Mucho burrito is my go to spot in any other city but the West Kelowna location consistently messes up orders (will never order for delivery again), and overloads items with rice while skimping on the fresh toppings. Too bad, as this side of the bridge could use some better, consistent options.
I find this location hit and miss , I've come at times when there's been a very pleasant female working and has very amazing attention to detail and obviously cares about quality and the food has been great . A couple times like this evening , it's been a male who clearly doesn't care about food quality and just slapped things together ( I should have known better than to place an order when I seen him ) I'm not complaining, this is simply an observation that some people shouldn't be in customer service
We came late in the night so it wasnt busy, but that gave Sona a great opportunity to be very kind and thoughtful with our order. Very great work Sona! Good food, would recommend.
This location was pretty good when it first opened, but the quality has declined to a point that I don't want to go here anymore. When they opened, you could expect your burrito to correctly proportioned with rice, beans, meat, and the other toppings. Now, the burritos are packed full of rice, and they are very stingy with giving you any other toppings, resulting in a pretty flavourless burrito. The people working there will also tell you that they "just ran out" of the little hot sauce bottles you can bring to your table (Jalapeno Hellfire, Smoke House Chipotle, Devil's Tongue, Scotch Bonnet Burn, Death by Johnny), so expect no hot sauce for your food. There's even a poster advertising the hot sauces in the dining area, so as a customer you'd expect them to have these. The first time we noticed that the hot sauces were gone was about 12 months ago, and we make sure to ask every time if they have any. "We just ran out." My best guess is that this Mucho Burrito location is the victim of cost-cutting opportunities by the franchise owner. You want to save on ingredients? Give them tons of rice instead. Don't want to spend money on the hot sauces? Just don't order any and tell customers that you just ran out. Further to this, one of the TVs used to display the menu has been smashed/broken for almost a year now. Don't get me wrong, the place is clean, the workers are nice, but I don't feel like spending $15 on a flavourless tortilla packed full with rice. This location used to be good, but is now there's another burrito place on the other side of the highway that we will be going to moving forward.
They advertised 50% off the first order if someone joins their loyalty program. Great idea, we ordered our food and once ready to pay they advised us that they can’t honour the 50% since there is a problem with the loyalty program today. They told us if we come back tomorrow it will work … but nothing they can do today. Super frustrating, since it is advertised on the cash register and we had no other option than paying full price. Total scam and zero customer service! Note- the owner contacted me and did everything possible to resolve this issue. That is all I can expect- mistakes happen but they make it right. Great customer service after all.
I've been to Mucho Burrito several times, and I've always enjoyed the food. It's been a go-to spot for a tasty and satisfying meal. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a surprising change. When I ordered my usual, I was told that I could only choose four toppings. This was the first time I'd heard of such a restriction, and it felt like an unnecessary way to nickel and dime customers. Why the sudden change? It's disappointing to see this kind of policy being implemented. Mucho Burrito has always been about generous portions and a wide variety of toppings, which is part of what makes it great. Limiting toppings undermines that experience. Overall, while the food remains good, this new policy leaves a bad taste. I hope Mucho Burrito reconsiders this decision and goes back to offering the generous and customizable options that customers love.

My burrito had salsa and sauce yet somehow it was super dry and not really warm either. I hate wasting food but it just wasn t good and ended up throwing it out.

That individual enjoyed their meal as well and would recommend it. They had dairy free cheese which made this individual happy.

Stopped here on a toad trip with the family, had a super nice man with a fantastic mustache serve us and he was incredibly patient and attentive- made all 4 of our orders at once and made sure to get it right and they were made so well we all had a great lunch 10/10 Vegetarian options: Fajita veggies, plant based meat crumble & plant based cheese available, lots of rice, veggie and bean options Dietary restrictions: Have plant based cheese for those who cant have dairy

most of the time I go there for dinner because I cant eat anything else. food is pretty good but I really like that Guman fellow dudes got the craziest mustache and always greets me with a smile he doesnt look like he hates his life or his job rare to find nowadays I hope he doesnt stay there for to long that man has to much potential to be working at a fast food joint :)

Whoever was behind the counter April 23rd closing needs a serious lesson in customer service, I walked in at 9pm, sign says till 10pm btw, as soon as I walk in he doesnt say hi, has a scowl on his face, says they close at 930pm no SMILE, I felt like I was a nuisance!!, when he was done with my burrito and I paid AND tipped which is optional btw, I told him Im gonna use the bathroom and he asked rudely what you dont want your burrito?....NOT to take to the bathroom Ill get it on the way out he even had the GALL to ask if Ive been there before, yes I have 5 yrs ago in Toronto, Im sorry his accent was so thick I had to ask himself to repeat his questions....anyway if hes working Ill be steering clear....I was a call centre manager and Id have never hired him, and he doesnt even have to see anyone just talk on the phone!!.....my advice GET A NEW CLOSER!!!.....Also I wasnt even the last customer....garbage service worst Ive ever had.

Hate to leave 1 star reviews, but this is deserving. Food was very stale, nothing was fresh. We had tacos, chips, guac and a quesadilla, everything was very poor in quality and presentation. The side of guac was barely a teaspoon worth and it was mostly brown. Chips were inedible. Staff behaved like zombies. Nothing here to bring me back.

Im Mexican and this is the closer taste to a Mexican food. During the summer come to MEXKELOWNA TACOS TO TRY MY BUSINESS. Other places use Indian condiments to prepare Mexican food and thats horrible Thank you guys. Food : 5/5

So stingy with the topping! It seemed like he sprinkled 5-8 pieces of corn and chickpeas while reminding me that you could only get 4 topping. If he could of picked up less pieces of food he would of. I will not be coming back to this location.

Delicious burritos. Had to dock two stars though because they dont stuff the burrito! They dont add enough rice/beans and were stingy with the toppings. My tortilla was probably only 60% full. Whereas BarBurrito STUFFS their burritos and I never leave hungry.
Ordered the build your own burrito today. The service was great and the burrito was delicious. Vegetarian options: Very easy to eat vegetarian or even vegan. Lots of options.

Got veggie burrito, it was loaded and super tasty. Customer service was great, i was confused about few sauces and fillings but they explained it very briefly and very well so i made my decision and outcome was perfect.

Second time I ve gotten quesadillas and triple asked for cheese and they forget. These should come with cheese, how are they possibly missing the cheese everytime? Guess what happens when you get home and try to eat a cheese less quesadillas.. it all falls apart. What a waste of my money.

Normally I like Mucho but this location is not good. The staff are constantly reminding you that you cant have too many toppings. If you want more than two toppings (salsa included) they will charge an extra .25 cents per. For the price of a burrito bowl I dont think they should be nickle and diming over 2 cents of corn.

Worst food Rude behaviour of staff. Worst location of Mucho burrito. When I ask for extra toppings they charge extra for that. In this location they will give you only two topping choice while in other locations you can choose as many toppings you want. Worst Customer service. If there is a option of minus rating I will give minus rating to this location I personally not recommend to come here.
Loved the food and loved the service
I like mucho but this location doesn t make the cut. I have been here twice and both times have left feeling underwhelmed. The staff is friendly but they skimp on toppings. The rice was undercooked and the music was so loud.
Awesome staff and amazing authentic Mexican burritos/food. Sonam and Sharan are amazing staff memebers, always love this joint! A very welcome addition to Westbank as we were limited before on this type of food before they came.

Had the Queso Double-up burrito. So good. Regular size was huge and toppings fresh. Highly recommend this location. Friendly staff who came around to each table to make sure the customers were satisfied.

Love this place and their food! But they close early on occasion if it s not busy. Google maps says open to 10pm and this time was updated by the business two weeks ago so I drove 15 mins to get here only to find from the staff they shut it down an hour early because it was slow. Now it s 9:30 and I m starving not great
