I just had jesse serve me. As soon as I began my interaction with jesse he yelled at me as if he was short tempered and not enjoying his job. I asked if he needed 5 minutes to himself to collect himself and he insisted it was so I could hear him. I placed my order after he apologized and he did not follow directions and put corn in the burrito. If I was allergic to corn this would have been a deathly mistake and when I brought it towards him he brushed it off and did not offer to remake it or comp the meal. I would recommend you put jesse in a crash course in service if he continues to work at your establishment as I have previously had good interactions at this specific location and chose to come back because of it. Now I have hesitations if jesse were to handle my food again without care or concern and a awful attitude. I am aware we are all going through a lot but its not acceptable behavior to project onto a paying customer.

Worst tacos ever. Fish was mushy and the employee never changed their gloves between orders and bagging up a skip order. I should have left. I regret it and I am out $25

I am celiac and was very well taken care of! The gentleman serving me was careful to change gloves and knew exactly which items contained gluten / which were safe for me. I enjoyed the meal and didn t get cross contaminated!!

I am disappointed with this location. I went here the other day and was stunned to see people in the back not wearing gloves whilst they were touching food. Service was quite poor in my opinion too, the place seemed understaffed as loads of people were waiting were so long. would not go back here as the food isn t sanitary and portions are bad too.

Went in late on Saturday evening and had the most amazing experience I could have asked for. The service was way beyond the best anyone could ask for. The gentleman who was behind the counter knew EVERYTHING about everything he had to offer. He was incredibly kind to my wife and daughter and helped the 3 of us pick out what would turn out to be some of the best fast food we will probably ever have. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered a barbacoa burrito - jam packed with slow cooked meat and toppings. Good value and delicious. Prat was extremely friendly and provided wonderful service - you can really tell he loves what he does!

I liked the barburrito in Kelowna but 100% will not come here again and no one else should. After I got my order I was sitting at one of the tables. The staff member that made my food came and sat down at another table and starting picking his nose. Multiple times and got his finger right up there. Tempted to report if I can find somewhere to do it. I tried to take a few pics of the staff member in the middle of it but was hard to do so and not be obvious. Not sure if I can post them here without some legal issue but if I can I will. Response to owner: the owner says he cares but does inquire on what employee was picking his nose. Made no mention of improving anything, just a hollow corporate response. Your standards do not exist and Ill see if a health inspector wants the pictures of the employee picking his nose in the dining area

Honestly the folks here do a great job. The food is always fresh. Portions are good and most importantly they make an effort to be make your experience pleasant. If youre looking to get a burrito in west K this is your stop. Consistently quality service. Cheers.

This location has provided amazing food in the past. It looked like new management was trying to cut a few corners, but Id just had a Burrito to die for. I preordered online, and it was simply amazing. Perfect! Thanks!!

I went in and got 2 burritos and a churro. Got my burritos quickly but waited 35 minutes for my churro. There was one other lady in the store who had placed and online order and was waiting there for about 20 minutes and the guy hadn t even started her order yet. A couple other customers came in and the man working told them it would be a 45 minute wait for any food. All tables were filthy and had food all over them. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Ordered a large steak burrito. The food was exceptional and the portion size was very generous. This burrito changed my life.

The kindest people ever. They were open Christmas Day and saved us because we didn t have a salad to bring to our pot luck and all the grocery stores were closed!!!

Most def goin to become one of my fams top 5 go-to-eat places easily... the atmosphere once again was light, friendly, & clean... the service... though fast food not rushed (the orders were made w/pride & care)... the food... OMFGoodness (Oh my freakin goodness)... where to begin... it was abso-freakin-lutely fantabulous... not quite Mexico but almost the closest weve experienced in the Okanagan... definitely a must do establishment whenever in West Kelowna at least... sure the other locals are wonderful as well... 2 thumbs & 2 big toes up... hhhhh... Very welcoming atmosphere.. there was this guy named Pradeep(I think so) who figured out himself that we were vegetarians and made special fries with all veggies on it. The location is clean. Definitely going back!

I liked it the first time I tried but today I placed an order online and when I got there he didnt start my order. The place was not busy. Restaurant look very dirty, all the tables where messy and the kitchen look like a total mess.

Service was atrocious. There was one customer in line and 3 people behind the counter. The one helping the customer was moving at a snails pace and screwed up the customers order twice. One of the other people behind the counter (looked like the manager) was on his phone leaning against the wall, while the third person was roaming aimlessly around. After standing in line for a good 15 minutes with no movement we left. Brutal

I expected hot, without much flavor and acid/vinegar. Not this sauce... so much flavor and a very delightful heat. It has been years since I ate out and had a hot sauce make me sweat. I would definately come here over most competitors for this style of To-go Mexican food

DO NOT place a mobile order with the app if you want to be in an out quickly. They will do walk in customers first even if they arrive after you. 2nd time I ve waited in the store for over 15 minutes to get my mobile order. This last time it was almost 30 minutes from when I placed my order to getting my food.

Food is really good. I asked for a quesadillas and got a burrito instead. Other than that is was good.

Ordered a couple of the Crunch Chicken Burrito for delivery. These wraps were a popular choice and surely was a good choice!

My first time there was excellent. The spicy chicken burrito was amazing and HUGE! I loved it and couldnt wait to go back. Unfortunately, I ordered a steak burrito the next time and I had to throw at least half of the steak away. It was so tough and mostly chewy tendons. I was not impressed. I will go back but I will stick with the chicken.

Its like a burrito version of Subway. Choose whether you want a burrito or a bowl and choose your toppings. Meat, vegetables, and sauce. Both burritos and bowls are full of volume. I think I will go again.

I came to Bar Burrito for the first time and hot-damn, I ll be back for sure. Great selection of burritos including an awesome kids menu. We had a large fish burrito and a falafel bowl. Serving sizes were massive and the toppings abundant and fresh. Excellent food for a good price. And to top it off Prad, who made my food, was such a delightful and fun guy who could tell I d had a long day and helped lift my spirits. You ve won a repeat customer!

Went in to get dinner this evening and was greeted by one of the friendliest, energetic people I have ever encountered at barBurrito. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long while from anywhere! Turns out he was the owner! He got me to try some new toppings on my burrito that I normally would not have tried. He made a great suggestion and did not stear me wrong! What a great experience from start to finish.

First time at barburrito and wow was that great. Prab served me and was a complete peoples person and just super great. The burritos are insanely huge and delicious. Got the ground beef burritos and super tasty. Chips and salsa and salsa is super flavourful. Also have Jarritos pops which are a treat for sure. Deffiently will be back! Thanks!

This was a wow food for my team, everyone loved it.

Just received our order, we had gotten 1 Cheesy Beef tacos and 2 Extreme Fries which were cold when it got to us (ordered through door dash), one Extreme Fries did not have cheese and they looked like they were tossed around one cheesy fries was put upside down in the bag. The tacos were actually cold as well, not impressed for spending almost $40.00 on a business. We live a 5 minute drive away as well, so no reason for our food to need to be heated up in the microwave. This is not the first time Ive been disappointed by staff/management. EDIT: the owner was very kind to contact myself directly and offered to have our order remade on the house. Thank you very much and I truly do appreciate your willingness to make it right. I will be going back again!

Its good food, but please send sick employees home. It happens, we will come again. But its not a good look when your coughing, even behind your shirt, then working on food again. Im hoping it was a one off situation.

My family and I tried BarBurrito for the first time tonight and we were not disappointed. The portions are HUGE, everything tastes great and the toppings are fresh. The younger blond fella working tonight was very polite and answered all my questions I had. Theres a young, darker hair lady that works there too and shes always friendly and wraps the burritos like its second nature.

Traveling through West Kelowna and stopped in for a burrito this afternoon, best service and burrito I have ever had. I will stop for sure next time through.

Tried Bar Burrito for first time. Staff was friendly but food tastes awful. Anyone who knows the taste of Mexican can easily judge there s nothing Mexican about this food. I have been twice now & both times the food was amazing. I had the bean quesadilla & the pulled pork burrito. My partner had the mild chicken tacos as well as extreme fries which were delicious as well. Definitely will be going back again!

Very friendly staff, food was prepared with care. Excellent value for the money and my tacos were fresh and delicious! You get to build your own with toppings, similar to that famous sandwich shop, but this is mexican and much more tasty! Highly recommend.

Went on opening day and we had two burritos and a churro. The burrito was delicious however my husband and I found that their rice was super salty. It was almost hard to eat the burrito where you only got a bite of the rice. Otherwise great place to grab some Mexican food.

Food was pretty good. Bang bang shrimp was delicious. Cilantro was pretty inconsistent however; ordered 2 bowls, a burrito, an order of tacos, and an order of loaded fries. Cilantro on everything except the fries. Way too much on the tacos and a big pocket of cilantro in the burrito (couldnt taste anything but cilantro on those bites). Team must be new as they were super disorganized up front. Kitchen staff seemed to be very well organized as they got the food they were called very quickly Would return, but Im waiting for a bit so the staff can be trained

It was an underwhelming burrito. In comparison to my usual spot mucho burrito there was far less filling and flavour in general. I love the thought of a burrito place on the westside tho and understand they re new so hopefully they can up their game a bit.

the food is good unfortunately they give very little on the servings for toppings. especially when paying for extra for meat basically give a half scoop but charge a few dollars and guacamole is extra and they give a tiny amount basically laughable how little it is. My girlfriend got a regular burrito and I paid for a large I watched as they gave the same amount for both of us only difference being my wrap is a larger size. It says it s 5oz for large and clearly was like 2oz disappointed since I love mucho burrito and chipotle but this place is clearly trying to save every l dollar they can and rip off the customer I d pass unless they figure out proper serving sizes and get employees trained on that

All the items are fresh and taste good. I find it gets a bit soggy very quickly though and I just get the burrito sauce and sour cream. But still ends up soaking through the tortilla and dripping everywhere. Very reasonable prices.

This place is the best because they care!

Not the best. There is one that is Mucho better in my opinion. I like that there are lots of meat choices. I had the Jerk Chicken and it was pretty good. Prices seem steep when you compare to some other burrito places not so much in dollar value but in portion size. My burrito was not full, there was a lot of tortilla wrapped onto itself. Other places the burrito is about to explode from being so full. Even a taco time burrito is more full of goodness and let s be honest taco time is kind of lame. What I did like was the food tasted fresh and they are fast at their job, no asking 100 questions . They just make the burrito and I m on my way again. All in all it s pretty good and I ll go back and will recommend it. Not many fresh tasting option in the area, mostly just junk fast food.

My husband loves the food but the service is horrible and inconsistent. Sometimes they dont even wear gloves.
