I absolutely loved the food! The chicken was incredible. I've never tasted chicken this good before. I highly recommend trying it!
The young staff are super nice! Customers not always so but these young people are always so nice and the mango chicken is great 👍
Octb16 2024... I ordered the combo three... the meat is tasteless and bland. Louisina chicken is supposed to be spicy ...Was not spicy at all The crispy chicken that hadsesame on it tastedmeh! Overall, not the best quality of food that I have gotten.
If you're really on the run and kinda hungry/with big appetite etc, Bourbon St. Grill is def your go-to place for tasty freshly made food fr fr. Right in middle of PR Food Court, go for Big Combo Meal with 2 meats + 1 veg. Combo meals also come with seasoned fried rice or noodles. Seeeriously heaping portions totally fill your plate. Personal faves include bourbon pork + bourbon chicken (grilled w/ sweet BBQ sauce), and blackened chicken (cajun BBQ style). Honey mustard chicken is also pretty tasty ngl. Generous fresh + tasty choices. Check it out.
Bourbon Street grill used to be so much better. They used to have a really good jambalaya rice that was well spiced. They've definitely cut back on the quality of the food. I used to love the bourbon chicken and blackened chicken, but neither have a very good taste anymore. I don't eat here anymore. There are many better places to eat, I'd avoid this restaurant.
10/10 - the bbq chicken was tender and so flavourful. The rice and veg were seasoned so well.

Years ago, I enjoyed coming to Bourbon St. Grill. However, their quality and customer service has declined rapidly. Many of the entrees are heavily coated with sugars and sweeteners to compensate for the lack of flavour. My deep fried bourbon chicken was anything but chicken. It was mostly fried batter, where several of the pieces didn’t even contain any chicken inside. The bourbon pork was ok, while you did get full pieces of meat, the sugary glaze was excessive. If you’re looking for a place that serves dinner, dessert and diabetes all in the same bite, this is the place for you. Otherwise I would avoid it.
Parking: My recommendation from menu is Mango chicken with fried rice chicken and broccoli, COMBO 1 I highly suggest you to try this place when you re at Park Royal. Food : 5/5
I love Bourbon St.Grill but this place was awful. The noodles taste really bad and unseasoned. The chicken didnt have a good piece, and the mashed potato was terrible. And the food smelled really awful. Waste of money

It was one of my favorite fast food restaurants but they changed the recipe of honey mustard chicken 2 times I found a lot of hard things on my chicken really disgusting I was invited to never eat here again

Will never eat here again. My chicken was pink and they wouldn t offer me a refund. Would give 0 starts if possible. Joke of a company to not offer refunds because it s their policy
Poor customer service and rude Indian girl was there.
Why do they say their open until 8pm with mall hours and I arrive to find they are closing and cleaning at 7:30pm?!? And they were rude about announcing their closed (early without notice).
Everything tasted like fish to me, maybe they cook fried shrimp in same oil but yeah, pretty gross
Just had their 3 item dinner. The food was the horrible. Mushy vegetables and the chicken was tough and rubbery. Don t eat here if you can help it.

I dont get why people complain so much about this food court stand. You get so much food for what you pay, and their bourbon chicken alone that i had today was amazing. Friendly service and good price.
The quality of the food isn t good for the price.Dried chow mein noodles,cheap veggies and the mango chicken was hard and too sweet.
This location offers half the portion size for the same price compared to the Metrotown one. What a rip off
Small portions, mango chicken wasnt that good (way too sweet and too little meat inside). Mostly gave rice, less vegetables and meat.

I shopped here today and I was your regular customer, I wanted to ask about the variety of new dishes, But the customer service was very bad and there was always one person serving food, but now that I went there, there were two people working there. They were just talking to each other and they didnt notice my presence. Also, when I wanted to choose two meat and one vegetable dish and noodles, they behaved very badly and hurriedly let me leave. Maybe they will talk to each other again, their behavior was so bad that instead of two meats, they gave me two vegetables and one meat and noodles, and I didnt say anything because of their bad attitude.
I like this place a lot, however last time I notice the girl didnt clean her hands after grabbing money she proceeded to serve the food, wich is a no no in a regular bases, now is even more critical

The few times Ive been here I was really happy with the portion size, and the taste of the food. Friendly service too. I hope big portions and food quality stay high so I can keep coming back here and recommend it to others.
Im not saying its all bad but I got the lemon chicken and did not find one piece of decent chicken in there. Absolutly disgusting.
Not great, pork is very fatty. I wouldnt recommend or go back. Mostly bland, disappointed. Staff was fine, indifferent but I dont expect much at a food court.
I love it. I always get the boubon rice with whatever chicken the have that day. They are nice for veggies i get mixed but i ask for more brocolii. Nice people. Good food overall. Thanks.

Really nice owner and staff. My wife said something was off about the rice and instead of taking the rice and putting the same chicken on they gave her a fresh plate and substituted the rice as well. Normally other places would have put the same meat back on the plate.
This place does great meat. I never really have anything else. My favourite thing about it is getting samples before i buy my meal, they used to be so good about it. This time an angry looming old man told me they dont do samples. Unfortunate. Visit for the meat, not the management.

Nobody explains the menu and deals, so look careful for the price you will pay. Staff is not communicating. Food is fair for the price, tastes good.
When I first visited this place, they just opened ( 2 years ago est.). Staff were enthusiastic, giving me samples of their fresh food. They had this tasty cajun fish. Today I return, to find that things have changed. It now has more of a fast Chinese food vibe. Singapore noodles, tofu, broccoli, etc. No more cajun fish. Definitely not that grill vibe it originally had. Food was still tasty though.
Servers attitude is very poor, portions less than other locations.
While the chicken was alright, the noodles and vegetables had absolutely no flavour. The Metrotown location has tons of flavour. Much prefer that location. This was a disappointment.
