Good product, the service can improve, but do not neglect the investment in the premises. They need to renew chairs and tables, paint walls, maintain and clean the floor, etc.

They re all nice. The ice cream is phenomenal. The only problem I have is that I have ordered the same thing every time, and every time they get it wrong (unless I just walk in and order, because I m able to stop them if they get it wrong). But every time I order cookie dough bites as my mix in, they put chocolate chips. I just have to wait in line to order to make sure I get it right I guess

Always a great spot to get a sweet treat after dinner. I had gotten wayyy too much matcha in my ice cream and they replaced it swiftly without hesitation. Lots of teens and pre-teens glazing over their phones as they ignore their names being called but it s all good, I just grab my ice cream and go Vegetarian options: They have great milk substitutes

We order from this location all the time. Tried to place our usual online order and their website wasn t accepting orders. Tried calling and spoke to a young man who was disoriented and connected me to a manager who told me he was too busy to take the order over the phone and to place the order w Uber eats. I placed this order at a higher cost and when I got the store only one item was ready and they had no idea how the second item was not ready. I ve been standing in the store for over ten additional minutes and still nothing with no end in sight. I d take a long look at staffing if I was the owner. This occurred on 1/15/24 at 5:50pm. I finally got the order a full 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. You should have seen the difficulties the young man had putting the lid on. What a mess.

Was the only person in line waiting to order and I m not even acknowledged I like to be charitable to service workers but this is the bare minimum. I walked out.

1st timer and loved it. I m an ice cream lover and I was impressed by this place. Loved the wide range of ice cream flavors n add in s. It is a bit of a wait cause I ve hear it s always packed but I didn t overly weight. The staff was killing it. They were super fast.

I ordered chocolate with fresh berries. It is very cool to watch the ice cream being made in front of you. My son loved the mist. The flavor was awesome. The ice cream was very silky. It has outdoor seating, which is very nice!

Place seems so run down. The workers were very nice though one was in pijama pants which is weird. The ice cream is also as good as I remember but that s where the good things end. The whole store smells of mildew or mold or maybe even smoke even from before you open the front door. The decor is dead and lifelessly gray. The tables are rusted sticky and dirty. I hope the owner makes some changes this place used to be the best.

The workers are nice however the ice creams at this location is too sweet. The last time I went, the consistency of the ice cream wasn t what I expected. I felt like I just ate straight sugar.

Saw this concept on Shark Tank a while back and glad it made its way to South Florida. The product itself is hard to rate because both times the end product was different. I think the major challenge is the staff here is very young with no attention to detail and the ordering process is flawed. Seating is limited - Would I return? Yes I would, but if there was another ice cream place near by I would opt for that instead. Suggestions: Improve the ordering system by having customers write their choice on a piece of paper and then hand it to the cashier so she can input the selection - or have a kiosk where you can order and then hand to the cashier. Both times I visited they had (1) cashier working and people stood there for extended periods of time deciding on the flavors and toppings they wanted. This caused for a line out the door that could easily be avoided. Train staff to not rush and pay more attention to detail! The first time my ice cream was smooth, but they got my add-ins mixed up with another person in my group. The girl realized it behind the counter, but it was pure chaos so we did not ask to have them remade. - The second visit my ice cream was as hard as a rock, they clearly left it in too long - All minor details that make a huge difference.

This is the best Ice cream spot in Weston Fl, the service is impeccable the place is beautiful the experience overall is magical. Nitrogen ice cream is the best kind of ice cream! The staff is well trained and always ready to serve no matter the time! Great attitude and very friendly. Antonio, one of the team members is funny, and charismatic, he really is the reason why this place works so well.

The ice cream is good, but unfortunately, I am not having a good experience in the last few purchases, both personally and through Uber Eats. On my last 3 visits, the ice cream was made missing something or the wrong way. In my last order through Uber Eats, they forgot to include an ingredient (Nutella swirled). After arrived home, I had to go back to the store to ask them to make another one. Im trying, but its been frustrating to be a customer to Chill-N Weston.

We popped in to meet some friends and celebrate a birthday And we had a great experience! The staff was super patient with us, and helped our big group get our order placed quickly (and with a bunch of excited kids, that s a tough task!). The kids loved seeing the ingredients turn into ice cream! The staff moved tables together for us, checked on us to make sure we all had the right ice cream combinations, and made sure we had extra napkins and spoons. The ice cream was delicious and the kids all had fun- it was a great afternoon!

Great ice cream experience and method (nitrogen process). Result a superior product. They need to make sure each serving size looks the same so no one feels cheated. The names on each order should be brought back. And bring back better advertised coupons to bring more people in the store. Cold Stone heavy competitor. The stuff is not cheap. I cant emphasize that equal serving size is very important and management sees to it that customers receive same size portions for what they paid for.

The worst ice cream place in Weston. If you want your ice cream ready under 5 mins even if you do mobile order save yourself the trouble and find another place. I had waited over 40 mins for my ice cream although I had done a mobile order. I was told that it hadnt popped up in the system even though the transaciton went through. I was than asked if I wanted to wait another 20-30 mins despite me making a mobile order. That right there wouldve been an an hour and 30 mins of waiting despite me making a mobile order like that is absurd. All the workers do in there in there is talk instead of making orders and it could be empty inside and they will still will talk instead of serving people.

The place is very nice, delicious ice creams, but the service is terrible. The guys have no idea about Customer Service, the one who speaks Spanish seems bad-tempered and threw the ice cream on the table at me, without even turning to look. Please, the service is important to think about returning and recommending the store. Thank you!!!

Untrustworthy. Bought discount coupons from this place. When I showed up to use them I was informed that the new manager wasnt honoring them anymore with no further explanation. They expired 30 days after my visit. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Dont give immoral people business. Go get your ice cream elsewhere.

I left a review two years ago, 5/5 stars. Leaving 1/5 this time. We Waited second in line for 40 minutes before deciding to leave. We never got to order. The group in front of us did not get to order either during that time. The employees did not direct any explanation towards us. They were taking care of endless online orders in the meantime. This location had customers in line with about 15minutes before closing time,rudely deterred me yelling saying that they were closed. This locations team members working were extremely disrespectful.

Great concept especially for kids to see the look alike periodic table that has menu and workflow process on oho the ice creM is made from scratch. Took my niece and got some brownie points. I did go at 1pm when it opened. There were only 4 machines based on other reviews I could see how wait times can quickly add up. However this is a unique on demand ice cream. Worth trying if you can manage the crowds.

I loveeee the icecream here and i will come back for that but the service kinda sucks. We were waiting at the front of the line for more than 5 minutes while at least 10 employees were there and none said a word to us to even wait a minute or that we will be helped shortly ):

Ice cream is great, but the customer service is terrible. My 2 ice creams where made wrong the first time, and it took me 30 minutes extra to receive my correct order. The whole process to buy 2 small ice creams took an hour. There is no management/leadership in this place. The work area was filthy and a mess. What a disappointing experience.

We love Chill-N, but with our most recent visit I was a bit disappointed. The staff members got all of our orders wrong and when we ask for a lid to take our ice cream home they would put the lid on a dirty counter with milk and random toppings (rather than just handing us the lid).

Terrible service on the weekends. I know they have a lot of costumers, but they should be prepared for that. Is not the first time it has happened to me where they took more than an hour to do my order and they made it wrong and the pints I order one of them was half full.

I have came here on two separate occasions and have been told that there was no more nitrogen all the while ice cream is being made for other customers. Ironically this only seems to happen when the closing time is soon..... This place does have great ice cream; however, based off of my past two experiences here I will not be coming again as laziness and dishonesty leave a bitter taste in my mouth!

First, I want to say the employees there were extremely nice and were working hard but my problem was the price and time. I spent an about 20 mins waiting just to order, then another 20 waiting for the ice cream to be made. On a busy day there should be more than two people working there. They were going as fast as they could but the management left them hanging. They were getting berated by customers about the wait time. Its not their fault that theyre understaffed. I was surprised when receiving the total. I bought 2 little cups for my daughter and son. One with banana the other with sprinkles and gummy worms. The total came out to 33 dollars. Perhaps I should have just gone to publix and bought a months supply of ice cream. 33 dollars for two little cups. I think they were large. Even though the difference between the small one and the large one is negligible. The pricing there is ridiculous. And the the whole nitrogen gimic doesnt make any difference. The kids didnt like it and it started to melt and run off the side the moment it was handed to me. Gave it more than 1 start because the staff was overwhelmed but still had great attitudes.

I had a nice dinner with my boyfriend, and I thought it would be nice to bring him to chill-n because he had never heard of it. I got there 15 minutes before closing, and the sign outside the door said no more than 5 people in at once. There were more than 5 people in there, so we waited outside until people finally came out. Once they walked out, I finally attempted to enter the premises, but instead was greeted with the rude employee who just closed the door in my face. Not once did anybody try and speak to me, as I sat on the bench outside looking in trying to get their attention. I know for a fact they saw us standing out there. Such bad service. I will never come to this place ever again.

They have vegan and gluten free options. Great place for people with allergies or if you want ice cream without the dairy. You can pick from alternative bases like coconut milk, oat milk, or almond milk. They are also accommodating if you let them know you have allergies like nuts they will take extra precautions to prevent cross contamination. They also note mix in options that are GF (gluten free) and V (vegan) on the sign. My kids love this place, since you can see the ice cream being made, see/feel the cold nitrogen as it is being made, and it tastes amazing.

Have been coming here for sometime now and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with their mandatory mask policy. My family and I had just finished dinner and decided we d skip the dessert menu at the restaurant to go have some icee cream here. We re all vaccinated, all of the employees already stand behind a glass and you eat icecream here!!! How ridiculous and pointless is that? We got to the door and didn t have any masks, so we turned around and said never again .
