Delicious by Carlotta Gelati in Weston

I m so glad we discovered Delicious by Carlotta this morning it s a gem we ll definitely be visiting again! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with plenty of space to sit back and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even a lighter treat like gelato or coffee. We tried a variety of dishes: a ham, tomato, and cheese sandwich; a roast beef and cheese sandwich; and a Parma and burrata sandwich. We also indulged in a pistachio croissant, which was perfect for sharing. To drink, we had a cappuccino, a coconut shake, and a mango shake. True to its name, everything was absolutely delicious! The sandwiches were simple yet packed with flavor, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pistachio croissant was a standout light, flaky, and generously filled with creamy, not-too-sweet pistachio goodness which tasted like actual pistachios. My son loved his shake so much that he had to grab a second before we left. The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which added to the charm of this place. They made our visit even more special, offering us a sample of their award-winning panettone while we ate. Needless to say, we couldn t resist bringing one home! We very much enjoyed Delicious by Carlotta and can t wait to return. Highly recommend this place it s a must-visit!

Great Ice cream great service. I wish they close a little later...

I stopped by Delicious by Carlotta for breakfast and was impressed by the excellence of their products. The breakfast was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere truly welcoming. A few evenings ago, I also tried their gelato: authentic, full of flavor, and absolutely special! I highly recommend this place, whether for breakfast or a sweet evening treat, as well as their exceptional catering service, perfect for your yacht or simply at home. I stopped by Delicious by Carlotta for breakfast and was impressed by the excellence of the products. Excellent breakfast, impeccable service and a truly welcoming environment. A few evenings ago I also tasted their ice cream: authentic and rich in flavour, truly special! A place that I recommend both for breakfast and for a sweet evening break, as well as an excellent catering service on board your yacht or simply at home.

So happy to have found this Cafe. All I can say is amazing. Very authentic I felt like I was back in Florence when I was served the Affogato. Perfect amount of vanilla gelato with espresso pored over it. You don t know what to do first drink or eat with spoon! My niece had the strawberry dairy free which was delicious. The croissant with cream was so damn good. We are all addicted and can t wait to go back. Perfect for our extreme heat in Florida. Also everyone was so very friendly! I ordered trio clasico but instead chocolate I wanted dulce de leche, whe the crepe came out it had chocolate on top whe I told the person that gave us the order, he gave us bad actiud righ away. One of the two creps we order was cold, I didnt say anything because I didnt want to bother since I had work in the industry and I dont like to complain, but whe I get bad attitude because the ordered was server wrong is different. Crep rating 5/10, teqeños 8/10, alfajo 6/10, service 4/10

I called to place an order for a crepe, and they proceed to leave me on hold for 7 minutes, when they finally get back on the phone and I try to order they say they re out of crepes. Maybe next time they let clients know what they re out of before putting them on hold as if we have nothing to do. Complete waste of time.

Owner is rude, condescending and aggressive towards children and women. Unbelievable he lacks enough awareness and professionalism to treat customers, especially women, that aggressively both physically and verbally. Inexcusable to scream at children that aggressively. A person with that much anger and lack of self control should not be around children.

I ve had much better gelato than this. Artificial flavor. Also the older gentleman working there has an attitude problem.

I used to love this place, their gelatos were amazing. Some still are, but since the previous owners sold this location it has gone downhill. The variety of gelatos has changed, customer service has changed. They now have signs that say you are limited to tasting 2 flavors, and that if you order your gelato in a cup they will charge you .35 cents extra for the cup! Really? With the quality going down, we have to try more than 2 flavors hoping to find a good one. And the cup charge, this only happens to me when I go on vacation outside of this country. We left, on our last visit, and found another place down the road called Lucciano s Gelato and OMG amazing!

So I had not been to this icecream shop in a while and they used to be great. Icecream flavor was great but really disappointed to see signs that say only 2 tastings and that they charge.35c per cup. Really? So if I dont want to pay can I bring my plate??? Then while we were still sitting and eating the owner I guess.. Older guy with beard and glasses comes to our table and removes the napkin holder with all napkins.. Without even saying excuse me or anything.. I guess he decided that we used too many napkins? We had a 4 year old so yes I had use maybe a couple of extra ones. Then you have to request a key to go to the restroom and only to find it dirty and with the sink faucet broken and falling .. Honestly its a shame customer service was so poor

I was very disapointed. I just went to this place and I was not impressed. Their ice cream was way too icy every bite I took was like chewing on little bits of crushed ice. The flavor taste artificial. I also wanted a crepe and they said they did not have the trio. Wont be going back. I think it might be a diffrent owner because it was not like that the first time I went. I give them two stars because because the place was clean. See ya not again!!!!

Tremendous ice cream, really delicious, they also have good coffee and cakes, a very good option in Weston.

This place used to be amazing. Very exotic gelato flavor choices and great serving sizes. They must have changed ownership. I was very disappointed with the flavor variety and quality. Also the pints used to be filled but now they just put 3 small scoops in a pint size cup. A pint is a unit of measurement, if its not filled its not actually a pint.

Im not a fan of going to a gelato place when its cold. My friends and I went their with their kids. The kids got ice cream and we had coffee. I liked this place cuz they also serve cakes and crepes. Enjoyed my first visit. I had cappuccino and dulce de leche pound cake and my friend had nutella crepes. Loved what we ordered. The kids enjoyed their ice cream too.

Get the Trio Clasico you won t regret it ! Nutella strawberry and banana crepe ! It was delicious and it s a decent size with lots of fruit . You can also choose to add a scoop of ice cream ,I decided not to and it was great either way :) their tequeños are delicious too! Must try them !

We have been coming here for ice cream since 2017. The portion sizes get smaller and smaller every time. Today I left with an unhappy child that had a HUGE empty waffle cone. Piece of advice: if you want 1 scoop get 2. If you want 1 scoop might as well get it in a cup because the cone will be a monumental disappointment. This place has lost our business.

I cant believe how bad customer care is nowadays, I ordered a cappuccino and a chocolate volcano cake with a ice cream scoop ... The lady who took my order, hand me the hot chocolate volcano with the ice cream first ,then she started doing the coffee,then her phone rang,of course she pick up,with her phone on her shoulder walked around the counter, I was waiting for her with the door open..and guess what... because she was so into the phone call, she took my coffee to another table while a was waiting outside..... horrible, horrible service...hope someone the owner or manager can read this and fix this because one I paid for a service I want to served and respect,and today I didnt receive any of those.

Customer service used to be great here, we have been coming for years here. My 4 year old change his mind when the server put the ice cream on the cup and they made me pay for another one. It is not about the money but the empathy towards a 4 year old crying in front of everyone while I try to convince him to change his mind, server staring at us like we are aliens to tell me that. Theres many great ice cream shops around will not be coming back here. Too bad they hire people like that because the flavors are good.

The place is extremely clean and presentable, but the quality of the items being sold are below average. Ordered a mocha that tasted like old water coffee and an ice cream cone, one scoop for $5 which the gelato served is what you can see in the image (the cone was empty). Service was great but doesnt make up for lack of taste.

I have been a customer here for years but unfortunately I had a very racist server who did not believe me that I paid (because I am black) and she made a scene. I told her that I paid and she didnt believe me and left me and my son hanging to go ask the cashier if I paid. The person ahead of me did not have to go though this ordeal and I have been coming here for years and I have never been treated like this before. I understand if its standard protocol to have a receipt to prove that you pay but the same question should be asked of everyone who is getting Gelato instead of only asking me for a receipt when others are not asked for a receipt. This type of racial profiling is unacceptable especially if she is not asking everyone for a receipt and singled me out. Shame on Cafe Gelatto Gourmet.

I love this place! The ice cream is rich and creamy, delicious and the flavors are on point. My favorite is tamarind it reminds me of home when we use to have homemade Tamarind ice cream from the neighbor. The passion fruit is delicious as well. I have love every flavor I have had from here. The best thing they are in Uber too so if I don t want to drive and have the cravings I just order.

We are so lucky to have Gelato Gourmet in Weston! This is my go-to place for dessert and coffee. The flavors are always so varied and exciting, the gelato is extremely good, their desserts are amazing and the service is excellent!

All our family is enjoying this delicious, rich and smooth gelato. It s not watery, many flavors for any taste, besides gelato, coffee, crepes and ice cream cakes to go. Some flavors not too sweet. Cones, cups, different sizes. Milkshakes are also available and you can choose the milk: plant based or cow. Small, modern gelato spot with inside tables, chairs, bar chairs near the window and outside seating. Clean with friendly and usually prompt service unless it s a prime time when kids finish their classes in nearby clubs. In this case get ready to wait for 15 min, but it s worth it.
