Great burger and fries

Ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and some fries. We waited 20+ minutes for our food. Buns for both sandwiches were cold as if fresh out of the refrigerator. They forgot toppings on both sandwiches. Fries were soggy as if sprayed with water. $30 should get you more food and higher quality. Way overpriced.

From the moment I walked in I was treated GREAT! Hassan was my server today, he was so kind and always made sure me and my friend were having a good time. The manager Rachel was also super kind to us too! Atmosphere is excellent, so great that I stayed with my friend for a good two hours, food is delicious and served quickly. Definitely will be coming back again! My favorite BugerFi location so far.

I recently visited BurgerFi and had the most delightful experience, thanks in large part to Diora, whose service was absolutely commendable. She made sure everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. As for the food, I had a veggie burger, and it was just amazing! It s been a while since I enjoyed such a delicious veggie burger here in the US. The flavors were spot-on, and it truly hit the spot. I ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend this place!

At my last visit a few days ago, I was shocked at how far BurgerFi has fallen since eating there last year. The burger was indistinguishable from a bad fast food place in its construction, the new bag packaging instead of the old box squished the burger (seriously, a Big Mac s packaging is more premium), they forgot three toppings on the burger, and to boot the fries were undercooked (*looked pale even*) and soggy. BurgerFi burgers have always been grease bombs, but this time it seemed they doubled it. The burger was dripping when I took it out of the bag. Not at all the BurgerFi I remember and not worth the cost by a mile. You re better going to the Wendy s down the road, in all aspects.

I really appreciate Sophia and Benji. They just don t take orders but they make coming to BurgerFi an experience. They re very attentive.

I was not happy with our BurgerFi experience today. We got the mixture of french fries and onion rings. The cry and fry. The french fries were soggy not crisp and hot and look like they had been cooked in old grease. There were three onion rings and the pieces of onion in them were paper thin at least two of them, one of them actually had the onion skin not even a piece of onion in it. You can see it in the picture what came out of it. The burgers are not what they used to be. We got a double and one piece of meat is about the same size as one of the McDonalds regular hamburgers. They used to be substantial. $30 for two double cheeseburgers and an order of fries / onion rings is entirely too much.

If I could give this place zero stars I would this burgerfi use to be great but it has clearly gone down hill. For number one the amount of employees there is clearly not enough to meet the demand of customers. Second off, the tables were filthy and our burger buns were cold. It s just sad to see my favorite restaurant turn to trash. The food quality was terrible for 12 dollars a burger, the quality was so cheap and didn t taste fresh at all! I am so disappointed and changes MUST be made.

Went for a special $5 burger. This place features the most disinterested staff I ve seen in a long time. Communication was a problem. There were three of them behind the counter, and I was the only person in the entire restaurant, and they still yelled my name out like they were too busy to bring the burger to me, while also somehow still messing up my order, which was for an onion ring on the side (which they stuck on top of the burger). I happen to be a longtime fan of this chain. I even remember when they open the first location in Lauderdale-By-The Sea in an old Burger King location a decade ago. I don t know if it s this place specifically who can t make a decent burger, or if all BurgerFi s have changed the recipe, but the burger was so bad, I didn t even finish it. Somehow, they magically managed to put cheese on a cheeseburger without even melting it. I ll never be back to this place and I ll think twice before I go to any other BFs again after having eaten there for years. Such a sad thing when a chain gets too big and quality deteriorates like this one. Parking: Strip mall parking Kid-friendliness: They apparently encourage you to bring your kids and let them run all over the place like a playground screaming loudly, if I m to judge by the behavior of the family that came in shortly after myself. If anything, I d say it s adult unfriendly.

I had a terrible experience at BurgerFi. The service was awful, my burger was cold, and the fries were soggy. My son couldnt even finish his burger and asked to leave because he felt unwell from the poor quality of the food.

My husband and I came for lunch. We ordered cheese burger and CEO burger. They were good, and veggies inside fresh. Also the service was quick and staff were kind and helpful. Especially, thank to Markus, we could try the new dessert menu, Pumpkin pie custard dessert. Even though, I m not big fan of pumpkin desserts, I enjoyed it very much! The combination of creamy pumpkin and cream tasted not too sweet, and its texture was very creamy! I d recommend it!!
