I recently ordered food from Uber Eats and while I appreciated their timely service, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food. Although everything tasted good, I did notice that the food was excessively greasy, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. Additionally, the Papas Rellenas had a slightly unpleasant taste, which caused me some concern. I ordered early in the morning, so I understand that the food may have been leftover from the day before. Nonetheless, I thought I would share my feedback in the hopes that it might be helpful in improving the quality of their service.

A few weeks ago I went with some friends to celebrate their birthdays and the waitresses were super friendly and attentive.

Pan pa ya in Weston is one of the best restaurants in South Florida. The food is very typical, authentic, and with very good flavors! Good to eat in there or take home. We have also ordered catering for parties. The snack is very generous in size and price. The fritters are amazing too, especially during Christmas. Laura R has served us several times and is always very friendly and fast. They are all very loved and attentive. Cant recommend it enough.

Sunday 21st 3:20pm we were the only table. We saw the waitress once never came to check on us or if we need it anything or if the food was ok. Service wise negative 1 theybdid not care. We order the bandeja paisa and ajiaco both came without avocado de chicharrones on the bandeja paisa were tiny, very small. Needs customer service training and overall food evaluation. Bad experience overall.

This place is located in a very convenient place (Weston FL) since it has lots of parking, indoor and outdoor seating. Although they don t have lots of tables inside, there is good room to accommodate few families, and the outside area has a nice lake view. The service is excellent and fast. They take your order and is served right away so there is no waiting time for most of their items. In reference to the food, the tamals are delicious, better than in other places, and the empanadas are excellent. In short, the pan pa ya located in Weston Fl is an excellent place for Colombian food

Tolimense tamales are very expensive and they dont have enough meat with just masa, the price is very expensive so they only have masa and I dont recommend them. The hot tamales are very expensive with no meat in them and are just mass no meat. Price too high for the good delivered in the hot tamales. Do not recommend this dish.

Today I had breakfast at the Weston location. Incredibly, I paid more than $20 for eggs+pandebono+coffee. A breakfast for 2 people $46!!!...absurd. Definitely better to go to breakfast at an American restaurant where the coffee and soda is unlimited, the portions are more generous. Not to mention that the place has been more than 15 years old without putting a dollar into it. It is completely deteriorated. The staff service is very good as always.

Authentic Colombian Bakery. Customer service is excellent. Food is delicious, however in several occasions I have had to come out of the store without being able to buy the croissants or palitos de queso that i want. Store should be kept replenished much better.

The experience with the orange juice was horrible, first with particles inside the juice and when they did it to me a second time with rotten oranges... anyway, I had to throw $5 in the trash.

Finding Tolima tamales in the United States is a delight

Its sad as the regular chef left about a month ago..the soups are watered down now and the sancocho had the hardest very little pieces of chicken that I have ever tried to eat. It seems they microwave frozen chicken to add to the soup. ..who knew...overall all very big disappointed and very unfortunate as this was normally never the case. I also got the beef soup and it was severely watered down and barely had beef in it.. She will be very very missed..PS they do not have the Lechona or the Lasagna any longer as that was her specialty.... I know that restaurants are trying to save money in all the wrong places...

2 little fried eggs and a small slice bread $. 5.99 one time and never again.

When I arrived they had already closed, however the man who served me gave me all kinds of attention and explanation... A place where you can go (although I cannot testify to the quality of their merchandise.)

They do not take measures against the virus... I went this morning and there was a gentleman without a mask without any type of protection being served at the checkout.

Their tamales are the most similar in flavor to the real Tolima tamales here in the USA, I cant lie to you but I dont give them 5 stars just because the customer service is terrible, whenever you call, they answer and hang up, I have never been able to talk on the phone with someone at the store. And when I go to the store, who I assume is the manager? A Venezuelan girl has more charisma than she does, and in times of pandemic I dont understand why she wears a mask around her neck? While talking to people? I mean... what a lack of respect... the other girls who work there, if I cant complain, they are always kind.

I ordered a tamale and a couple of buñuelos, nothing to see, I thought I would have a good experience there. My favorite place to have breakfast in Bogota is Pan Pa Ya on 116 and 11. Unfortunately it wasnt.

Weston location is terrible. There are 2 other Colombian places to chose from minutes away that I recommend you check out. We ordered some Empanadas, a Pan de bono and a Picada mixta. We were told 10 minutes. 45 minutes later after listening to the two women argue about whose fault it was that the food was taking so long. I was finally able to leave with the Picada. Honestly, if i wasnt so hungry. I would have asked for a refund and left. I would write more but now i am pressed for time. Maybe I will update this another day.

I love this place. The employees are awesome. You have to try the ajiaco (Colombian chicken soup). It is delicious and hearty. Its available on Fridays. Also, their pastries are great too (especially the almojabana)! I eat here often as they have daily specials. I find the prices are very reasonable. If you are ever in Weston, please give Pan Pa Ya a try; You wont be disappointed.
