Very good place to eat, and very attentive service

I wanted to give this place a try I had a chicken quesadilla and I did get sick from the meal. It tasted good and the service was nice but the food quality is questionable I never get sick from food except for this encounter .

Watched the chef hanging out the serving window on their phone and they didnt change their gloves or wash their hands before continuing to prepare food. We left immediately before the food was served.

I feel scammed, they charged me an extra $7 dollars for tip but they didn t even ask me for a tip or give me a choice. I do not mind tipping, but just charging me for it is unacceptable. When I asked about it they said that it s Gratuity fee and that it s because I ate inside and that If I had ordered take out, they wouldn t have charged me the fee. Gratuity is a voluntary payment, not an amount that you add to someone s bill without their permission. Don t buy from someone that wants to charge you 18% of your meal because you decided to eat inside instead of going home. Don t buy from someone that wants you to go away. As for the food, it s definitely not worth the price, this was a $50 meal for two hamburgers, there are better places to eat for that price.

The best Colombian fast food

On Friday August 2nd at 21:40 PM I walked in the establishment to pick up an order. After looking around I was failry understood that they were busy which prompted my question How long approximately do you think it will be? To which a lady with glasses simply chose to be disrespectful and very rude. I left the establishment because another person walked a few minutes after me in and his order was packed and prepared before mine. When I returned back to ask for the name of the person that rudely took care of me I was denied the name of her or any other employee. If they had nothing to be scared of then why wouldnt they give me their names? Poor customer service, poor communciation skills, obliviousness to the customers around .the list can go on and on. Thank you Los Verdes for making our visits so pleasant

I came back today after a long time because they always seemed delicious to me but for my taste they are no longer as good as before, apart from that they take very long to bring the food and even then with poor service the tip is mandatory and exaggerated, I have been to other places and the tip is voluntary and with much faster service, it is my opinion, I hope it helps you and you improve it!!

The food at loa Verdes never changes, the flavor and quality of each dish is excellent... the atmosphere with Colombian music is part of the experience and its employees are very friendly, from those who worked before to those who are there now. Highly recommended

The food is at the level of McDonalds, but considering that a quesadilla costs $15 + $20 for a simple and simple hamburger, a couple of soft drinks that are not refilled and that on the ticket itself already force you to pay 18% of tips made me paying almost $50, I would have had no problem leaving tips but they force me to pay it then... This site is not worth it at all.

Delicious veggie burgers, fries, arepas and quesadillas with yummy sauces (mayoketchup, pineapple sauce, garlic aioli, etc). My kids love it and love the milkshakes too.

In the years that this place has been in Weston, returning after a few more without visiting is disappointing. 1st - the air conditioning was off/damaged, with the heat it gets in this land... the heat was intense. The quality of the food has declined and the place in general looks like it needs a little love.

TERRIBLE WESTON SERVICE Today I was with my family at LOS VERDES WESTON, what bad service the waiters, one was called Jairo, the other was called Juan, placed the order wrong, they did not bring the drinks or the cutlery, at the time of canceling it was quite delayed. We asked Mr. Juan for the bill, but he ignored it as if it were not important. I went to where the other waiter had to wait, but he handed me the bill, to which he asked for my card and; OOOOOH SURPRISE, THE LORD HIMSELF PLACES THE TIP, HE DOESNT EVEN ASK OR GIVE THE OPTION FOR THE CUSTOMER TO SEE IT, APPROVE IT, OR PLACE IT IN AN ARBITRARY MANNER. I want to remind you GENTLEMEN, THE GREEN, THE CUSTOMER MUST APPROVE THE TIP; THIS IS OPTIONAL NOT AN OBLIGATION, FLORIDA REGULATIONS ESTABLISH IT. THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE BY THE WAITER IN AN ARBITRARY MANNER, AND ABOVE ALL WITH A TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEM. The food is, as always, very delicious, very well prepared, but this bad service damages a family outing to such a good place with this one.

I went to this place on Friday with my friends, the waitress was super rude, a blonde white girl, she didnt bother to serve us, she ignored us completely, she gave us bad service in every way, we had to stop and tell the guy glasses that were in the box to please take our payment at the box since the girl called her numerous times and she ignored us, she didnt even have the decency to bring us the bill, she proceeded to take our payment and justified that the girl I was very busy. Today I left this place disappointed, I was a regular customer. But when I went to pay, I realized that they recently added the (high) 18% for the service, they should at least inform it before placing the order, because if the food or the service was not very good (which has past), the gratitude of leaving a tip or tip is not done, here now you force yourself and they include it in the bill, I will not visit them again.

I used to love this place... but this is the second time Ive had terrible service and cold food, the staff should improve.

You cannot go wrong with this location. What other place has almost every classic Hispanic dish, quick to serve it and open until 2am? None! That s who. I highly recommend this location and their food. Their hot dogs and empanadas are great and coming here for a late night snack is always a good idea.

Very bad attitude of the management applying mandatory tip and, according to them, without the possibility of changing the amount. It is the customers decision how much to tip according to the service and food. We decided not to return to that site where their policies impose on you.

I have eaten here before and the food is good, but don t show up 30 min before closing, we did today and we were told we could not sit inside, even though people were dining, we ended up ordering to go cause it was the only option, and it also felt like we were an inconvenience to the person that took our order. If you don t want to serve until your closing time, just move your closing time to an earlier time. Closing was at 2am we came in at 1:30am. You can see it in you cameras. We ended up ordering and eating outside.

Got the two dogs with everything on them, and the potato and dog app. The worker at the front register was kind and helpful in guiding me through the menu, made suggestions when I asked, and promptly placed the order. Food was quick to come out and all the sauces were individually packaged, which is awesome for those that dont want all of them on there. Atmosphere was really neighborly - the few tables that had people at them looked like they were all really enjoying the sit down experience, likely also regulars, so that says something about a place. Next time back in S. Fla, definitely swinging by here again!

Pessim is not enough. I ordered a dog and the cold sausage. Cold refrigerator fira. I mean. $8 for a small, cold sausage in a giant bun with a bag of chips on top. They dont even add sauces. They give you a little jar of pink sauce to take away and solve it, friend! They dont even ask you what sauces you want. And not to mention the little pieces of bacon from yesterday that have the texture of ule. As if they put pieces of a car tire with a bacon aroma. In the end. I have to throw it away and go to a 7-11 to eat my dog.

On April 2nd, we came to los verdes in Weston like we normally do every Sunday. This particular Sunday our waiter not sure his name he has glasses had a very bad attitude towards everyone, we have never experienced anything like this before at this location but his attitude and the way he carried himself was unacceptable to the point that after we had order our food we ended asking to take it go because it was made CLEAR we were unwanted! Food was excellent, staff were excellent to my family and I. Only thing Id suggest is labelling the sauce bottles they brought to the table so we didnt have to taste test them first. To include 18% to just take an order and bring the food to the table is ridiculous having worked as a waiter for long time, and earning every single tip dollar i received. I even had to go to the counter to pay.

Ordered a milkshake took about 20 minutes to bring it when it came it was watered downed and you could tell it was just sitting there for a while. Told the server about it and he didn t say anything just grabbed the milkshake then he took it to the back and made a new one it was disgustingly strong and tasted like a chocolate milk not even a milkshake and told another guy at the counter about the issue and gave us so much attitude for no reason and very aggressive. Will not be coming here again the food is good but the servers were disgustingly rude.

Great Colombian fast food!!

This is my second time giving it a chance. The first time I came with my family. We sat down in the server, never put in my order. Second time I did take out through the phone and they were extremely rude. First a lady answered, and she s being already rude through the phone when she was asking us for our phone number, after a . times of asking us I don t know where she put the phone down. A guy answered. He asked us for our number again. He asked what we wanted to eat. We said wings they didn t have them at the moment then we kept looking at the menu. He was rushing us through the phone. He said if you re not ready to order call back, but in a really rude tone, then we ordered and then it was time for the card payment and he was just really rude. The customer service was horrible when we went in person to pick up the food the atmosphere was all dirty. We waited like five minutes when we got there for food then I asked the guy for his name his name was Jairo we ended up getting quesadillas it barely had any meat. It was just a bunch of cheese. I don t recommend this location at all. Won t be going back to the Weston location.

The burger bun was not tasty, the meat was not juicy. On Tuesdays there is a promotion which on the invoice they charge the taxes for said promotion, and they also charge the mandatory tips for said promotion which seems very bad to me.

The lady with short hair yesterday @ September 2 2023. Around 1:40am. Was rude, she answered the phone very rudely asking for the number. We asked for a vegan burger and she put cheese on it on purpose after I told her not to. I paid 19 dollars for a vegan burger for me to come home and open my food and find out she put sauce and cheese. That was very rude. I will never come back. You should fire her. Horrible customer service. Horrible atmosphere. The floors were wet. And I almost slipped. Thank god I didn t because you guys would Of known who I am

I ordered a burger, in the description it said it had bacon. I know time a tough and the price of bacon has gone up but either increase the price or take it off the description! I expected bacon not 5 bacon bits -_- Minus my bacon issue and the food was good.

I had a grilled steak and it was delicious. Of course I would have preferred it to be a little bigger but for the price I cant expect more. The attention was great.

The food at this place is delicious. I have tried several greens and this is the best. Jairo O also assisted me. And the attention was very good. He explained the menu to me calmly, he was attentive the entire time to my order and if I needed anything else and his smile is contagious. I will definitely return to this site and very often. It is perfect for public service hours to go at night when leaving an event. The quality of the food is very very good. I recommend it 100. And if you need a suggestion, my dish was a quesadilla with everything.

Terrible experience! I walked in to buy a beverage at 12:50am and I was told that they were closed. They had people literally dining in! Like what??? The store closes at 1:00 am. If you did not want to serve me, just say that but don t lie and say that the store is closed. Pictured is the individual that said the store is closed as well as their hours. I will never come back here again.

The receipts say Believe in Jesus!!. Weston is a diverse city and there are so many people of many faiths and backgrounds. This is very off-putting for those of us who are not part of that religion. The service isnt always friendly either and sometimes the food is under or overcooked.
