We pride ourselves on our authenticity. Our food is handmade—from pasta to pizzas. We spend the time it takes to ensure that what we serve you is exceptional quality. Our ingredients are always fresh, with daily shipments from our vendors, whether it’s our produce, dry goods, or seafood. If you believe in quality ingredients, you will love the food we prepare.
the food is very good. the octopus and burrata that come from Italy are incredible. I have no doubt that this is the best Italian restaurant in South Florida. Our Easter waiter was fast and professional.
One of my favorite Italy restaurants in Miami, my family all like it. The food there is outstanding.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and seat pretty quickly. It wasn’t too busy with a handful of tables occupied. The selection of wine was displayed on the wall. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, offered their special and then proceeded to take our orders. The portions are fair and the flavors are vibrant. The desserts were a disappointment and they were out of tiramisu. We tried a few others which were blend and flavorless.
THE MOST AMAZING PLACE EVER! Me and my family go the restaurant so much our waiters know our names and our orders just like we know there names and much more. Such an incredible family and cozy and homey environment. The food is amazing everything is always fresh and there is ever any inconvenience they will resolve it right away. One of the owners Andrea is amazing and has such a big heart for his customers some of the amazing servers are Leo and pascuale. Great place for party’s,birthday, but even better for a family dinner!! Love this place so much can’t wait to go back . ♥️ AND IF YOUR A DESSERT LOVER EVERYTHING ON THERE DESSERT MENU IS INCREDIBLE!!
A little hidden gem! Quaint restaurant with lots of personality and great atmosphere. The staff is extremely welcoming. The food is super delicious, as well as the wine selections. Family friendly, ample parking in the plaza and wheelchair accessible.
A True Italian Gem worthy of a Friday night in Weston! Our dining experience at Zona Blu was exceptional from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, short wait time with a reservation, and our waiter, Leo, was fantastic—making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He guided us through the plethora of delicious options on the menu, and his recommendations were spot-on. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly seasoned with subtle spices and delicate flavors—a promising start to the meal. For my main course, I had the Belgium endive salad with gorgonzola cheese, pears, walnuts, and a unique Sardinian honey mustard dressing, topped with grilled chicken. Every bite was fresh and delicious. The wine list is one of the best I've seen, featuring some outstanding Italian wines. We ended up having two bottles of the 2018 Primitivo di Manduria because it was just that good! For the main event, we tried the "Ravioli all'Ossobuco e Tartufo," filled with braised veal shank in a luxurious black truffle and mushroom sauce. This dish was the standout of the evening—an absolute must-try! My brother-in-law had the pesto gnocchi with steamed clams, tomatoes, and cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed. My sister had the Pollo alla Gallurese, which featured pan-seared chicken with prosciutto cotto, mushrooms, and fontina cheese, paired with an incredible eggplant caponata—another hit! Dessert continued the trend of excellence with an exquisite apple strudel—something I didn't expect at an Italian restaurant but was pleasantly surprised by—along with a delicious lemon custard cake and a perfectly made espresso with a touch of brandy. The combination of the cozy ambiance, the friendliness and five-star service from Leo (forgive me if I got your name wrong) and the entire staff, the extensive wine list, and the authentic Sardinian dishes make Zone Blu a standout dining experience in Weston. We will definitely be back!
Dining experience was good, food quality was good, and service was really good and friendly. Well the names of food we ordered is mouthful and hard to remember. But I remember the bronzini fish was nicely done not overcooked, fired calamari, truffle pasta, and sea food pasta.
Unfortunately, this place is over-hyped. The pasta sauces were under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. However, the pasta was cooked al dente. Probably our favorite dish was the special seafood squid ink pasta with spicy marinara sauce. Service was friendly, and we didn't wait too long for food. Prices are reasonable, and portions are generous.
The food was good and the service was excellent . The chairs were very uncomfortable. I feel like they are trying to be a fancy restaurant. Its a bit $$$ pricey , the dishes could be better taste wise.
A real find where in this small town Italian restaurant the customers and the owners are as if it were one family.
Great pasta and dessert
I have know this family for over 12 years and this family oriented 100% italiana food is amazing and recomend this place and its amazing food and service
A little pricey but good is excellent.
If you really like regular Italian dishes , your typical regular daily pasta dishes ,this is not the place to eat..most American Italians dont eat 75% of the zona Blu menu....not bad at all ,just not for pasta lovers ...it has to do with what the area calls for I guess....honestly I can recommend multiple places better for real Italian , even in Weston
Thank you Henry for an excellent time. Great cocktail recommendations. Food
Delicious food and good service
I always wanted to try this place, and last night, I had the opportunity. The food and atmosphere was fine, but the service was terrible. Had to wait and ask for water, then had to wait and ask for the check. The place didnt seem really busy. I really expected better service for such a nice restaurant. The bad service overpowered the food and atmosphere.
It is a cozy restaurant, the Exquisite, fresh food and fair portions, We try Lasagna, spaghetti bolognese (childrens portion) and Ossobuco ravioli. Coffee and Profiteroles (the most) We went around 03:00 pm and there was availability without reservation Kid-friendliness: The food and space is comfortable to go with children, lets always remember to keep them under supervision and complying with the basic rules of education
great place
Elegant restaurant doesnt seem to fit this little shopping center. It is a fine Italian restaurant with very good food and a really great staff. We appreciated all the attention during our visit and enjoyed our meals and deserts. We are only in the area for a few more days and wish we found this gem early, dont miss out like we did.
A delicious meal. A+. Good service. I took one star off for atmosphere because it s in a strip mall but that doesn t diminish a terrific meal.
This is the real deal. This is REAL Italian food - not Italian-American. The pasta dishes are just as you would find in Italy (speaking as someone who has been there more times than I can count), the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is lively. Highly recommend. Last night for dinner: Prosciutto e Burrata con Fichi, dover sole - fileted table side (special), veal Milanese (special), Spaghetti al Cartoccio, Zuppa di Pesce alla Sarda, speciality cocktails, and a Brunello the waiter (Leo - excellent) recommended. Highly recommend.
I was impressed with the food for being my first time. I will return.
Excellent service!!!
Authentic italian food!!! This is the restaurant we must visit when we are in south Florida. I would give them 10 stars instead of 5. If you really want to have the experience to try a real italian food, do not miss this place.
Love this restaurant! The food is upscale and so delicious with a relaxed atmosphere. I take friends and family here whether its a small number or a large group. The largest group Ive brought is 15 and they set up a large-sized table outside. It was perfect. The staff is also wonderful no matter what my interaction has been with them. We loved Esteban, but he has recently moved on. We now request Henry when we go. But weve only had great service no matter who serves us. Oh, and on Wednesday nights you can purchase wine bottles for half-price. Parking: Its in a shopping center so theres always parking. It just may not be so close. However, weve always lucked out. Kid-friendliness: Ive seen toddlers to young adults dining here. Ive never seen or heard of a problem.
I knew it was good from the Google reviews, but it honestly exceeded my expectations! The flavors, the variety, the quality are a spectacle. A place where in the kitchen you literally hear Italian spoken. The truffle pasta and pistachio desserts are wonderful. Dont leave without trying the TIRAMISÚ Mariams attention has been without a doubt the best, friendly, attentive and kind. Very good place to go with family.
Excellent restaurant with a wide variety of menu as well as alcoholic beverages, excellent atmosphere as well as service. The only unfavorable thing I can say is the price, all the dishes are highly priced. We were 5 or 6 people and we paid almost $700. For example a Rib eye is $80. So take your precautions lol This is an excellent restaurant with a wide variety of menu options, including a great selection of alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. However, the only downside is the price most dishes are quite expensive. For example, our group of 5 or 6 ended up paying nearly $700, with a ribeye steak costing around $80. So, be prepared for the cost!
We were so excited to visit this place everything looked good , service top notch till food arrived what a shame to say was horrible , totally tasteless, bad presentation , we ordered the salmon , the chicken and milanesa whit fries ( which arrived who not even ketchup ) for our child .. they should consider change the chef or make some changes on the recipes cause the place it s very nice , even tho , we will give a try in the future, but right now it s a no
Always a pleasant visit here to Zona Blu when in town for business. This time, I had the Lasagna Bolognese. It was tasty, but I felt it was missing enough meat. I like meat with my pasta; this was a little in the other direction. Nonetheless, I finished it off. The appetizers of the cheese board and grilled octopus did not disappoint. The service was on point. There were about 12 of us, and everyone always had what they wanted. Looking forward to my next visit!
The most authentic Italian food in all USA! Made with love and passion by Andrea... A rare gem Food : 5/5
Great food
Awesome place. Great food, service and vibrant crowd.
Excellent service, spectacular food 110% recommended
Good traditional talian food.
Probably the best Italian restaurant in Weston Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu plenty of options Food : 5/5 |
Went for my birthday for the first time after seeing a photo of the food on google and reviews and wow amazing I will be back!
Excellent food and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend it.
Great food great people its pricy but good
Amazing food and service every time. Great people and great meals!
Fantastic authentic Italian food. A bit pricey but worth every cent. Service and atmosphere were great as well
I had reservation for 10:30 when I arrived there after drive for 20 minutes they said that coil take us . Very disappointed, they should call me and let me know.
made a reservation and got kicked out for no reason, they said it will be closed because of the weather! people were also still eating inside. we drove 2 hours to eat here, and unfortunately that s how we go treated.
A wonderful place that we repeat every week and it always exceeds our expectations!!
Nice Italian restaurant. We didn t like the location but everything else was very good. Good pizza.
Had an amazing dinner for my moms birthday. Leo our server was outstanding and so friendly to my 5 year old. Hands down the best pizza in south Florida. Im unsure if its the cheese, oven sauce or combination of everything!! It was the slightest bit salty but other than that delicious. The fried calamari is outstanding very light dusting and fried to perfection. Lasagna unbelievable. my fathers said ravioli ossobucco best pasta dish hes had. Very expensive but absolutely worth every penny
Great place to eat with family..
The food is consistently good and the staff is always friendly.
Delicious dishes in a large and pleasant environment. Unsurpassed pizza. An undoubtedly elegant day. DOCG environment and hospitality.
Wow super good excellent service good food for me the best Italian restaurant we have ever been super cozy I think I was in Italy
We went back still awesome !! Thank you to our waiter, Lionel. He was fantastic!! Loved Everything about this Restaurant!! Excellent food & Services. Fantastic Drinks, kudos to the Mixologist. Reasonably Priced. We will be back :) Food
Cozy, quiet, great food (octopus is heavenly good). Definitely our new local favorite.
Lots of cordiality and service.
One of the best Italian restaurants in south FL
Food is very good but they try to fit to many people so it feels really crowded. BECAREFUL with the TIP they suggest 20% for starters, they try to get you calculating the tip after TAXES so you are also tipping on the tax. Tipping is out of control in FL, employers should pay good salaries to their employees, instead they ask you to pay them...
Great food and service. I love the seafood grilled platter for 2 and always get the Limoncello dessert. Great selection of pastas, pizzas, seafood, desserts. Parking: Free parking in the shopping center where the restaurant is located.
Always excellent option!!
Very good food
Amazing restaurant!
There were 7 of us and we didnt have a reservation. We still got a comfortable place. The wait staff were attentive and noticed that we were Italian and served us in Italian. The food was excellent, the octopus, mussels and cockles were very fresh. The tiramisu was homemade and la torta della nonna was delicious. Eravamo in 7 e non avevamo prenotato. I came here with Erano attenti and Hanno notato that Eravamo Italiani and the service in Italian. The cibo era was excellent, the polpo, the cozze and the vongole erano molto fresh. The tiramisù era fatto in casa e la torta della nonna era deliziosa.
Absolutely wonderful flavor. Excellent service but the Vegetable Pizza OMG so good.
Zona Blu is always an amazing place to dine. Great food, excellent choice of wine and friendly staff. It has been my family and I first dining out experience since March. Zona has put in place the necessary standards and precaution for post COVID19 dining. Great Job!
This place is a cozy ambiance and friendly atmosphere, Zona Blu invites you to experience the essence of Italy right in your own backyard. Dont miss out on this local treasure come and enjoy a delicious taste of Italy today! Buon appetito!
Best Italian ! Everything is delicious. Great wine selection. Our favorite restaurant for special occasions Food
I was impressed with the taste of the food! Service was amazing! Thank you Andrea, Leonardo, Leonel, and Fernando for such a great experience! Would definatley recommend it to all my friends!
Zona Blue is a cozy haven with exceptional dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The menu boasts a variety of delicious options, each prepared with great attention to detail and flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The intimate setting is perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. Whether youre craving a hearty meal or a light bite, Zona Blue delivers a delightful culinary experience every time.
This was our first time at Zona Blue restaurant. The food was outstanding. For starters, we got the grilled octopus, OMG what a delicious plate . Then, my husband had one of the chef specials (short ribs on top of risotto) and I had a delicious filet mignon paired with a beautiful Chianti wine . The pistachio ice cream was an unforgettable experience (out of this world, I m not exaggerating), and the torta de la nona was excellent. Totally recommend it.
Super slow service. Waited forever. Food is decent, nothing crazy. Above average menu and good flavors. Maybe half a step above carabbas. Could have been better but service is horrendous
The food is always delicious. The service not always so great. Usually it s busy so I don t complain about the service but tonight it wasn t and we literally sat for 10 min before anyone even came to the table. Small place and tends to be loud. Tiramisu is delicious. Not sure what the stem I found in my lasagna is from but I could ve swallowed that thing.
The quality of the food is undeniably good, flavor-wise. Nonetheless, I dont see ANY reason why they cant include a small side (a simple salad or a cup of soup) with the lunch orders, especially given the price tag. Anyhoo. The service is OK, but the place is always busy and, therefore, loud. To me, Zona Blue is overrated and overpriced as an experience, but at least the flavor is authentically Italian.
Saturday dinner was not as good as I hoped, The food was awful, the bread was dry, sangria was terrible, even the sprite had no gas, pizza burnt and my mushroom pasta was bland. This was our first and last visit here.
Had dinner with the family and some friends last night and it was really great! The Pizza La Ferrari was amazing! The cacio pepe was awesome too. Definitely would recommend checking this place out! Kid-friendliness: Brought my 3 year old and had no issues at all.
Great place and great food.
This was my fifth time coming here always exceeds expectations food wine atmosphere all excellent!!!
Excellent food. Service slow, which was good for us since it doesnt rush so could visit with friends. Very good Sangria.
Great food and it is not your everyday Italian pasta restaurant. They have a great selection of specialties that you probably won t find at any other places. Most reminded me of my last trip to Sicily. The place itself lacks atmosphere and when there s only one bigger party celebrating a birthday or something, it gets so loud that conversation at the table across the room is hardly possible.
Excellent restaurant, the food is fabulous, 5 stars
A wonderful place for an excellent and delicious Italian dish. Well worth the visit / A wonderful place for a delicious plate of Italian food. Well worth the visit.
Very cute from the outside, inside was crammed. We were asked if we had a reservation. Service was alright, not the best but not the worst. As for food, the Caesar salad was super salty, the vegetable soup was horrendous, the Ferrari pizza was outstanding but the gnocchi I expected good gnocchi Very disappointed. Didn t stay for dessert as the food was disappointing enough.
Absolutely amazing service and delicious food!!! They deliver amazing presentation and that s so important for an exquisite experience! These people really love and are passionate about delivering the best Italian food in town!!! WOW!!!
Excellent food
Superb chef and very friendly and professional staff. Cozy interior nicely decorated. Clean and tidy. Will come back again!
The service was excellent. Our server was very bubbly and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was very nice. They have an indoor and outdoor, I would of loved to have eaten outside, but it was too hot, so maybe I ll do it next time. The first thing I tried was the Mediterranean octopus, I had never tried octopus before. I thought that it was so amazing, that it s hard to put into words lol. Then I had the pasta, which I thought was so cool. It was prepared in a bowl of aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, it s a show in itself. And lastly we had several desserts. I ordered the profiteroles. They are three pastries covered in chocolate, and they have whipped cream on the sides of them. And they cream on the inside. And they were by far, the dessert we had there. We also had the tiramisu, and a cheesecake. Overall this restaurant was amazing, definitely the best restaurant in Weston, and I ll definitely go back. Final Rating: 10/10
Excellent service, delicious fish soup.
Dependable high quality food and service. Highly delicious and highly recommended
The food is great We ordered lasagna, branzino, pizza parmigiano, and months featured cake (chocolate). They are all good I think its just too dark inside the restaurant but we enjoyed the outdoor dining. Food
A little slice of Italy in Weston. Had an important business meeting and was told this is the place to impress a new client. They had a great selection of Wines & Drinks. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I had the Spaghetti Al Cartoccio Frutti Di Mare, SUPERB!!!! It s like an Italian Pot Pie filled with all kinds of delicious seafood. It s a great place to celebrate a special occasion.
This is an authentic Sardinian Italian food this is one of the best Italian places I ve had tried til now Mariangel the bartender was incredible such a great service. Can t wait to come back Food
Ask for Leo he is the best server. The food is out of this world. We have eaten everything on the menu. Don t forgot to hear their daily specials.
Went here for lunch since Ive never been. Ordered the limoncello martini and it wasnt my thing. Cream heavy and bitter. Definitely disappointed. Ordered the Fiocchetti di Ricotta e Tartufo. I was hesitant because of the truffles. A lot of places you go to drizzle truffle oil on top and it overpowers the dish but they didnt do that. I was pleasantly surprised. I will say its a VERY heavy dish. I would personally like to see a lighter mushroom sauce with it but it was delicious. The sliced bread they bring you is fine but was hoping for something better. Some vegetarian options but not vegan friendly. Price for lunch was fine but the prices for dinner go up exponentially. Unless they serve you a lot more food with dinner than lunch its definitely pricey. Service was excellent. Restaurant is cozy. All in all good experience.
If you want to enjoy authentic Italian food in Weston, you have to come to Zona Blu. Excellent food, unbeatable service.
We read reviews online and thought we would give it a try. We are so glad that we did. Food was super delicious, drinks and we took tiramisu home for dessert. Definitely worth a visit.
I brought my spouse here to celebrate our ninth year together, and we had a great time. Its cozy and compact. Excellent service was provided. The bartender created stunning presentations for the fresh drinks. The cuisine was excellent. concluded with a tasty desert. Without a doubt, well return.
Very good and real Italian restaurant. Sardinias specialist food.
Food was excellent. I really enjoyed the pasta.
The best I have eaten in an Italian restaurant. Delicious my dish.
Best Italian Mediterranean food!!!
Ideal for anniversary or celebration is to much, host & guys I loved attention
SO good!! The food is outstanding. I have enjoyed everything we ordered there. The Branzino was delicious and cooked perfectly. The vegetable soup was loaded with veggies and the pizza my husband had was perfect! The oil they put out on the table to dip bread in was the best tasting olive oil I ve ever had! Highly recommend!!
Very comfortable and an excellent 3 cheese pasta with shrimp, which melts your mouth just from the smell and seeing how it is prepared, excellent service and very good menus
Customer Service and the food is so good, authentic Italian food. Loved it and the best sever ever, Loinel! Thank you
Amazing food. We had ordered food for our daughter s wedding reception and yum. Everything was made to perfection. Everyone enjoyed the lasagna, chicken Parmesan and Gnocchi. Everything was flavorful and plenty for everyone.
Sardinian flavours. All very good.
Super delicious food and incredible service!!!!!
I am frequent customer, unfortunately our visit today was unpleasant from the beginning, the hostess unorganized and rude. We decided not to stay. I trust this will be an isolated experience and not the usual standard.
Terrible dinning experience. The food was not as great as they make it is sound to be. The lamb veal was awful , could hardley chew it, it was filled with hard strips and WAY OVERPRICED. I took a chance on it thinking it would be delectable, but was totally disappointed. They have to know they are located on a strip mall, its not even a proper restaurant to be charging these kind of prices. The service left alot to be desired. The waiter knew very little of the menu and was always in a hurry. I was a lone dinner and felt completely ignored. Im sorry I wasted my dinning experience here. Thumbs way, way, way down for this one.
Great Sicilian food. I always enjoy eating here. Food
Excellent place. Respecting the Italian tradition. The best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Excellent place. Respecting the Italian tradition. The best pizza I have ever eaten in my life.
I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food really misses the mark. I ordered a seafood pasta and mushroom & prosciutto pizza which came out to be roughly $60 after tax, which is a pricey lunch. The pizza is a small, 12 personal size. Both came out underwhelming, average at best. Maybe it was just an off day, but not sure if Id come back and try again.
I went there for lunch. Its a very popular Italian spot for lunch and busy. The food is average, nothing special, but I ordered Spaghetti alla Bottaarga, and it was really good. The service is great. Everyone is trying to be attentive to the customer, but I also think it s pretty expensive.
Had a delightful NYE early dinner here while in town for a concert. Food was spectacular and service was phenomenal. Only issue was that music was a tad loud, I chalk it up to a celebratory night. Loved it and would return!
Best dining experience Ive had in a while. Everything was A+. Service was great, the food was outrageous. I was actually shocked a couple times by just how good the dishes were. Just adding that we loved it so much we went back a 2nd and 3rd time and the service was just as spectacular and the food was just as fantastic.
I had the best meal at Zona Blu Weston. The grilled octopus and gnocchi were delicious. We also ordered the salami and cheese board with 3 meats and 2 cheeses. All the food was made fresh. The only negative point, the cheap napkins. I cant wait to go back!
Great restaurant!! Amazing service and great food. 150% recommended it
Wife and I have taken kindly to their takeout pizza. We have never dined in. Today, I picked up two pizzas and the service was fantastic. I called 10 minutes prior and the pizzas were ready in 15 minutes. Basil was super fresh in the margarita. Really like the consistency of the sauce compared to Anthonys. Highlight of the pizza is the dough and the burnt crust type taste to it. Really well done. Best in the area. I will keep supporting this excellent food
I have been here once before and loved it. But the 2md time was sp bad, I need to review. Made reservations for mothers day. (They should of said it was smaller menu) Got this cold cheese balls that none of us could eat. Waited not friendly at all, hardly checked on us. We did not have forks Kept having to as for water. No attention Got a 5 piece stuffed rapidly for $30. Tasted horrible. Octopus and pizza were great. Amd at the end they added a 20% tip automatically. They waiter did not deserve 5% Sorry
My wife and I love the place. We have gone 4 times and each time the service, attention and food is exceptional. I recommend it 100%
We made a reservation two days prior to the dinner. It was our anniversary. Regardless we got there and they ask for the time we said the time and then they preceded to say this is the only table we have for two and it was worst table in the place. Near the front door where there was a lot of traffic. The spaghetti dish I had was suppose to be pressed table side so we could watch and the waiter had to do it behind me. While I really enjoyed mine my husband said his was mediocre. Wait or was inattentive did not have knowledge of the menu. Regret we tipped 20 percent
Food is phenomenal! Service is great. They even have happy hour priced wine!! Limoncello martini is AMAZING. My only complaints are the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and the overall atmosphere is lacking. The food is sooooooo good if they made a few updates to the decor and lighting the ambience would match the high prices.
Charging $45 plus tax and tips for a plate of calcium and pepe pasta is theft. Im not coming back.
My favorite Italian restaurant. Great service and fine wine selection.
Great food and service.
The food is absolutely divine and the service exceptional! The grilled Mediterranean octopus is a must while the burratta is perfect and well paired with Parma Prosciutto and dried figs. Delicious! I ve enjoyed all my meals at Zona Blu but you can t go wrong with the Spaghetti Al Cartoccio and the Filetto Di Branzino Alla Piastra is tasty perfection for the low carb choice! Oh, and desserts even their gluten free and sugar free desserts are sensational!! This restaurant is a must!
Great food
More than 5 stars. Ronalds service is the best. Exceptional food
Everything was great! Monique was awesome and took good care of us. Always our go to for breakfast
Service was excellent, food was delicious. Small , so make reservations. Parking no problem.
My experience at Zona Blu in Weston was quite disappointing. The food quality left much to be desired; my pasta was overwhelmed with black truffle, and all the dishes were served cold. The tiramisu was particularly unpleasant, and I couldnt even finish it. To add to the dismay, there was an issue with someone power washing outside the restaurant, which led to water seeping inside and soaking several guests, including my dad. It took him causing a scene for anyone in the restaurant to address the situation. Surprisingly, there was no manager present, and the waiters seemed indifferent, merely observing without taking action. The unfortunate incident also affected another table, which had to request a move due to getting soaked with dirt from outside. This lack of accountability and response from the staff left a negative impression on our dining experience. With subpar food and an unattended water issue, Zona Blu fell short of expectations. I hope the restaurant takes these matters seriously and makes improvements to create a more enjoyable and comfortable environment for their customers in the future.
Delicious food homemade pasta dishes were outstanding we had the fiocchetti ricotta e tartufo ,salmon e moscato, filet of brandizino all excellent! Great service!! Beautiful restaurant!
The fish was fishy . The food quality was not there but the service was good.
Great service
Very nice place to eat Italian, food was REALLY good my nephew is very picky and he loved his pasta we also tried the octopus and was delicious will definitely come back soon
This was our first time there and everything was excellent. The service, the atmosphere, and food is to die for. The homemade pasta and their specials were incredible. The braised lamb shank was cooked to perfection. Cant say enough good things about this place.
We stepped in on 8/11/23 at approximately 2:30 for lunch the place was extremely loud. Odd as it was not near capacity, maybe 3-4 tables with a large party on one table. We sat for a few minutes and left before ordering anything, too loud. Also at another table next to ours with 4 women, one was vaping annoying smoke and odor. Why is that allowed in a restaurant?
great place, food and drinks are awesome very original Italian oriented. will return soon.
The food was amazing probably one of the best Italian restaurants I ever been
Excellent everything divine
We LOVE Zona Blu. The service is super attentive and is helpful for accommodating young children. The food is fantastic and reliable every time we go.
This hidden gem in Weston has delicious Italian food from the Sardinia region of Italy. Seafood is the house specialty and you can see it in the below photographs. You will see a delicious frutti di mare alla griglia. Grilled seafood combination over oven roasted potatos come by and enjoy a taste of Italy.
Best place ever Parking: Excellent. Food : 5/5 |
My neighbor recommended this place in Weston but told me to call and reserve. When I arrived, the hostess asked me to go directly to the bar. Come to find out, they bumped my reservation at the bar. The bartender was aggressive and outright rude. He said, the two chairs are reserved, but not for you. The manager was embarrassed and about to lose his mind with all the customers standing both at the entrance and outside waiting. He went to speak with the bartender, to no avail. I was already hesitant on staying because as I waited to hear back, I went on an app and saw a few violations though they did eventually take care of them. With that, the dining area is cramped not intimate if that s what you expect for a nice Saturday evening dinner. The stress was visibly seen on the servers and customers as well. As far as the food, I can t comment on because it was such a mad house that I made the decision to take all the cues and quickly left!
Tony M - rare, really exceptional gem. Week days lunch menu is the most complete by far with the best quality and ingredients. Owners, Cooks and table servers are a tight - knit group of well synchronized excellent professionals. Wines from Sardinia are really great. Wednesday 50% off 5 stars wines is a must buy. Portions are abundant, price for quality is quite fair and even better that competition. These restauranteurs know what they re doing. This is the go-to place for authentic Italian regional food really well prepared with fresh premium raw ingredients . Everything in the menu is worth a try . 5 1/2 stars. NEVER deceived !
Phenomenal for typical Sardinian food- only reason for 4 stars is the fillet mignon was not good. Will be back
Super good place recommended
Amazing food and delicious desserts. The service by the owner or GM was magnificent.
Food poison warning! Old food, unhealthy, toxic environment, abusive and vulgar language, NOT AT ALL friendly for Kids. The wait staff was extremely rude and vulgar to start with. They do not speak English. Food tasted awful, it almost wasnt edible at this point. Poor service. Dissatisfied with the quality of service. Our server was average, a little too much going on. Waited over an hour and half for starters food is unhealthy. Manager said he would was rude. I had the worst experience ever in Zona Blue. There were lizards, mosquito and flies, no fan working in Florida weather. Federal Regulator should Investigate this place. FOOD IS BAD, SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, HIDDEN CHARGES IN THE BILL. FLORIDA REGUALTORS PLEASE RAID THIS PLACE.
Loved the pecorino soufflé! The raviolis with veal and a mushroom sauce was also really nice. In general service was slow but nice. I would be coming back for sure Food
Took my wife here for our 9 yr Anniversary and we enjoyed every minute. Its small and intimate. The service was top notch. The drinks were fresh with an amazing presentation by the bartender. The food was delicious. Finished with a delightful desert. We will definitely be back.
Everybody s food was good but my pasta alle vongole clearly had sand because they did not wash the clams properly.
Delicious food and super friendly staff. Totally recommended. Food
Good pizza. Normal attention... good atmosphere.
I ve been at this restaurant in the past and I was not impressed with the food. I went there twice two weeks ago and things have definitely changed food wise. Food was very good for all of us; service is ok and the ambiance is not so good, I ate inside, it is loud; so if you are going there and expect to hear your guests this is not the place for that scenario. Will try eating outside next time, now that the weather cool down.
The authentic Italian cuisine.
Best pasta in the world
First, service was excellent. Our server was both attentive and polite. The bruchetta was amazing. The pizza, however was very disappointing. The Zona Blue pizza was shrimp bacon n pineapple. On a 12 pie, there were 3 shrimp cut in half n 1/2 on each piece. Bacon bits from something you would get on a salad bar and few, if any. The pizza totally lacked flavor. The noise level was so loud a conversation had to be yelled. The bruchetta and server kept this from a one star.
Great food. Very good service. A bit loud if the restaurant is busy but worth the visit. Prices were reasonable
Some of the best authentic Italian food I have had in many years. The service was also incredible.
Authentic Sardinian Italian food, Octopus alla Griglia, Fiocchetti di Ricotta e Tartufo & the Cacio e Pepe in the cheese wheel with fresh pasta cooked in it was fantastic! The European feel, atmosphere & service made you feel like you were at home. When we are in town again we definitely stop in and try their other Italian specialty s.
A delightful cozy place with authentic italian dishes. The owner made his rounds and greeted the guest in english and Italian. The menu just as you would see it in italy with 4 courses. Amazing drinks as well. I recommend the smokey old fasion. The paper napkins were decrotive, but for this caliber of a resturant, I would have like to seen cloth. Prices were spot on with the excellent quality of food, hence forth you get what you pay for and worth every penny.
Took my team of 7 there for a late lunch early dinner at 3:30. A large table was there celebrating a birthday and had been there a long time and were soon obnoxiously loud it was distracting to everyone else in the small restaurant.. we moved tables, but really nowhere to hide.. Along with this going on, our server was nonexistent. We waited for water, for silverware, for anything until finally another guy started paying attention to us I had raved to my team about how good this place was and was embarrassed at how bad it turned out to be.. very disappointing and to top it off, with a party our size the tip was already added to the bill. It will a long time before I go back!!
The place is very well appointed, I was lucky to be served by Andrea, he is the owner and he is a very very cool Italian. The food is excellent so lets get to know it!!!!
Good quality and service.
It was the first time, what we ate was very delicious, the fish that my wife ate was very delicious, something that I had not eaten anywhere else, Lenardos attention was very professional and very polite, the atmosphere is very good, it could improve, the table service depending on the client is that they set the table, for clients known or important to them cloth napkins, for the client (regular) paper napkins are some details that some clients notice.
Delicious food, but I think it is very expensive for what you receive in quality and service.
Vegetarian options: Italian restaurants always have vegetarian options and gluten free pasta. If you are vegetarian buy eat lactose products you will have lots of options here! Recommended dishes
The food was good but I do not recommend the place since the service was not good since at 10:10 pm while we were finishing dinner they turned on the lights to close and for us to leave since there was no one else there. We spent 170 uss between four of us and we felt rushed because they wanted to close. I dont recommend it.
Food was amazing, great atmosphere
Food is so delicious and wine is so good!
