This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Ft. LAUDERDALE..they put out excellent dishes every time. Always happy when I leave Food

Food okay, not great, and the music was too loud for conversation. Not enough fans on the terrace , way too hot. I was told it was the best Italian restaurant in Weston ,not impressed at all, just good enough.

This place is not owned by Italians. They must be from South America. Ordered the veal Marcella and it came with a tomato Base ,Are you serious?Horrible, Liguine Bolognese very dry. Prices are outrageous and very small portions. The octopus was very tiny and everything was extremely overpriced for this mediocre restaurant. Second time eating, there will never go back total rip off. Paid 400 and got nothing Worth eating. Definitely not York style. my wife ordered the veal français and then charged $11 for Angel hair pasta. Only cost a dollar or less or less.

This is my neighbor across the breezeway from our Kitchen Designs and More showroom. The restaurant is run by great, hard-working people who care about their customers. I love the food and could not ask for a better neighbor.

Love this place. The food and service are excellent, as is the atmosphere. If I were to judge based solely on one of the most common Italian dishes, spaghetti Bolognese... its the best in town. I havent had a bad dish here ever. I highly recommend it. Oh, and they have a fair $35 corkage fee in case you want to bring a very special wine that they dont already have on their list... which is pretty darn good.

The Marsala should not be a red sauce. How they called that a Marsala sauce is better me. It had no flavor. It s overpriced for what it is and the manager is rude and not meant for customer service

Not impressed. The food was nothing special the prices seemed high and everything was a la carte. Had reservations and they sat us next to the door. The restaurant got quite loud, making it difficult to hear the person across the table. The bread on the table was hard and the only thing to put on the bread was a teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Nothing special. The thin chicken parm was good but nothing special. The tomato sauce was another letdown. Didnt seem fresh. Asked to have mine made without salt and was told it was already made and couldnt be done. (BTW it was not salty). Anthonys chicken parm is much better. For the price and quality of food I was disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Wouldnt make something salt free.

On Tuesday, July 9, I had the pleasure of dining at Aquolina Italian restaurant in Weston. The hostess was really kind and Federico Assigned to my table was phenomenal. His recommendation for dinner and wine was absolutely spot on. Also other staff members were kind enough to check If I needed anything. Fillet and lobster tail was fabulous and the wine was excellent. Keith, The manager came by my table and we had a pleasant chat. The bottom line is, it was a great dining experience, and they certainly surpassed my expectations. The wine list and bar options are incredible. There is something for everyone so I do strongly recommend you try this place. Not too many places really impress me but when they do, it is a pleasure to write a great review.

Excellent restaurant for a romantic evening or a special meal. All exquisite dishes from the octopus starter to the pistachio dessert, a great wine and drinks list, 100% recommended Parking: Share parking with other places in the square and you have to look for a spot for a few minutes

John and his crew are the crème de la crème. My wife and I had our baby shower here yesterday. Not only was the crew at Acquolina very accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure every single one of our guest we treated right and happily fed. The food, the drinks, the ambiance all deserved a chefs kiss. Love this place and it meant everything how they took care of our families with the upmost care from start to finish. Definitely give them a shot whether its for a lunch date during the week or a small gather/event on a weekend night. They can do it all.

I went to have dinner, server was good, food is decent, but I was so so disappointed when I took leftovers home and they were pack in the cheapest card board box I ever had!! Not even in the fast food restaurant you get that!!! For the price that you pay for food, I deserve a better container! Horrible I have to throw in the garbage, tha sausage is sticky in the paper box not even wax like the ones in the Chinese restaurant!!! They can do better!!!

Food is always delicious! Service, whether at the bar or table- top notch. Justin at the bar always makes the evening wonderful with his attention to detail with the drinks! This spot is always full whether Monday or Saturday night. Another thing, if there is anything you want/need/change etc let them know- never met an establishment that has staff that is so receptive and attentive!

We had a beautiful time for dinner. We sat outside water and setting was just perfect. Our server Heisman was excellent. Bread was warm and tasty as usual. This go round we ordered for starters the Caesar salad with anchovies & meatballs. Entrees were the sole francese, linguine bolognese, and the veal special. Everything was delicious and we recommend!

Fantastic date night! Service was perfection and the food was delicious. My only regret was not leaving enough room for dessert! We will definitely need to come back.

We ve been to most nice places in south Florida and you cannot beat the taste of the food nor the prices ANYWHERE. We sat outside with a lake and fountain view. GORGEOUS.and the service was EXCELLENT.

I really enjoyed the food, drinks and service. I ordered the gnocchi, Caesar salad and burnt broccoli along with the house old fashioned. The candle lit setting was very nice as well.

Cute! The pasta with the pizza dough on it was cool, the plates are small, chicken dish was mediocre, the calamari had no flavor, but the sauces were good. It s a cute little spot, ok food, not bad at all. Better restaurants are out there though.

They say first impressions are everything correct? Well when I walked into this establishment. I didn t receive a good afternoon how may I help you, thank you for coming in. I got a stare like I was a ghost. With a follow up of why am I dressed the way I am when my date looks amazing. First and foremost that comment was unnecessary it was more so derogatory. So one it was not a date. she was my colleague and it was business lunch discussing medical cases. She is actually married. I would never recommend or go to This establishment again.

I wasnt expecting too much because this is a trendy neighborhood spot, but the food was great and the portions were large. The service was impeccable, as well. There was constant attention given to our party. The prices are HIGH, but we got what we paid for in all areas.

AcquoliNO. Let me preface this with something in their defense, looks like they may have been short staffed and the manager (assumption) didn t seem like he was nice to the staff. That said, soft drinks had no fizz and they couldn t fix it. Food took over an hour to come out, waiter didn t bring part of what we ordered, food wasn t great and not good either. Over seasoned, too much cheese on some, but then the soup was bland and seemed like an afterthought. Had to ask for the check when the table had been cleared for at least 10 minutes. Bread was hard. Honestly I couldn t find a positive thing. I see some reviews are great, but they are older .maybe just a victim of the plandemic :-(. Won t give it a second try.

Came here on Christmas day for dinner. Had originally planned to eat outside, but with cold temps the staff was able to accommodate us inside. Enjoyed family style meals, wait staff attentive, pricing a bit odd but overall reasonable. Would recommend. Parking: Free parking available.

Outside ambiance was nice, food was okay. However, our waiter was not too friendly nor pleasant. We had to ask him for things several times because he would forget. He barely came to check on us and as soon as the food arrived he completely forgot we existed.

I do not recommend this place, had to wait more than an hour to get my food, I had gnocchi, they were too crumbly for my liking but the sauce was ok, not worth the price though. Nice service, even the waiter was aware that the food took to long to arrive, he even offered free dessert. Also, the tip was included, 20% or 22%, and they told me after paying that it was included, I would appreciated before paying. You better off going to bellini which is 5 minutes away.

Best management around

James is the best, gentleman, bartender I know . Best food recommendations & the best drinks!!! Hubby & I love Aqualina & a great staff & of course the food! Parking: Weston, Commerce Parkway. Always find spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Mostly always taken..but always find a spot. Just get there earlier.

One of the best italian restaurants in Weston. Usually very busy so get a reservation.

There is nothing inherently wrong with this place. It is just super overpriced and overhyped for what it is. The food is super standard in taste, presentation, and quality. The prices are outrageous. I will say the skirt steak is really good, but I paid $48 for it, and its quality and 14oz size do not justify that price. The pastas are really the only things worth getting for the price. And they are pretty good although still expensive. Service is pretty good too.

One of the best to eat out or order take out in Weston. I was invited by a friend that knows how much I like Acquolina and as usual had a great meal. Added the nice view in the back patio, the pleasant servers and a good choice of wines we had a great night out. We remained until the very end since the lively bar remains open after the kitchen had closed. Will always return. Highly recommended.

My team and I went to Aquilina for a work happy hour and stayed afterwards to catch up and have dinner. They staff were very attentive and the food was great! At the HH event I was impressed with how well the staff kept up with everyone s drinks and replacing the nice array of delicious bite trays.

I been at this place few times. Food is great .Last time went I did a reservation for 8:30 pm I get there at 8:00. After pass 9:00 ask the host what happened to the table she said still waiting for a table to be clean.9:15 ask to the rude manager. About my situation. Sit down at 9:30. Waitress came told me to hurry because the kitchen is about to closed. Ordered food took forever to get to the table.while still eating They turn on all the lights and started picking up tables. And kick me out basically...dont ever go to this place....

Great atmosphere with an outstanding service. Yummy food.

No complaints! Good atmosphere, drinks and food. Service is also good and timely. Definitely would recommend the braised short ribs, veal Parmigiana and the Number One Skirt Steak. All were perfectly prepared and seasoned. Well portioned for family style sharing.

Wish I could give half a star for everything. I ordered a take out for the first time after reviewing the menu online and decided to order the chicken parmigiana. After arriving at the restaurant and paid for my food I was charged an extra $5! After inquiring why, the young hostesses (all of high school age), said the prices online needed to be updated and that Acquolina charges a take-out fee of $3!!! I was not happy because this was not disclosed over the telephone when I placed my order. To make matters worse, after I waited 30 mins to get the food and drove home, I only got the chicken parm. and NO SPEGHETTI!! I paid $28 for chicken alone.... unbelievable. Called to ask where the other half of my food was and they said it would cost me extra. Bottom line, they will never get my money like that again!!!!

Staff was friendly for the most part. Overall great experience.

I went for the first time today for lunch with my coworkers. We sat outside and waited 12-15 minutes for a waiter to come and offer us drinks. When he came we told him , we thought they forgot about us , and he took it defensively. His attitude was very negative, not friendly at all. He didn t even apologize for not acknowledging us sooner. They were not busy. Even the bus boy was not friendly, very cold. We will never go there again.

Party of 2 - Stopped in for light bite to eat and ordered wine, salad and pizza. Truthfully, the worst pizza- it was very bland. Our waiter was very aloof, unfriendly and very inattentive. Will not return.

A go to Itallian reaturant whenever we are in Weston. Chicken Parm., Meatballs and pasta all really good.

Sea food risotto ended up being one shrimp, plenty of octopus and clams in red rice soup. Not risotto and I guess they had lots of octopus and clams. No other seafood to be found very disappointing .

There were four of us we ordered appetizers, soup and entrees which were all a huge disappointment as they were all so salty our plates were left full, our waiter asked if we wanted boxes and we all declined. It s totally an unhealthy level of salt to the point of masking the flavor of the food. Expensive and definitely unhealthy.

I brought my wife here for our anniversary. Each course was some of the best food Ive had, including the steak. The wine list has excellent pairing selections. We sat outside until mosquitos came biting. Its not the restaurants fault. It s something people might want to know. It was difficult to get a table inside when it became busier.

Went there for the first time last Sunday. Without a doubt, one of the best meals I ever had in my life. The food is fabulous. Everyone at our table loved their dishes. Will definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Absolutely horrible experience eating here. Just left the restaurant after booking for my wife s birthday. The service was beyond terrible and nobody in management seemed to care. Just saying we re short staffed . Staff knew it was my wife s birthday and they made zero effort to acknowledge or do anything nice. Really bad when the management you complain to does not give a damn. Will never return.

Business dinner with boss and colleagues, pre Christmas. The patio was nice. The food was good... my fish wasnt seasoned as well as Id like but it was ok. The calamari and clandestine were good.

I gave this restaurant a second try, after having been disappointed the first time. I was even more disappointed the second time. I ordered a veal marsala that was anything but marsala. The tough, dry pieces of meat were cooked in a tomato type sauce which had absolutely no marsala flavor. It is very offensive to go to a place and be served laughable, very expensive food. During my first visit here i ordered the special pork chop. It was very dry. I dont understand how people can enjoy this place. Nope, never again.

Just had my 80th birthday celebration at Aqualina and all I can say is food and service were all 5 star, even the drinks were top notch. I would highly recommend this establishment for any occasion. Every guest enjoyed themselves.

Absolutely amazing restaurant and team at Acquolina. We hosted a baby shower over the weekend on their back patio. They were wonderful to work with. The food was excellent and the ambiance was beautiful. Would recommend. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great customer service, best Italian restaurant in Weston

There s a reason it s only 3.5 Stars, We made reservations for 5 people at 5:45 on Saturday, we requested indoor seating and that s what was confirmed. It was 89 degrees when we arrived. Needless to say the Dictator who was overseeing the hostess told her to put us outside and didn t want to hear anything else. The restaurant was empty, the server saw we were upset, he tried to get us moved but got yelled at for trying. we decided this place didn t deserve our money so we left.

Just came home from the worst experience I ve had at a restaurant in all my 70 years. NEVER NEVER EVER go to this place. I ve lived in New York for 62 years, been to a lot of bad restaurants but this was the worst since I moved to Florida 9 years ago. I waited almost 2 hours for linguine. The waiter said that I waited that long because I ordered a salad. A FREAKIN SALAD. Don t waste your money. This was also the very first time in my life I didn t leave a tip!! The manager should be fired!!! No apology, nothing! They did give me a bill for 2 salads. Screw them!

Pleasantly surprised!!! Upon walking in, we were a bit skeptical but, they asked if we wanted inside or outside. Outside definitely feels much better!! Sautéed spinach with delicious olive oil and garlic. I import olive oil and am kind of an olive oil snob their olive oil is delicious!! Sea bass the sauce fantastic!! Squid ink pasta so, so good!! We will definitely come back!!

Food was excellent but the service was a little slow

I had ordered food there many times before but lately its been... not so great. The muscles were shriveled and old.. and the gnocchi .. was like paste. I was very disappointed. Not like it use to be :(

The food here is fantastic, from beginning salad to any dessert! I tried the Veal and Chicken Parm...and a little Chicken Francaise...with a little Fettuccine Alfredo on the side. It was all awesome...the best part was them letting us split all the meals up between the whole group! The service was also super friendly, and helpful! All the dessert items we got were incredible...try them all if you get the chance! The one sore point for me was the handicapped parking was a walk away...and even though the chairs had some padding, they still hurt my back after a little while. If you have back issues get a booth or bring a cushion... Be safe all.

First time there. Food ok, not as excellent as I expected. Complete menu and beverages. Perhaps what you choose would make the difference in quality and taste. Table service is more than adequate. Noisy children welcome hence family friendly. Very busy on weekends so reservations recommended. Certain menu items quite pricy (perhaps not for Weston). Parking adequate. Out door dining for those who prefer the warmth or health reasons. Single person bathrooms. My experience: Service personel not that friendly or attentive.

Have been a customer for years, however things are not the same, starting from the reservation, girls at the door not helpful and looks like the manager or owner (older guy looks like a calimeo) even more useless. They could not find my reservation done thru open table, finally they founded, to make things worse, the restaurant was not full and had several empty tables throughout the night. Menu has been changed and Americanized, which if I wanted that I would have gone to Brio. Ordered the lobster raviolis, and my wife ordered Ciopino, average in taste and portion, nothing great. However the waiter and staff was ok, helpful and pleasant. Average place, average experience

Fabulous this Restaurant earned all 5 stars with flying colors. Upon entering seeing a clean beautiful restaurant with WHITE table cloths I was sold upon entry drinks amazing very good size homemade entree s full of flavor seasoned to perfection appetizers desert bread and butter this place is amazing definitely worth a visit when you are in the Weston area and if your close to the area it is well worth traveling to thank you to this great staff at Auqolina

Great place !

First time here, was in the mood for baked clams and Google said that they have baked clams,, they did NOT disappoint! Actually everything I ordered was excellent, warm bread, great baked clams, chicken marsala and the shrimp oreganato with angel hair was superb! my waiter was attentive and even the busboy was on point! ordered a Merlot and they served the duckhorn brand called decoy wow! going to get a bottle! a must do again!

To begin with, the very professional welcome, the very nice place and above all very clean, the fast service very professional and polite, Federico waiter and Diego his assistant, excellent people, the food was spectacular, delicious, very well prepared, excellent seasoning, everything was quick and well at a very good temperature , wow wonderful desserts and the prices go according to all of the above a quiet cozy atmosphere everyone really knows how to behave a highly recommended place 100% excellent I congratulate you keep it up.

Place is very comfy and food is good but the manager was very rude, he approached us with a very rude actitud and told us to put the volume down , we were doing a FaceTime call with a friend telling her the fabulous place we were but he was rude, and make us feel very uncomfortable. Not a place to come back. ( not sure if he was pushed for the people he was setting with but we never expect that kind of actitud from the manager of the restaurant). Bad management don t go back ever. Bad experience

Today we had a scenario with the manager on duty, he was extremely rude and very unprofessional. A manager like that ruins the business reputation. I am a regular customer but I won t come back to this place. In Weston there are better italian restaurants with a more welcoming staff.

We went for the first time this evening. From the moment we walked to the time we left, we were well taken care of. Our waiter, Semih, was very accommodating and attentive. The food was delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant!! We will be returning soon!

Parking: My white color Infinity Q60 Red Sport 400 2019 was stolen on this parking lot on Sunday October 16th of this questionable establishment. They did not offer even to review their CCTV cameras. If you have a sport car would not recommend to park there.

We had a great experience at Acquolina! The setting was cozy, the service was good, the wine was at a perfect temperature, and the food was great! Definitely, in our top 3 of restaurants in Weston.

Despise this place. The family keeps trying to give them a chance, but its always a flop. Once we had to wait 2 HOURS for food (no appetizers came or water refills and it was HOT) and then the manager came and gaslit us for coming on a busy day. The restaurant was half-full and two parties were sat outside. Once we were done waiting, we wanted to leave and the manager started threatening us and acting like he wanted to physically fight... Anyways hes a jerk. Food is okay, its not prepared well for the price. I know they switched management during COVID and have completely FLOPPED since then, used to have a nice, cheap lunch buffet. Wed rather go to Flanigans than here now. Other than that the waiters are very sweet and carry the place on their backs with their kind and apologetic attitudes.

Excessively expensive, a protein option in another similar restaurant usually costs $7 here, its overpriced, neither the price nor the quantity is justified because they dont even give you the whole meat fillet unless its cut and the portion is minimal!!! I dont recommend it!!! Food is all delicious with great portions. Atmosphere is business casual and friendly. This restaurant is definitely with it.
