Update: food is okay but they prioritize take out orders so it took 35 minutes to get my food. Update: I ordered the vegan bowl and asked twice if it was spicy I was told it wasn t. I got home and the first bite I took had my mouth on fire. I react horribly to spice which is why I make sure to ask twice and include really? Cause I DIE to emphasize the seriousness of it. I called just to let them know they shouldn t let that slide. I didn t call to get a refund or free food. Still the manager told me it wasn t spicy; but that they could take a look at it I clarified I wasn t trying to get my money back just let them know it is spicy. The could care less. Original review: The plantain was good, but my food took WAYY TOO long. I order one bowl and waited forever. The girls there are sweet and I m happy they allowed me inside with my dog no questions asked. But the food wasn t worth the wait sadly. I will give it another try sooon

The star dish is rice, I say rice because I paid 16 dollars for a chicken wrap, but it came with 1 strip of chicken and 7 strips of rice!! a robbery

I m sitting down to eat with my son (around 7:30pm on October 21) and just watched a food runner (wearing a black shirt and standing right under one of the cameras in the front) blow his nose, then grab his phone and do something on the phone, and then wipe both sides of his mouth with his bare hands before packing silverware and napkins and bringing something out to another patron. I was so scared that that was our dish (ours was next to it) bc I had already paid and as a healthcare provider I was about to have a fit. Luckily it wasn t. (But ewwww for whoever it was). So I composed myself and then tried to say something to the girl who had been the one to take our order who was bringing the food out Hi, I m so sorry I hate that I have to be this person, but one of your coworkers just and then she smiled and nodded and walked away (I realized she didn t really speak any English so I didn t belabor). I just resolved to roll the dice and eat the health food here and never come back without first sharing this with other potential patrons so they could make an educated decision before coming here and trying to be healthy. Food was good though. I m bummed I won t be back bc I like the food and the service and environment at this location (compared to coconut creek promenade) was so much better. But once I see something like that, im done. It was just nasty. I used to work in the food industry before medicine anyone handling food needs to be educated on basic hygiene. People really should just know this stuff, and if they do - then they should care if they re in a position to transmit their nasty snot to unsuspecting patrons foods. It s either an I don t know or I don t care problem. Either way, I hope the manager looks at the date and time and location on the camera and educates this employee.

Great please to get healthy but and not too expensive you can spend between 12 to 25$

The food is good, but if you are placing a pick up order expect it to take over 30 minutes to be given to you. This is the third time I place a pick up order and the food isn t ready. I m not going to pick up the food at the exact moment it says it should be ready I give it an extra 20 minutes or more and theyre never ready. I m not sure who manages this but it s a disaster makes me never want to order again

Alway a pleasure when I have time to eat at Carrot Express. No matter what you order? It s always fresh.. I even buy extra smoothies and soups and freeze them so I always have something healthy to eat.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the food looked and tasted. I had a chicken sandwich and side salad and it was more than enough to eat! Will be going back again!

Joel is the best. He takes my order every time I come. He is pleasant, attentive, friendly and hospital. He is always sure that my order is correct before I leave.

Carlos and Joel are the best! Every time I go to carrot express, which is literally almost every day, they serve me as if I were family. They are the best. Everything is clean and top notch.

I had the vegan picadillo bowl. It was not bad! Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly labeled in the menu. There are at least 3, maybe 4, entree options. Parking: Parking availability may depend on overall activity in the Weston Town Center.

The Power Smoothies & Power Bowls are delicious. The Mizner location is Great! Courteous staff and clean, bright store.

There are lots of healthy options to chose from. I had the Asian crunch salad. Big sized and delicious!!!! There is outdoor seating available. Bathrooms very clean. Vegetarian options: Multiple options like salads, soups, wraps. Parking: You can park on the street or in the multiple parking lots available at the town center.

I love Carrot Express, however, this location doesn t seem to be the same. The music was SUPER loud. It was 10:00am and they had reggaeton all over the place. The food was good as always. But I can t have breakfast like that

The food is good and fresh but its pricey considering the size of the portions that are not that big. What really bothers me and its actually not right is the tip option that shows up on the screen when you order and pay at the establishment, the first thing you see is to add a tip starting at 18% with two other options even higher. This is not a restaurant so Im trying to understand why do they expect a tip if you are ordering to take out? Just for cooking your meal and putting it in a container??? The price of the meals are already high so prompting the customers to add a tip is actually inconsiderate and not right. There is an option to add your own tip or not tip but again the first thing that you see is the set percentages that the system has starting at 18%.

Great healthy food excentuated by revelationary kindness and customer service! Whats not to like?!

Very bad salads. My daughter and I ordered salads (Ceaser for her and Brussels Prout for me) and both were super dry and leathery. I took mine back, and had to debate with the counter person, my daughter ate about a third of hers. I would ovoid the fresh salads here. My wife, though, enjoyed her Homemade Veggie burger. It did look quite good. So that s the 2-stars. Zero for both salads. Smoothie (strawberry paradise) was also reported by my daughter to be fairly flavorless and watery. Maybe try a better - Healthy - place.

I am beyond disappointed with the level of service I didn t receive while going to this location yesterday. Usually I go to the Aventura location, the customer service is outstanding as well as the food. Zero complaints! But in Weston, when I walked in I held the door for two girls behind me. I was first in line to place my order, I waited at the counter and the guy standing there Sebastian saw all of us walk in, did not greet me at all or even acknowledge me. Walked around the counter to where the two girls went to sit at and started cleaning the table off for them. Still no acknowledgment. I stood there like am I invisible? Maria who was so nice saw, and what it seemed like she was on her lunch break eating, she was about to stop and help me when she saw but by then I was so turned off and disappointed, I walked out. I m not sure how this location provides customer service but I m highly disappointed. Completely lost my appetite. Not sure how the food is at this location either. I really wanted to give them a second chance, because maybe it was just him, but that completely rubbed me the wrong way. Carrot express has multiple locations and Aventura has NEVER disappointed. Hopefully this location can learn from this and maybe if you try it you have a better welcome than I did. Good luck!

I went on Saturday with my family. The place is very clean, the service is very good. I ordered my favorite dish which is Mario Bowl and my children ordered the turkey burger. As always delicious. And for this intense heat, the juices are super refreshing. I recommend it because the food is healthy and delicious. I still have to try the breakfasts these days, I will do it.

I went in looking for a Ginger & Tumeric shot which wasn t available. The gentleman at the register recommended this bottle of juice. While a generous portion I was a little surprised that it was about $10. Understood it s fresh so bought it & it s worth every penny. I felt increased energy & clarity almost immediately. What a super food! I will stop by & pick one up every time I m in the shopping complex.

The best Carrot Express in South Florida! I have been eating at Carrot Express for years and recently moved near this location and I absolutely love it! The food is always delicious! They have amazing lunch specials! Patricia and the team make you feel welcome and always go above and beyond with customer service! They are so kind and accommodating which is not the norm in South Florida. The place is always full so you know that many people feel the same way!! This place is such a gem!!! Food is amazing. This place is new so it needs a little work on customer service and the prices are high if you are on a budget check the prices out first. I will definitely come back again and again and I wish the food stays this good and fresh. I will definitely change to 5 stars once customer service is a little better.

These people that work here do NOT wear masks while preparing food. We left without a refund, terrified. The girl who prepared our smoothies wore a mask on her chin, and the woman at the cashier had no mask anywhere in site. We re in a pandemic ; this is unacceptable for an establishment that sells food. Disgusting.

The menu selections at Carrot Express great! I ve never eaten at the restaurant and have only ordered takeout several times. I ve tried the Liv Wrap, the Healthy Burger Bowl, The Bomba wrap and a Salmon platter. ALL OF THEM ARE DELISH! The food is well seasoned, well-presented and fresh! So happy to have a new restaurant in Weston that offers all these healthy options for when I dont feel like cooking. :)

i ordered a vegan burger bowl, so i was expecting the tofu to be seasoned or have some sort of flavor. it was very plain, the pico de gallo and rice were also a bit flavorless, i went in having higher expectations:( the wait was short tho. just wish the bowls had more flavor/spice. i also feel like it tasted very average for the price it was

So happy for another healthy and clean spot in town! I have ordered here thru Uber and dinned in and service and quality of food is consistent and top notch! The manager (Luis) took the time to serve us and chatted with us for a few minutes which is a nice touch. Confident this place is here to stay for a very long time.

Ridiculous overpriced food labled as healthy for gen x and z that tastes like yesterdays newspaper. The mere fact that this is a successful franchise shows the decline of our civilization.

The portions are insane! So small for the price 18$ for Jessica s tostones and no salad no alfalfa. I will be more than happy to pay $18 as long as it s the right portion. I got an 6oz or less container with the salmon and a few pieces of avocado. Ridiculous. Never again. Will keep ordering from NORTH MIAMI.

Unfortunately I have given this location 3-4 chances to prove to me they can work efficiently and quickly. It always takes forever to get my order to go. Today there are more than 7 employees here, I m the only client, and it took over 20 minutes for 1 dish to be prepared for me.

Order lunch from here today and it was awful. I ordered the pesto chicken bowl. It barely had any chicken, no feta also hardly any brown rice. It was all kale. I also ordered a Buddha salmon bowl. And that had barely any salmon in it. It was the biggest waste of $40 ever. It was just awful

EXPENSIVE. Honestly the price is out of hand. Took about 25min. to build two poke bowls which mind you are all raw ingredients... Decent quality but I expect WAY MORE for the price. Theres a lot more options in Weston. $45 for two bowls with minimal protein.... definitely not worth it for a lunch spot. Lower the prices and Ill happily come back.

The salads are way overpriced for what they are. Also the falafels and chicken were so dry on them. I have yet to try the wraps, will update to 4 stars if they are worth it. The only reason Im not giving this place 1 star is because the juices are actually delicious. I am vegan and usually not a fan of healthy juices, but these are definitely worth it. My favorite is the refresher with added pineapple juice. Another downside is that this place is a little pricey.

Smoothies are excellent! Lentil soup was delicious. Customer service was very accommodating with modifying orders. One recommendation, please change lighting in store, they are very strong but it s not a deal breaker.

Açaí bowl was frozen solid with fruit scattered on top. La Bomba wrap has one falafel cut in half. Lettuce on the poke bowl was wilted and soggy. Tables outside were left unattended and covered in birds. All this was super expensive and worse quality than a Jamba Juice. $90 for a wrap, 2 poke bowls, and a açaí bowl that were mediocre quality.

I am very disappointed. I always go to the carrot express in Midtown, and the food is always incredible! I ordered the kale salad with chicken. The chicken didnt look cook and the salad was dry and very small. I am not sure I will go back
