Ordered the lemongrass chicken and spring roll. The chicken was old, tough and dry. The spring roll was even worse. Lots of rice was a good point. Wouldn’t come back again.
Overall, great service, but won’t be my first pick. Service: Great service! The cashier was very polite and kind. Atmosphere: this place is situated in a food court, so I can’t say much about the atmosphere. I will say that the food court is very clean! Food: my friends and I ordered the beef pho. In my opinion, it wasn’t my cup of tea 😅. The beef was tender and the noodles were soft, but I didn’t enjoy the broth. Maybe I just prefer another type of flavor over another, but I just didn’t like the broth that accompanied the pho. It was sort of… herby? (As quoted by my friend). However, the pho is served very generously! (We were all unable to finish!)
Ordered beef pho. I can taste the natural bone broth they make and no msg. Good portion if meat to noodle ratio. Healthy bowl of soup noodle!
The lemongrass chicken in the pho was weird, in terms of flavor meh… definitely there are better places, the salad roll is just full of noodles, poor portion of shrimp( slices so thin) and lettuce.
Vina is my go to Vietnamese food at the North Van food court. The plate looks smaller than the one in Metrotown, Burnaby but they pile it all up and im happy. i still get too full from eating and i get food baby or at the least get migraine cz i ate too fast LOL! ordered my spicey basil chicken but they didn't have rice so vermicelli was ok. vermicelli was a bit dry since it needs to be heated up and bland cz they can't mix it with anything else. so for this just ask for more sauce. i was given 2 just by asking for 1 hehe! Service is awesome! the boy is very respectful and hopefully he will keep being that way. I'm pregnant so i can't eat anything raw. So I asked if the veggies that came with it could be cooled. We had to go back and forth bec of accent, meaning, masks etc but he was very patient with me and let me repeat my words and explain it in a different way so he could understand. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He asked the old lady on the back and she said yes. YEEEEESSSS! 2 Vina places already do this for me!! Now im happy to just go to any Vina places to ask for that specific request. some places just give me a snobby face and say no cz it's like that already :/// ALSO!!! the guy washes his hand before doing anything. YAAAS!!! i will definitely come back here again cz i can relax so much here! if you do see them not washing their hands after handling money/food just tell them :) and Yes im not from North Vancouver, I usually go to Metro and NewWest. so i can say Vina is a good fast food place, sad that it's just getting expensive but portions are still AWESOME! BTW A LITTLE TIP GET THE PLATE NOT THE TAKE OUT! square vs circle, logic is that the square fits in the circle ;D you are welcome!
I don’t know why review record is so low here, but this is my favorite store in the food court of park royal. I order lemon grass pork or chicken most, the set comes with roll dip, which is really tasty. Taste and price both are good here.
We ordered #11 lemongrass chicken and the pho beef. The chicken is ok just a bit dry. Food was not bad and not super good so I would say average just like food court standard. Portion is not very big. Overall not disappointing. Food court is nice. We came in the morning so it wasn’t many ppl. Service is ok, nothing to complain
Friday Lunchtime, ordered Pho beef noodle soup: good amount of beef and sliced beef meatball,.good amount of bean sprouts, sliced green onions is a nice touch, broth wasn't the best, soup has a lemon wedge in it which could be placed on the side instead.
The portion is small, the taste is average, not too salty, not spicy, no taste

Great food every single time we go there. My staff love the wholesome flavor of every dish I treat them with. Do yourself a favor and check them out. We recommend!!!

Pho was very bland and the meat tasted old.
I ordered Bun Bo Hue. Taste like regular broth adding spicy paste. Service is bad as well.
Service was friendly. Food wasn t great though, I ordered the lemon grass chicken on vermicelli and the two pieces of chicken I got were thin and tiny. I also ordered a salad roll and there just wasn t any flavour in any of the food. I basically spent 25 on bland noodles. Skip this place and order elsewhere.
I ordered chicken with spring roll on white noodles for take-out on Jan 8,2021.When I arrived home to eat it,the chicken was substituted for pork. I was not told of the substitution.Second time this has happened to me but at CQ Express at Lougheed Town Centre.
Attraction never see greed!!! I bought fish food. Small, poorly cooked shrimp, cut lengthwise.It seems that it would seem that there are a lot of them.Squid rings like rubber. There were already five of them! Five small rubber squid rings! Five lengthwise shrimp! Its it . .The food was poured not with sauce but with warm water without salt and any spices. Apparently they also save. Its not edible!
Just avoid this establishment altogether. The meat is of the cheapest quality, the bread was stale long before it was on my plate, and the quantity of ingredients are as sparse as can be.
One of my favourite food stall in Park Royal Food court. The serving is always more than I expect to be at the price I pay. It is priced very reasonably. There are plenty of selections to choose from. Food is always fresh and staff are always friendly. Good service!
I love the spicy beef soup, no #11 and very yummy springrolls there
Very rude workers indeed, but food is great so come for the food! Dont expect any smiles or customer service, but enjoy the food. Try out their bánh mìs! They are excellent. The workers dont speak English well and get your order wrong sometimes, so make sure you make it clear if you want chicken, pork, or ham(cold cuts), ham is my favorite. Tip, eat it right away, fresh, as its toasted and must be eaten before it cools down. Same as Pizza and fried chicken or anything fried, if its left to cool down, it will become horrible! Eat it within 5-10 minutes. The spring rolls are also the best here too! So try something with that. Pho is fine/good.
Bad manners and attitude aside The grilled pork was 60-70% fat And the spring roll was small and not sliced all the way through making it awkward to eat... and still hungry after $13.
They give me the greatest service every time I come in. Friendly staff. And great tasting pho! I can have their pho almost everyday. So good
