Wow, so l am rewriting my original review and for good reason. l was not impressed with my first pizza and l was brutally honest. An hour later another pizza was delivered and the gentleman even tried to give me back my money with an apology. So, here is what l can say these guys take pride in what they do, good or bad instead of ignoring me and blowing my review off. They remade and delivered a great pizza to me. No l did not except the money, l am impressed, l am shocked and l can say these guys deserve the benifit of the doubt... I will be a returning customer.
I phoned in to order pizza for 4 hungry contractors. It was early so had to pick up. Wow it was worth the drive! Ordered lloaded, med Hawaiian and med pepperoni, pepper and onion. Absolutely delicious. The crust was crispy but light. generous toppings. Fresh ingredients The price was great. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Pizza 64. Highly recommend. Thank you 😊
Pizza was burnt. Had a bad experience with the cashier. Don't know why? I'm new in town. First time I was there, it was recommended to me. The manager called me back & gave me credit for next time. That was very professional & might try it again sometime. The pizza was burnt (see pic) but didn't taste bad, I had to eat it cuz I skipped lunch & was getting dizzy.
I was staying at an hotel over the road and fancied a pizza, saw the other reviews so decided to check it out. The service was friendly, fast and very helpful. Made freshly the pizza took about 20 minutes or so. You can dine in but be aware there’s only one table and a few window seats. At the time we visited all were available (4:30pm on a Friday). As for the pizzas we ordered two, meat lovers and Hawaiian (Med & Sml) which were very nicely presented and very tasty. I’d highly recommend Pizza64 and will be back again.

I was excited to try the new location in West Kelowna. The pizza came hot, right and on time. The pizza was a delicious combination of sauce, toppings and cheese. It was so good. The delivery staff are friendly and arrive on time if not early. The online ordering system is easy to navigate and easy to use. The price is good and quality matches. I'm extremely happy with their food and service.
New pizza place in Westbank and we’ve been really happy with their pizza quality and price. The pizza has been consistent every time and the price makes it competitive with a lot of other places that are of lesser quality. I’d definitely recommend checking them out!

Absolutely love these guys pre ordered 10 large boxes of pizzas for my daughters party tomorrow nicest customer service and about the 3rd or 4th time in west Kelowna Ive ordered their pizza I find the ingredients the taste cheesiness cant be beat ! just a really good pizza theyve got. Its original branch is from newtown and they have made it up here and so glad they did !! Amazing guys thank you so much !!!!
One of the best pizza place on the west side
We got 2 large pizzas the middle was soggy and undercooked. The small was burnt. showed up for pick up on time they told me wasnt ready. No problem, left came back but when I got the pizza it was not hot, like it had sat there for a while. Undercooked warm pizza. Ill stick with my regular pizza hut next time. I feel like it could have been really good if cooked properly.
This pizza is the best in town bar none! Three musketeers pizza is da bomb! Amazing amount of toppings on pizza. Tried their teriyaki wings and were cooked to perfection recommend for everyone to try!! The people that run this place know what they are doing for sure, this is my new go to pizza place on the Westside great job boys and girls that work there!

I recently moved to Kelowna from Vancouver, where you have endless options for pizza. It was hard to find the perfect spot here until a friend suggested this place. I tried the tandoori paneer and shahi paneer pizzas, and they were fantastic! The flavors were spot on!!! The staff were friendly and my order was ready on time. This place is worth it and even better than any pizza I ve ever tried in Vancouver. Will definitely be coming back!
I often order pizzas from them, almost every other week. Love the paneer pizzas! The crust is just right, and the paneer is perfectly seasoned. Great service too the staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely my go-to spot for pizza!

The Tandoori chicken was awesome. It was on time, hot, had lots of fresh ingredients, and was a great value. Much better value, in fact, than at another pizza place I used to patronize. It was easily double the weight and much better priced than its competitor. Great job.

Pizza was well worth it 26$ for a medium half n half pizza and a pop pizza was one of the best Ive had fresh good timing friendly and energetic staff. Well done pizza64
1st time having Pizza 64 and was pleasantly surprised how good it was! The pickup specials are a really good value - $6 something for 3 slices and a pop (April 2024). Parking: Open lot shared with other businesses Kid-friendliness: I mean its pizza! Wheelchair accessibility: I think they had an automatic door opener but cant recall.

We ordered from here for the first time. There was a mix up with our order. Called them to let them know and they immediately fixed it beyond our expectations. Bonus was the pizza was amazing, the person on the phone and the delivery driver were so nice. We will definitely order from here again.
Stumbled upon Pizza 64 while searching for a good pizza spot and I couldnt be happier! The people here are fantastic warm and welcoming. Karen is a fantastic chef and person. As for the pizza, its absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try if youre in the mood for pizza!
Ordered the tropical Hawaiian and lasagna combo. While the pizza was tasty, I would skip on the BBQ sauce instead of the traditional tomato. Was way too sweet, and took away from the overall taste. The crust was crunchy and had a nice buttery taste to it. The lasagna was cheesy, but lacked any real taste. Would prefer more meat and some flavor. Will definitely try again, but would opt for the regular Hawaiian instead. Look forward to trying other items on their menu.

I noticed this location opened up in West Kelowna - I have never tried it before this review. It took a bit of navigating with the menu at first but decided on a couple pizza pies. The flavours were really good overall- stark contrasts between the two that were chosen, too often pizza places have different flavours but they end up tasting the same. My only hope is that my next visit will be as good as the first visit. Keep it up please!
It s Father s Day, we re visiting from Alberta and tried to order food from another location but it was a 2 hour wait. Thank goodness for that. It led us to pizza 64. Took a total of 15 minutes for us to get 3 large pizzas and wings. We got tropical Hawaiian, Hawaiian and the 64 special. All were amazing for taste. We will definitely recommend to any of our friends travelling out this way.

The staff anytime I go in or call in to order is always super nice. The pizza itself is quite consistent, especially compared to most places. Also, my wife and I love the unique sauce they use on their pizzas, which makes them stand out compared to most locations for sure. Definitely hope they are able to stick around most times Ive went its been really quiet so hopefully they get a few more customers with this post as Id really recommend for people to give them a shot especially if you life a wonderful crispy crust like I do.

I enjoy the ready to go slices for my lunch hour. Theyre tasty, hot and always available! The music is good in the store and I often enjoy my slices in store. Staff are super friendly, especially the two gentlemen that often help me!
Considering theres nothing exceptional when comparing pizza joints in west kelowna these guys fall a bit above the competition. Nothing extraordinary but nothing that will leave you disappointed. Would try again. 6.8/10

Well run pizza. Compared to most places (we find the pizza very similar to each other on the westside) this is better, more toppings, hot pizza, great choices.
Tried for the first time today, pizza was good and arrived right during the 15 min window that was given. Pizza was a little dark on the edges but not a bad thing depending on what you like, will likely order again in the future!

Wanted to give Pizza 64 a try so we ordered some Pizza s for pick up. Staff were very friendly and we were very happy with the pricing, sizes, quality & taste of both pizza s ! Also very glad we ordered extra and had some left over for today they were just as good (if not better) cold! Would not hesitate to recommend or order from Pizza 64 again.

I went for a vacation to kelowna with my friends and we pay visit to newly opened pizza 64 . That place has some different kind of positive vibes. The staff were so helpful and we tried shahipaneer over there and it was way too delicious. Looking forward to visit there sooner

Revision: Manager reached out to me and we discussed, he made things right, and was very nice about it Ordered pizza at 6:23pm, told 30 minutes for pick up, arrived at 6:55 to find pizza wasnt started. Waited in the small waiting area until 7:22 when it was ready, no apology, nothing. If it wasnt going to be ready for an hour, fine, just let us know rather than having us wait in the lobby. Pizza was pretty good, decent amount of toppings, unfortunately the customer experience soured the experience
I have tried the other location in Kelowna. I love their pizzas as they give that Indian flavours to it. The spices, flavours and the amount of toppings they add are more than enough and always fresh. The staff is friendly and takes care of hygiene as well which is Why I love Pizza 64. Try their Tandoori Chicken Pizza and Shahi Panner Pizza. These are my favourite tbh.
