I have been coming to this flanigans since 20 years ago when they opened and the service used to be great. The waiters/waitress were great. Now every single time I go they charge me wrong and when you asked them to fix it they give you an attitude. Definitely driving to the flanigans in sawgrass going forward.

The food is always amazing but the service on Sunday wasn t that great. The host on Sunday Amiria was absolutely no help. I went to pick up food and she didn t bother to ask a name and just rushed to the back to grab the food then came back with nothing. She then proceeded to just go on her phone to text. Luckily at least the guy who was with her noticed she was ignoring me to text and was able to help me get the food that was already at the host stand the whole time.

Take out 2 burgers were raw...shrimp dinners overdone...very disappointing

Did take out, Philly cheesesteak...tasted like they never clean grill and so much chewy grizzle, couldnt eat. Of course roll was mushy by the time I got back to hotel, literally 3 minutes away. Front girls at hostess, and I say girls due to their lack of maturity were too busy texting to great guests properly.

Food was good but it was the first Flanigans I went to where the wait staff during the afternoon were louder than the customers and also never around. They were all standing around at times talking and joking while customers were looking around for them. There was a short blonde server who was talking about stuff louder than the TVs while attending to people. Our waitress Nelly was the same, slow and inattentive. The food was good but if youre looking for a comfortable lunch, there are lots of other restaurants in the area where you dont have to beg your wait staff

Honestly avoid this whole company. They apparently started to charge you for to go boxes bags and cups when you place an order for pickup. Best part it s hidden since the receipt is emailed to you and then you see the full breakdown.

The Weston location has a great staff lead by the manager Jimmy. Myself & my boss eat here for lunch weekly & the food & service is consistently top notch. Best value lunch menu in SFL hands down, no competition!

I love flanagans. I never need a menu. This flanagans is great! The restaurant itself is very nice and clean. The staff is also great. The food is always fast, hot, and good. Will be returning every week. Mozzarella sticks well done are my favorite.

Flaningans Seafood Bar and Grill is a themed restaurant with a fishing motif, very pleasant and cozy, good service, in that American style, you sat down, ordered, very tasty and well-prepared food, it has a vast menu that leaves you with doubts and water in your head. mouth. Our order had everything, shrimps, chicken wings and we finished with the barbecue ribs, all delicious and in well served quantities, on the day there was a promotion for a jar of Pink Limonade, all very tasty. Great value for money. $

Really disappointed this Flanigan s is not what we re used to when we visit other Flanigan s. Our server was friendly, didn t check up on us often though. We had to wait to request drinks, silverware for the kids, condiments, etc. Table was sticky, so were our glasses and silverware. Food was mediocre. No one liked any of the shrimp for any of the dishes ordered. Peel & eat shrimp was not good, we couldn t eat it, and the shrimp on my Cajun pasta was bland and undercooked. Pasta was very oily too. Kids chicken grillers were a fail for the kids as well. Ambience is very nice, wish they delivered on food and cleanliness though.

Always great food and service

While visiting friends in Ft Lauderdale, they suggested we go to Flannigans for dinner. It was busy, but the vibes were great upon entering. The server Steph was very friendly and knowledgeable and suggested a few items. The foodbwas top notch especially the BBQ chicken, ribs, and salmon. I would definitely eat there again. Highly recommended if youre in the area.

The staff is amazing and they dont rush you. My cousin treated for dinner because I came from Hickory North Carolina. The food is incredible and well worth every penny. I love the fish tanks. The lighting wasnt too bright but not too dark either. Ill definitely come back to Flannigans in Weston Florida the next time I come back to visit family. Great job guys.

Ok so I order wings extra extra well done . When the wings came out there where not well done.. well I took a bite from 4 diferent wings to mark them because in the past when they take my wings they bring the same ones .. ok so that said.. they took the wing and when they brought them back after RECOOK them (same wings I TOOK A bite ) first I found it so DISGUSTING CUZ THEY RE COOK MY WING THE ONES I HAD TAKE A BITE FROM.. Had dinner and order the dolphin fingers which I do most times. I took one bite of the dolphin finger and immediately tasted fishy taste. They replaced it with the mahi, however, about 1 am in the morning realized that I had contracted food poisoning. As you can imagine it wasn t a good night and I m still recovering two days later

Yesterday Sunday 08/09/24 at around 1:00 pm the people who are in front to receive the customers. They did the usual. They asked me for my phone number, the number of people for the table and my name. There they told me that I had to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I received a text message saying that my table would be ready in 10 minutes, at this same moment a lot of people started arriving and a very large group arrived. These people in charge of calling us when the table is ready called me 3 times and told me later or not you dont even... many people passed before me, even the large group and I had already been waiting for more than 1 hour... and I started to ask what was happening, to which they replied that it was a very full day and that I had to wait, that this is normal. I have to add that these people spoke to me in a bad tone, with a very bad attitude and with a lot of airs of superiority. There were 3 of them, two girls and a boy. I saw the guy speaking Spanish with other customers and I approached him speaking Spanish to see if I could better understand what was going on in this language, which is the one I speak best. To which he replied that he did not speak Spanish. I felt very bad for his discriminatory and racist treatment towards me. These 3 people in front treated me and my family very badly. The food was very good as always, my family and I love Flanigan, our waitress was great! Thanks for that. Unfortunately, this time we had these bad people who made us feel very bad in front. I also want to add that it was my little daughters 5th birthday, and these three people also made her feel bad and very anxious seeing that all the other people, including all the kids in the big group who arrived after us, were able to get in and we couldnt.

Very delicious food. I love their baby-back ribs, fire-cracker shrimps, wings, and chicken grillers which is part of their kid s menu. Family friendly atmosphere and affordable prices with great service.

My friend and I went to get loaded nachos, and a young blonde lady, was our server. The nachos were amazing but her service was terrible. She barely checked on us, my friend asked for more coke and it never arrived, when we asked for the check she just left the receipt alone in the table, and then she left, we had to look for her, and when we did she said I just gave you the check in a really rude tone. It honestly took us by surprise since we were never rude with her and because we didn t expect her to be so rude with us. Then we gave her our card to pay and she told us to go back to the table in a rude way. She was just insanely rude. It s so sad because we are big fans of flanigan s food, but after experiencing this, I don t think I would like to go back to flanigans in Weston. Terrible service. My friend and I both are servers and we would never treat a table in that way, so unprofessional.

Enjoyed Wattching the Steelers game. Wings, potatoes skins were delicious. Came back for Prime rib for dinner later in the week.

Flanigans offers a nice waterfront view, making it a great spot to relax. The food is decent, and the cold beers are a plus. However, the service could use some improvement.

Go to favorite (at other Flanigan s) chicken Philly was awful. Chicken was tough & dry. Paid with a brand new credit card.. never used before or since. Came home to $300 in unauthorized charges on the card. Ironically the low life used my card to pay some online business fee the Secretary of State in SC among other things. so LE has their info. Contacted Flanigan s home office to make them aware and nothing! No response. Edit: filed a report /had the charged disputed & this business could care less. Identity theft & credit card fraud are ok here apparently. Also Flanigans only replies to the positive 5 star comments. Clearly.

We left. Service was terrible. Waited over 45 mins for drinks and food. After food failed to appear we left.

My neighborhood Flannigans has always been great. I typically order the mahi blackened but this time I tried something different. I ordered the philly cheese steak sandwich but it was disappointing. I dined later than usual, at 10:30 pm but this doesnt mean the food quality should be what it was. The sandwich was slapped together, no flavor and lacking presentation. I ordered it with a ceasar salad but it came with fries. When I mentioned this, nothing happened. I had to get someone elses attention to swap it out.

Food was decent, mozzarella sticks were not fully cooked. Burger was over cooked, it was lunch time and lunch specials that when you should be on point especially when people stop in on lunch breaks. Server was great and on top of everything. He is what made it a 4

While the bar has a lot of potential, the service could use some improvement. It s important that bartenders are attentive to all customers, not just the regulars. First impressions matter, especially for new customers who are just as likely to tip well. Ensuring that everyone is treated with the same level of care will help build a loyal customer base and keep new patrons coming back.

Visited twice it was that good. The fresh fish were tasty. Prices are very reasonable for a restaurant and portion sizes were good. The 7.99 lunch specials are a steal! (Good until 4pm on weekdays).

My salmon sandwich was good. Sweet potato fries were soggy and disappointing. The refillable souvenir soda cup is a neat little touch. However our server must have been having a bad day. We were there mid afternoon. Not overly busy but not empty. It felt as if we were bothering our server by being there. Its our first time there so we asked some questions. Answers were given in an annoyed tone. She disappeared for long periods of time. Mid meal my wife ordered a beer. It finally came when we were ready to leave. She gave another customer attitude because he wanted his refill without more ice. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt. I have a customer facing job. I make sure Im polite and not obnoxious. The least I ask for in return is a little common courtesy back. Otherwise if youre having a bad day just tell us. People can be understanding. Otherwise waitressesing may not be the best gig.

We had dinner at Flanigans in Weston last night. Aly was our server. Aly is an excellent server and was very attentive. Aly kept making sure we had everything we needed. Service with a great smile. Food was very good. We will definitely go back...and ask for Aly.

I went for a family dinner at their Weston Florida branch. Front office staff were courteous. The food was awesome, Chicken wings were okay, but other items like fire cracker shrimp, Lemon chicken pasta, Chipotle Salmon sandwich, Blackened tuna were awesome. I ve been going to Flanigans for years, and their online order system is a wreck. I ve ordered 150 wings and the SMS system notified my at 9:24 PM that my order was ready. When I arrived for pickup, the delivery teller (woman) tried to hand me a 10 PC order without even reviewing my full name or order detail, bottom line, it wasn t even ready. I had to wait on the bar for 30 more minutes, for the order to be ready, and they delivered charging me for additional sauce, and without even a side (celery stick or coleslaw, for the 150 wings!). They should never offer a pickup service if they don t have the details correctly setup. This is a completely honest review of their delivery system.

Every single visit to Flanigans is an amazing one. This is close to my home, and I love stopping in for their lunch specials. The food is fresh. The service is amazing. The 6.99 lunch specials can not be beat and the salads! Yum.

I ve been coming to Flannigan s in Weston for years! I live in Weston and it s my favorite local bar. However, today the waitress did not know what the happy hour prices were. She kept on saying it s up to 50% off on cocktails and beers We were there between 5-7 pm, and I was charged $4.50 for a draft beer and $9.00 for a margarita. I ve never paid this much during this time, but our waitress claimed there was no way for her to know the price before we ordered I think this is crazy !

Last week, I found myself seated in a table into the outside area with my beloved family - two young children and my wife, alongside my respected in-laws, both seniors. We waited patiently for over 30 long minutes, yearning for the simple act of being served, nobody show up to take our very first order. Despite our earnest pleas to various other staff members, our calls were ignored as we watched time slip away. Frustrated and disheartened, we made the decision to depart. The magnitude of our disappointment was overwhelming, particularly in the presence of the vulnerable, the young and the elderly. To be treated with such blatant disrespect was a grave dishonor. As we exited, I dared to speak up to the waitress, only to be met with dismissive words: You waited a mere 15 minutes. Instead of a sincere apology, we were met with a callous indifference. Bravo, indeed. We decided to go to another place where respect matters and that saved our dinner!

We ate here on the first day of our vacation and it was so good that we ate there the next day too! Sweet tea was some of the best sweet tea Ive ever had when it was fresh.. 2nd night it wasnt as fresh but it was still okay. Our party had fried shrimp, salmon, ribs, a salad salad with fried chicken, and prime rib between the 2 nights and all were absolutely fantastic.

One of the best baby back ribs weve ever eaten. We ordered a half portion to share, but ideally it would be a whole portion. Delicious fries and a refillable glass of soda you can take home. Without a doubt, this is an excellent chain that we recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and at a super honest price. A very popular place for young people and families! It seems that drinking is also one of their strong points, but we didnt try it.

We had an amazing time. Our waitress made it perfect. Her name was Maria, don t know her last name but this was on Friday night, May 17, and she was incredible. Our orders were perfect and the food was delicious. As busy and full this location was, the service was excellent. We will definitely continue to come to this Flanigans and will recommend to our family and friends.

The food at this Flanigans is amazing. It is well known for it ribs, but I think their wings are under rated. The rub they use for the wings is perfect!! Kids menu has many options and my kids love it. The loaded Nachos are the best you can get!! We have been coming here for many years ans service has always been great. A+
