their bowls and salads are SO YUMMY!! the dressings they use are too good (and available to buy). chic decor inside and a nice open ambiance. very cute spot to grab breakfast or lunch in q nice neighborhood. the staff was also very friendly. would definitely recommend (only downside is that its on the pricier end, but worth it IMO)
Came for breakfast, left disappointed. For $20, this so-called breakfast burrito is a joke. Bland, flavorless, and embarrassingly small – it feels more like a sad excuse for a soggy panini. And let’s talk about the presentation: it was on its very own, wet in some corners from what looked like dark residue from a filthy panini press. Two eggs? If there was even one in there, I’d be shocked. Honestly, how do you justify the price? This isn’t an airport lounge or some Michelin-star spot. It’s just a massive rip-off. Save your money and go literally anywhere else in Montreal – this place isn’t worth it. I can think of many places in Montreal where you get a big ass burrito for 20$. When I asked for hot sauce, Tabasco was all they had… 😂 The service was smileless and disinterested. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time or money here.
Hair found in my salad and pastry / bakery cabinet was full of mini food flies (which cashier acknowledged, saying they are trying to work on it, but also said that they still sell those pastries / baked good despite flies).
The breakfast sandwich is delicious, and the lemonade was refreshing. After ordering (Uber eats) their breakfasts for a while I decided to come dine in and it was worth it. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for more lemonade! Great terrace as well.

All the best!
Uber ordered their egg sandwich and loved it so decided to visit the place for breakfast to explore 😊. I repeated the egg sandwich and was great. Also tried the bagel with cream cheese and the egg burrito and were really good. Cosy nice place and friendly staff.
My bf has been saying he feelis like it's a waste of money for brunch restaurant but he falls in love with cote cusine's bruch👍
Very inviting, cosy boutique style eatery. Reasonable priced, great atmosphere. Salads are fresh and bountiful. The pastries whilst tasty lacks fillings. This is understandable as the apple pie single pastry is extremely small. Friendly staff. We will definitely return. The max &cheese was a definite hit with my daughter.
I really liked the candied salmon bowl and the cardamom roll Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food Vegetarian options: Avocado toast, scrambled eggs, etc.
Beautiful place, quiet with good taste. The cortado was nice, grilled cheese good but very expensive for what I tasted.
The potato leek soup was insanely salty.
Great food, not your average meal. Its very pricey though.
Thanks to Spencer, Sophie, Kimmy and Saijie, Naomi, Jaclyn and Sophie.
Food was not as good as it was worth. Little to no space. Good matcha though :)
I loved this boutique restaurant located on Sherbrooke Street in the heart of Westmount. The food and decoration offer a modern chic atmosphere where you can eat lunch meals that are both healthy and elegant.
Oh dear!! I have never had such good scrambled eggs! And the accompanying bread was delicious!! All this, accompanied by a just-strong enough Americano and impeccable service. It s definitely worth the cost and the trip!! I will return with great pleasure.
Best eggs Ive EVER eaten! OMG!
I lave it! Gr8 staff!!
The steel cut oats was very good
If you want a bowl of kale for over $20 go ahead but I highly recommend the grocery store
Cozy and friendly with a great menu and reasonable prices, fresh ingredients and great taste and presentation, love it more every time I go there , wish the opening hours were longer
Love this place! Their chicken ginger salad is the best!
A nice place to sit and talk but overpriced dishwasher coffee.
Superb place. Baristas proud of their products. Can compete with anyone. Tasteful Zen atmosphere. Noble furniture. Westmount civilized, pleasant and welcoming as we like it
Beautiful little restaurant with a very nice terrace. Limited but interesting menu
As a visitor, I m totally satisfied with the tasty food. Highly recommend avocado toast and oatmeal dish.
I love simple, delicious food. Vegetarian options: Cauliflower soup
Favourite lunch place ever. Most delicious soups Ive ever tasted. They are vegan and delicious. Love the broccoli soup, the carrot ginger and the butternut squash. Love the grilled chicken sandwich or the soy ginger chicken salad. On the pricier side, but quality and taste make it absolutely worth it. Its like a gourmet lunch.
If you want to pay $18 for a bagel and lox, go right ahead. It comes with five capers, some lettuce, and a napkin. Go on, treat yourself.
My new favorite casual lunch place. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients and nice terrasse.
A very agreeable food counter with a lovely terrace
Stopped in for a quick iced latte and it was one of the best I have had in a while.
Very DELICIOUS Burrito. I will definitely come back.
Ordered the $23 large César salad, received a small portion filled with core and yellow leafs, insulting. The soup was 10/10, ridiculously small portion too though
Really good matcha latte!
Excellent salads at Côté Cuisine. Outstanding service and delicious coffee. I will definitely go back!
Way too expensive, food is boring, crowded, staff is underpaid. Avoid.
Honestly, amazing food and service. Its very Westmount, if you want a 100$ t-shirt to go with a better than Starbucks quality coffee this is your place. The food is way better
No wifi no place to sit
What a terrible experience. My wife and I stopped there for lunch, as we often do, with our two young sons who had just eaten at a fast food restaurant and were finishing their drinks. While we sat at the outdoor table at Cote Cuisine waiting for our food, the waitress asked our sons to leave the table with their drinks as this was not allowed. We told her that this made no sense and so she went to get the manager. The latter actually brought us our food in a take-out bag and asked us to not sit at the table if my sons held their drinks. When we asked what harm was being done, she could only answer thats our policy. We were incredulous but she insisted and so we asked to be reimbursed and left. The manager actually preferred to waste just-prepared food and lose good customers forever rather than have my sons finish their drinks at the table. What a dumb, short-sighted decision. After a very difficult Covid year for restaurants you would think that retaining customers would be important to them. Clearly Cote Cuisine does not understand this concept.
First time ordering from this place and it wont be the last! We made a group order and everything arrived quickly, hot and beautifully presented. Excellent taste. Thank you and good luck to you!
I love the food there especially the Kale salad, the bowls (tofu or salmon) and the avocado toast. The service is great and they have tables outside !
They offer a $1 discount if you bring your own mug. That fact alone deserves them 5 stars. The food is also pretty good.
Great place for brunch. Its going to be quite busy but the croissant and chocolatimes are really good and the cafe and staff is great. Seem to be vegan so no meat option unfortunately.
very good and fresh food.
The Mac and cheese was disgusting
Always delicious and on point. Incredible service by the tall black gentlemen. Honestly give this man a raise, he was so helpful ! They have responded very well to Covid and are incredibly safe, which is much appreciated. One of the favourite cafes.
I enjoy the brunch here. The food is good the coffee is great and the service is always super friendly and efficient. In the summer there is a nice terrace facing Sherbrooke Street.
The seating is nice and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is good but overpriced. The food is forgettable, unfortunately. The standard coffee shop just one block west of this has cheaper and slightly better coffee.
Food is good but pricy ($40/person) if you consider here a cafe instead of a restaurant. Poor customer services!!
Nice shop, cosy restaurant, they serve excellent avocado toast. Its is a very nice restaurant
Get out
Excellent, incredibly simply good and original. Unique...
Very nice place
Very cool place to work, eat, have a coffee, and shop.
Really very disappointed, if not horrified, by my experience at James Perse on the kitchen side, on February 15th. First, the waitress blurted out while I was ordering my coffee and she didnt even have the decency to apologize. Plus, she was smiling so much that she looked like a mentally retarded person or a serial killer who had just escaped from an asylum. It was so dusty and full of mites in there that I had an asthma attack. The only highlight of my visit was the tofu bowl.
Best coffe in town! Service is great :)
Food is fresh and delicious, great and quick service.
Perfection!
Fresh and delicious
Cool spot... tho my asian chicken salad was missing the asian.
Nice place to have a coffee. Be careful, they dont have wifi.
Great new spot, no wifi and they serve my drink in a plastic cup even if I mentioned it was for here... not very environmentally friendly.
Excellent food
Amazing food ! EVERYTHING is delicious there. Wish they would open earlier in the morning
Love this place, slow service
Amazing coffee and dog friendly!
Pretty stylish place and terrace is nice. But food is ok.
