We used Mission BBQ for a Wedding last week and they were phenomenal! The food was extremely fresh and Jennifer S. and her staff did the impossible to assure it went smooth. They brought their items necessary and assisted us with our Chafing Rental as well. They didn't hesitate to help me with some other logistics and that says everything about a company. Hands down one of the best.
This was my first time eating at Mission BBQ. I did not care for the food. I ordered brisket and it was cold and very dry. I did take it back to the counter and got another order of meat. This order was warm, but still dry. The mac n cheese was good. The employees were very nice. We received a free sample of a few sides since it was our first time there, but the food just wasn’t to my liking.
I have three uncles whose photos are in one booth. Upon getting there that booth was taken so I asked the two ladies sitting there if I could get a photo of me with my uncles. They couldn’t care less about my request and were quite rude even when they finished they sat in the booth. I had a discussion with them and they looked at me like if I had two heads. Manager Rick tried to rectify the situation but to no avail. I will not return and to top it off the salmon I ordered was dry as a desert and everything else was just okay. My family frequents this spot often but it will be without me and my family.
TL;DR Fantastic food, for a good price (in this economy which makes it even better), and excellent service. They served us pretty dang quickly for six people, and the waiters were super helpful, recommending food. And the food sizes were incredible for the prices - you definitely get a bang for your buck here. And that’s not even getting into how good the food is. Cooked, seasoned, and prepped to near-perfection.
I had the meat sampler. The brisket was ok but not the best. The same goes for the pulled pork. It's not bad, but not amazing. The mac and cheese was dry and not cheesy, so it's basically just slightly cheesed noodles. The beer was adequate, but again, it was not bad but not amazing. The cornbread was probably the worst cornbread I've ever had. All in all, I would potentially recommend this place. The price is fair, so I think that for what you pay, the food you get is fair and adequate. My companions all liked their food. I would probably come again if I was in the area.
Clean, inviting, delicious, and hospitable. Definitely worth the visit! Our first time at any Mission BBQ, and even though we dont have one in our home state, we will be back! Right when we walked in, the delicious smoky smell and inviting atmosphere let us know we chose well. But it doesn't stop there! I would give 6 stars for service if I could. After they kindly explained the menu, we placed our order, and they called our name before we even sat down! The tables were clean and well stocked with paper towels and a variety of BBQ sauces. Then they took it above and beyond by surprising us with a whole tray of samples of the sides that our order didn't include. After trying them all, I can say that nothing on the menu disappoints. To top it off, they brought a full-size dessert and two vouchers good at any location. We were fully amazed and delighted at their hospitality and yummy food. So glad we came.
Update 5/25: Wow!! Ordered barbecue chicken, it was off the charts. Juicy and delicious with a crust, tasty throughout. MB is turning up the heat, good job guys! Update 1/4/24: After a bad experience as outlined previously regarding the poor quality of the food, we were encouraged by the manager to try their food again. I am happy to say that this time, they did not disappoint. We had the brisket served two ways, my wife had lean and I had moist(more fatty), with baked beans(always great). It was tasty, moist and smoky, exactly as expected. The service was as usual so warm and friendly. Next time, we will dine in so I don't have to wait until I get home to dive in. It was so good that I forgot to take photos. Next time. We will be back when we have the longing for barbecue. It ain't Texas but best around here in Weston.

When you think Barbeque, you think of Brisket, which of course, Mission BBQ has the finest; But have you tried the Smoked Turkey...Its the absolute BEST! Got to love this place along with the great Team Working very hard to satisfy their clientele. Food

Order Brisket and Pull Pork Togo both were juicy and delicious! So many great sauces to choose from.. my favorite is the Gator Bite! Mac and cheese was classic very cheesy with toasted breadcrumbs on top, perfect side to go with our bbq feast! Great Bbq for a better price.

My husband & I LOVE this place! We have eaten there many times over the years. The service is fantastic, the restaurant itself is very clean, the food is delicious. My only complaint is the SALT! Food is way too salty. We went thru this a couple years ago with the salt problem. It seemed to subside but now its back.

Me and my travel buddies came here on a whim. And BOY were we surprised! The prices were great, the food tasted phenomenal, and the wait staff was super helpful and friendly. We ordered so much extra food just to try more of the menu. Definitely recommend!

When we stopped by we were greeted by Tina who was the nicest person I met and you will ever meet. We had our food and it was amazing. I had the brisket sandwich and holy cow did I fall in love with it. Mason came over and recommended us what sauces go with the sandwich and salads etc. The Mac and cheese was amazing and I would want to eat it again. As soon as we were done with our plates Tina brought us some fries with a seasoning on it and i immediately fell in love with it. 100% recommend.

The food at Mission BBQ is always very good. This one, the service is considerably slower than the one by my house. I actually said something. me and my friends ordered, and my food somehow got stuck between my friends and a party of 10, and my friends were almost halfway through their meal by the time I got my food. Other than that, Mission BBQ is A-Okay in my book
Just got some takeout last night and all the meat was dry - 2 orders of baby back ribs and the salmon. This food is too pricey not to be perfect. Service was pleasant and the place looked good.

My friend wanted to try this place. I drove 30 minutes to get there. It s a very nice place. Great atmosphere excellent service. I had the two meat sampler brisket and pork. For $14 it s a little small on the portions and prices are a little expensive but I guess that s what happens with the economy. My friends daughter liked her burger and his sandwich was good also. I would go back if I was in the area.
The portions were like half of what they used to give, maybe they ran out. Or forgot to finish the order. But the prices are now ridiculous. Will not go back here again they have lost me as a customer. Good luck !!

Great BBQ and support veterans
You have to chose your food wisely, otherwise you will end up getting an ordinary and expensive food. Dont go there hungry, you will be disappointed.
Way better than I expected! I wanted to try as much as possible so I got the three meat sampler with pulled pork, brisket and sausage. I also got the 10 bone ribs. I got the Mac n cheese, green beans, coleslaw and baked beans. Cornbread is automatically included. Everything was excellent! Meat falling off the bones on the ribs, moist pulled meats, well seasoned sausage! The Mac n cheese was the best side in my opinion, but they were all good. My favorite bbq sauce was the Texas tangy. Will definitely go back!

Always great flavored food. Wasnt super busy and kitchen staff seemed more interested in chatting than filling the order. It can happen, wont stop me from giving them a mulligan. Been there too many times to let one slip up wipe that out. Go here you will love it.
We come all the way up from Miami just to eat here the BBQ here is real bbq the sides are always so fresh and the environment is unmatched by any other restaurant! Me and my family highly recommend this place If your looking for a clean, great service restaurant . Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap spots Kid-friendliness: They are all about kids here !

Best Barbecue
Visiting area and stop by Mission nearly every evening. The food is consistently very good. The service however is excellent! I frequently encounter the Team Member Honor. She is super friendly, and helpful. I often take her recommendations and they are spot on. If I had a Customer Service oriented business, Honor would be the employee facing my customers. Give her a raise!

When you order brisket moist and ask for whole slices not crumbs and burnt pieces you are treated like a pariah..Some employees ensure you will get a box of crumbs.Depends on manager on duty if you get what you ask for

My review is a few months late, but I want to give a huge shoutout to Mission BBQ and especially Amanda, the catering manager. I hired Mission BBQ for my January wedding and they went ABOVE and BEYOND with their service, customer service, execution of the event. Their hospitality is impeccable. The food filled my Husband s and I belly as well as all of our guests, and we had SO much left over we ate mission bbq for a week, it was awesome!!! Amanda even provided a personal touch into our to-go bag and wrote a sweet handwritten note for us to say congratulations and that she had the pleasure of working with us. She came to our table asking if there was anything we needed, brining us our favorite sauces that she took note of and refilled our champagne glasses for us. Every guest had something positive to say about the food and some even went up for seconds!!! All of Amanda s staff had such a positive attitude when serving the buffet, took it upon themselves to go clean up the tables even when it wasn t needed, and put in so much work to make sure everyone was happy and things went smoothly. I couldn t have asked for a better catering company. Since there wasn t another food option, I do want to mention that another food to recommend to order from mission bbq would be their smoked turkey. Outstanding! Thank you Amanda and team for making such a memorable experience for my husband and I. You re the best! :)
Delicious BBQ and they love what they do. I try to go there at least 2 times a month.
I finally ordered from this place after craving it for some time. When I picked up my order, however it was incomplete and I only realized it when I got home. When I called, they were extremely apologetic and had someone deliver the rest of the food, which arrived right away. This is a great example of how a business can undo and fix a negative experience and immediately turn it into a great one. They not only delivered it right away, but they included some extra goodies for the inconvenience. Will definitely come again, the food was amazing!

We got the classic sausage, jalapeno and cheese sausage, and wet brisket with sides of mac n cheese and green beans. Both sausages are great but the wet brisket was disappointing in flavor and texture. Both sides were solid and the cornbread is good, nothing outstanding. Service was quick enough and hassle free. Our picture reflects two trays of two meat platters; not sure we were given the correct amount of sausage for the tray that was supposed to be two orders of it. Instead of double the amount it was only 1.5× that of what was given as a single order on the other tray. It proved filling enough at least, but it does feel like we got shorted.
I ve been going to this mission location for a couple of years now & I hate to say it, but it has been in a steady decline. Tonight s meal hit an all time low. The brisket was flavorless and extremely greasy. Honestly it tasted like it was cooked in a crock pot. I love what mission does to help and honor our service men & woman. That s one of the only reason I continued to go back, but tonight s meal will most likely be last. Extremely disappointing.
We used to love this place but the last 3 times we went, the pork was overly dry and cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. Sadly, we wont return.

The Best place for a good lounge
The best part besides the delicious food is, that at 12 oclock everyone stands for the pledge of allegiance. . The staff is super friendly. The place is super clean.

Some of the worst, fattiest brisket I ve had in my life. The plate is coated in oil at the bottom of the plate. $26 wasted. Cornbread was very Dry (compared to Publix and other BBQ spots). Beans were coated in sauce. Do better guys
Wow. Yep wow. This was a great find just off Griffin rd. The Brisket was seasoned and cooked with perfection you just cant get everywhere. I am a huge fan of Collard greens, and fortunately for me, they were the seasonal side today. You cannot go wrong with Maggies Mac-n-cheese either.(5 cheeses) As we sat with our hearty plates a gentleman approached with a tray full of samples of all their sides and dessert. He explained since it was our first visit they wanted us to get to try them all. How wonderful. I will spread the word to anyone I can to try this establishment.

This is a great place to eat. We came here on a wim and am glad we did. We got pulled pork sandwiches and amazing fresh cut fries. The atmosphere was very pleasant and a employee named George brought a sampler platter to the table (just out of the blue) he also came and checked on us to make sure we where happy. Definitely gets a 5 out of 5. We will definitely visit here every 6 months. On a side note just listening to George he knows some locals by name, if I lived here this would be my favorite BBQ. My husband tried all the sides and said they where all really good. Vegetarian options: They have Macaroni and cheese, greens, French fries, green beans, and coleslaw. Also a amazing blue berry cooler for dessert. Kid-friendliness: There are 3 different kids meals. Wheelchair accessibility: It is in a plaza and I am sure they would move a chair for you to wheel up to the table.
Love this location. Food is delicious. The staff are amazingn especially (a lady) wish I knew her name. When I see her I will ask her for her name. She is an angel. She really made my wife and I feel welcome and took very good care of us.
Man, first time here and Im impressed. Ordered the pulled brisket sandwich, mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes. Everything was super fresh and wildy flavorful. Mac and cheese was perfect blend of cheesy. Sandwich was outstanding. Washed it down with a cold beer. Great lunch for $19. Took a go home meal for the wife, she devoured her pulled chicken sandwich. Restaurant was also immaculate and staff was really friendly. Will absolutely be back.

Great place to eat some delicious barbecue food and experience some of the arm forces history as you look at photos from the past. The brisket is a must-try! If you re able to go around noon, you will share a time to honor as you will be singing the national anthem together with the staff and anyone that is visiting the restaurant. The team went above and beyond to make you feel at home and even brought us some goodies at the end to enjoy together as a group, which was unexpected but appreciated. I definitely will be visiting again.

I just took them my dads navy pictures (one with his baby sister@1942 & one of my husbands father (army) & mother from approx 1942 also. They put them in frames & screw them onto the wall securely so they wont ever fall. Parking: Veterans parking too. Looking for a late lunch - early dinner we decided to dine in and what a great experience it was. Starting off with the branch manager Blake. He took the time to explain the menus and offer samples to ensure we would be satisfied with our choices. We shared that we were first time dine in customers and Blake offered his recommendations. Our meals were called and we were very impressed with the quality of the servings and sauces. Then we were greeted by Mason. A high school student working his weekends. A sharp and very well mannered young man with an awesome personality. He shared some more information on Mission BBQ and he demonstrated his love for what he does and the team he works with. Overal our experience was a 5 out of 5!! Great job Mission BBQ! New Loyal customer.

Server heard me talking to cashier about choosing which side to try and brought over a sampling of all the other side items!!! Very impressed! Peach cobbler was great and I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and greens a lot.
This place has awesome BBQ and even better customer service!!! I m in town visiting my father and we came to this place. Ordered with a friendly employee who recommended some stuff since I d never been here before. After our food comes same guy checks in on us confirming with us that it s our first time here. A couple minutes later he comes with trays with all of their side dishes and says he thought we might want to try them all so we might know better what we want to order next time we come!!! What?!?! What restaurant brings u plates of food for free and says try it all to find out what u like!?! Unheard of. Brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, cornbread, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, baked beans, peach cobbler were all absolutely fantastic. Smoky mountain sauce was my favorite of their many sauces. Their ranch dressing is awesome too! 11 out of 10 will definitely come back the next time I have the opportunity!!!!

Delicious food, but really excel with customer service. I visited with my two very young energetic kids tonight and the staff were so helpful with assisting in helping bring food to the table and bringing a new side dish out when my daughter wasnt eating. Excellent bar to eat smoked BBQ. It is a bar related to the American security forces (police, navy, aeronautics, firefighters and navy). An atmosphere of great respect for all the people who made up the forces. At 12 noon everyone stands up (cooks, cashiers, cleaning staff and customers) and the American anthem plays. Respect is exciting. You are going to spend between 15 and 20 dollars with a drink. If you like BBQ, its worth stopping by.

Mission BBQ has easily become my favorite barbecue place here in South Florida. I have been to multiple of their locations and they have all been very consistent when it comes to atmosphere service and quality of food. Approach to their mission statement in the support of the troops. Another one of my favorite parts about this restaurant is the fact that every day at noon everyone gets up to say the Pledge of Allegiance. If you go here, please make sure you try their moist brisket, as well as pulled pork always delicious always on point.

We went there by recommendation of friends and we loved it. The food was great. Staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. They asked if it was our first time there and since it was they gave us samples of the sides. All of them delicious. The BBQ sauces were delicious, each one with unique flavors. Extremely overpriced for what it really is. We decided to try it and we paid $30 for just 3 small portions of meat, a small cup of potato salad that hardly had much potato pieces and one small square of corn bread oh and a large drink. The brisket had to be ordered juicy or is not. Pulled pork was like saw dust and the ribs overcooked dry. We liked the mild sauce called Texas something. On the positive, the place is very Americana and tribute to veterans so that s very cool. They have kids cleaning tables for customers so that s nice. You have to order like in a fast food restaurant and then they call your name for you to pickup so their prices should be cheaper. They do not have ApplePay so they need to arrive to 2023. In a nutshell, I feel they are too expensive per person with small portions to make people want to become regulars. We rather pay those prices for better BBQ dishes than that. Sorry.
Brisket sandwich was very good. A little dry but tasty. Sauces werent as hot as I expected but the Florida Gator sauce was my favorite. Will definitely return for lunch. Update: Lately Ive been getting the Turkey and loving it. Its my goto when I eat there now.

The Prime Rib Black plate was so good. If you have a sweet tooth try the butterscotch salted Carmel dessert.
Good food, looks like a place that would have waitresses/waiters but its actually fast food. Nice atmosphere with a military theme.

Weve visited various times and the service, atmosphere and food has been amazing from the very first time and will keep us coming back. They are super patriotic, police and military friendly, displayed all over the restaurant.

Went first time due to a lunch provided by the company, and I have to say, never heard of them before, but Ill be sure to remember them from now. It has a welcome feeling to it, staff were nice, helpful, and the food was delicious. For my first time they have us some complimentary fries and a sample tray. Not to mention their selection of BBQ sauces. And they give you a free sandwich card if its your first time. Overall I enjoyed it a lot!

ALL VETERANS READ I am an Air Force EOD veteran and my wife is also an Air Force veteran . Today it took me TEN Minutes and three different employees, including a manager, to get a simple to-go box. The gentleman up front is standing at a 45 degree angle with his back turned to customers. I was forced to find the manager and ask her directly since I was ignored twice while up front and she replied Go up front and get one . She then proceeded to turn her back to me and walked away. FELLOW VETERANS STAY AWAY FROM THIS MISSION BBQ LOCATION
Good brisket but they need more of a smoke ring.
The ribs and chicken were fall off the bone perfect. The sides are great too.

The brisket was dry and drenched in sauce. We couldn t eat it. It was over cooked. The sides were ok macaroni dry the coleslaw was delish and the beans too.

Food was great. Counter service friendly and efficient. Smoked turkey and the collard greens were amazing. Prices are very affordable for everything on the menu. My wife also had the baby back ribs which were soft and tender.
