Everything about our experience at Park was perfection. Our server explained the menu in great detail which helped guide our choices. Cocktails were creative, fresh, and worth savoring sip by sip. The tuna tartare was a table fave, though the salmon tartare was equally tasty. Easily the freshest sushi any of have had and we’ve dined rather extensively. Oh, and don’t sleep on the desserts which we devoured in spite of being stuffed. And as if incredible food wasn’t enough of a perk, watching the chefs in the open kitchen was like observing a choreographed dance. Multiple days later and we are still talking about our meal.

Park never fails to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service is equally phenomenal, with attentive and friendly staff who truly go above and beyond. Top Japanese Restaurant Park delivers an exceptional dining experience. The fish is remarkably fresh, offering a clean and refreshing taste in every bite. The presentation of the dishes is unique and thoughtfully designed, showcasing true culinary artistry. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant are both elegant and welcoming, creating an ideal environment for a memorable meal. The highlight of the experience was the attentive service provided by Chef and Owner Antonio Park, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. A must-visit for anyone seeking top-quality sushi and professional, personalized service.

Asian deliciousness as described by our son and we would have to agree. The sashimi was as fresh as the ones in Japan and the three distinct dipping sauces were a unique touch. The Chef’s special of tuna, scallops, uni and caviar was a hit. We also tried the Bibimbap with beef and homemade gochujang sauce and Jap Chae with chicken…both delicious and perfectly seasoned. The tout chocolate as recommended by our excellent server was a great choice to end the meal. Last, thank you Mr. Park for indulging our son with a photo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Park Restaurant in Montreal, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight of the evening was the chef’s incredible table-side preparations, where he added his unique touches to each dish, making the meal feel truly special. The menu is filled with an array of exceptional offerings, each more delicious than the last. From the beautifully presented sushi to the innovative appetizers, every bite was a delight. The atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy, creating the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable evening. The staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. I can't recommend Park highly enough! I will absolutely be returning for another round of their amazing cuisine. A true gem in Montreal!

Went to celebrate a milestone birthday. The oysters were excellent. We enjoyed the tuna tataki and the sashimi was delicious. The maki was a disappointment. We had the Special Maki (salmon & tuna tartare topped with sautéed mushrooms and jalepeno). The mushrooms were delicious but overwhelmed the fish. We also tried the chef feature maki of crab and torched scallop and the grilled octopus entree. Underwhelming. Also, there was something sharp left on the octopus and unfortunately it cut my gums on my last bite of the dish. We let the server know and we weren’t expecting anything other than an apology. It was not acknowledged at all. For a pretty expensive birthday dinner, it was not impressive and worse, their air conditioning was not working and it was like dining in the desert. Very good but unsure as to whether I would go back.

This was fantastic. However, it was not a cheap experience. The fish was so fresh, and the octopus was very tender. The servers were friendly and accommodating. At one point, I went to pour a bit more wine for us, and the server came over and said. " Allow me, I'll do my job, you enjoy your meal."it was said very playful and felt attended to. There was a nice variety of fish and seafood to be enjoyed. Best sushi 🍣 I have ever had. The only negative other than the price, it was so crowed the place is. The table next to us was so close that I felt like I was having dinner with them aswel. The staff having to walk sideways between tables puts them too close to me. Overall, it was a nice night with great food.I Ps I thought putting the Louis the 13th on the desert menu was tacky. ($175/ .5 OZ) If I wanted liquor that expensive, I would order it off the drink menu.

Visited for a special birthday celebration - innovative sushi with a twist and creative dipping sauces. The sashimi and oysters were fresh and full of flavour. We shared the Premium sushi platter and doubled up the nigiri. At this price point we expected the best and were not disappointed.

Food was a solid 5 but the service ended very poorly. The waiter came with the check cover opened and after I paid he literally threw the transaction receipt on the table and said Merci and left. I gave a 20% tip on a $350 bill so I dont understand the attitude at all

Went for my sons birthday. Mentioned it in my reservation, it was confirmed when we arrived that it was a birthday and it was my sons not mine. A waitress was also alerted to that fact. Assumed the event would somehow be celebrated. Nothing, nada, zip got the bill at then end, was not even offered a dessert menu or tea. My son did love everything he had, me, not so much. I ordered the wagyu burger, and honestly with all the stuff they put on it, you are losing any of the finesse or the taste of the actual wagyu. That was a waste of money. The service and attention are not up to par to the prices. I would not go again. I can find better places to drop $500 on a meal, when I have $500 to drop on a meal.

So Somebody feed Phil introduced us to this restaurant and Chef Antonio Park. You read about the guy, and you just admire the man. My wife booked the lunch for us and the restaurant is in a very nice neighbourhood of Westmount in Montreal. We were greeted by a lovely host (I think her name was Faye) originally from Dorset, Uk; who welcomed us like old friends. (She also greeted a lot of regulars that came in after us - so she is definitely skilled at her role!) She recommended us to actually go for the Park specials, but double up on the nigiris, so we get the variety. Good call! Some people don t get the fuss about sushi. The skill is not just fresh fish, the knife skills, or the right marinated rice, the temperature, the presentation, but the whole ensemble. Chef Park also introduced the idea of his Argentinian flavours in the dips and the fusion tastes of the west and the Japanese in some sauces that were brushed on the nigiri. The presentation is immaculate and it is an experience to have some top rated sushi. We were very lucky to find him at the restaurant on our visit. He was happy to have a chat. If you are a sushi lover in Montreal, you definitely should try it out.

The best quality sushi I ve had in a while. Eat bite was fresh and full of flavor. For quality sushi places, less is more - go sashimi and nigiri. Maki roll was good but we wished to have gotten another nigiri round instead. The strawberry dessert special right now is probably top 3 favorite desserts I have ever had

Been coming here for a while, simply because I have no time for groceries, the food here is unique. I especially enjoyed the premium platter sushi. A variety of selection of different sashimi and maki sushi. The ones that stood out would be the Otoro, which is a very fatty fish that you can not get anywhere from all you can eat sushi( if you find there are, let me know). The presentation is beautiful. I also especially find the sea urchin to be very interesting. Not many people will like it but I do. The workers are well informed on what we are eating. And maybe not everyone but I especially feel welcomed by the staff, including the owner, Antonio Park, very busy man but always checks up on me. And Ms. Jodie, always informative and very kind. Atmosphere, is in a dim light setting, definitely a bar like feeling( it has a drinks bar and a sushi bar). My favourite dessert would be omakase dessert, strawberry based, I loved the different layers it has, strawberry sorbet at the top with creaminess surround it, with a biscuit cracker that separates it from the fresh strawberry and purée at the bottom.

Been here a couple of times. Very pricey but quality of ingredients are excellent. Sashimi is excellent and fresh. Maki rolls are good but too much sauce. I like to taste the ingredients. Nigiri was good but portions were tiny. Service was very good and informed. Overall a very good meal but not worth the price. There are other Japanese restaurants that are very good that will satisfy your sushi craving but at a better price point.

The best Japanese restaurant Ive been to in all of Canada. Food was absolutely fantastic, very beautiful and flavorful. The cocktails were excellent. The decor was beautiful yet not overdone. But the service was absolutely phenomenal. We started lunch at 1230 and were so caught up in conversation that we went over the lunch time closure at 1430. The staff were so nice, they let us keep talking away and still served us the rest of our omakase without inturrupting us despite the fact we didnt realize the time (I felt so bad, but our server and the chef were so cool about it). Definite must visit if you love omakase.

I visited here twice last month. The first time the chirashi was amazing. It came with 6-7 different fish and very nicely garnished with cavier and chimichurri. I just loved it. And at the second visit I ordered again the chirashi sushi. It was unfortunately very different and boring chirashi plate. I got just 4 different fish and no garnish like last time. But I really liked my first chirashi there. And the server(lady) seemed very stressed all the time.. She cleaned the small water drops on the table with the wet dishrag even while we were still eating.. And when we were paying by card, she just left the paying maschine on the table and disappeared At the first visit the tallest guy was very friendly and careful all the moments.

Nigiri were okay but some maki in the bento tasted and smelled like OLD fish. Japchae noodles were just well cooked even little amount, but no taste, only soy sauce, weigh TOO SALTY. Bibimbap rice were cooked with healthy grain like quinoa or brown rice, but as little amount as noodles in Japchae, after mixed with vegetable, (which are the SAME VEGETABLES USED IN JAPCHAE) - couldn t see them any more. And NO GOCHUJANG SAUCE FOR BIBIMBAP?? Did they forget ?? Paid $90?? Too overpriced. Maybe my expectations were too high? Should have ordered Japchae and Bibimbap from other Korean restaurants. Hope don t get sick from eating smelled like old fish.

Today, I had the distinct displeasure of experiencing what can only be described as the culinary equivalent of a tragicomedy. It was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience in my 60 years on this planet. If this review prevents even one person from enduring the subpar food and service we received today at Park Sushi, then I consider my job done. Like many of you, I was excited to dine here. Id read the glowing reviews, seen the TV features, and anticipated a memorable meal. We walked into a nearly empty dining room, yet despite having made a reservation over a month in advance, the gentleman at the door tried to seat us at a table immediately next to the door and across from the host stand. Peering into the vast emptiness of the restaurant, I politely asked if we could be seated somewhere else, anywhere. The gentleman consulted his computer screen and, after what felt like an eternity, allowed us to move. Throughout our agonizing stay, not one of the other window-facing booths were occupied. I can only assume that the other would-be diners had the foresight to cancel their reservations. Our server, a pleasant but clearly untrained young woman, had to consult her notepad to remember the one special dish the chef had prepared: carrot soup with cumin. She described it as a carrot soup with a spice. Thank you, Captain Obvious. We inquired about the sakes and were met with a vacant stare and a description as detailed as good. It seemed she was more familiar with the bloated prices on the sake list than the actual sakes themselves. The menu at Park Sushi is reminiscent of that scene in the 1992 film, My Cousin Vinny, when Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei go to the local restaurant and try to order a meal. The whole menu only has 3 things written on it: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu at Park is no different. Apparently, Im the only person in the world who gets excited about knowing whats in their food. At this point, I seriously considered walking out and cutting my losses. It would have saved me a $300 lesson. Our kimchee gyoza were passable - a bit too much dough for the minuscule filling, but edible. Then came the vegetable tempura, a nightmare in batter. The oyster mushroom was so tough that neither human teeth nor the cutlery provided could cut through it. The broccoli pieces were too large to fit into anyones mouth, and the batter was raw inside. Delightful. Our busboy seemed to be in a perpetual state of indecision, staring at our empty mocktail glass and gyoza plate for ten minutes before mustering the courage to clear them. Finally, our server and the gentleman who seated us arrived with our Park Maki and sashimi. The gentleman managed to spill half the sauce on the floor but still served it to us. Perhaps he was trying to save us from the chefs habit of drowning the fish in sauce. The maki was flavorless and mediocre at best, and the sashimis taste was obliterated by the excessive sauce. Despite my better judgment, I ordered the octopus. Big mistake. For $55, we were served the tiny shriveled ends of an octopus tentacle, drowned in an overpowering gochujang sauce, accompanied by a sea of romesco sauce, three tiny slices of leeks, and a few scattered potatoes. It was a masterclass in how not to cook. By this point, I wanted to run out the door - perhaps this is why the host initially sat us so close to it. But the comedy of dysfunction continued. I reminded our server that we no longer wanted the miso soup we had ordered an hour ago, which she had forgotten. The busboy, in his final act of clumsiness, managed to drop utensils all over our banquette and onto my wifes purse. I cannot stress enough how thoroughly this restaurant missed the mark on every conceivable level. Im sure it was good at one time, but those days are long gone. Save your money. Go to a grocery store or even a gas station and buy the sushi there - it will be better, I assure you.

We had high expectations for this restaurant and unfortunately we were rather disappointed :( We went there for my birthday, intending to treat ourselves, but ultimately left thinking maybe we should have gone elsewhere. The food was good, quality fresh fish, the plates were beautiful, but nothing made us fall off our chair taste-wise. But besides the food, what disappointed us most was the service. There were four of us, two of us ordered the 5-course omakase (4 savory dishes and a dessert), I ordered the sushi tasting platter, which comes with a starter of miso soup and edamame, then I added a starter of gyozas. My friend ordered two starters and a main course. All our services arrived at different times, which meant that we took turns eating, while the others had nothing to eat. Even if we all had different menus it would have been appreciated to try to coordinate everything so that we could eat together, and not separately, taking turns. We had to reorder our cocktails several times because the waitress forgot, I asked for a glass of wine which I never received. I understand that these kinds of mistakes can happen when we are overwhelmed, but the restaurant was practically empty... In addition, the busboy leaked broth on my partners beige shorts while clearing the table. We were offered nothing to compensate for this error. In short, for two people with tasting menus, two cocktails and half a bottle of sake, the bill comes to $497 (with tips). At this price, we hope to have a more attentive and professional service.

Our server Jodie was so patient with our questions, and we absolutely loved each drink and dish she recommended. Great experience here at Park resto. Starting with what i did not like: the seats were too close together. Given that the floor space of the restaurant is very small, the owners decided to pack as many tables as possible and thus we were sitting back to back with other clients. Table was small too. What we loved: Their wagyu sando was simply exquisite. Tender, melt in your mouth and simply a fantastic dish. The Galbi Jjim was so tender and flavorful, it felt like heaven in the mouth. I didnt much like the kimchi dumplings, they are overpriced and probably pre-frozen. Overall a good restaurant.

We live around the corner and it s a shame we haven t been noticing this place while passing by! I searched a place to celebrate our anniversary in the Top 100 restaurant list and that s how we found Park which has constantly been winning top places in that chart. What a nice place! Very high ceiling provides a great volume to the space, and I can t wait to see their summer patio which will be open soon. Faye, the hostess, was amazing, friendly, she noted our small requests (allergies and anniversary) and the profiteroles came in style with a chocolate Happy Anniversary on it. Well, I should also mention cocktails, they were just above and beyond, and the food, of course, was splendid. I loved the decor because we didn t want a super fancy snobbish place, and Park welcomes you in style but also gives a regular feeling like you ve been here before and we ll certainly come back.

I was looking forward trying this place, and what a better occasion for my partner s birthday. When making the reservation it asked me if it was for an special occasion and I wrote it was for a birthday. When we arrived it took a bit of time to get welcomed but I understand it gets busy. When I said I had the reservation the hostess turned and looked around and said is this table okay? Not that I was expecting much but if this place is that popular I would ve expected at least a little reserved note on the table or something it was more like a casual place and he was checking what tables were empty to give me. Why did I even put down 35$ per person to reserve a place where It clearly seems like an average restaurant that you can just walk-in. We got seated down like sardines in the middle of two tables were we could just hear their whole conversation of both tables, almost even share the food at this point. Service was quick and food was good but nothing extraordinary. Now, I m not expecting a cake or a show or even a free dessert when I mention in my reservation that I m celebrating someone s birthday. However the fact that it wasn t even awknoledge that it was someone s birthday at all really disappointed me, not even a hey happy birthday honestly average for what they charge and for the hype of this place. I feel like they are so many other places in montreal that you can get way better food, service and quality for that price that I would not recommend this place for special occasions at all.

The waitress was rude and was not welcoming. Too bad this waitress ruined my evening a little. Considering the high price, the shortcomings in welcome and hospitality, I recommend trying another restaurant.

I remember having an Omakase there, 7 course for two people. The quality of fish and presentation wasn t what I expected an Omakase to be as it was hidden in the back kitchen. As I remembered good Omakase s were made right in front of you with high quality presentation. It costs around 500$ for two people including the tips I ve given the waiter. I really wished the tuna tasted different, the presentation would turn out differently as well. I was quite disappointed but enjoyed the mood the people there gave. I hope they take this into consideration.

Top tier dining experience in Montreal. Went there for a special family occasion and we could not have been happier. Had the sushi platters, there was plenty of food for everyone. Recommend shelling out for the premium platters as you will get Otoro tuna and it is worth it! Everything was fresh, refined and tasty. Service was excellent and our waitress took the time to walk us through every single type of fish, maki and nigiri. Definitely on the pricier side but worth it to experience tastes you won t find anywhere else in the city. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, however you would miss out on the fish.

I was very much looking forward to this experience and we spent 175$ per person for the supreme platter. I loved the selection of sashimi and it s presentation. The maki was good, but nothing special either. However, overall good experience. At 3am I woke up with intense stomach cramps, hot flashes, was about to faint and then spent the next hour on the toilet. Not what I expected for this price, but I am aware that this might happen even if the fish is handled with care. However, very disappointed by how the staff handled this when I called to inform them the next day. A I m so sorry was all I got. I wasn t asked my name, what I ate, where I sat etc . Would have thought that a reputable restaurant like park would really want to make sure that a case like this doesn t happen again .and provide some kind of compensation

Wonderful experience at Park Restaurant. Superb atmosphere, very good service too. Cocktail a little too expensive for what they are. We had the tasting meal which alternates different sushi and hot dishes until dessert. Lovers of traditional sushi will be more than delighted. The fish is incomparably fresh. I would have given 4.5... seems like its not possible. Reason for point loss? A little too much repetition in the sushi on a tasting selection... out of 4 makis, we had 2 identical ones and the whole thing was rather redundant on the maki side, a slight disappointment. I still come away with a great experience and a lot of pleasure.

So overrated. $200 down the drain. Lesson finally learned. A place that s been resting on its laurels for years, now leeching its gullible customers with high prices and minimal value. That it s placed on the pedestal of best sushi in Montreal is more an indictment of the city s lack of taste and sophistication, rather than any kind of validation. Like many things in Westmount, pretentious, antiquated and beyond its expiration date. Thumbs down.

Edit: Guys Im so sorry this review didnt come out as intended I loved the restaurant Im just an uncultured nitwit that couldnt appreciate a spectacle, art, as my son put it. I am ashamed of myself, and I leave my original review here for only one reason, to publicly shame myself at the request of my son and husband. I think I needed a second job just to afford the sushi at this place. The prices were so high, Im pretty sure they were just making them up as they went along. And of course, they had to have the fancy presentation to justify the cost. My Rainbow Roll came on a bed of dry ice like it was a magic trick or something. But let me tell you, the only thing magical about it was how quickly my wallet disappeared. The sushi itself was fine, nothing exceptional, but certainly not worth the price tag. And the atmosphere was so pretentious, I felt like I needed a monocle just to fit in. Ill stick to my grocery store sushi, thank you very much.

Would give our omakase experience 6/5! Everything was executed with perfection and tasted great! We had the 6 course omakase with delicious sake. The surf clam appetizer was tasty, then the best sashimi bowl in a yuzu soup, followed by lobster bisque. Main dishes were sushis then makis. The dessert was incredible, some chocolate sorbet over a delicate cookie filled with light caramel and a red fruit. Waitress was so nice too!

Great sushi costs good money so I wont make this about the cost alone. Unfortunately I thought there is nothing great about the sushi here, yet the prices they charge is for God-tier sushi and is more expensive than some really well known places in NYC/Toronto/Vancouver. Outrageous prices for what they serve, clearly aimed at the local wealthy residents of Westmount. Their burgers were pretty good, which is not the greatest tribute to this place. Despite the good service I wont be going back here, the quality of their nigiris have gone down significantly since my last visit in 2017, while the prices have exploded. The sushi scene in Montreal sucks when youve tried top-tier places in other cities.

First, let me say this isnt your random sushi place. The food is excellent and so is the service, but unless you get one sushi, be prepared to spend a fair amount. It is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Did we arrive at 5:30 PM and finish eating at 8:30 PM? Yes. Was the food incredible? Yes. Did we spend close to $1,000 for 3 people including tip? Also yes. Do we regret it? Absolutely not. One piece of advice? The regular and premium platters contained oysters. We didnt know so ordered oysters in addition to the platters and it turned out to be too many oysters in the end (if there is such a thing... But the portions are generous). Do get the oysters if they dont come with the platters because they are amazing and the kimchi is to die for!! I cant remember which sake we ordered - it was $140 for a bottle and was SO good. I want to be wealthy just so that I can eat there often. Highly recommended!

Came here on a busy Saturday night. Firstly, make sure to make a reservation as the tables got filled quickly! The service was great, our waitress was very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to order. She told us how many plates we should be getting for a group of 2. The food started coming out and everything was just so good and fresh. My favourite dish for the night was the blue fin tuna nigiri. It was so delicious and extremely flavourful. Their special nigiri was interesting because it had different mushrooms on top. The kimchi gyoza was so good with a little kick of spicy. Salmon tartare was good, it was a bit too much rice though. After all the food, we were so full. This was the perfect amount of food for 2 people. Will have to come back and try more items off their menu.

1. Environment There is no subway, you have to take the bus. However, I recommend your own car. There is a separate restroom and quite a few tables. There is a separate toilet 2. Service The server keeps coming slowly. They provide detailed explanations of food orders and even recommend cocktails. 3. Taste Sashimi and sushi are not often eaten abroad. The reason is that it is not tasty, so I exclude Japanese restaurants and sushi places overseas, but it is the only restaurant that tastes good. Ive been to Vietnam, China, Japan and the U.S., but they were all tasteless. Its a really delicious place 4. Overall review Public transportation is difficult and you need to use a private vehicle. It was the best raw fish and sushi Ive had abroad. However, the downside is that it is expensive. Sushi $127 per person, beer $15 per person, about $420 including tip for two people. December 23, 2023

Horrible experience. I booked Park a month in advance for November 1st for my friend s birthday, prior to the date I received three calls, each time changing my reservation. The first call was to say that they were have an event and it was a set menu; second time was to change the reservation from 8:30 pm to 7 pm; third time was to tell me they were only doing two dinner services, one at 6 pm and one at 9 pm (I chose to come at 9). Within those three calls I was very accepting of the changes and didn t complain. Just for them to call me the day of my reservation to tell me that they were no longer doing the 9 pm service and that I had to come for 6 pm when I finish work at 7:30 pm. All for them to say they can offer me $100 gift card for compensation like what is that going to do cover the tip money? And as if I would want to come back after this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It s frustrating to see a well-known/high-end place to be very unorganized. Had they come to me a week before I would have tried to move my schedule around, but to ruin my friend s birthday dinner the day of is just unacceptable. Sad to have to tell my client, that recommended me this place that it went wrong, but I will definitely recommend to my other clients to NOT come here. After all of this at least I found a last minute reservation at Kitchen Galerie, which I definitely recommend to those looking to not be disappointed compared to Park.

I was so looking forward to my dinner last night at Park and sadly was extremely disappointed. first the positives...I was greeted warmly and promptly at the front and taken to my spot at the bar. The server was very nice. The decor is fine...nothing amazing...but clean and nice. The sushi chefs dont even acknowledge you. I didnt expect them to have a full conversation with me, but I did find it odd that they dont look at you (not even once) and they simply dont acknowledge you at all. The maki roll I got was so underwhelming. The sauce on it was delicious...but if you took away the piece of shrimp sitting atop of each cut piece the actual roll is simply rice. If there was anything else in it...it was miniscual because all you tasted was rice. So I had shrimp atop of rice. Beyond disappointed. I would not recommend the roll called Ebigari Maki. The menu says that is has salmon and tuna tartare inside but I tasted none. I only tasted rice. For a roll that anywhere else would range between $20 and $30 they charged $49 and all I tasted was rice inside the roll. I knew that Park was expensive and I had no problem with that because I was expecting a fabulous dinner with phenomenal sushi. I did not get that. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I was so disappointed that I stopped ordering and let the server know that I was underwhelmed and other than saying she was sorry...she did nothing to try and make it right. For what I experienced Park is overpriced and does not deliver the exceptional food I was expecting... I asked for the check and left...still hungry and very disappointed.

Finally tried the infamous Park! Let me start off by saying it is not worth it, at ALL! Highly exaggerated prices. We paid $200+ for 3 rolls and sashimi. The sashimi was some of the best i ever had but the rolls were decent, definitely not worth the price. We thought the atmosphere would mke up for the price, but no. Sat behind a table of young guys who were extremally loud and drunk. We excepted more out of a fine dining restaurant, ended up being more of an izakaya style restaurant. Would never repeat. Trust me when I say I know my sushi, you do not want to waste your money here.

We were asked to get out of our chairs to make room for people peering at our seats despite other seating apparently available. Meanwhile waiters were taking pictures with the table next to us, talking to each other etc. When we stood our coats on, we made eye contact and nobody attempted to stop us or apologize. I am not an exigent customer by any means, i was myself a waitress for 10 years. The place was not at maximum capacity and the tables next to us received good service, while we continued to be ignored. They offered Apologies twice, and another 20 minutes went by and we asked where our food was, and it still took another 15 min to arrive, and we did not order anything complicated or any substitutions - a Japchae and bibimbap. What was even more baffling was they offered complementary desserts for the delay. The waiter asked our preference fruitie or chocolate my guest and I both said chocolate, he left and then returned a minute later and said sorry we are only offering one complementary dessert . It was laughable. The table beside us that arrived an hour after we did ordered apps and a main of sushi and were served and finished their meal before us. The sushi chef was very entertaining and very friendly and kind. If it wasn t for him we would have left this restaurant after 45 minutes of waiting for our food

Definitely a fine dining experience! We got the tasting menu, and while we enjoyed the variety of dishes the standout by far was the Nigiri! Next time would order the sushi platter instead.

I ordered twice in one day back in September when I was visiting since it s that good! I asked for uni and the girl on the phone was very helpful and kind. Great customer service! She even remembered me when I called back to order more uni a second time that day. It was a memorable moment as we both laughed and I emphasized how important it was for me to order more uni since it was so delicious there.

Best sushi in town. Quality, freshness and display were all excellent. We had to reserve 2 weeks in advance to secure a spot. We each ordered the omakase and we were all satisfied.

Ordered noodles with Salmon (18$ + 14$ for the piece of protein for a 5 year old). The portion of the Salmon was as big as my index finger. I probed the waiter and he told me that it was fished with a sustainable point of view and is organic. This was not mentioned on the menu and the waiter did not offer a bigger piece. This restaurant is a rip off; no accommodations despite my concerns, especially with the price at lunch being way too expensive. Soup at 9$ was water and 4 pieces of tofu! Never again!! I hate being ripped-off!! Vegetarian options: Ok
