Today, June 6, was the graduation of Franklin School, we decided to celebrate in this place with approximately 50 people since we were several families. Obviously serving such a large group requires logistics, we waited about 30 minutes, the staff was very attentive, they were also busy since there were more customers, they cleaned the tables, took the orders and were very attentive to our instructions. The food was delicious, everything was hot, freshly made, the drinks arrived quickly. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT and our children were happy and we celebrated our special moment!! Thanks to the entire Team and the kindness of the waiters!!

I like this chillis. The drinks and food is much better than the other chillis I have been.

I have Chilis closer to me but I do the extra drive. The service here is excellent and the place is always clean.

I go there every weekend and the waiters are always so attentive. And they have great cooks. And its always very clean. I would leave 6 stars if i could. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and games.

The curbside food pick up lady on 2/18/24 around 2:30-50 pm was horrible. I was waiting for around 15-20 minutes in my car after i pressed check in and no one came out. So i went inside and the lady is on her phone doing nothing so i ask for my order and the order was just sitting next to her getting cold while she was on her phone . When i got home the food was super cold but still good but would have been better if it was hot.

The food is pretty good. The service was okay. Average. Atmosphere was okay. Average. Atmosphere pretty good. Not to cold . Reasonably clean .My objection is the policy of requesting/suggesting customers pay Tips on top of 7%state tax.I find it an unethical practice to not disclose to their customers what they are doing. In order to increase their servers wages and make the customer pay for it, Chilis totals the bill with the tax and then prints suggested tipping on the bottom of the receipt on the after taxes total. Most customers would trust that this suggested amount is fair and accurate on the food total. But it is price gouging. This is a corporate wide policy and it amounts to many thousands of dollars that customers are unwittingly paying. Ethically, at a minimumThis policy should be Conspicuously disclosed In writing but more ethically and morally the company should not be deceiving or price gouging their customers. Its disrespectful and I do not respect Chilis for this policy.

This location is excellent in every way.

Food is good but why do they think 6 people can sit at a table for 4. Several Chilis seem to have this problem.

Always come here. Great service. Not haute cuisine but it does the trick! Kiddos are always satisfied. That works for me.

The worst! Got the mushroom Swiss burger with double the meat and pink temperature like their other burgers, when I got home it was 2 paper thin charcoal brackets. Not what I expected for 21 bucks. Better off going to McDonalds for a double quarter pounder for 8 bucks. What a joke! Never again!

Usually I enjoy my visits at chilis but a couple showed up with big service dog and with the encouragement of a server they had the dog sit on the bench seat with head and partial body over the table....its so sad whats happening in this country...

The food was good, on par with most Chili s I ve been to. The server was nice and helpful, even though the food took longer than usual, and the place was not even half full, so it wasn t a busy time.

Deleting too many items from the menu too often

We are not usually fans of chain restaurants and other than for a lunch meeting we have not been to a Chilis in years. Our experience at this location was amazing. Our server was actually someone we knew from another restaurant years ago that was sold. She and the entire staff were all very attentive. The food was good. Taste was fresh and the beer was cold and served pretty quickly. Again, we dont go to chain restaurants very often, but we will be going back to Chilis because the experience was that good.

It is a good Chilis location, very good position, spacious, with large parking around. The food is good and very generous. Bring something warm because the air conditioning is always on very strong.

I wish didn t have you waiting so long to see you when the entire restaurant is empty I went there with only four tables has customers yet 3 groups of people waiting to be seated for 10 minutes +

Really bad experience super bad, food grossed omg never in my life! Dont waste your money. Server was trying play server and bartender he tried but not enough staff to help him.

My only problems here were that the wait was EXTREMELY slow, after we finished eating the waiters took 30 minutes just to give us out check, and I also still dont understand how a sandwich is now a burger

This is a great Chilis. I noticed that if I order the sirloin here is much better done and thicker than other close Chilis locations. Also the service is much better, managemente must be doing some extraordinary here. Also Kudos to Chilis for supporting St Judes Childrens Hospital.

Best chocolate molten cake, with delicious chipotle crispy chicken and da best cheese burgers. Definitely coming here again.

Its Chilis so what can you really say ? You know exactly what to expect as far as the menu and how the food tastes and thats a good thing. What i can comment about was the staff and the facility. The staff was very attentive and freindly. The service was great and the dining area was clean. I was seated right away and the waiter was taking our order 3 minutes after we were seated . Our glasses were refilled and the food came out hot and correct. This is a good Chilis.

The best Chilis Ive gone to and the service and food are mostly good and the place is well maintained. Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu.

The food was not very good, my Mother and I both got food, she got boneless Buffalo wings and I got the new Brisket Quesadillas. The both of us got sick later that night, I m guessing we both had a touch of food poisoning. I will never eat Chilis again.

The Chefs deserve an applaud. Our foods were the best of the best!!! Nobody does a Fajita like Chilis. With perfect foods and service, I thank Heather the Manager for overseeing and managing a perfect culinary experience. We will be back....often

Food was good and a great value, service was a little slow but thats true everywhere at the moment. Enjoyed our meal and our daughter loves the table game console which is also very convenient to pay. This is not one of our regular restaurants but I would go back for the value. The parking can be a bit difficult during peak times.

Ive been going to this chilis Restaurant for about 12 years now. Food has always been good, and the service is a+. It seems that they have been a little understaffed lately, but that did not lower their service quality. Thank you guys!

Sometimes you just want a margarita and some fajitas and last night was one of those nights. I was really impressed that on a Saturday night they were busy but there was no wait and the service was good, the food fresh.

Cleanest Chilis Ive been to in a while. And the food was good.

I am not sure about the other dishes but the quesadilla did not taste good. The flour tortilla tasted like refrigerator and it was as hard as a cracker. Nothing tasty about it.

THE SERVICE HERE IS AMAZING AND OUR WAITRESSES JUST MATCHED OUR ENERGY. My standard for going to chilis has forever changed because of how amazing this one experience is. The service was amazing and the food was amazing. I can t wait to comeback and see those faces again!

This place is hit or miss. Unfortunately its usually a miss. Have had to send food back numerous times or order was wrong. Feel as if wait staff is not paying attention. The bar tender/waiter with the dreds is GREAT. He is on top of everything. The other guy ( the tall one) had an attitude. Would not be my first choice of a place to eat.

My hubby and his friends go to Chillis every Friday after they play tennis and they are aleays talking about this server. Two weels ago on July 29th he took me there with aother friend and the server was simply the best. He memorized your order and he brings what you order and he goes that extra mile to help. His name is Dimitri Dejean. Chillis would be proud of having an employee like him..

This Chilis I went was horrific.... Ordered their combo of Crispin Critters with the Quesadilla plate and, it was really bad!.... Quesadillas tasted awful, fries were not fresh and the chicken was hard to eat..... Absolutely overall bad. I gave this review a two stars only because the waiter gave us a great service but the food, just terrible.... I will never return there EVER!!!

We ate super delicious. They treated us very well and it was cheap. We went with children and they also had a great time.

Horrible service! Never coming back. The waitress demanded a tip, we were not even done paying. She was rude, unattentive, and couldnt even split the bill. Never gave us refills, and forgot simple stuff like straws and napkins. The level of unprofessionalism was uncalled for. Ive never been asked for a tip on any restaurant before. Sad! NEVER AGAIN! Food was like any other Chilis.
