i ordered a empanada and they didn t have any and instead of giving me my money back they only offered ONE pan de bono, that doesn t even match the price of the thing that i ordered, wouldn t give me my money back

I was very disappointed!!! I can say that it is the first time that this has happened after many orders of arepas but I must say, unfortunately I opened the order at my house and I was too far away to go to make the claim, it is unheard of that I pay 30 dollars with tip included, to see a arepa full of ripe plantains, dough and a minimum of cheese and avocado, in the order I said twice please add mayonnaise, they just didnt do it! but if they are careful and kind enough not to give you the portion of cheese and avocado corresponding to the value of that arepa, I have ordered it many times to be honest but today it was a shameless order, I felt cheated and they shouldnt do that with Old customers who have been loyal to you, it is a shame that you are lowering the quality of the food just to spend less product! And charge the same. You dont have to be blind to see such a small arepa next to the one they offered before, thats where they start to lose customers, its a shame that they dont value the consumer. Apart from the poor attention to deliver the order at the counter, tenacious! Its not like before. I wont come back.

I go here late at night after work. I love the patacones and the cachapas best! Their Jugos are excellent as well. The employees are always super friendly and treat me with kindness even though Im tired after working so late. Its always clean, the service is always quick and the food is always hot and yummy! When Esteban is at the cash register I always am greeted with a smile and he remember me since Ive been in so often.

I was at Panna with my Brazilian friends in the early hours of the morning and I was very well attended to by everyone. Especially Esteban and Dimar who recommended a delicious dish and even translated it from Portuguese to Spanish so that everyone understood the menu and the order to be made. Very attentive team! I became a customer!!!

Everything you order on this site is DELICIOUS. The attention is excellent. My husband and I just moved to Florida from California and here we have found a special place where we eat our favorite Latin food and always find a smile from every employee, especially William and Carlos. Cashier women are more concerned with talking and flirting with male customers than the customers who are waiting in line to pay. I waited in line for 15 minutes waiting to pay for a drink and gas while the only two female cashiers who were working were laughing and exchanging pictures on their cellphones while everyone waited in line. It was unbelievably unprofessional and inconsiderate for everyone waiting to get gas and leave so they can go to work. Finally I approached the counter and asked if I could pay, she initially ignored my question and kept showing the customers her cell phone and laughing, then finally when I could pay she angrily told me that they were asking her questions about the menu, which was an obvious lie because I spoke Spanish (Im not Latin or Hispanic so they didnt think I understood the conversation). Service and professional courtesy is not something that they teach their employees here, awfully rude people with zero consideration for customers waiting to pay. I would recommend everyone go across the street to the other gas station and avoid panna in the Chevron station at all costs. EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER I was not there at 11 am... I believe you have mistaken me for someone else. Also, please address your employees poor conduct, the wait time was not the primary complaint, its about the unprofessional conduct of your employees first and foremost, you are a gas station restaurant, not a brothel. Please make sure your employees behave accordingly.

The best place for Venezuelan food, the tequeños, empanadas and cachitos, are the best, I have not had luck with the arepas, unfortunately they changed the golfeados that were as good or better than Venezuela, but the people, the attention is exceptional!

Our visit to PANNA was superb, thanks to Emersons exceptional service. Emersons service was top-notch, making our visit super enjoyable. The food was amazing, and the vibe was unexpectedly cozy. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out!

Today I had a dining experience at Panna. I didnt know what to order but from the moment Mr. Emerson waited on us, I knew I would enjoy the food. Emerson was friendly and helpful during our visit. He recommended delicious dishes to us and was willing to answer all of our questions about the menu. Everything was delicious, we will repeat!!!!!

So.. My husband has been going to Panna consistently for the past 15 years - yesterday was his last visit. For the past 6 months the quality of the ingredients and food as well as the service has gone downhill.. From the coffee which used to be the best in the area to now being bitter water, serving old food that has been sitting out for god knows how long.. And the staff is extremely unpleasant, rude and unprofessional. Yesterday he came early in the morning and got 4 shredded beef empanadas and that s where the horror begins - he has severe food poisoning, going to need an IV drip because of how dehydrated he is and unable to keep even any water down. So thank you for the hefty medical bill and so far 2 days of severe food poisoning. It is obvious that you have switched out the coffee for some cheap option to keep ur profit margins down, but serving spoiled food is a completely different thing and I hope people who were working yesterday s night/early morning shift will be sanctioned. Please avoid this spot

What a cool idea. You can order from the pump and have your food brought to you. Or go inside and sit in a nice air conditioned little cafe. All we had was coffee and it was really good coffee. Their empanadas looked yummy too. It was a rather large menu with everything from breakfast to dessert.

I have been a Panna customer for many years and have always enjoyed their products and services. However, I recently had a very negative experience that I want to share. Upon entering the restaurant, I was served by Mr. Emerson, who treated me in a very unpleasant manner. I asked him about the app points program, and instead of explaining it nicely, he just told me to enter my email and not to worry anymore. Furthermore, when I asked him for more details about the difference between the Toast App and the Panna App, his response was confusing and condescending, as if he expected us to already have that information pre-installed in our heads, treating us as if we were stupid for not knowing how. things work. Its unfortunate that the first person you see upon entering Panna has such an unwelcoming attitude. I think it would be best if Mr. Emerson found a job that truly makes him happy, since he clearly does not enjoy his current role. Honestly, if they really want people to download the app, they should find another way to promote it, because clearly Mr. Emerson doesnt know how to promote the name of his work well. For now, I wont return to Panna until I feel comfortable again. I hope management can address this issue so future customers dont have the same negative experience. Thank you.

Today I bought three golfados and one of them orders it hot. The lady who makes the coffee got upset because I asked her for the favor of warming up my golfado because it made me cold. He also asks for a coffee and he gave me more milk than coffee. He asks her to please make me more coffee and he went to his partner and they grabbed some coffee that was ready there and reluctantly poured it into my coffee. I had to return the coffee because it didnt taste good. I tell you about this experience because this place is excellent and because two people who are in a bad mood preparing coffee stop wanting to come to this place, which is excellent.

Best corn arepas around the block! Cachapas!! With just butter, cheese and cheese spread (secret sauce) Vegetarian options: Eggs, cheese arepas or empanadas, patacon, rice with beans and avocado and salad qith an egg. Panna is awesome!
