I have only Doordashed from this place. I am pretty certain there has been a management change. Due to very few breakfast options close by. I put up with the very dry hard bread and stale cookies. However, the last two times I got my meals. Fresh bread, food done well and packed well. The cookies are fresh. What a difference Management makes on the exact same store. Wanted to take a min to show my acknowledgement. Good job!
really poor staff.. middle aged lady very very rude.. 25 August 2024 approximately 05:30pm i visited subway then i mistakenly used a water cup for Coke, the employee should kindly inform me of the mistake rather than taking the cup away front of me.. i felt very uncomfortable at this moment... its my humble request to subway management that give her training about good customer service..
Inside of shop was like hell , this shop is faced to sun in summers but no air conditioner no wash room . Honestly staff were friendly and they tried to do their best
Good staff, fresh ingredients. I'm usually picky. Some set their chest fridge too cold and cucumbers are frosty. This one seems to have it set correctly. Not stingy with meat, etc. Asks all the correct questions. Friendly, good hours, good location witk parking all around. Lots of seating and typically not busy when I have gone, mornings and early afternoons.
Asked for extra grilled and was given this ! Buying from this location almost 2 years now .. done with their rude attitudes and horrible customer service ! Please improve for next customers cause I’m not coming back .
Overall lack of hygiene. I went to pick up a sandwich yesterday. I ordered and egg sandwich with some veggies. I wanted to use the restroom and was told I was going to need a key. But after I saw that the person behind the counter did not change the gloves to prepare my sandwich, I sure didn't want her to hand me the key with the same gloves and continue making the sandwich. The counter was not clean there was old food on it that she did not clean to make my sandwich. I sneaked a picture. After that was done she announced that my sandwich was "custom order" and charged me over 12 bucks instead of 9-something. Never again at this location. Manager needs to address this.
Rude staffing!! Not changing gloves properly! Had to ask him to change! White tomatoes! So could not order! Using yesterday bread that water sprayed this morning to look fresh! Very slow service causing unreasonable lineup!
One of the staff members had a very basic grasp on the english language and was very rude when i tried to correct her on the meat she was putting in my food.

Today is 10th April 2024. I went inside around 9pm and ordered a sub. There were two girls in the store. And both of them were so rude. If you think rude is not enough, she even refused to open washroom. I was having a female with me. I was so surprised when they said, Sorry it s closed! I mean if it was a male then it is okay, but for female? I mean come on you yourself are a woman and refusing washroom for another woman, and that too is your customer. Shame on you.

If you want to over pay and get minimal portions with a lacklustre attitude and staff who won t even converse with you as they lazily put two leaves of spinach (likely the owner of the franchise trying to nickel and dime), then this is the subway for you. Never coming back

Food was perfect. But that girl that s was serving us was very rude. He name was Simrat. It seems like she just didn t want to be there. Smiling doesn t cost anything. Bad experience with her.
I work in the area and Have used this subway a few times. I have given them the benefit of the doubt that they are under staffed or having a bad day but either the staff really hate their job or their attitude is a reflection of bad management. I will not go back to this subway again to be treated like an inconvenience.
I have been to this locations several times and find the personnel quite in-caring and certainly not service oriented. Coffee is always hours old. food quality is as other locations

I had a terrible experience here. I think there s a middle aged woman who is the manager. The way she was speaking to everyone showed high illiteracy. She had no customer service or manners. The employees seem miserable. I feel bad for them because they have to work with such a disgusting human being. I like subway a lot, but after this location I don t think I ever want to visit any subway

i was just there trying to use my new gift card i got for Christmas. After ordering a sandwich i swiped my GC only to find out the balance was 0$. the lady told me there was 0 balance on the card which seemed strange to me as the pin wasnt even scratched off yet... i paid with my credit card went home only to find out from my sister that you have to download the app to activate the card. WHY did no one at the subway store tell me this? i threw away the card by accident and because i was flustered. On top of this, i asked if i could use the bathroom which the one lady told me was closed? when i asked her if i at least could wash my hands because the sanitizer at the front was empty, she let me in. i see other reviews as the bathroom being closed and i dont think a business is allowed to operate without a working bathroom. some of these reviews are 6 months old, therefor seems strange the bathroom is still not working... horrible service.. expecting to hear back from the subway team.
Staff is not very accommodating or friendly. I have lived near here for years and never have been able to use the washroom... Recently I tried to use a gift card they said it was $0 so I threw it out - later on I found out from my friend who gifted it loaded $50 on to it not empty.... I called the location back and they didnt care to do anything for me. A big cooperation should honour the money spent. GO TO QUIZNOS

Bad costumer service, doesnt read app instructions when writing for a dairy allergy that was specified. Couldnt get through to manager through phone call even though subway said it was the only way I could contact because this is a franchise location. Skip this location whenever you can.
Staff is incredibly rude. Argued over menu prices, saying they charge more and the menu is not accurate. That is including tax. Show them that it is not including tax. Our menu hasn t been updated yet. Everything costs more. It s a digital menu. Only allowed a few items because it s so small. Didn t realize a sandwich shop that advertises to have it your way started to have their own rules for how customers order things.
I just went there today June 9, 2022. Honestly there was a lack of hygiene. All the food was mixed up with the others. And the staff was very rude. They seem like they rather be somewhere else. I understand sometime days are hard but that being said they didn t have to act like this. I don t know who HR is but you need to look into this and possibly get some new staff. It was just ridiculous and is not pleasing to see.
Consistently terrible service at this subway! The staff are rude and so unfriendly, they always have scowls on their faces. They are also very slow. The vegetables don t taste fresh, like they are not being stored properly, which wouldn t surprise me. Also, the worst layout out of any subway I ve ever been to. There is a huge drink/chip display right smack in the middle of the counter which makes it very awkward to try to pick out your veggies if there is more than 1 person in line. It just leads to longer lines and jams as people have to wait for others to finish their orders. Horrible system. Worst subway ever, FIRE THE OWNER AND GET BETTER STAFF!!

Staff really are not friendly which seems consistent with other reviews. Im not one to go out of my way to make a bad review but I felt like just being a customer in this subway was an inconvenience to the staff as they looked like they hated their lives at work and didnt pretend to welcome me. Staff not friendly, and food did not look very fresh. I would not come back here. I do feel bad for one of the staff at the checkout as she was nice and friendly which is probably difficult to do working with miserable people
The girls who work here are miserable donkeys. They are so unpleasant and rude that it really is not worth visiting this location. Remaining hungry and listening to your stomach grumble is better than visiting this establishment. The girls hate their job and take it out on paying customers (or maybe they are just angry in general). Nevertheless, this is the managers fault, since it is clear from other reviews that this manager has preferred to hire disrespectful staff for quite some time. Will never be visiting this place again.

11.17.22 Tried this subway again and nope still a horrible place. 11am and the lettuce is rotten. The girl was so slow working and another guy just standing around while the line built up. Finally the guy decided to ring me up and asked me what I ordered but proceeded to ignore me and ask the busy slow girl several times instead. Still had to wait for my sandwich after paying. Girl handed me sandwich and I asked for a bag she said did u pay...Im like for the bag or food....the guy comes running over amd says we are too busy for this and nevermind and walked away. 09.22 Walked put because meat looked rotten, tuna looked like it had water in it and employee was trying to sweep right where we were standing to place our order instead of waiting.
Came here and ordered the breakfast sandwiches and the egg was cold in both and did not get the Any 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5 deal. My eggs were so cold that I could not eat it. If you order the breakfast sandwiches make sure to ask them to heat it up extra. So gross.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Serious hygiene issue. I saw an employee taking care of trash can and prepping a sub without changing the gloves. Also she had her mask off when prepping food + constantly talking to another employee. Took FOREVER to get my sub as they were busy chatting and taking the trash out when they see customers waiting in line. I wasn t busy, so taking a long time wasn t a big issue but hygiene was serious
These workers are being very rude. I was getting a bag of chips and then a sandwich. But that employee yelled at me that washrooms are closed. First of all I was going for a bag of chips for Gods sake, not the washroom. As of right now they have lost another good customer and I hope that this restaurant gets closed down forever and never reopen again. They need to improve their manners and politeness altogether but that is not going to happen.

Subway is what Subway is. This location is consistently good. They have a multiple choice touch screen soda machine. I like those. Single bathroom is always clean.

Walked into the restaurant to order food but just as I entered, their main door had something sticky on it and made my hand dirty, I asked if I could wash my hand and they refused to let me use the washroom. They told me to go to the ESSO across the street to clean my hand. Ridiculous.
By far the worst subway Ive ever been to. Who am I kidding, the worst fast food place I have ever been to! The staff is the most unwelcoming Ive ever encountered. They basically treat you like youre subhuman (no pun intended). No hello and barely interested in what you want to order. The people behind the counter make you feel like you should fall to your knees and say hundreds of times thank you that youre making me a sandwich! before even to think to order anything. But you shouldnt dare to look at them, because they clearly think youre not worthy stepping into their shop. There are only two explanations for this: The people either hate their job or just dont like people. I dont care which one of the two it is. Unbelievable that corporate doesnt have any quality control over how customer service has gone down the toilet at this location. But then again, maybe thats why so many subways are closing.
This branch gives a very low quantity of the everything..we always have to pay extra to get some more salami or chicken on the sandwiches... even the salads are not even enough for one person ... very low quantity of vegetables and also not adding some of the vegetables

There was an absolutely awful woman there today at about 3:30pm. She was yelling at the staff and demanding free things that were not included in her combo claiming that they were ripping her off. This went on for about ten minutes and the staff were incredibly poised and maintained their composure the entire time. I was very impressed with them.
I gave them 1 starts only cause they have a nice washroom lol. Staff all have attidudes. When they put toppings on they put small amount, like the owner gets mad at them if they put too much. Sometimes they dont have all the toppings for a sandwich. This subway needs better staff, I go there a lot and I dont think Ive met a staff member without an attitude.
Poor Staff, Gave me two pickle slices and was too lazy to get some for from the fridge. Owners needs to get new staff members or train them.

The caulfeild location got a great review from me last time - sorry guys - service needs stepping up. Things that happened during my lunch experience today (was quite bust at 1:30pm though people dont really leave Subway lines; slow down and do a good job): -The man toasts the sub without asking (I rarely like it toasted) -When paying I consider buying a cookie or two. I ask the young lady is the sub $6? (genoa daily deal). She responds you d like two cookies? or something very similar. I ask again, holding a limited amount of change, if my sub is $6. -I also kept hearing the other lady say pizza sub and salami , the register read $7.75 or near; there was evident lack of clarity on the sub type. The young lady said something again about cost or number of cookies. I had to ask a third time if my sub is $6. The other lady said the deal is over and it s about $7.75. So I afforded one cookie and chose a rainbow cookie. -I open it later to discover it appears it s a chocolate chip cookie. Possibly there is orange dye from an m&m on the bottom. Either she picked the wrong one or Subway s rainbow cookies can completely lack colour/m&m s. -There was tons of sauce on the sub and I asked for a little bit little bit of two sauces. The review was only posted upon opening the cookie. Too many mistakes happened to not share my experience. Best of luck improving service quality soon. I ll be back as a loyal Subway customer and will try not to be too critical. I know they re often young people making minimum wage.

I have visited several subways, but this one is outstandingly terrible, the Pilipino cashier was so unwelcoming, cold that you dont feel like going there anymore. when I asked for something he is murmuring in tagalog as if he wants to curse for people buying from there. and he was commenting to other lady in tagalog.few times I went in the morning 7.30 and found locked out where as onsite it shows 7 am working. I had to return all the way back. the management needs to keep nice and friendly staffs.

Friendly staff and itll get the job done like youd expect it to do. A good sandwich shop with a bit of seating if you want to eat in. Otherwise, grab your sandwich and head down to the beach and enjoy the view. Well worth the 4 min walk.
