The service is great, they are caring respectful, and very outgoing when it comes to making their pizza. My son goes there all the time, it’s his favorite place to go after training.
Every time we stop by this Hungry Howie’s location, it feels like visiting a family member’s home. They truly make you feel at home—especially LILIAN, who goes above and beyond with her thoughtfulness, great attitude, and, most importantly, remembering my name. Even if you live miles away, the drive is absolutely worth it!
I have several years ordering pizzas in Hungry Howie Weston and their Pizzas were good at a good price. But the last 3 times I have ordered their service has become the worst, they never had the pizzas ready on time with late delivery and they always have an argument for their failure. I’ll never order again with them. Very very bad service.
I have been a customer at this pizzeria for many years, tonight I had a very bad experience with a woman with glasses who claims to be the manager of the pizzeria at the moment, 2 weeks ago my family and I ordered some pizzas and a Coca- When I picked up my order, they gave me the pizza but not the Coca-Cola. When I got home I immediately called to tell him that they had not given me the Coca-Cola. The very kind boy told me not to worry, he would leave a note. When I go later they would give me the Coca-Cola and I told her that's fine, we'll do it, today we'll order pizza. When he arrives to pick up the pizza I told him what happened 2 weeks ago and the manager came out with the most rude thing that could exist and m3 he said there they don't leave a note of anything that at no time did they write down anything blah blah I told him, MADAM, calm down, it's just a Coca-Cola and he continued like this as if I were someone who wanted to have a Coca-Cola without paying at least that much. That's what I felt, she raised her hand, turned her back on me and they simply didn't give me anything, it's not because of the product, it was her rude and unprofessional manner that she told me in an upset voice!! 0 star for that manager, I won't go back to that place for a while and I already told my daughters not to order anything there again until they improve the service. I hope no one else goes through this bad experience.
Air conditioning needs to be fixed. It's wrong to make folks work in 110F air. Please fix it!! The staff is having to leave the door open to breathe! Other than that the food is good! I recommend a lunch special to attract those folks looking for a great lunch!
I’ve been a regular customer for a decade. Abel the owner manager is always friendly and makes the best pizzas. I have never had a complaint and continue to patronize his establishment usually once a week. I highly recommend if you want a great pizza
For my daughter's birthday party I ordered 6 pizzas in this restaurant and this piece of wire was in the slice that I was eating, I called the restaurant and they didn't care. **In response to the owner: You were rude and inconsiderate when I spoke to you, Don’t show here like you cared! What a liar!
This place used to be a community staple, but unfortunately after more than a decade of being a loyal customer (once + a week) the product and service changed, apparently due to a change of management. Now we have to call multiple times to place an order, and the few times when we can get an order placed, the pizzas are at least 20% smaller than the box, look at the pictures. A medium pizza in a large box? what is the point? We are so sad to say goodbye, but this is our last order from hungry howies Weston. UPDATE 1/27/2024 - Response to owner: Some of your facts are not accurate. What your manager told us was that it was normal for the pizza to shrink, not that she had made a medium pizza accidentally. Also, she offered to remake the pizza but we were already eating and she did not offer to deliver it. We were not going to pause dinner time to go pick up another pizza 30+ min later when ready. As far as the credit for a future order, she also said that she could not guarantee the credit to be honored since she is not always on site. Finally, regarding the issue of unanswered calls since Nov 2023, she said that there were problems with the phone lines, but then she contradicted herself by saying that she chooses not to answer calls when the restaurant is too busy. Unfortunately, we do not appreciate the new waiting times to place an order, nor the customer service. Hope this information helps, and wish you all the best!
I ordered a large pizza, they said 30 -40 min. I waited an hour and 10 min and my pizza never showed up.

Worst service in the world went to pick up a DoorDash order , no one helped and the service was terrible . Every worker in there is rude and the food is terrible
Very disappointed. Order large regular crust and I get very thin crust. I turn around and return the pizza and the employees claims that the pizza is regular crust. The what seems like a terrible manager decided io challenge me by showing me a dough for a thin crust pizza. I found it very disgusting to see that she was handling food without gloves, without washing her hands and touching many different surfaces. I for one can imagine the amount of people getting sick from the lack of discipline to follow proper food handling procedures. I have been order pizzas for 20 years at that location and today is my first disappointment. When I first walked in, I felt like I was walking into a third world country where no one was wearing a company shirt and I overheard them gossiping with other employees because I wanted my refund. There are plenty other pizza company which will respect my initial order. After reading few bad reviews, I can not agree more with those. You guys lost 2 customers for life today. ive been ordering here for the last 10 years and id say its the best pizzas in Weston, they service now is excelent, the pizzas are delicious and they attend the customers very well
If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I placed a pick-up order online that consisted of a medium Margherita pizza, a large Hawaiian, and a portion of buffalo wings. Once at the store to pick up my order, I double checked my items before leaving only to see that the Margherita pizza was just cheese. I kindly expressed this to the owner, asking for a refund or to have it remade, and he simply looked at me and told me that in Venezuela Margherita meant only cheese. As a Colombian, this establishment is in Florida, United States and according to the description online, it clearly stated that the pizza would consist of mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, yet he begged to differ, the owner refused to fix it or refund me. The alleged buffalo wings were handed to me without any kind of sauce or seasoning. When attempting to resolve the issue, the owner walked away from me and refused to talk to me. This place has detrimentally gone down hill since switching owners, do not go here unless you know the standards of pizza making that take place in Venezuela :)

I m not sure if this shop is under new ownership? I have been coming here for the past 10 years and was in the area and decided to order. I ordered a large REGULAR sausage people and they gave me a thin crust instead. Took the pizza back and the young man at the front said I was wrong even though I ve gotten this same exact order for the past 10 years. Don t even waste your time ordering here they clearly don t care.
Me and my family have been picking up pizza from here since 2005! We havnt ordered from here in a couple of years and yesterday was the first time we ordered it again. The pizza has completely changed not at all how it used to be. The pizza was stale and the crust is completely different from how it was( it now tastes like cardboard. Reading from the other reviews I guess this location has changed management, and ever since the pizza is not the same. So sad that our favorite pizza joint no longer has that original pizza flavor it once had.

Came here for the first time ordered online thinking it would save me time . NOPE CAME here my order was delayed no problem I waited but when I got my order it wasn t what I ordered then when asked how long would I need to wait they said another 30 mins remind you I already waited previously 45 mins so yes highly annoyed .. wouldn t come here again I understand mistake happened but I shouldn t have to wait 30 mins again that s the part I was highly disappointed

Really? so, if it not working, but the customer received the promotion by email, you should give the promotion. In addition, you have to stop your email campaign..

Quality of this place has gone way down hill. Customer service was non existent, the pizza although tasty is much more expensive than what it used to be and the wings are a joke.

I did a take out order and didnt check it before I left, what a mistake. I ordered chicken wings and they were as dry as the safari desert. I couldnt even eat them. They were unappealing to the eyes. Please check your food before you leave. Lost my money.

First time having a sub from Howies, and it was different. Delicious flat bread Italian with usual meats and sauce. Comes with Hungry Howies vinegar sauce in packets, also yummy.
If you like thin and light pizza, you ll like Hungry Howie s. Employees are kind but service is often slow.

Why is there a $30 minimum to order from the Slice app, but no minimum from Door Dash? Makes zero sense. Thats a lot of pizza for a minimum order. Im just trying to get a medium pie and some bread sticks, not feed the whole neighborhood.
Spent 30 minutes calling up places near me everywhere is out of food or doesnt have help this place is no exception. Which is usually indicative of poor treatment of employees, low pay and no benefits. Tried to place an order for delivery and they didnt want/ have the ability to take my money
I am not one to trash restaurants, which is why I left 2 stars instead of 1, but i do have to say this Hungry Howies in Weston did not live up to the standard I am used to from this restaurant. I grew up in Indiana and had Hungry Howies on a regular basis, and then when I moved to West Palm Beach I found another Howies restaurant and was ecstatic because everything was identical, with excellent prices. Fluffy flavored crust with plenty of seasoning, fresh ingredients, all for around $6.95 for a large 1 topping. This time around i had ordered it for pickup and was really looking forward to once again having the Hungry Howies delicious pizza after 1 year of moving away from West Palm was surprised when I opened up the box. My girlfriend actually asked me did you order thin pizza or what? And i said no just the regular thing I usually order at Hungry Howies. The pizza did not look as fresh, the crust was nothing like the fluffy crust I was used to, and the seasonings were way too light to the point where you couldn t even really tell the difference between 2 different kinds it was also not hot, granted i did pick it up an hour after ordering but most pizza companies have a warmer oven that keeps it hot even if you don t pick it up right away. This could be a classic case of a franchise Hungry Howies trying to get fancy with their own way of doing things, but honestly just stick to the corporate formula. It s worked til now, there is a reason Hungry Howies has been in business. Changing it to some thin crust knockoff version of the original is doing a disservice to the customer.
Im not sure why people are giving bad reviews. In all honesty this is the only location that we love. I have a HH near my house and I rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to come to this one location. Everyone likes their pizza differently some like a thick dough pizza others like on the thinner side. Order from here and judge it for yourself! It s fresh, delicious and at a good price!
Cesar Salad was iceberg lettuce a few little chopped up chicken pieces and it was wrapped in Saran wrap covered with the dressing and croutons. Completely false advertising from the online menu. I only ate the croutons and chicken because I was hungry, I should have complained, this has been bugging me a lot. The pizza is excellent, just dont advertise Romaine lettuce then deliver iceberg lettuce!!! And its quite expensive for that bait and switch.

Added Pita Stop to their location but cant operate their tablet for orders. I was showed their tablet as the worker told me he doesnt have my order...however he was under completed and not active and I had to show it to him. I was in the middle of a convo as a customer walked in and the lady employee just turns around and ignores our convo and speaks to the person who just walked in. I decided to walk out. I am glad that this happened as I do not think they would match the same quality as the Real Pita Stop restaurants, also this is bad foe the Hungry Howie Brand.
Hungry Howies Pizza appears to be reviewed better than other local pizza places but for me its just as good as any other franchise. Scarce topping presence, cheese light, couldnt detect any pizza sauce, crust (dough) best part. Price reasonable. I would consider giving them a second chance on a more premium pizza.

Waited for 50 minutes for the pizza to arrive. Called back three times asking for updates and they kept saying should be there in 5 min. When the pizza arrived it was cold and an ultra thin pizza, not what we asked for.

Food took 2 hours for delivery and came in cold. Ordered flavored crust ( standard) and there wasn t crust too be flavored like they always had. Called to get a remake or credit and they took off a few dollars. Never complained after years of ordering but this was as bad of an experience as possible.

What an awful location and a total embarrassment to the company. As many other reviews have said, the crust was just off and weirdly thin. Additionally, they didn t listen to any of the order notes. I m not sure if they were simply lazy or intentionally did the opposite of what we ordered (and paid for). Either way it s not a good look for the brand. We ordered extra flavoring on the crust they put literally none. We ordered extra sauce they put virtually no sauce. It was a cold, flavorless, dry pizza. Extremely disappointing. Especially since the prices have gotten so high.
They are excellent, divine everything
Local small pizzeria. Go there all the time. Great food, especially their pizza and subs. The subs actually look like a calzone. So far whatever I have ordered has been quite tasty. They really dont have eat in. Only 1 table. I always take out. No big deal. Worth it. Right now they do practice covid-19 guidelines. Call or order on line. Recommend for sure!

What a joke! Call in at 19:50 for a pizza pick up they said 20 minutes I arrived at 20:18 and guess what not ready had to wait 10 minutes more or better. I had words with the manager about this issue but not even a apologies for the wait and show poor Customer service. I will send out a e-mail to corporate about this issue with this store. That is all... plus their was a young woman sitting in the store with her mask off waiting for her pizza not eating apparently the manager didn t noticed that and she was right in front him...
I had a bad experience, I had always eaten that pizza and a new administration came and made a change in the product and now I am not thirsty, I cannot eat it, it does not have any cheese nor the worst thing is the sauce and what it puts on it is nothing I want to eat pizza not dough

Ordered a large pizza with chicken, meatball and sausage toppings through Uber, it came in piping hot and delicious with a nice buttery crust. Ive ordered here many times and am very rarely disappointed
I remember I used to eat here yearsss ago and their pizza was really good.. now, I order extra cheese and their idea of extra cheese is what I would expect from a light amount of cheese. I went in to ask about it and they said that, that is how they make extra cheese, and if i wanted more cheese I should say extra, extra cheese. Which, if going by their metric, would be a regular amount of cheese... so if you want to eat a cheesy pizza from this place, you need to ask for extra, extra, extra, extra cheese. All in all, it was a waste of money, time, and calories. Only gave 2 stars because they werent rude. (Although they didnt offer a resolution). PS: The bread is really good, so if thats what you like in a pizza, go for it. If cheese or sauce is your favorite part, then youre better off going anywhere else.
They advertised Margherita pizza and charged extra when in reality it is a cheese pizza. This is false advertising. Dont fall for it.

After I said of course, they charged $3 for delivery fee, they send me the same cold pizza. And to complete the mess they send me my Hawaiian pizza without bacon. Use Uber eat for the first time, tried this Italian place call Mama Roma ordered two shrimp scampi I couldn t believe the package when I got it for $37 and change I got two small packages with spaghetti pasta ,small very tiny portion of butterfly shrimp,has no taste no flavor the shrimp was far removed, it was not cooked in any sauce at all it s my worst experience ever, I would never ever recommend this eatery, my husband called and complained

I like the pizzas at this place, even though they have almost no sauce. However, I ordered a small-sized pizza and paid almost $10. I called to order it and pick it up. The guy didnt say anything, he just took the order and thats it. When I arrived at the restaurant there was an information posted on the door about choosing a large pizza for almost $9 and one topping. So I pay $1 more for a tiny pizza? I think the boys duty was to tell me about that promotion.

Surprised! Ive never looked at this franchise before until pizza was ordered to my kids birthday party by the organizers. The adults seemed to enjoy it, including my wife so we decided to order a couple of pies next day for dinner. Whoa it was good!! Great flavor! Good ingredients and excellent dough. Price is very competitive to the big pizza chains. Im happy that I discovered this place and its 5 minutes from my home. Cant recommended it enough. The girl at the store was super friendly also.
First time trying this place. Boy, I was surprised. Awesome pizza. Store looked very clean. The customer service part and interaction with the customer was a little off but the food quality is on point. Id definitely order again. Great job! Keep up the good work!
A cheap quick bite....
Online order wrong. I return the pizza, my new pizza is out and I am asked to wait for the manager (8-10 minute wait). Manager argues with me to return pizza, charges me $3.00 more and argues with me some more. Terrible service, ignorant management. I explained lained that $3.00 is not worth a terrible review. He responds with our customers know us.. True rating is 0 Stars. Do not.. I repeat Do Not spend your money here.
