My wife and I were in the Weston area yesterday and decided to have lunch at EntreTapas. We were familiar with their Black Rice Paella through a friend who would bring it to our home on a weekend.The rice by the way is excellent and actually what motivated us to visit the restaurant. We had the trio corvina ceviche with the three creamy sauces: Peruvian yellow pepper, Peruvian rocoto pepper and cilantro with all the garnishes bringing together a colorful, appetizing delicious plate. We also had Jalea which is a crispy fried fish with calamari because you don t want to leave behind the creamy sauces from the ceviche. We also had a side order of tostones and as a beverage icy cold Cusquena Beer from Peru perfect to accompany the ceviche. Our server was Leia cheerful, courteous and very attentive to our needs at the table and excellent suggestions for a wonderful experience. The restaurant is impeccable in all its areas available to the public and it also has a stage for weekend music entertainment .. A must if you are in the area !!

Today I went with my friend to the Entretapas restaurant in Weston and we ate a delicious lomito saltado and a tuna white sauce with delicious shrimp. I loved it and my friend also wants to go again because she loved the very cozy atmosphere, very good music and the attention Ramiro treated us very well, we left very happy, we will return soon

We recently dined at Entretapas by Mr. Ceviche, and while the food wasn t bad, the overall experience was marred by poor service. From the moment we sat down, the server didn t offer any appetizers or provide recommendations, which would have been helpful since it was our first time there. We also ordered the restaurant s typical drink, chicha morada, but were told they didn t have it because they ran out due to a big party the night before. Given that chicha morada is almost a staple at any Peruvian restaurant, this was very disappointing. On top of that, when we requested more ice, the server informed us they didn t have any due to a machine issue again, something that should have been mentioned upfront. We were offered sangria, only to find out later that there was no ice available for it. Water was another issue. It wasn t brought until my husband had to ask for it, and when it finally arrived, only one glass was provided without ice. To make matters worse, the server asked if we were ready to pay because he had to leave, telling us to ask his coworkers if we needed anything else. At that point, I even considered going to the supermarket around the corner to buy ice myself. Although the food itself wasn t bad, the restaurant needs to work on improving their service, especially on a Saturday night. They seemed unprepared and lacked proper communication. I d consider giving them another try, but they definitely need better management oversight and more attention to the basics.

I went last weekend and Ana was amazing she was super friendly and helpful, I loved her customer services 10/10 would recommend!!!

I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. The combination of Spanish and Peruvian food was surprisingly good, with unique and well-balanced flavors. I recently dined at Entretapas by Señor Ceviche, and while the food was good, the experience was overshadowed by the poor service from our server, Zuri. From the start, it was clear that Zuri was not attentive. She didn t even offer us water, and I had to stand up to place items in our order because she was nowhere to be found. This was especially surprising given that the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other table of six guests arriving later. The real frustration came when it was time to pay. Zuri took about 15 minutes to bring the check, and to my surprise, she had already added an 18% gratuity. The receipt indicated that this gratuity was for tables of five or more, but it was just my wife and me. This felt both dishonest and undeserved given the lackluster service we received. In conclusion, while the food at Entretapas by Señor Ceviche was enjoyable, the poor service and the unwarranted inclusion of an 18% tip left a bad impression. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues so that future diners have a more pleasant experience.

It is the second time we have come and both times it was a beautiful experience. The paellas are incredible and made to order. And all the dishes that are passed to other tables you want to order. Spectacular! And the attention of the waiter Ramiro is great. We will return and recommend.

Sr. Ceviche brand NEVER disappoints!!!!! Again great executive (lunch) menu, the leche de tigre was 10/10 (I m Peruvian, so I know) the limes are 100% Peruvian, the chaufa de pollo was great and lomo saltado was superb!!! authentic Peruvian flavor. I have tried the spaniard menu also, its also good. But, if you are a peruvian food lover and you live in Weston, this is the place to be. I m glad I don t have to drive to pembroke anymore!!!!! :) And I came back and still Good!!!!!
