Italian & Iranian homey BYOW restaurant. Restaurant italien et iranien avec une atmosphère chaleureuse. Vous pouvez même apporter votre propre vin!
Cozy place with fantastic food and great service. Hearty portions served with great taste and pride. We had chicken, lamb shank, and beef at our table , all very good. The desert impressed us as well. I would recommend the owner to work a bit maybe on the overall atmosphere as the place needs a bit of design change , in my opinion, but not a showstopper at all as the rest is really great.
Food was great. Restaurant was busy so reservations are recommended. I ordered the lamb shank and it was very tender. Their lentil soup was also very flavorful. I tried a bite of my friend's salmon filet it was juicy and a decent sized cut.
Found this place online looking for BYOW restaurants for a date night, was not disappointed. Ordered the scallopini toucheh and grilled salmon, both meals were perfectly cooked and had unreal flavour. Portions were decent and the creme brule was also a good size. The chef takes pride in his work and it shows. Will come again
Persian and Italian? I get why, but really? Perfect one over the other. Ok, it was a Monday night at 7 pm that we went to eat. There were a few, 4 to be exact, tables of customers, but the server, 1, could have been more attentive. We asked that a second bottle of wine be kept cold. Instead, she opened it. We were then forced to drink it. As for the food...it was tasty but the portions are small. I had the Joojeh Chicken Kebab. It was served with soup or salad, onions that hid the chicken, saffron rice and an undercooked grilled tomato. The chicken was tasty and well cooked, but there was hardly any chicken. Like I said, it was smothered in sauted onions to hide the lack of chicken. The rice was really good and the tiny salad was delicious. I wanted more. My partner had the lamb shank. He said it was good but not enough. In summary, for the price you pay ...the portions are tiny. Will we go back? Probably not. There are many other Persian restaurants that give bigger portions and are more economical.
Hands down the best lamb shank I’ve had in Montreal. I came here once in 2019 on a trip and came back again today and the lamb shank was consistently good. The meat just falls off the bone and pairs well with the rest of the dish. My wife got the baked eggplant dish and she was thoroughly satisfied. The atmosphere is relaxing and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Hands down this is a restaurant I’d come to every time I visit Montreal and I’d recommend it if you’re looking for an upscale restaurant with diverse flavors to start or end your evening.
I used to go here years ago ago. The former resto was called “Encore un fois”. We had a very good lunch (which we were too late to take photos) We started with a zucchini soup which was very nice. We had the eggplant with garlic Pasta and the lamb shank…both yummy. We had leftovers we didn’t want to leave behind so that all I got for you. Dessert was chocolate cake which was not overly rich and nice tasting .
I never enjoyed the food and atmosphere like that! Perfect taste, fresh food, cozy and warm place. Exceptional experience for me as a picky foody person. We ordered Lamb chops and stuffed chicken with pasta. Both dishes were perfectly made, very tasty. Good size portion, reasonable wait between appetizer and food. Very welcoming staff. Thank you for this amazing experience on my birthday Touché.
First time in this neighborhood restaurant and I have to say, I was very pleased with the experience. This is not a large space but with its high ceilings, natural light, open concept kitchen and the jazzy soundtrack in the background it made for a very cozy atmosphere. The menu is straightforward and simple, the food was delicious, tasty and fresh, with a Persian cuisine influence. The service was courteous and efficient. Fairly priced which becomes something rare these days. If you're in Westmount and looking for a good, not pretentious restaurant, I strongly recommend Toucheh.
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and helpful staff. The food is also good and has Persian style (although with some differences in some cases). Overall, very recommended.
Intimate restaurant with great food and a wonderful staff. It does fill up fast so reservation would be advised.
Lamb kebab was tender and delicious, and the pasta was also lovely. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming
Great food and amazing service ! We were their last clients and they stayed open late for us with a beautiful smile and kind hospitality Food
First time I came to this restaurant it was about 4 years ago & the food was so amazing that it became my number 1 choice ever since.
A Cozy Italian Treat! I had a great time at Toucheh! This cute little place has a warm feel, perfect for a nice meal. We started with a tasty antipasto platter, then enjoyed homemade lasagna and Scallopini Piccata both really good! The chocolate cake for dessert was amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Toucheh if you want delicious Italian food in a cozy spot!
I recently dined at Toucheh, Iranian-Italian restaurant . The cozy atmosphere, hand-made pasta with Persian spices, and tender grilled meats with an Italian twist were amazing. Service was friendly. If you re looking for a unique fusion of flavors, Toucheh is a must-visit. I ll definitely go back!
The best restaurant in Westmount and NDG
Amazing fusion of Persian & Italian cuisine, food is tasty, great service and ambiance is warm. And you can bring your own wine, what s better than that?!
It must be said; what a restaurant! WOW! Excellent service. The taste of the food was unique. The pasta was very good. The Bakhtiari kebab, with a different recipe, was perfectly marinated. And above all, what a pleasant owner! Very welcoming, warm and polite
Great food, good service, BYOB
Toucheh taucheh touchh I have to admit that the menu touched me, and not in a good way. The dinner menu prices are significantly more expensive than the lunch menu even though they are the same dishes. Generally, the high evening price is justified by a change in the menu, which in most cases is more refined. At worst, you have to remove the lunch menu so as not to give the customer the impression of being ripped off. We went simple on the choice, Chenjeh, Joojeh and Bakhtiari kabab for the undecided. What you need to know is that these dishes are quite spicy and this is not mentioned anywhere. This is not to displease me but at this price, I think it is important to mention it. Chenjeh claims to be marinated veal fillet, but the chewing force that resulted from tasting these strips of meat tells me that this is far from the case. The path that the restaurant has taken to compose its recipes is the path of simplicity. And when we take this route, which I believe is very risky, we must ensure that the choice of basic ingredients is of very high quality. Which I dont notice. It was very average and the portions very meager. The rice was dry, the tomato barely grilled with its skin The atmosphere: The question we asked ourselves is: is there a dress code for this restaurant? If so, it is not written anywhere. A number of customers seemed to stare at us all evening because my friend was wearing an orange T-shirt. The place where this restaurant is located is very quiet and more like a residential area. The interior is very cozy and the decor is very simplistic. The stairs to get to the toilets are a bit dangerous though (be careful with the first step). The waiters dont speak French, so you need to practice your English. I wonder how this is still allowed in Quebec. That being said, I still give the restaurant 4 stars because we had a fun time with friends and Im not a bitter person. The chef is very friendly, chats with his customers, seems passionate and seems to work hard. The negative points of the restaurant are the result of strategic choices linked to the positioning of the restaurant or at least the positioning in which it believes itself to be. (It takes a little modesty to be a good restaurant). I am giving 4 stars so as not to sabotage the referencing of this historic restaurant, hoping that it takes into consideration all the remarks listed above and the other comments which are very relevant. Will we come back? Unless there is an announcement about changes to the menu and prices, I dont think so.
So happy to have finally tried Toucheh especially since I ll be moving nearby. Everything from the warm service, amenability, friendliness to the quality of the food was on point. A fabulous family run restaurant! Thank you and see you soon
Amazing food! Great service!! Highly recommended!
Got the chicken mushroom pesto pasta. It was a little salty for my liking. The mushrooms still tasted raw. I wish it overall had a bit more texture to it. No offer of parmesan or pepper like other Italian places. My friend enjoyed her salmon dish. Friendly, pleasant service. Took ages to get our bills even though we were the last people in the restaurant. Byow is always a plus.
My worst experience in a restaurant in Montreal. Were a group of 30 people and came for a celebration. The owner was so disrespectful. He came and remove glasses from our table cause we were supposed to leave at 8:00 PM and we were still there paying our bills at 8:21 PM. He decided to call the police on us. We said go ahead because we didnt do anything wrong. What an attitude! Would he had the same attitude if it was a group of white people? I dont think so. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!!!!!
Came to enjoy a quiet dinner with my husband, but ended up in a place that was extremely noisy because of a very large party with many children. A place like this should not allow for large groups of people, ruins the atmosphere. Could not wait to leave, don t even remember if the food was good
My worst experience ever in a restaurant in Montreal. Racist and execrable manager. All he had to do was say that he doesnt welcome black people or children in his restaurant and we would have gone elsewhere. Paying a bill for more than $1k and being treated like an M... its disappointing to see that this type of person still exists in Montreal. Plus average meal and too expensive. Really avoid!
The owner is racist. We did a reservation for my phD graduation and he throw us literally out of the restaurant at 8pm . And during our staying he really had an unhappy face look stressful by the number of people or by the colour of our skin. We were the only black people in the restaurant. He asked me to live the restaurant in front of my kids and tell me that the kids were not welcome in his restaurant. That I shall teach them how to behave in a restaurant. My children attended to my phD defense and were quiet during 3 hours so normally they now how to behave in public. Do not go there at all..it is not a welcome place and you will end up having a stressful evening. It doesnt worth it....bad experience in my whole life.
Best food and environment, very relaxing and suuuuper professional manager and service
The ambiance was very relaxing and laid back. I loved the penne, as well as the Tiramisu. The staff and the owner of the restaurant were very professional and made sure everything was alright for us throughout our meal. I was originally very worried when my boyfriend and I made a reservation; upon our arrival, the atmosphere was unexpectedly loud. The staff was understanding of this, and resolved the matter professionally. I would overall recommend this place for special occasions and if you re looking for a very relaxing culinary experience.
Amazing experience there! I recommend the food is very good ! *.*
I do not recommend Not a good experience to avoid
I had the penne with chicken and mushrooms and it was exquisite! The best I have eaten; the pasta was fresh and well prepared! Its worth the price and the detour! The place is intimate and warm. The desserts are varied and delicious!
Loved this place. Lucch prices are great. Will definitely be back.
So noisy and chaotic, people were whistling at each other and screaming, food portions were very small and expensive. Won t recommend at all
OUTSTANDING!!! My spouse and I were visiting Montreal from Maryland (USA) My spouse and visited the restaurant on my birthday 06/01/2024. My spouse who is handicap and used a walker to ambulate was assisted by the manager as we entered the restaurant. The entire staff seemed sincere and genuinely interested in ensuring we were comfortable in the restaurant serene atmosphere. The food was beyond delicious and the chocolate cake was to die for. The manager was kind enough to call for a taxi so we could return to our hotel and he assisted my spouse with exiting the restaurant and entering the taxi. Next time that we visit Montreal we will definitely revisit Toucheh Restaurant.
Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and charming owner. I really loved the salmon dish and look forward to coming back and trying it again.
Very nice staff and environment, foods were tasty and delicious
Amazing little restaurant with excellent food and a down-to-earth atmosphere.
Very good value for money as it is BYO. I am concerned about whether they are making a profit without serving alcohol. You can bring in anything from beer to wine. On the other hand, you cannot drink alcohol unless you bring it with you. The taste depends on the dish, but its almost satisfying. The volume is sufficient and the feeling of satisfaction is high. Both the chef and the people are very nice. Its a popular restaurant, so youll want to make a reservation a little in advance. This is a great store for everyday use.
Had a nice experience here today. The Jujekebab was very special and the Pasta was beyond perfect! I would definitely suggest this restaurant.
Food was of high quality and very tasty. Good portion size as well
Good food!! And nice service.
Unique and tasty dishes blending Italian and Persian cuisines. Cozy neighbourhood restaurant in Westmount, nice service, and bring your own wine.
Amazing food, great service and to top it all the desert tasted out of the world
Tasty food, amazing staff and beautiful and cozy space. Whether you live in or visit Montreal , this place is a must to dine in! Food
Everything was amazing, tasty food and very nice greeting and service
Had a tasty meal at Toucheh! Shoutout to Mina, our super-friendly server. Loved the flavors, but gotta say, portions were a bit small for the price. Sort that out, and its a winner!
Fresh food and great staff! Chicken piccata is highly recommended!
Such a beautiful spot. The decor has been very stylishly redone. The chef owner is fantastic and very kind. The ambiance was great, and it was not too loud. They have great options for both lunch and dinner.
One of the best restaurants in Montreal. A very hidden gem, where good food, great service, and the ever watchful grace of owner chef Mehdi makes this a throwback experience when going out to restaurants was a wholesome and entertaining event
Great plate! So welcoming! Thank you so much.
Best place for Persian and Italian food! Would definitely recommend trying this place.
Great service, food and atmosphere would definitely recommend. The food reminded me of my childhood and many good memories. Definitely give it a try!:)
Ive liked this restaurant, the service and the atmosphere were good. We were a group any my soup was not hot, the Joojeh kabab plate amounts is not enough, normal person will two to be full. Food
Fantastic host, incredible meal, you won t be disappointed!
Vegetarian options: Linguini florantine And all the pennes could be served as vegeterian Food : 5/5
I m disappointed at this restaurant. We came with a group for some Persian food. I ve been to other Persian restaurants and quite honestly it doesn t measure up. The place is nice and cute but the ventilation is horrible, we left smelling like food. BYOB is also a good idea. We asked for soup, they could only serve two of us( and we were a group of ten) The dish my husband had was good, it was an eggplant with eggs and tomatoes I took the veal, ( Chelo Mahicheh)The meat had no taste, full of spices/ onions and the rice was a big failure. How can a Persian restaurant fail in making good-rice? Very disappointed Wont be coming back sorry!
Very average, not impressive. Service was so so.
Super food! Homemade with love! Amazing taste and good portions too! Will definitely comeback
A true hidden gem in Westmont, freshest food, healthy and super delicious. Dont forget to ask for their bread
Welcoming, clean excellent food Vegetarian options: Not for me. But a friend
Another fantastic meal.Arash and staff make everything perfect. Try to get here as often as possible food is delicious! Best food around! Never had a bad dish Medhi is my favorite chef no offense to the rest of staff
Charming little restaurant where you eat very good Italian cuisine with a little Persian touch. Impeccable service.
Excellent food. Amazing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Merci. We had a blast. Vegetarian options: Excellent option
In short: The best pasta Ive ever had. Every time a new dish of pasta with a new taste, and every time I think I think it cannot be better, and then the new this suprises me! And a perfect service in a very friendly environment.
There is no respect for the customer. There was not a table for us when the reservation was confirmed on the same day. We took a long route to get there and nobody called us to notify that the restaurant was overbooked There is total disorganization of the reservations. I wanted to give a second chance to this restaurant You are not missing much !
Delicious Lamb.
Packed and slow service but good food and bring your own wine Nice Parking: Park on street Food : 4/5 |
Excellent food and great staff. Good option in Westmount, higher recommended!
Good restaurant, bring your own wine, lots of choice between Iranian and Italian gastronomy.
I like
I tried the lamb shank for lunch and it was phenomenal
Extremely overpriced for very small portion of Bakhtiari. Didn t like it, there are way better Iranian restaurants in Montreal. If you go there just order pasta.
Amount and quality of food was very low. I ordered Joojeh Kebab (Chicken Kebab) in comparison with Khorasan or Behesht resturant amount was half, quality was lower and price was double. Managers behavoir is nice and Taste is ok but in summary never I will go to this resturant again. My friends tried different dishes and they had same idea.
Good food quality. a nice little restaurant in the heart of Montreal
Amazing! My server was wonderful; she was very friendly, gave us great recommendations and service was fast!
Where do I start... We had a reservation, when we arrived the waitress didnt even know we were supposed to be there(she was lost). We sat and waited for the menu for 20mins We then waited another 20 minutes and had to call over the waitress to order who said oh i didnt notice you still had the menu because it was black like the table. A couple who arrived 45 minutes after us got their order at least 20 minutes before we did. While waiting to be served we heard the people next to us ask for their bottle of wine to be opened. After 5 minites she came back to them with the bottle asking this was yours right? (Clearly lost) When our soups finally arrived they were both cold. My main plate was grilled veal and chicken, it was nothing special. The meat was all right , the rice was dry with no seasoning and it cost almost$ 40 a plate. It was very overpriced. The other dish we ordered was the Scaloppini toucheh which was way too salty we could not finish it. We noticed the waiters being very kind to other guest who seemed to be regulars. We cannot understand how people would go back multiple times. We will definitly not be returning.
The food portions are so small, but the food quality is excellent. The serveuse does not behave professionally if any mistakes come up. Instead of appologizing from the customer for their bad experience, she tells here is like that if you want to come to this restaurent, which is offensive and rude!!!
very good
The food was delicious! We are every single rice off our plates. We arrived with our 10 month old and the staff was very accommodating with where we were seated. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back.
Do you know when a movie it s so good that you feel empty when it ends. That s how I felt about this restaurant. The owner Arash, and the chef made my experience amazing. Thank you!
I loved my experience, the food was excellent, well done!!!
Delicious meal and excellent service. Thank you for all.
Very nice cozy persian italian restaurant, family style persian cuisine. a must try . fairly priced good service good food
one of the best in Westmount.
Lovely small restaurant that serves both Italian and Persian food. Both type of cuisines are delicious. Personally, I prefer their Persian dishes more. The service is always impeccable
One of my favourite restaurants! I love the Persian-Italian fusion and their generous use of garlic. Ive introduced many people to this place, and they are also fans.
Very friendly staff.
We were greeted by the chef who has been with this restaurant for almost 30 years! I had the chicken brochettes which were perfectly tender smothered with stir fried onions and accompanied with basmarti rice - all simply delicious! My friends had the salmon chunks and also raved about it. Excellent coffee and gracious service by all. Definitely will go back!
Lovely place with amazing food and that homey feel of a place next door. Might be my next favorite place to dine
Very friendly staff, the Persian food is westernized tho not talking about the portion, but the cooking method not an authentic Persian cuisine.
Delicious food, great service
My go to favorite restaurant! Anytime anyway any meal! On off days we have tried lunch at our favorite dinner restaurant and have not been disappointed. Remarkable cuisine. Give it a go you will not regret it. Never had a bad meal here! Experienced another fantastic meal in newly decorated and redesigned dining room.Just love this place! My favorite restaurants by far in Montreal Great food any meal e have enjoyed this restaurant several times a year. I called last Wednesday evening to book a table for Saturday at 7 pm, for a special anniversary. They called back and I returned their call and my reservation was confirmed.Upon arrival needless no reservation nor table available. We left our name and number for some one to call us back and needless to say no one has called.Extremely disappointed, thought management was classier than this. The management did call me back in the last two days and after investigating offered us a compensation to amend fir the error. This does show how classy they are and human error happens. We t back March 2020 a superb meal once again
Charming and intimate. Reasonable prices and excellent wait staff.
Very disappointed. Its not an Italian restaurant...maybe you should just choose the Iranian dishes!! Expensive and the plates of chicken scallopini with garlic pasta really not prepared in the Italian style... almost all dishes are offered with pasta with ++ oil (olive??) and garlic powder Tasteless, the escalopes are so thin...for a bring your own wine...2 scallopini meals + 2 desserts $126!!!! Go elsewhere... in Montreal there is no shortage of choices! On the other hand, the service is good.
We hadn t been there for a long time. Fortunately for Toucheh, our first choice failed us with terrible service. We left and were happy we did. Toucheh will be on our short list for some time to come. Bring your own wine and enjoy a great meal. Vegetarian options: The menu states that all dishes can be made vegetarian. Parking: Street parking is available (most of the time). We dined on a Tuesday evening in July. Free for Westmount residents with a green / red sticker. Otherwise metered parking. Obey the restrictions as public security makes regular rounds. It probably gets trickier to park during the winter. Westmount is very quiet in the Summer. Kid-friendliness: Kids are probably welcome but there were none the night we had dinner. You probably want to leave the kids home with a sitter and enjoy a romantic date night.
Lovely spot, amazing service and great food! Highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options. Food : 5/5 |
Food is fabulous !
Amazing food! Incredible staff and great company :) would 100% recommend to anyone!
If you expected traditional Persian food with big portion then you are in wrong direction but foods in point of my view are perfect
Amazing experience. Cozy and warm place with a nice and friendly owner. The staff were polite and professional. I highly recommend this place. We ordered chelo mahicheh and penne cardinale . They surprised us with a free delicious chocolate cake because if our first visit. This restaurant was the best choice to celebrate our wedding anniversary together.
Delicious taste and just the right amount! Most of the people who come here are old customers. They know they don t sell wine here, so they all come with wine!
It is a great family owned restaurant, the staff and the owner are very attentive. The food was great. I ordered lamb chops and garlic pasta with soup and it was really good.
My entire family love this place for supper. The food is excellent: we have never had a bad experience and we have gone many times over the years. It is a convenient location with street parking. The staff is really attentive and make us feel at home.
Good people who serve good food.
We went to this restaurant for the first time after a friend recommended them to us. We were definitely not disappointed. Their food tastes amazing, the ambience is great, and the chef and staff are kind and attentive. If you want to experience Persian hospitality and a delicious Persian dish presented in a familiar style, this is the place to go!
This restaurant is a gem!
This place is a standout gem in Montreal! We had the pleasure of savoring both Iranian and Italian dishes, and they were an absolute delight. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. Our overall experience was fantastic, and we cant wait to return for another delightful visit. Dont forget to try their tiramisu.
Spectacular! The food quality and presentation was absolutely the best! Very very friendly staff, the owner came to the tables to see if the customers are happy with their orders. The place was very clean and cozy, medium light which made it very perfect! I tried the eggplant escallop with chicken, it was beyond my expectations! For the starter we had chickpea soup, very tasty and light, and for the dessert I had tiramisu, I can say the best tiramisu I ve ever had Waiting to go back there again Vegetarian options: All the dishes can be vegetarian if you request
Excellent food . Authentic, quality, extremely well prepared. Highly recommend. Food
The Persian and pasta dishes are absolutely delicious. I had egg plants and my colleagues had salmon and lamb dishes and were all satisfied. The lunch menu include appetizer, main dish, and coffee or tea. Cozy place and very friendly service, and they just renovated the place. A must try!
Cozy little restaurant on the street corner, we had a good kebabs, lamb, chicken, lentil soup, service was friendly, and its a BYOB so dont be shy with your bottles. Came by car and almost missed it since it was dark, how about add more spotlight on the sign?
Lovely atmosphere, nice service, and the food , yummy and healthy Thank you! Merci ! Food
Good food good service
Lovely little place for lunch or dinner at a convenient location in South Westmount.
A cozy classy neighborhood restaurant of many years(30+). Friendly staff, impeccable service! We all enjoyed our dishes, salmon, grilled chicken thighs on saffron rice, scalloping pincatta, lentil soup, salad, chocolate cake and ice cream with coffee . A very pleasant dining experience!
My best ever restaurant experience in Montreal. A very cozy place in Westmont with delicious dishes, welcoming staff and calm ambient. I ordered lamb chops with spaghetti which was out of my expectations, flavorful food, nice presentation. Their garlicky spaghetti dances in your mouth and Lamb chops was in another level. Their menu is a combination of Italian and Persian dishes and you can enjoy the best of those two food cultures.
Great atmosphere with an excellent, very friendly team. The impeccable welcome. Dinner was a delight. Unforgettable moments on my birthday evening. A big thank you to the whole team, especially to dear Shabnam and Arash. I would like to take this opportunity to wish happy holidays to all the readers of this review
The food is outstanding and I really enjoy the experience every time but the service doesn t follow. Sometimes it is excelleand very punctual, other times it is absent. We were told politely that we had to be out in 2 hours, yet every service was punctuated with interminable delays and we forced some other waiter to take our desserts order 2/12 hrs into what we had hoped was a an occasion to be spoiled not having it spoiled. It s too bad but come when business is slow if want good sevice.
I liked the chelo chenjeh meal
Delicious food. Great ambiance. Friendly staff. Talented chefs. What a good experience!
Wonderful calm and delicious Good price
Dinner with friends. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. High ceiling and it was easy to have a conversation, so much better than many other restaurants. Good choice of dishes on the menu, so I had the difficult task of selecting one out of four favourites. That never happens! I had the lamb shank which was perfectly cooked. The créme Brulée was excellent too. We had a great evening here. Thoroughly recommended!
Best restaurant in Montreal!!
As homey as a restaurant can get! Delicious food and great service! Arash made us feel like regulars. Well be back for sure. Thank you!
I this place, everything was more than i expected, new experience in Iranian-Italian resturant where the food is tasty and different than normal iranian dish, more welcoming than i expected by owner to asked everything is good what we needed, most important u can bring your own , for me they have reasonable price but i asked of my friends they found a little bit pricy. But Thx to Arash and Happy Nowruz or Happy new Iranian year
Amazing food with cozy ambiance! This local gem offers a great quality food with homemade touch! The host is very friendly and ensures you have a lovely experience.
Just wonderful, a must try place! We had their italian dishes from the menue and all were super delicious.... Highly recommended!
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions , delicious dishes and hospitable host and wonderful desserts, me and my family had lovely time at Tousheh and recommend it to everyone!
Cody environment, great staff
delicious food, amazing staff, nothing to complain about!
Absolutely wonderful
The food here is very high quality, with incredible customer service. This is especially a very unique halal Italian Persian cuisine. The menu is Persian inspired and the food has mouth watering flavor. The vibe at this place is very nice and the food has a reasonable price as well. What I value most is when the chef made a clarification about a specific meat source not being halal, this shows a high degree of respect for customers and we were deeply appreciative of his honest gesture. I will continue to come back here for incredible food
Every single item on either of the menus (Persian or Italian) is perfectly cooked with love. The staff is friendly and efficient. Had a great experience and will definitely come back!
Lovely ambiance and especially loved this garlic pasta! Also served by the sweetest waitress ~
Service is best, food is so so. Price is high compare to others.
A little gem! Amazing little place. Love the whole atmosphere and the food is delicious!
A little gem of a place; excellent and friendly service and amazing food!
I havent had such a wonderful meal in years! My best friend took me here for my birthday and it was the best present! Im Iranian and I was so excited to try the Iranian dishes and I was absolutely blown away. Every bite was rich and perfectly cooked. Each flavour was unique, but blended easily with the other flavours on the plate. The staff are so lovely! I cant wait to come back!!!!! Noosheh-joon!
Very good restaurant, very delicious meal, very good service, I love the combination of meals, I sincerely recommend you
Fusion Persian-Italian food. I had the live plate, which was yummy and well made. Staff were great, helpful, and polite. Prices are on the high end but that comes with quality.
Delicious food, reasonable prices, you can bring your own drink.
Family atmosphere, delicious food made with passion and love. Great for lunch gatherings. Very friendly, personal service. Portions are generous and oh so yum! Cannot wait to go back! They even made us a homemade birthday cake for our celebration! Enjoy!
The best experience! The food and flavors are just amazing. The chencheh kebabs is my fav dish there but everything else so far is super delicious!! The pastas are kid friendly and the kids enjoyed it very much! Special thanks to Chef Aziz!
Scrumptious food, great vibe, and super friendly staff! Every single dish is prepared and cooked to perfection and flavors are very well-balanced.
Beautiful daytime lighting, excellent Persian food, and great service. High end dining, well worth it.
We lived the foods and the staff were very nice!
Birthday Celebration for a large group. We reserved in advance, with excellent service and food. The team was very flexible and made our evening memorable!
Nice staff but I felt they are a bit overwhelmed. The food was OK. We went there for kebabs and the best grade I can give is average.
Always a wonderful time here and the food is delicious. Cant say enough about the lamb shank! Honestly one of my favourite restaurants in the area.
Very good neighboorhood restaurant where you can bring your own wine .
Very nice local restaurant with iranian inspired cuisine. Nothing fancy just plain good which is what i was looking for
Coming back after 6 years. Still the best quality.
A little average, and a little expensive. I had the impression that the mushrooms came out of a box .
Such an amazing experience! the chef was so personable and nice. and the penne was AMAZING!!! food is fresh and the best taste. highly highly recommend this gem of a restaurant
Hi Nice little restaurant in Westmount. Had very nice evening! Food is excellent reasonably priced . Will definitely go back . Staff is courteous and helpfull to guide you on the menu . Street parking but restaurant located on a no traffic street . Cheers Mike
We ordered two Persians classic dishes: Chenjeh and Chelo Mahicheh. Pros: -Nice place and ambiance -Service is nice, and fast for the type of food -Bring your own wine place. Cons: -The food tastes good, but nothing to the level of what Persian food usually tastes -The portions are normal, but not to the Persian standard. Mostly the rice that normally is a big plate -The price of each Persian dish is high for the quality and portion. I would recommend if you want to try Persian food, but be ready to pay a high price for it.
Very good
Expensive for what they offer at supper
Excellent food.
today i was here with my husband and i want to share my experience. the quality of food was awesome. the docoration of the resturant and the hospitaility of the owner i believe makes this resturant as a must try. at the end they offered us complementery desert because it was our first time there. i defenitely recommend here to all
Super Nice and welcoming people. I tried Chelo Mahicheh, and it was perfect. Great menu for both Iranian and non-Iranians.
Nice setup in a nice neighborhood. Interesting menu. Expensive small portions. We were not served all at the same time thus creating an awkward situation of who gets to eat a hot meal vs waits politely for all to be served
My favorite Iranian restaurant, tasty dishes, cozy, classy and friendly vibe, nice staff, professional owner, highly recommend it
Food and service were amazing. Such a cool neighborhood restaurant.
Great steak, also I loved services.
We had a great experience there as a party of 25. The service, location and ambiance were perfect, and the persian and italian dishes were delicious. We were able to have the whole place to ourselves later in the evening due to the intimate size of the restaurant. Highly recommend!
I went with some colleagues at work. Food is good, but service could be a bit faster. But overall very nice.
Toucheh is one of my favourite eateries in Montreal. Lovely and cozy ambiance, cordial service, delicious food made to satisfy the soul. Appropriate for casual business lunches, meals shared among friends or romantic soirées. The Persian and Italian dishes are equally mouthwatering. My only regret is that I don t live in this neighborhood so I don t get to enjoy Toucheh as often as I would like. Vegetarian options: The grilled vegetable sandwich is delicious
Absolutely delicious! A hidden spot that is warm, welcoming and tastefully decorated - without booming music as distraction! Ordered the Dahl soup, linguini florentine and tiramisu! Everything was fresh, perfectly spiced with multi-layered deliciousness for the palate and cooked to perfection. The dahl soup exceptional, the meal - exquisite. Go!
A great welcome, the atmosphere is super warm, delicious dishes, we will come back with joy!!
Lovely place! Super cute and cozy with excellent food and personnel!
A nice and cozy restaurant with super nice and welcoming people trying to make your experience satisfying. They offered free dessert to us in complementary of our first visit there and I have to say their tiramisu was perfect
Really good spot. As soon as we walked in it smelled amazing and so was the taste of the food.
The food was delicious! The service was great. Very nice and cozy restaurant. I will definitely return for another girls night.
Food and ambience excellent. Generous food portions. Courteous servers. Intend to return more often
The cuisine is Italian & Persian. It is a BYOB. The menu is varied, I had a Persian dish and loved it, lamb, veal, chicken. Nice atmosphere, nice music. Excellent service. Price is correct. Enjoyed my meal. The deserts are a defenite yes as well. Realy worth going. Want to go back and try some other dish.
