What it says on the menu is not always what they serve where it says chopped, it says it has a chop and so on, and we ordered one for 3 people and when they brought it it didnt have a chop, according to them that its only the large chopped, but at no time did it say so. the waiter, and it didnt say so on the menu. The service was terrible, I had to ask for dishes because they never brought them, Im still waiting for the water, nothing to see...

I ordered take out and it said it will be done in 30 minutes. I only ordered appetizers pretty much and I was there by the time their system told me to be at. Anyway I get there and they all keep telling me it s almost ready. For a total of one hour I waited for my food for take out. Terrible take out service.

I can imagine that when I arrived it was Rush Hour but 38 minutes of waiting for 1 black pudding, which it is worth saying was one of the best I have eaten in Miami (this is Weston), a meat empanada (because it was more potato than anything else) and a steak with arepa, I dont think so.

The food is very good but the service of the waitresses is terrible. They want to serve quickly and reluctantly they do not follow the steps of a restaurant when serving, the food arrives first and you dont even have cutlery on the table.

SOMETHING WEIRD ABOUT THE WAITRESS TODAY SUNDAY, AUGUST 18, 2024. After having lunch where my cousin from Europe invited me to eat at El Colombiano, after lunch I got up leaving and my cousin paid the total without knowing about the tip. While we were in the parking lot to leave, I see the waitress running towards my car signaling to stop the car. I lower the window and she says we have to tip yes or yes. equal to extortion. That does NOT happen anywhere in the world, much less in the USA, when a waitress comes out angry and asks for the tip, almost forcing a customer and I passed them $11 dollars since the bill was $50. You can see that in Colombia that waitress was a girl and she probably worked in some collection office. I cant explain it any other way! Wow.. What a world we are living in!!!!!

Im sharing my experience because Im fed up with the misleading products being sold as meat. Recently, I ordered breaded chicken that was far from what I expected. The moment I took a bite, I knew something was off. The texture, flavor, and smell were all unpleasant. Upon closer inspection, I was appalled to find strange, fibrous material held together with some sort of adhesive. It was clear that this was not meat. Im speaking out to raise awareness about the need for transparency and authenticity in the food industry. Its time for us to collectively raise our voices and demand greater accountability from these establishments. We deserve transparency and higher standards in the food industry. By speaking out and advocating for change, we can create a ripple effect that leads to meaningful improvements in the quality and integrity of the food we eat. I ll be happy to provide photos
