Raw Juce - Weston in Weston

Quality has nosedived in recent months! Used to order two times a day from here, now I need to order from health food places in Ft. Lauderdale. Seems the new owner dropped the quality while raising prices unfortunately.

They sent me a caesar salad bowl.... without any dressing. So chicken with lettuce. This restaurant is an absolute joke.

The chocolate bomb is the best. They can still make it, if its not on the menu

The juices are delicious but the young ladies working there . Laughing to the point they couldn t talk or take the order. Really unprofessional.

This location is wonderful. Andres helped me choose the best bowl to help fuel me for my work out!! The whole staff was so friendly.

You get to order a bowl and the employees while they prepare it spend the time talking to each other without paying attention to your bowl, plus they talk while they prepare it and they are spreading saliva on your food and they dont even think about it, then they finally put it in the blender They continue talking, the blender turns off and they continue talking personal things without meaning. You arrive wanting to enjoy a dessert and you leave bitter because of the terrible service. There is no manager or order there!

RACIST !!!! So polite to the Spanish customers and looked disgusted with the black customers very short with words and didn t want to assist me. They are also overpriced liars they don t use organic produce they use puree etc it s not fresh blended fruit and the girl who made my bowl was so busy talking with her friend that she didn t even blend my bowl properly it s chunky

What happened to this place? They are definitely using lower grade ingredients. 14$ for a bowl. So disappointed.

I have been coming here for a long time, and honestly have noticed a decline the last few times I ve been here. But today was my last visit, I ll be going to delicious raw for now on. Incredible rude young lady s working Sunday night. Treated me like I did something wrong when I asked if I could substitute something instead of protein AFTER I paid for two protein smoothies and was told we don t have protein. I said never mind I ll just take the smoothies the was they are because apparently it was very inconvenient for me to ask that question. The goal then gave me dirty looks and we re very rude until I left. When they handed me my beverages I said thank you, because it s human decency and the girl just rolled her eyes and walked away. I would never allow my employees to behave this way, embarrassing.

Great deal on Uber Eats if spend $30, avocado salad was a bit too much...smoothies were awesome

Weston Raw Juce is the BEST! Always the nicest staff! Love knowing I m eating clean in every way here! Organic, Gluten Free (and no corn!) & Vegan. The desserts are soooo good!

Raw juice wasted my time. Had me waiting two hours for my order just to find out that they didn t even have it out for delivery yet. Store staff do not know how to use the Uber app and had 0 knowledge that they had set they would be delivering the order themselves

They forgot about the donation they promised for a teacher appreciation event at our local elementary school. Very unprofessional and a bad rep in the community now. Thanks for overcharging us for juice!

I really like this place, but today was a disappointment. I asked for a green Extreme bowl but something was missing because the color was a pale yellow instead of green. The missing ingredient is what gives the color to the bowl (spirulina)

Uno de los mejores lugares para comer Açaí bowls. Mis favoritos son Black Magic Bowls, all the green juices are great, the overnight oatmeal, the ginger shots amazing when you are sick. Everything is soo good and fresh. Amazing customer service and if you order to go all the açaí comes very well packaged.

People working were awesome. Really nice, helpful and patient with my first time.

Staff was great and fast

Their acai is my sons favorite in all of South Florida. Its thick and fresh unlike most places, where the base is frozen and melts in 5 minutes. Sometimes the problem is that they get the order wrong. Its hit or miss. Its the only reason for the four-star rating its also pretty expensive. But the bowls are large and really fresh!!

The food there is great, but service was awful. I told the young lady working the register it was my first time there and needed a moment to decide. After two minutes passed she looked very impatient and rudely asked if she can take my order yet. There was no line behind me nor was the store closing at the time. I felt rushed for no reason and likely will not be coming back.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. Love all their food and drinks. What I have a problem is with the supplies. We buy a lot the Flu Warrior and lately they dont have anymore the 16 oz size so now we have to pay a. Lot more buying two 8 oz instead. What is worse that a couple of times they didnt have the 8 oz either and my only option was four 2 oz @ $4.50 each. Thats double the price. I talked to the manager but she couldnt do anything to help. Very dissapointed

I bought a Mediterranean salad, but the avocado was not fresh, the taste was really unpleasant, and the lettuce did not seem fresh either. I didnt have a good experience.

Very good juices, everything delicious, the service is very good, I recommend this place yes or yes, the only thing that the prices are a little high, but hey, it is the price to pay for having something very healthy and fresh. Without a doubt I RECOMMEND this place 100%

The asai bowl is served horrible, no taste, poor fruit. the employees are too rude to be working in a service place, if you ask a question they answer with bad attitude. Definitely out there are much better places and asai bowls than here

Everything is great, honestly. However, ever since they introduced the tip system (which honestly is awesome and well deserved), Ive experienced a hint of sarcasm/attitude if I dont leave a tip. I do tip every time I order something that they make themselves, like a bowl or smoothie... But if I am just getting a juice, please dont expect a tip. Its already $15 and it wasnt prepared in store. Thanks!

This place is a straight up ripoff. 15 bucks for 16oz of juice... too bad there s no other juice places seems like this chain took over

Great acai bowls

I come here every day for the same bowl and today the cashier told me that they will start charging me for an extra teaspoon of Honey. Sometimes they put the proper quantity of honey it depends who prepare the bowl and sometimes a little bit less . Today was one of those days . Sad that you treat your daily customers like that.

A place that sells food for our health and immune system, but instead of greeting you kindly, they ask you to put on your mask. I m updating my review to say I m glad they re following our governors executive order, but most importantly, I appreciate that they re doing what s right by allowing their customers the freedom to chose.

I would just like someone to tell me what the calories are in a few of your items. I asked someone today and I have tried to research online but have not been successful. With all the nutritional information you give I am surprised it is not included.

I love the bowls and smoothies here! However, every time I order for curbside pickup, no one comes to bring my order to me. I wait a few minutes and end up having to go inside which is what I was avoiding.

Twice in 3 days they cancelled my order. If you dont want to take remote orders after a certain time then stop the clock earlier. Dont make me go through the rigamarole of ordering with my family then waiting for a while until its almost my sons bedtime and then I find out you cancelled via the app. If youre going to cancel, you could AT LEAST call. I got no notification, nothing. In fact Im 0 for 3 attempts to get anything from Raw Juice. Q

Longtime customer but today was the last straw, horrible service too close to a half an hour to make my bowl and everything was stale, should be ashamed of themselves for the money they charge.

Came there because I had a coupon and I never heard about this place. It was delicious! I got a protein bowl and it was really filling. The place is clean and they have tables outside. Many juices, bowls and smoothies options.

Been a loyal customer for years. Just had an issue signing into my app and they decided to delete me altogether. No customer service whatsoever. I ll never take my business here again . Looking forward to trying out Juicery RX which I ve heard has superb customer service and products.

I love Raw Juce SO much! My favorite is the Green Bee smoothie. All their food and treats are delicious and they run a tight ship! Always a great experience.

Fast service and nice staff. Pretty cool environment and presentation . Bowl is a 3 on a 5 point scale. It s not all that especially for the price as I have ordered the same in many other places for less and taste much better.

They open early!!! A place like this where they serve healthy superfood options like acai bowls and natural smoothies is the only one that opens early the whole West Broward! Kuddos for this, people like us that excercise early in the morning appreciate this very much! The atmosphere in this place is amazing. Service is super fast, staff seems happy and motivated. I will become a regular in this place. Prices are fair in my opinion for the quality of food, portion size and location!

Hello I ordered two bowls and they were lovely, however, I asked for them without honey and unfortunately there was honey in them. I understand this is a mistake anyone could make, I would just like to highlight it to the workers to please be more careful. Not using any animal products is really seriously to me and it was heart breaking to know my order came with one

Music is way too loud! As a customer it feels uncomfortable to yell my order.. And not knowing if the cashier got the order right and removed the items I didnt want in my order! The songs are great but too loud.

When you pay top dollar for a smoothie that isnt even completely full?! This is extremely disappointing. Smoothie was extremely thick and not blended. I honestly cant believe I wasted my lunch break on this. This is nothing like the Boca location and I will not come back here.

Extremely expensive for two small smoothies. Went up to almost 25 dollars , and it wasn t as tasty as other places. The only good thing was the healthy benefits of the smoothie & the staff were nice.

Everything here tastes delicious and is very healthy. The manager, Kevin, is very nice and always has great conversation with me whenever I go there. My personal favorite juice there is the tasty af. They constantly come out with new menu items, and they all rock. Keep it up!

This was a nice stop. The smoothie look custom. I purchased the Entire Green smoothie with probiotic enhancer. They have add ons to make the smoothie better. The bowl is full to the point the top doesnt close. The smoothie itself is teallt smooth . Will cone back

At $13 a smoothie, you think they would fill the cup. They only offer one size and it s not big enough to be satisfying, they are however delicious.

Today I went to the Weston Raw Juce and unlike previous visits I was left displeased. I ordered my usual Acai Bowl and asked for Almond Butter to be added on top. When my bowl was presented to me I was perplexed as to where the the almond butter was in the bowl. As this is not my first time receiving this type of order I knew what to expect. When I questioned the associate one stated they just ran out and the other stated that I receive the correct amount. So I was confused, did you just run out or did I receive the correct amount. I had ordered my mother almond butter on top and I clearly saw that she had received the appropriate amount. I am displeased as it costs a couple dollars extra to add such topping and instead of refunding me or making things right I was lied to regarding this matter. I am disappointed Weston Raw Juce. As an individual who has loved the company Raw Juce, I am disappointed in your dishonesty and customer service.

I just finished the 3 days cleanse (intermediate) by Raw Juce and I feel amazing !!! I haven t felt this good in years. The juices kept me satisfied and I was starving of hunger throughout the cleanse bc there s so many juices that keep you energized. By day 2 I had the most energy I ve had in years. My skin is clearer and most of all my mood has changed drastically. I ve been calmer and positive and feeling very energized. Everyone at the Weston location was so sweet! I spoke w zack and he explained and broke everything down so easily. They make everything so easy and the juice is so fresh! I highly recommend the 3 day juice cleanse from Raw Juce! I will continue to juice and stick w Raw Juce. Thank you so much!

Loved that they gave my dog coconut water.

I am not against this place but it was not for me. I felt it was loud and the music was annoying, But I felt like having some juice. I picked a 10oz. pre made plastic bottle of Apple Beet Ginger placed it on the counter and was rung up for $11.00. I asked the young man if this Juice was really $11 He said yes and mumbled something about it being cold pressed. I m not a juice connoisseur but it was good juice. I don t think I would go back because even if I were a billionaire I wouldn t buy an $11.00 juice. I split the juice with my wife when I got home so I didn t feel as guilty. There are people living all over the streets and I m gonna have $11.00 juices? I love capitalism so more power to them. The place is clean trendy and busy so I certainly may be in the minority.
