Its not normal to have diarrhea every time I order food from here.

These places are never really presentable to me. Fountain drink area is always messy lids and napkins everywhere. And the language barrier is a no for me.

I ordered a steak bowl with white rice and beans on August 1, 9 pm. The portion of food was not even half of the bowl. It wasn t enough to feed one person. I was disappointed in the service. Don t know whether it s a corporate policy or it s just the person serving the food.

Place was dirty!! It was mostly run by 6 teenagers and 1 adult The food area was really messed up and dirty, food was everywhere in balcony where they prepare the burritos Inside trash cans also pilled up without space to toss anything The dirty dinning people should stop by for a visit!

If you like cold stale flavorless food this place is great. I have been here multiple times and the food is always cold, chips stale, and meat tastes like dog food! Kids working here have brain rot and no social skills.

Whenever you order online, since you are not there in person the workers dont feel the pressure to actually make a good burrito, no way yall got me paying $15+ for a sample of what my burrito COULDVE been.

Visit: 4/27/24. Time: 1:44pm All staff were making jokes between them and making everybody wait in line. The lady cleaning the prep table with the same gloves she was wrapping my burrito. Horrible experience. Food

Made an online order picked it up BARELY ANY RICE, no beans, like 5 pieces of meat and my chips was STALE. Like 2 chipotles has done this to me VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is a good choice. It is a fast Mexican food but it is healthy. The line sometimes is long, but it doesnt take too much time to get an order for the food. I recommend it 100%.

This place is always unprofessional and disappointing, and the employees always look pissed off on a daily basis. I hate living so close to this chipotle because I eat it before the gym every day and I have to see their disappointed pissed off faces and bad customer service.

This location gives the lightest portions out of all the ones in Broward. Also rang me up for the wrong item. Parking is a challenge I would avoid it. The line does move fast however.

I ordered 2 Beef Burrito bowls and 2 Chicken Burrito bowls all not with rice and extra beans last night. I saw my receipt ,they charged me extra $5.00 each bowl when I got home. I almost paid $60 for 4 burrito bowls even the food not fill the bowl.

Wrong bowls. Always forget chips. And always cold food. Horrible. Do not recommend. EVER.

I eat at this location everyday(or at least try to).. the people serving have attitudes & can come off as rude from time to time; most of all they do not serve you what you are paying for i receive a scoop(full scoop) of absolutely everything but for some reason when it comes to the protein i dont even get a half of scoop most of the time(stop being cheap with your protein and give customers what they are paying for) it is ridiculous!!!

This chipotle has been declining since last year and today I asked for a side of hot sauce and they only gave me a little. Crazy thing is it s always the same rude workers that work in the afternoon that they always have an attitude doing things especially this one specific lady that works there. Really disappointed.

The serving portions are so inconsistent. I feel like when the store is not profitable the managers order employees to cut the amount of food they serve. It doesn t make any sense. And the online/mobile orders. Don t even bother asking for extra protein. They will gladly charge you but will not give you anything extra. Enough people with eventually make the same complaint that will eventually get the attention of someone to actually do something about the scam they are running.

Overall, it is a very good Chipotle and far better than others. The place is clean, the majority of the staff are polite and attentive, and the food is always delicious. The portions are inconsistent and not as satisfying as expected sometimes. Thats why 4 stars instead of 5.

There was no guac, no chips, no ice, no carnitas. The food was cold and the service was terrible. Not to mentioned the uncleaned trays where the food was stored. I was a loyal customer, but these recent experiences make me step back and not recommend you. Are there any managers in charge in these locations? There s no supervision, no manager that can provide guidance? No more Chipotle for me or my family. Thank you.

If I could rate MINUS 5 STARS I would. However, if you want to experience the human version of Lion Country Safari it wont disappoint. Showed up at 7at night and was ignored for 5 minutes while the staff seemed to just be joking around. Then they took my order and the real fun began. Paid and the register guy laughed when I said, my food is over there can I have it please? Went to get a fork, no forks, no napkins, and then went for a Diet Coke. Of course, Diet Coke is out--guess Ill try Coke Zero--nope no coke zero. So I went to fill up my cup with water and find a table, but guess what...Every table looked like an infant had been fed there. I find the manager and said does anyone here care at all? The employee behind her simply laughed and was extremely disrespectful. Rather than reprimand him, she just asked him to go to the back--he returned later, refilled the napkins and went out of his way to say to me, Happy Now? Like I said, this place is the worst--I eat out daily...Mission BBA is a STARK CONTRAST to this environment. So is Pollo Tropical if you want to go same level.

I never post reviews. However, my terrible experience at this Chipotle has, unfortunately, scarred me from eating here (and quite possibly all locations) ever again. First, my order was completely wrong. Wrong meat, added items I didn t order etc..Okay, we are human and mistakes happen. I was going to begrudgingly eat it anyway. Things tasted off but I chucked it up to it not being what I ordered. As I was on my 3rd or 4th bite, I saw a very very large insect in my meal. Thank god I didn t eat it. I reported it to Chipotle and they never got back to me. I got a free meal in my app and that s it. No follow up. Basically they ghosted me and wanted me to go away quietly. I m saddened to say it has ruined Chipotle for me forever.

It is a fast food restaurant franchise specialized in Tex-Mex cuisine. Its headquarters are located in Los Angeles, United States. With a good atmosphere, customer service needs to be improved, it is a bit slow. Ample parking and easy access.

I ordered Grubhub delivery and got only part of what I requested (and paid). After some unanswered calls, a young woman finally picks up, I explained the situation and she immediately blamed it on the driver (without checking anything) so I asked her who puts the orders into the delivery bag and she finally recognized that they do. Then she asks me to go pick up what I was missing and, when I told her that I cant do it and thats the reason I ordered Grubhub, she just hanged-up on me. I have never experienced such level of bad service. Never ordering from Chipotle Weston again.

The standard chipotle experience. Fryer was broken so no chips or hard shells. But after a cruise it was a much needed flavor.

Today we ordered 3 bowls that were all the same from Uber eats and non of the bowls on the order were right, non of them had cheese, no guacamole, and 1of the bowls was just lettuce and sour cream, all 3 of them were supposed to have rice, black beans, steak, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. Horrible service, do not recommend.

Editing to add that food a bit improved, but service got worse although it is better location comparing to some other visited!...from prior review: I like this location for their customer service, however sometimes their produce such as shredded lettuce is not fresh.... Otherwise theyd might be rated as all 5 stars!

Consistently bad experience. 3 out of 3 online orders are disasters. Cant believe an extremely mediocre efficiency and very poor customer service. To sum up my experience: online order pikup and order itself didnt mean anything. I had to wait a long time, finally write my order on paper, and wait again to get my order. Scary even to try another online order.

Came here twice in 7 days. Place was clean and staff was consistent. Al Pastor tasted the same both times so that s a positive thing. I d come back.

When I saw the name Chipotle I thought I would find food like in my country, and Chipotle was just the name because no dish had Chipotle, the food is good but it has nothing Mexican about it

This Chipotle is always so crowded. I come often for lunch and the tables are rarely ever clean. The red-haired girl at the bar serves about 5 small pieces of meat for the protein portion and if you ask her to serve a bit more, then she says it s double. It s ridiculous. Unfortunately this is the only Chipotle near the area. But overall I don t recommend it.

This Chipotle is awful. If you order online they never have your order ready on time (even if they are slow), so I always put my order in earlier than needed. My order always has something wrong. This time it wasn t anything I even ordered. When I had them fix it, they still didn t even get it right. Aside from the fact there is barely any food! Not worth getting food from here.

Busy but fast friendly service. Food is fresh and good portions. Other locations have been a disappointment lately but I decided to give this location a try and Im glad I did. Happy customer over here again

This chipotle had terrible portions, my bowl was undercooked rice (I had to ask for extra 3 times before it was a normal serving) and literally 4 pieces of chicken.

I frequent The one in Davie at towershops and sometimes the one at Pembroke Pines by far this locatiom is the worst. Im a weston resident and Iwill return to this location, Employees seem like they dont want to be there.

I and my family had very little knowledge on Mexican food and wanted to try it in Chipotle for the first time. Thanks to the staff for helping us to choose the food according to our preferences. We had Chicken bowl with Rice and beans, Carne Asada, Chipotle Chicken wrap and a kids meal. All of us enjoyed the food and love to have again in future. Parking: Ample parking space is available

Good chipotle and clean.

Burritos are no longer as tasty as before. Some meats are too wet, causing burritos to get soggy. Grilled/fried green peppers and onions are no longer crisp. Hot salsa has been way too hot since the last year, and the mild salsa tastes awful, very bland. Service is excellent.

Very nice dine-in location

I ve been to many Chipotles, and unfortunately while this location is closest to me, it s by far the worst I ve ever been to. As a result, I rarely decide to roll the dice on dining here, and typically opt to drive another 10 minutes to a more consistent location. The food is extremely hit-or-miss. I order the same bowl every time and it tastes completely different on each visit. I tend to order from the mobile app, and 7/10 times my order is wrong or missing an item (chips are almost always missing from my order, which is finally what prompted me to leave a review). The service is usually below average, as they hire a lot of young people who make it very clear they d rather be anywhere else but there. I get it, a lot of part-time staff just trying to make some extra money while they re in school. The inside is usually pretty unkept, though I attribute a lot of that to high capacity rushes during lunch time and messy patrons. In this regard, I empathize a lot with the staff, as they get extremely busy during peak hours. I really just think the management needs to tighten things up at this location.

This chipotle used to be amazing, but in recent months, quality has gone down hill. My chicken tasted dry and unseasoned. All of the tables had crumbs from previous customers and the trash cans were overflowing. Needless to say, this chipotle needs a real change in management or work ethic to bring it back to restaurant everyone is happy with. I have eaten Chipotle almost every other week and each time it taste extremely different. The food is very inconsistent. The management really needs to work something out.

Fast easy to go food

I always loved this chipotle for 4+ years but everything is so dirty now!! More than half the tables are covered in garbage and no one cares to even look at them or clean. Food tastes a little strange and the chips have zero salt :(

chicken and fajita vegetables were cold. Lettuce was brown and they were out of beans. Everything just appeared not fresh.

Tried to order through the app but they weren t taking mobile orders as it kept saying error . I had to order in store which was hectic due to how busy it was. Other than the workers to let me say what I wanted she kept assuming what I would want which was irritating. I ordered a chicken burrito and the cashier charge me for a carnitas burrito which is more expensive. Why would I want to pay more for something that is supposed to be cheaper? I clarified to him that I ordered a chicken burrito and he still charged me for a carnitas burrito. The burrito wasn t even that great and was wrapped sloppy. Very unpleasant visit.

I ordered a bowl with pollo asado chicken and I didn t get chicken on it. This is awful. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would ve ordered it. Can someone help me, I just want a refund for my bowl.

This use to be the Chipotle I d go out of my way to go to cuz it use to be one of the nicer and cleaner ones and now it s easily one of the dirtiest ones. I d rather drive to the one over on 136th. The tables are always dirty, and I don t really understand why this place always seems filthy even when the first open. I worked at a chipotle in 2011 and we couldn t leave the line looking that dirty without a boss saying something or helping clean it up. The portions here are sooo small compared to other locations, you ll get barley half a bowl if you order online, at least if you are in store you can keep asking for bigger portions.

The rice was not cooked

Normally I don t leave bad reviews, however, I could not let this one go since this is my second issue with this location. A few months ago they forgot my chips and salsa for my online order. My bad for not checking The bag. Today I went in the restaurant and ordered veggie tacos with guacamole on the side. The server put the guacamole in a container as expected. When I got down to the cashier, she charged me for the side of guac. I explained that I did not want an extra side of guac, only to have the guac THAT COMES with the tacos put on the side. The cashier said that she had to charge me because the container size is larger than what would have been put on the tacos. Very bad customer service in my opinion. 08/02/22.

So i usually like a little extra meat on my burrito, but i ordered one with the barbacoa with just regular meat and there was so much on it i couldnt even keep the burrito together. All i could taste was salty meat which was another thing, very salty. So yeah just a little too much this time. Parking: Very little parking for the area

Waited 15 minutes while the employees who were supposed to be preparing to go orders, were screwing around on their phones in plain view of everyone waiting. And then, there are huge chunks of chicken from who knows where and when in the quest dip. Will not be back.

Axe the curly black haired teen who just can t and made it clear multiple times to all co workers and customers she s done with the job. (Ironically to answer your curiosity you would be better at a McDonalds but like in the middle of nowhere) One or two comments about it being busy is understandable as a inexperienced teen. I normally like ordering from here but today I was greeted with a dirty look by a guy with glasses, heavier set, with pale skin, he had no name tag. As I ordered my items he kept throwing my items into my bowl and moving extremely fast as if he was bothered by something, and god forbid if I asked for the new Gallic canjun steak, which I dead and he rudely said no, so I had to deal with his rude attitude the whole time which made me feel extremely uncomfortable because I also work with people and customer service, and when I asked for corn there was none left so he rudely grabbed another one and slammed the old one on the back counter behind him and slammed the new one into the serving bar, whatever was going on with him he wanted to make sure other people knew he was mad or upset, I get it if your having a bad day but you do not take it out on customers like that. This guy really needs to find a new job or someone needs to train him on customer service. I left feeling uncomfortable and uneasy on my lunch break. Thank you chipotle server

Ordered 2 bowls with guac. Only one came with guac and the one that did had an entire avocado inside like they were too lazy to make it properly. Ordered chips as well and had to go back inside to get them because they did not put them back in the bag. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them. I would not recommend coming to this location. They never get orders right and they are extremely rude.

Should warn people before they order if they are out of items, people are busy and come to you for quick service (because they have other things on their shoulders to worry about) than spend an hour to try and get lunch to find out they are out of stock on half the order

I went to Chipotle in Weston Fl yesterday. Even though food was ok place was dirty. Tables and floor were not clean. It leaves us with a very bad impression. People helping are nice and friendly but nobody was cleaning.

just wanted to leave a review for diego, wanted to address his kindness and to show my appreciation for today, he could tell i was nervous and in a rush, because they were closing soon and i didn t want to take much time. he told me to relax and take my time with the orders one by one, thank you diego you didn t do much but it made my night!

Ordered a salad bowl which came with seven, yes, seven pieces of lettuce. Customer service here is consistently nasty and non existent. Orders are frequently prepared incorrectly despite your repeating what you re ordering three times. No kids and no forks.
