The over the counter options, but if you order a gluten-free one this location seems to be very stingy on the toppings. Have a very sad looking pizza. It wasn’t like that before, or compared to the ones over the counter
We've been loyal customers since your West Vancouver location opened. Recently, we purchased three slices of cheese pizza for our kids, but they found it wasn't fresh. I requested a replacement slice from the staff member, returned one slice, and was surprisingly charged for the new slice. I don’t know what to say!!
Ihad an amazing experience at Freshslice! The pizza was fresh, delicious, and had the perfect balance of toppings and cheese. I loved the crust – crispy on the outside and soft inside. The all staff and Shaveena were friendly and the service was fast, even during busy hours. She is so welcoming. Prices are very reasonable, and they offer a great variety of slices for all tastes. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!
I had a pizza made by Krish today, and it was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crisp with just the right amount of chew, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The balance of cheese, sauce, and seasonings was spot on, making every bite delicious. You can tell Krish puts attention into every detail. Highly recommend trying it out if you get the chance!

I have been living in Canada for ten years and have been a loyal Fresh Slice customer. This is the first time I’ve had such a negative experience with a staff member. The lady who served us was very rude. I had a discount coupon, but she insisted that it wasn’t valid and said I couldn’t use it. However, her colleague was able to apply it on the computer for us. She was also very rude to my sons and their friend who were with me, getting visibly upset with them for no reason. I’m surprised that Fresh Slice would hire someone like this, and in ten years, I’ve never had an experience like this before.
Not sure you can even call it pizza, never ordering from here again as they said this pizza is perfectly normal and how they make them and they refused to give me a refund

Ordered pick up online at 10:08pm. Website said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later and they asked if I would like to add any dips or drinks after already ordering what I wanted. After asking he went and got a pan to START making my order. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized establishment.

Never order unlimited pizza at this branch because they dont listen to your order. The pizza dough was very old. There was fly topping in the fridge. If you order unlimited pizza, they will do your order very rudely. Service
We often go to West Vancouver for fresh slices of pizza, and my kids love it. By the way, the guy who usually welcomes us, Mohamad, is always so nice and polite. Its great to receive such good customer service from him. I believe that when you see someone with good energy, you should acknowledge it it can spread positivity and motivate them.

I ordered the UNLIMITED topping medium pizza from this fresh slice in Ambleside West Vancouver however I was limited to 12 toppings. I had to argue with the worker for extra toppings. If its advertised as unlimited it should be unlimited or else its false advertising. I dont think I should have to argue with the worker regarding this. I did have a BCAA membership which offered a slight discount but it shouldnt have mattered.
restaurant owner is such a fraud i only heard about it but then i saw it with my own eyes the other day .he takes money from homeless/addict(whatever they earn from donations from people passing by) tells them to go away saying come back later i ll give u free pizzas for real???? fake promising poor souls .??? for 50 $ .how low can u go???

id like to rate the food that i had ordered until mohammad had aggressively tooken our money and not given our food. Although it was ready and sat there. Unbelievable behaviour, most definitely not qualified to be a worker. Ontop of all of that, mr mohammad was being incredibly homophobic.

Tonight, my family and I went to FreshSlice Pizza on Marine Drive in West Vancouver to buy pizza. The shop was crowded, and the tables and chairs were very dirty. My son and I stood in line while my wife and other son waited on the sidewalk. When it was our turn, I ordered three slices of beef, three slices of pepperoni, and two slices of chicken. When it came time to pay, the cashier, Aryam, said he would only count three slices at the promotional price and the rest at the regular price. He had done the same to the customer ahead of us, who also protested. When I mentioned that there were four of us and we should be able to buy eight slices at the promotional price, Aryam responded with a rude and bitter attitude. When I told him that his behavior was unacceptable and that I would report it to his manager, he arrogantly replied that he didnt care and I could tell whoever I wanted. I wanted to inform the management of FreshSlice Pizza that a bad and rude salesman can change regular customers opinions of your brand. I request that management address the unprofessional behavior of this cashier.
Made a pickup order for a medium pizza and she said 15 minutes so I went back to my car and came back exactly 15 minutes later. I get there and she gives me this confused look and bad attitude asking what I want. She is the one who took my order but said she doesnt know what I want even though she never handed it to me yet. She said she called out my name and gave me bad attitude. Why would I be there for nothing If I never got my pizza? Just a bad attitude.

While it is just an average pizza place, and theres nothing to be said for the actual location, the white sauce cheese is heavenly.

Hi, (updated April 2024) This location, like a place in a farm, very often has dirty tables, and the floor is often slippery with water or sand. The workers are often in a nasty mood. I and many civilized neighbours avoid going there. Vegetarian options: Please give us some delicious vegetarian options at Fresh Slice; not the usual tasteless one. What happened to your previous delicious veggie pizzas?

I ordered a meal from Uber Eats from this store location. I chose a 391ML pepsi, buy1 get one free build your own and a BBQ pizza. I did not get what I ordered. I got the BBQ pizza cold, a small can of orange soda and 3 randomly selected pizza slices from what ever was left over in the store. This is not what I expected as good customer service and a short end of the stick. The least I could have got was a call or a note explaining what happened.

Bought a 16 Pan Heart Shaped Pizza on valentines for my boyfriend and I, when it arrived it was just a normal round pizza. Nothing wrong w it besides the fact that it was cold hence why I m giving 2 stars not 1 but the entire purpose of this pizza was for it to be heart shaped for valentines. Honestly I m quite gutted, pizza was fine but if I knew it would just be a regular pizza I would ve saved my money for another valentines gift

Really love this pizza spot. Ive been coming here for 4 or 5 years. Cant beat the prices and specials and I genuinely think its the best tasting. My kids always want Hawaiian (my favorite too) and the staff are always really nice to them. Thanks Fresh Slice for being part of the neighborhood. Parking: Easy street parking. Kid-friendliness: Staff are very nice to kids and often give them free balloons or treats etc.

We were so hungry on the way back from Whistler and most of the places were closed by 9pm and this place was open, also was serving hot out of the oven pizzas and we had 3 slices each and it was so filling. Good pizza, even compared to real Italian pizza in Europe.
They hadn t got Free WiFi as advertised. The selection of pizza is mundane and unappealing. They can do more to pizzaz the display of pizza. And because the WiFi was down, I couldn t get their promotion that was suppose to be on their app which didn t work. Of all the Fresh Slice stores, this one was the least attractive in appearance and presentation. They couldn t honour the card that gave out free XL pizza slice. They said I had to use the app for that. They were the only store that I ve gone to that defer me to the app when presenting the Free slice card.
