Our favorite Italian restaurant. Fried calamari is a must for starters. All of their pasta dishes are fantastic. Our favorite server, Simi, is the best.

Recent ownership change at this location. Name changing on October 1. They changed the ingredients to the dishes for the worse, cutting the portions and reducing various ingredients. Even the pizza changed with the clincher being forgetting ingredients in my wifes favorite dish which is what she has every time we dine there and always takes half the portion home. Had barely a bite and had them take the dish away. Atmosphere change for the worse as well, by taking out most of the intimate booths, opening the dining room thus increasing the sound noise, adding many tacky chandeliers and ceiling tiles and with additional bright lighting turning it into a cafeteria setting. Our last visit was on a Friday. When we were departing close to 6:30, normally the place would be full with people waiting. It was half empty. After 20 years of bliss consuming great garlic rolls, dishes and pizza, we are saddened that Vignetos Weston has faded into the sunset.

Great dinning experience

Last evening, we experienced an exceptional meal. We enjoyed a feast of Salmon, Snapper, and Chicken Parmigiana. All three meals were superbly prepared, with ample portions served. The garlic rolls were hot and fresh. I highly recommend Vignetos as a dining experience!

My experience I have a I gift card in May 2 / 2024 and I ask in the front if I is the same of plantation they told me YES when I try to use the gift card they told me they separated so I can t not use so Mother s Day is coming a lot people have a gift card of Vignetos please let the customers Vignetos is not part of Plantation no more they sold it Please put sign new ownership so no confusion Thank you and the good it was good and the waitress amazing

Presentation is lackluster at best. The place looks inside like an old Pizza Hut.

Was amazing food. And our waiter Ryan was very attentive and cute.

The food was delicious. Our server was CJ and his recommendations were fantastic. He even recognized my grandma who s a regular even though she s been out of town for 9 months. The food was high quality and delicious and came out FAST. It s not cheap but it s worth every penny.

Just ordered 2 full dinners for almost $45. My dinners included garlic rolls. But upon arrival at home only half the garlic rolls given to me. Called to report the incorrect order. They wanted me to drive all the way back to get what THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE. Now they claim garlic rolls are complimentary...liar liar pants on fire. 45 minutes later...still no garlic rolls delivered to my home. I guess they do not value me as a customer for takeout or instore. By the way the store had only 2 tables occuppied with customers when I picked up my order this evening. May be a sign of the SERVICE DECLINE. Caveat emptor...buyer beware.

Oh my gosh this place is awesome!! We love coming here The staff is always friendly, classy, and on point. You can tell they really take pride in their work and all work together as a team because it translates into the service. We re always blown away because the food comes out so quick. Our favorite dish is the creamy chicken pancetta pasta. Also the roasted portobello mushrooms and free garlic rolls are so good! The desserts and cappuccino are great too if you still have some space left This is a must-go if you re in the area!!

Vignetos its absolutely amazing! We went there for the first time and there was a bit of a wait but the seating and atmosphere made it comfortable. The food was absolutely outstanding! The bread that came out before the food was still soft and chewy the next day as we took home leftovers. Our waiter was very attentive and very nice and helpful. He even offered to box up our food to go. I cant say enough good things about this restaurant! Will definitely be back when we return to town.

The food was hot and delicious. Everything from the bread to the food to the service, everything was on point! The portions were large and everything was made fresh! So yummy. We will be back soon!

Loved the food and the atmosphere.

My wife had the Chicken Marsala, one son had Chicken Picata other son had the home made meatballs, which were great and I had the Rustic Pasta which I thought was the best pasta Ive had in Florida. Our waiter, Santini was superb!!! He gave us time to look over the extensive menu before taking our order, which we appreciated with it being our first time there. Santini then delivered us our appetizers and salads, once again giving us time to enjoy these wonderful dishes. Then came the main course and we were blown away by the flavor and presentation of our choices. All in all, Vegnetos was an excellent restaurant with excellent service and excellent food. Cant wait to return to this great establishment.

I loved it!!!

I dont mind paying for a good meal and service. However, I hate to say that Vignetos was a marginal experience at best. I understand short staffed, but we were one of the 1st few tables due to just opening for the eve. Our Server stated 2 of the specials were out. Had to get up and ask for additional cocktails.

After waiting about 10 minutes for our table, on Fathers Day, RYAN was very attentive. The fresh baked knot rolls that greeted us were served some plain, while others were dripping in olive oil and freshly shaved garlic. The kitchen was pushed to its max, but the food was well worth waiting for! My husband had the mixed seafood over linguini, while I thoroughly enjoyed calamari over angel hair pasta ~ both in a garlic & white wine sauce. We were steered to the Millionair Cheesecake, which we shared, and was absolutely amazing ~ Very light and packed with a variety of flavors. Unfortunately, we werent able to return during this trip, but we will definitely be back next time were in town. We enjoyed our leftovers for dinner the following evening. RYAN was very personable and gave us excellent service. Well be requesting him again and recommend that you do the same to ensure that you have a great experience. January 25, 2022 Returned, as we promised ourselves. CJ gave us excellent service. We were seated immediately. Employees were masked. The chef did not disappoint us. My calamari was amazing again, and my husbands Penne Rustica was given the white wine/garlic sauce also. The chef thin slices the fresh garlic and made it exactly as we requested. Its truly a great Italian spot. YES - we had the Millionaire Cheesecake again. How could we not??? 3/18/23 Were baaaaack!! OMG, how can it still be so amazing??? RYAN was still there, so our service was flawless. We ordered the same thing, the same way, and it came out THE SAME PERFECT WAY! I havent been anywhere in this country that I can say that. Please come here, ask for RYAN, make changes to your desired meal as you wish, and get ready to be treated to the best Italian food. Thats coming for an Italian, former restaurant manager!!

First off, Wow! I chose this restaurant due to a menu item when I was looking for a place to eat dinner. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but was clean. I order the ZUPPA DI MUSSELS for starters and got the Rigatoni Bolognese for my main course. Dinner was served with bread knots, half in a garlic butter sauce and the other half plain. Everything was great! The mussels were so flavorful and tender and so many of them in the dish. I ordered the full size rigatoni and it was a lot of food and really good. I did get a cannoli for dessert and found it to be very fresh and plenty. I would return to this restaurant in a heart beat if I am back in the area again.

Wish this was near me. Visited from out of town. Excellent Rustica Pasta and also excellent veal mandala Garlic rolls are so good. If Im back in weston Im going back, no question. Parking: Easy

This one of not too many restaurants that I really enjoy the food,we live in the Keys and we prefer to drive all the way here to eat a very delicious food, for a good price. People are very nice and the atmosphere is really good. I recommend with all my heart

Great food. Especially the garlic rolls. Havent seen chicken plus eggplant parm on a menu in years!

Another great experience at their Weston location. I had the Chicken Vesuvius and my friend had their Chicken Mario. No complaints because we asked for modifications (mine with the red sauce). Ask for extra garlic rolls. Will I return? Of course. When I want great Italian locally, this is where I dine.

Nice, little Italian restaurant conveniently located right next door to the Weston movie theater. Arrived a little before 6 and we were able to be sat right away. The only wait was the hostess had to set up a table for the large party in front of us and no one else seemed to be seating parties until a gentleman walked up after about 5 minutes and asked if we were with them (which we obviously werent since they had already been taken back). Plain and garlic rolls are served once youre sat down which was a nice surprise. They were soft on the inside and crisp on the outside and the garlic rolls were pleasantly garlicky. We ordered a create your own pizza, Joes pesto, asiago gnocchi, and the stuffed shells house special. Everything was very tasty although we werent expecting the pesto to be creamy so that was a bit disappointing. Forgot to get pictures but the ones already posted give you a good idea of what to expect. Good portion sizes and good service. Vegetarian, but not vegan, friendly. Would definitely go back.

Our first time eating here and it was fantastic! Ask for Cj! He is a phenomenal server! The food was all so fresh and tasty! The restaurant was super clean, and the food came out fast. We will definitely be coming here again! Go to Vignetos...you wont be disappointed!!!

Great experience, weve lived in Weston for 33 year and this place is one of our favorite, Chicken Piccata with Angel hair pasted is excellent. I recommend this place to all.

Big portions but average food tastes. This is like a family style of Italian food. I like the nearby Zxxx Bxxx much better.

I highly recommend this restaurant whether you are a visitor or a Floridian! Nice portions. Excellent service. The bread rolls are to die for. Weve also had ordered catering and was very good.

Staff is full of attitude, service is abysmal as well. Stay clear as there are many other places which are much better and would be happy to serve paying customers.

Ive been hearing about this restaurant for ages. We finally had a chance to go on Friday. We had a 15 minute wait, which I dont consider a bad thing, especially on a Friday night. I love Chicken Picatta and this is the best Ive ever had. The wait staff was terrific. I truly suggest you give them a try.

Great Italian food.

This is a family owned Italian restaurant that has been around for many years. Ive been coming here for about 10 years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal. The rustica pasta is veey good as well as the fried calamari. There is a good wine selection with beer on tap and bottles. Garlic rolls are complimentary and come with garlic and plain, butter on the side. They are delicious. The canoli for dessert is very good as well as the home made tiramisu. Portions are big and the price is pretty reasonable.

I give it 5 stars not because it s the best Italian food you can get anywhere, but because it s the best Italian food you can get in Weston. They do a very good job for a neighborhood place. If you live in Weston or this area you will have to leave the area and spend considerably more, to get better. I like their chicken scarparielo (but it s not on the bone, unfortunately), baked rigatoni and white sauce linguini frutti de mare.

Food was awesome, the chef was amazing in the seasoning of the food and the cooking of it. Our server Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He made me and my wife feel like he knew us for years along with my grand daughter. He was amazing and a great gentleman.

Used to love this place but lately the food is not the same. Our order took forever (same happened the time before) and the food was almost tasteless, garlic rolls were hard to even cut with the knife... Very disappointed!!! We were not the only ones complaining, we commented with other people comming out. 3 stars because the waiter was awesome.

Came here after hearing stellar reviews from my coworkers. Vigneto s did not disappoint, and I felt like I was getting a steal for the huge portion and the absolute deliciousness of my order (penne alla vodka). Our waiter was wonderful and patient, and all dishes came out quickly. We actually realized we were quite past closing time and they had let us stay, and still kindly bid us goodbye! The food, the atmosphere, the incredible staff this restaurant is a lovely gem and I m a permanent customer now!

Excellent as usual. Weston has a bunch of Italian spots, with several more upscale, authentic and unique than Vignetos. But Vignetos hits the mark as a great red sauce Italian American spot. Which I guess is its own class of authenticity. The classic dishes are done well and their pizza is well above average, too. If you are looking for classic Italian American dishes and no frills, then this is the place to be. Outstanding service, good vibe, great homestyle food.

Food is great and service timely It s been 5 years since that review above. It s still accurate. Their sausage and peppers is to die for though. We ate in and all was really good.

Best Italian I ve had in the area thus far. Other places are overpriced and the portions are small. The service here was spectacular and the food was delicious.

I will give this restaurant one star because our waiter was very nice and one entree was ok (while two were below average if I m being generous). The combination of tough veal, little flavor or seasoning on any dish, sand in the mussels of another dish, and the over cooking of everything on the table made this experience reminiscent of trying to order sophisticated entrees at a pizzeria.

The food is great! Only thing I find odd is that they only have male servers. The only woman Ive seen the few times Ive gone is the young hostess.

The food was indeed delicious. The bottle of Sangria was amazing. But their lack of safety protocols ... no good. They did remove that the staff wear masks after I told them that it was on this page...which is the only reason we went. So I will say, they are transparent about their limited safety protocols in the midst of a pandemic.

The food and service in this restaurant is excellent. I ate the seafood risotto and it was the beat one I ve had ever. You get fresh garlic bread as soon as you get seated. Nice selection of wine also. My wife had chicken parm and she loved it too.

This was a great experience all around. The menu looked so good we ordered multiple plates and appetizers and ate family style. Everything was so good and there were barely any leftovers.
