Good time fast service

On November 15th I went my older brother to your restaurant and we ordered western smashburgers, we said well done on the meat patty for our burgers and my older brother and I waited for 45 mins for our burgers, we were so disappointed and the burgers were a big pile of Greasy, soggy and reddish on the burgers, we were so disappointed and disgusted, my older brother and I never want to come back to this poor bad service again

Mikey at the inside bar is really amazing. From the moment we sat down Mikey was attentive, friendly and incredible knowledgeable about the menu. He gave us thoughtful recommendations and ensure that all of our needs were met. He is extremely professional and managed us to feel welcome and comfortable.

Had a great time tonight with my friends. My server Alani took great care of our group and made some stellar recommendations and took great care of us. I highly recommend a trip to Carolina Ale House and ask for Alani when you get there! Shawn also rules!! He s a great manager and he always ensures that a great time is had and makes us feel like family.

At the time I was at this location on a Saturday 2pm and the location was understaffed didnt receive the attention from the server that I thought I deserved but the food was good. I went back to give them a second try and this time I got great service but bad food apparently the chef dosent know how to cook pulled pork it was Burnt. Ill stick to the other 3 sports bar in this area

Eddie is the best bartender here!!!! We always sit outside cause we are smokers. We are in the area due to medical issues that are being taken care of nearby and Eddie has not only been caring but also likes to banter like my husband and I do. We will definitely return especially when Eddie is working. FYI food is also AMAZING

This place is open late and has a hardy menu. The servers are quick and the cocktails are superb! Can get pretty loud with sports and a dj some nights. Right next door to a 24 hr coffee place.

Benita and Diego did an amazing job handling our party of 25+. Our soccer club will make this our after game home.

The food was good but the people screaming at the place was horrible and the staff didn t even bother to stop them or at least let them know that they were behaving bad.

We were a party of 60 people between adults and kids, the only alcoholic drink the adults were drinking were beer, but they didn t want to sell any pitcher of beer without food, when we decided to order food even they didn t sell anything until any all the food has been consumed they just wanted the people to spent in food! Many checks had issues! They were not prepared to receive any party or team of players!

The servers and bartenders are very nice especially Kailynn who was our bartender.

If you eat burned wings this is the place. I have been going to Carolinas for about 17 years and the wings have been a problem when we have ordered. I dont really like to complain but common this isnt right especially because we paid and we cant eat this burned like that.

The restaurant had their thermostat set to artic. Restaurant wasn t busy but kitchen was slow. The food was hot but mediocre.

Food was disappointing. Wilted leaves in my garden salad and dry old meat in the quesadilla. It s a shame because the waiter was friendly, the venue is beautiful and the sports bar atmosphere is fun. The terrible food reminded me the reason I had stayed away for so long. Years ago our friends repeatedly got sick at this place. Apparently things haven t changed.

Carolina Ale House is a must go for any delicious meal, they support the community and our JV and Varsity girls volleyball team at Cypress Bay high school. The girls loved it so much we have now added this restaurant to our favorite places to go to when dinning out. All dishes are delicious the ribs outstanding!

Such a great atmosphere. They have supported the Cypress Bay Volleyball team this season. They are always willing to give back to the community. Great food and great fun!

I love how the Carolina Ale House supports the community and the Girls Volleyball Team at Cypress Bay High School. All of the girls thought the food was amazing. My daughter said the Chicken Alfredo was the best she has ever had. She has already asked when we can go back, so she can order this again.

Great Football Watch Party experience here. Carolina Ale House treats Gator football fan well. Always get the nachos here. Wings are also good. Huge number of big screen TVs and large spacious environment for watching sports!

We visit pretty often, but lately have been disappointed in the beer. We usually come for the Kona on tap but the last few times you ve been out and or tap not working. Today we dined in and we re going to get shock top but it was out as well. I have been very disappointed with the issues with the beer and taps

I came here for some courtesy tickets I had and I asked before ordering the food if I could use them and then the manager didnt want to use them. Apart from the super bad food I had to pay for something that they initially said was acceptable
