I ordered my food and they got my order wrong for the second time in a row!! Come on, this place used to be my favorite but now they are just falling off.

We had a minor hiccup with our order, however the management team called me back properly, and I will continue to order from Tijuana Flats

Since the Plantation TF has shut down, this is the closest to me. This is nowhere as good as the Plantation store, which was perfect. The service was slow and mediocre. The hot sauce bar was out of all the really hot sauces. The chips were stale. The black beans were runny. Vegetarian options: Black beans

Quick service and good selection of hot sauces. There are times where some hot sauces have ran out.

Busy Taco Tuesday! Food, as usual was fresh and delicious worth the 1/2 hour wait we were told about before ordering. We ate outside with our three dogs, and it was pleasant. Maybe some fans outside would be beneficial as the temperatures climb over the next few months? Parking: Best parking is on the side of the property near the bank.

Never have a problem at this location, good food, just wish they offered another protein for vegans

I always order take out so its all I can speak on. Food is always delicious, no mistakes, and great specials. I recommend ordering thru the app so you can earn points and redeem for a free entree. Its always clean and the staff is courteous and always working. Good vibes too and family friendly. I recommend the steak burrito. Parking: Parking on the west side of the building where the curbside pickup and takeout signs are is better than the main plaza. Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu and a nice manager made my kid happy with an offer to paint a ceiling tile. Making my kid happy is always a plus.

The last time we came in our sides of salsa and queso were forgotten and I called and spoke to the manager, Tyler, and he said he would take care of those for us next time (I knew I d be coming back in soon) and when I came back in today he got both sides for us and took care of one of our meals. Excellent customer service and great food. Thank you Tyler!

Everything here is pretty awesome! Chill atmosphere, the workers are excellent and very kind and the food is great! Definitely a place to visit if you are looking for good quality Tex-Mex around the Weston area!

This place is unfortunate, apart from the fact that the food is bad, they made a mistake twice in the order and there were 4 of us in the restaurant, a disaster.

I was hopeful, but the guacamole is awful, the kitchen gave me a bean Taco when I wanted a beef (nice staff/just a mistake) but the tacos were just ok. Nice staff, but Taco Bell blows this place away. Sorry gang, but that is my 2 cents.

We have been going to Tijuana Flats since they opened in Orlando. We truly are long time fans and have been to MANY locations over the years. This location is our favorite though. The service from the entire staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is consistently great and Tyler the manager is ALWAYS involved and hands on. He does a wonderful job and the fact that the proactive service (drink refills) and quality of food is always on point is, in our opinion, due to his leading by example. Keep up the great work and well be back soon ;-)

Adult quesadilla is tiny, better order the kids one, same size and you get drink, chips and candy.

Overpriced Taco Bell.

I wondered why I hadnt been to Tijuana flats in a while, after this experience it reminded me to steer clear. Ordered chicken nachos that arrived ice cold. Cheese wasnt melted. Felt like it just came out of the fridge. After asking them to just put it in the oven the nachos still were cold! I didnt finish them. My girlfriend was told she ordered incorrectly (actual words) because she didnt want peppers in her meal. Overall a poor experience.

Definitely an amazing place to eat at! Customer service is fantastic, food comes quick, and its always fresh. Sarah is the main server I usually have the pleasure talking to and its always a delight. Its also pretty cheap! 10/10 would recommend.

Whoever was in the kitchen around 7ish tonight on 12/14/23 made better food than I ve eaten here in years. It s always good and consistent, but today it was outstanding. I questioned if they changed their recipes. The ingredients were fresh to death too, but i still highly credit the cook who excelled my experience today. And I ve loved your flautas for over a decade, best serving ever! Great job management and kitchen! Oh plus the new happy hour menu was a pleasant surprise! I recommend the Garlic Shrimp Bowl, it was pretty good and filling. I would have preferred with less beans.

The nachos the worst. But what was the kicker was when the store manager. He said, i will get you something else. But i saw both his nostrils were runny with snotsnot

We were a big fan of Tijuana Flats. Love the atmosphere, the sauces, and the food. However, they have really gone down hill. Used to order to go all the time and the last 4 times theyve always messed it up. Also, the veggie options for their burritos is literally just lettuce, onion and tomato and yet I still have to pay the same price as if I got meat and cheese in it. Ive never been anywhere that offered a veggie option and it was just lettuce. In general, it means a mixed vegetable like mushrooms, squash, carrots, etc. I feel really ripped off that they charge full price for lettuce. Especially since I dont get any cheese or sour cream with it. There was also a time when I waited an hour and a half for a to go order because they gave our food to someone else. They said they were giving me a refund and 2 $25 gift cards. The refund never came through and there was nothing on the gift cards I was given. That really ticked me off. If youre vegetarian, plant based or vegan, just skip this one all together because you wont get your moneys worth and their customer service leaves much to be desired.

The food was average, not what I expected. The other thing that I didnt like was the people who work there, they dont have the minimum of cleanliness, while the diners are there, they clean the carpets, they sweep them and shake them inside where you are eating something else, the girls with their hair loose in their faces, so they prepare the food and are things that dont look good

The food has been unsatisfactory lately. Two years ago it was much better and now they don t give you the same amount or as good a quality. Nachos are very disappointing. No more fresh tomatoes, real cheese or lettuce. No whole wheat tortillas anymore. And prices are higher.

It is an all around decent Mexican food restaurant. For me its a hit or miss experience. The taste of the beef or steak (chewy) is just ok. Certain items are just better than others. Taco Tuesday and Throwback Thursday are great value days. Their bowls provide very nice portions. Curbside service becoming questionable with a constant busy signal when calling them that you have arrived. Overall They care my local go to Mexican food spot.

I ordered quesadilla with only cheese and without pico de gallo and pico de gallo was in the quesadilla I also ordered a burrito and when I started to eat it the burrito ripped then I ordered another Tortilla and it ripped the minute I took a bit I think Chipotle is better and the borritos are to weak in TOJUANA FLATS. When I ordered another quesadilla I was waiting for a long time and then I realized they werent even making the quesadilla.

I was just at this Tijuana a few minutes ago and the girl working the register was SO nice. She made sure I had everything I needed without me having to ask. Made me feel like she actually cared that I had a good experience. :)

If I could give 6 stars I would! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, service is quick yet food always tastes fresh and delicious. We went here many times during our vacation and loved it every time!!! Highly recommend the queso

I have ordered many times from Tijuana Flats, Weston. While the restaurant can t control the delivery time, (Uber Eats) the food is always impeccably good. We have never ordered from here and been disappointed with quality, quantity or appearance of our meal. The portions are always generous and adequately priced, which you can t say for many restaurants on Uber Eats when you add in the fees. The restaurant often times offer .99 or free delivery to offset the enormous fees tacked on by Uber Eats. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and it is just as good, if not better, than places that charge far more and claim to be authentic Mexican food.

Got to TJ Flats in Weston Florida to pickup an order placed through Google. The order was a Chimichanga & an order of 10 Wings. Got to the restaurant, got the text that the order was ready for pickup only to be told inside that they were out of Wings. Who runs out of Chicken Wings???? It s not like it s late Friday evening and even then........

Fun staff..food quick & easy

Not my first time in a Tijuana Flats but the first time I ve had major issues. The girl taking orders didn t seem to know what was going on, put my order in wrong despite me correcting her twice. When the mistake was realized I was told to just take the burrito (ordered a chimichanga) because a chimichanga is just a fried burrito. I wasn t even offered to have my correct order made, which I don t think has ever happened in my life. The food itself was on par with other Tijuana Flats I ve been to.

Always missing something from my order from this location. I don t know if the issues revolve around ordering online or not all I know is every time I order from this location online something is missing from my order. Last time I paid extra to make my burrito wet and it came plain and dry like the chicken inside. I didn t feel like driving back because it was at the end of the night and they were closed. This time I ordered a bowl and the description of the bowl has jalapeños and guacamole, both were missing from my bowl. This review comes after 4 or 5 messed up orders from this location. I don t get it, I have not had issues at other locations like plantation. Hopefully management finds this review and can make whatever adjustments necessary

Superior staff service for both dine-in and take-out orders. I would strongly recommend this location as they thoroughly explained the menu items and made sure the environment was clean and consistently wiped down for customers

Carbs only. Absolutely no protein whatsoever on the three orders of Dos Tacos or Nachos we ordered.

Do not order delivery from here. I ordered a wet burrito mega with queso. They charged me and didnt add the queso, not to mention the burrito was dry not wet. It barely had any sauce on it. I called the store and spoke with the manager who stated his name was Brandon. He said he would refund me for the burrito and they still charged me with the full amount of $27.29. No refund was applied to my card. Not surprised, I will not patron this place anymore.

First and probably last. You would eat a better burrito pretty much anywhere else. Paid extra for wet and it was just like a little bit of sprinkled cheese. Not even a pico on the side for the chips.

Beware of curbside pickup and the police. If they see you parked outside they will force you to move before you can get your food.

Food is solid--fresh and flavorful. Service was nice. However, attention to allergies is HORRIBLE. Made it clear I cannot eat flour--ordered tacos--- and was given flour tacos to go. Realized it when i started having an allergic reaction. Error made at register not in the kitchen, as it was later seen on my receipt. Law suit waiting to happen. Website has no gluten free information.

Easily the best Tflats we have been to in South Florida. Burrito was high quality and for a megajuana - it was correctly filled out, unlike other locations. Also guac sides were heaped. Service was quick and it was very clean inside.

The restaurant is very clean. Alert and attentive staff, David was very helpful with recommendations of my order. To top things off the the restaurant manager took it upon himself to come check on my guest and I to see if we were content with our orders and if we need a refills. Overall very impressed and the food was delicious.

If you want to get the food you ordered and paid for, do not come to this restaurant... amateurs that do not know how to plan for the food they need before they sell it.

Taco Bell has better quality food than this location. Placed a To-go order for 2 tacos showed up within ten minutes to receive cold beef, unmelted cheese and stale chips. Why spend $20+ on tacos when I could spend a quarter of that and get better quality. Waste of money never coming back to this location.

I have only gone twice and each time I wasnt provided utensils for food that clearly required a knife and a fork. My first experience with the new steak tacos was really great, the second time they were served cold and the steak was not prepared properly. Ed was cordial when I called and because he was so pleasant while I was voicing my concerns, I will definitely give them another opportunity to prepare my food!

Staff was nice, place was clean, but the food was bland and tasteless. This was our third time and the third strike.
