Great service, very attentive staff, nice ambiance, but hey, I m here for the steak. It s a steak house, right. Ordered the ribeye. Hefty size of mainly extremely fatty, undercooked and chewy piece of meat. Very disappointed. At least the asparagus was good

I generally have a pleasant and happy time at Baires Weston which I visit almost every weekend lately. I have dinner at the bar with my girlfriend, and the place and the service are very nice. Unfortunately, last Saturday, November 23, there was a wedding and the kitchen was overwhelmed. The food took more than 20 minutes, the Milanese arrived with olives even though I told her I didnt want them, in short the service was far below what we are used to. I understand that it is convenient for them to organize dinners, weddings, etc., but that should not affect regular customers. The service was terrible and is not what you usually offer, keep that in mind. Oscar P.

Went for a family dinner. We were 7, the food was good. Authentic Argentinian food. We all had beef, some steak, some ribs, everything was well cooked. The cocktails were delicious but the ones on the menu, not so much. Asked for a regular negroni and a regular mojito both were well made and well balanced. Would definitely recommend. All in all 8/10

We ve been frequenting Baires Weston weekly since it first opened, and it never fails to impress! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for our regular get-togethers. The highlight of our visits has to be the steak always cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Each cut is tender and juicy, making it a true delight. We also love their wine selection; there s always something new to try, and the staff is great at recommending pairings. The service is consistently excellent, with friendly staff who remember our preferences and make us feel right at home. Whether its a casual dinner or a special occasion, Baires never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone in the west Broward area.

I go to the doral and love it

I ve been a vegetarian for 28 years and made it very clear to the server that I wanted pasta marinara with broccoli. When my food arrived, I took a bite and immediately noticed something was wrong. It turned out they served me Bolognese instead. This mistake left me feeling sick to my stomach at night, and I don t want to get into details, but it could have been much worse. What s more disappointing is how the situation was handled. The server said it was a kitchen mistake, but the manager didn t even acknowledge it, and there was no courtesy or compensation offered. Very unprofessional and deeply disappointing.

I am a huge Baires fan! Just moved from Brickell to Weston, and am so grateful that the quality, service, and experience is so consistent!!! This is one of my fave spots. The parillada is fire. Pilar at the weston location made our move from Miami to Weston outstanding. She made us feel at home and was so attentive, and went above and beyond with making sure we were looked after. Service is key, and Pilar made us confident in knowing this is our spot.

This was a definite drop from our previous visits. The food was at best mediocre. The service untrained. I asked for blue cheese dressing for my salad and got charged $5 for a blue cheese sauce for the steak and house dressing on my salad. Since my wife is a native Spanish speaker I do not think it was a misinterpretation.

My favorite spot for food and drinks in Weston. Great happy hour on Thurdays. And on those days love to seat at the bar by the water where Pilar, Ismael, Francys, Nico and Daniela make us feel well appreciated customers. Keep it up.

Food and service were excellent. We took a seat outside as it was a cool evening and the scene over the lake was nice. The service staff was friendly and helpful. I had a steak salad (Baires salad) and it was the best salad Ive ever eaten. I can see why my colleagues said they go there so often and take their clients too.

I recently placed an order from this steakhouse through Uber Eats and made a simple mistake with my order I accidentally ordered only the sides and forgot to include the main dish. I quickly realized the error and called the restaurant right away to see if they could help. Unfortunately, they were completely unhelpful. The person on the phone didn t even try to understand the situation and was very quick to dismiss us. We explained that we were willing to pay for the main dish over the phone or even place a separate order for pickup, but we just wanted everything to arrive together. They refused to assist and told us to call Uber instead, then hung up on us. It s disappointing that the restaurant wasn t willing to help correct such a simple issue, especially when we were ready to pay for the additional item. Customer service was poor, and we were left frustrated with an incomplete meal. I hope they consider improving their service and communication in the future.

Honestly... the very best entraña ever, the watercress salad with avocado was a dream and the Martini was outstanding... And still nothing compared to the incredible service.

Love this place, we try to go as often as we can. Great food, amazing live music, great service, drinks A+,very nice place overlooking the lake.

Ordered a medium rare ribeye. Got a well done one first. Sent it back, then got a raw one. Server saw that and took it back. Finally the third one came and it was well done again. I just ate it since everyone else at my table was finishing by that point. A positive is that the mashed potatoes were very good.

We were in South Beach location several times, good food and excellent atmosphere, but service were terrible! Constantly we were asked to consume more and more . Which was very stressful, so didn t go anymore. However, this year we found out that Weston location has very relaxed atmosphere and service was excellent each time we go. Today was forth visit, and attended by Sebastian and Natalia (Nati), both very cordial and gave us exceptional service.

It was good. But for the price we paid, I was kind of expecting something out of this world. It just didnt quite hit the mark. Also, the hostess gave off a weird kind of vibe or attitude when I told her we had a party of 5. I instantly thought, Oh, we must need a reservation. But that wasnt the case, so Im not sure why she acted so strangely. Anyway, the empanadas were fantastic, and by far, the best part of the meal.

Flavio and Maria Jose were very attentive and took good care of us. The only thing that was not good were the hosts, we had a reservation for a certain time but we arrived earlier and they did not at least put us in the waiting room ready, they made us wait 57 minutes and we noticed that they gave us a table that had been unoccupied for half an hour, that It wasnt good.

Two of our stakes were made blue while it supposed to be medium rare. When we ask to replace them they just took them and returned the same piece cooked without replacing them. This is a pretty mediocre experience. Also I never saw when your stake is undercooked they do not replace.

The food was great and the service was great (servers: Gabriella & Ori 5 stars to them). However, I rated overall a 1 star because the AC IS NOT WORKING! It is not comfortable to eat in a place that is hotter than the outside. If they werent able to fix the AC or be prepared with portal ACs then they shouldnt have opened their doors or they should tell you before you are seated to give you the option to leave. By the time I was sweating and asked about the AC, we had already ordered.

This is probably the best Argentine Restaurant in South Florida. The food was delicious, the desert was another level. Ask for Flavio or Maria José from Venezuela , theyre very nice and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
