imprint on one's soul. Then, on top of all this, her delicious and healthy Pumpkin and Matzo Ball soup which I had yesterday, made my day. All I can say is Thank you Jody.
Stopped in for a coffee, which was wonderful and we had a freshly-made pastry (believe it was called "a nothing". But it is really SOMETHING). We sat outside in comfy chairs Paris-like watching the world go by. We also bought some amazing plants for our patio (saving ourselves a trip to the crazy garden center). AND she made me a huge bouquet of flowers for my Mother's Day gift from my girls!!! There is also the entire inside of her store which is a treasure trove of amazing goodies too varied to explain. Please ask about her catering service which is the best in town. Be sure to drop in and you will find something(s) you will love. Jodie always makes my day better!!!
I have shopped at Jody’s for over 20 years and have a closet full of treasures and happy memories. Not to mention a very satisfied tummy. Jody has a phenomenal sense of style and taste and she curates incredible designers and jewelry. She is an exceptional caterer and florist. She did several conventions that I organized and received excellent reviews. Her chocolate cake is unparalleled and highly addictive. But the most amazing thing about Jody’s is the personal service, friendship and laughter that you will receive as a client.

Oh my gosh. What a TREAT and a DELIGHT! I popped in to check out some plants and let me tell you, my experience left a lasting impression. We had driven over from North Vancouver to attend a class close by but unfortunately were given the incorrect time. With 2 littles and one on the way I was feeling a bit discouraged about the drive back since it s a long weekend and traffic was horrendous. So we decided to make a stop while over there. Jody just dazzled my little ones and shared her INCREDIBLE muffins with us. I don t eat anything but meat mostly due to so many intolerances but I had a few bites and was just so thrilled at how good they were and we could tell they were made with love. Will now be making this a regular visited little piece of heaven. Thank you Jody!

This food and clothing boutique is a MUST visit offering the cutest clothes that make shopping fun and amazing homemade food that is clearly created with love and local ingredients by a local chef. Jody has catered numerous events for me and and always exceeds my expectations. She really cares about her customers and it shows. The welcoming and chill atmosphere reminds me of being in Europe and makes me feel at home in a hectic world. My daughter loves going there for morning muffins that are fresh baked and checking out all the clothes and shoes that arrived from Paris:) so glad I found this place with the perfect name. Jody

Wow I absolutely love the selection. Jody has clothes you wont find anywhere. I took my daughter to the store and she loved it. Whether you are young or older there are great things in here for everyone. I will be back again to buy some more once I refill my bank account again. Its very hard to choose from the amount of fabulous things in this store. Jody is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to the designer clothing. Shopping is a hobby and passion for me. To say that I m a shopping connaisseur would be an understatement. Of the countless places I ve been all around the world and locally, I can absolutely say that Jody s Maison is by far my favorite one-of-a-kind boutique that carries every eclectic thing I d need and want head-to-toe. Most of the pieces you wouldn t be able to find at your mainstream local stores like Holt Renfrew or Nordstorm. Jody curates pieces from all over the world and custom makes original pieces using her own inspiration and by clients special order. From casual wear to haute couture, costume to fine jewelry, seasonal to everyday home decor, the store has it all! Still, not content with being that kind of boutique, Jody s Maison has a well equipped kitchen at the back. If you re privileged enough, you just might get a tour and a taste of her baking and cooking. :) To say that she s an amazing chef and caterer who can concoct ANY food of any cuisine is an understatement. We came from the Okanagan valley on business ran into this fantastic little gem of a store. Very unique fine goods, you have to check it out! Interesting things you wont see anywhere else. Fantastic service and shes even better looking in person than she is on TV!
