Incredibly loud with DJ type music posing as a Miami style lounge yet in Weston. Hard to find a waiter/waitress who speaks English fluent. Food is not bad and drinks are ok. Festive suburban type spot in the middle of a Pleasantville type crowd. I have been to this same locale place 4 times and every time is a new concept. Parking: Kinda difficult to find a spot

Went for a Christmas get together, great food and very good drinks and very nice scenery however our server literally disappeared to the point that our host had to track her down to pay our bill.

Giving it 2 stars for the music and ambiance. Appetizers and entrees were terrible! Service isnt great either. Would never eat there again, especially not for that price.

Weve dined in a number of times and the food and cocktails have always been consistent. Also, the ambiance caters to all generations. From the grandkids to the grandparents, to couples out on a date. Somehow Negroni pulls it all off incredibly well. Which brings me to the staff. Bartenders, Servers, Waiters and Hosts are always on point. Our favorite is Chris. He knows the menu and cocktails the best. All of his recommendations never disappoint. If you stop in definitely ask for him and make sure you order the Dead Pool Margarita.

Cool vibe in Weston and good food! Bartenders and service were great. 1 star for the single shot martini in a sherry glass! Wtf! I have changed my review to one star overall. I am tired of getting ripped off at the bar. At the nicest restaurant in ft Lauderdale a double grey goose and tonic is $20. Here it is $30 for the same glass same ice same lime and same splash of tonic. Negroini is a good vibe but they wont last ripping people off and firing the only adult bar tendor Walter. Crazy!

Bad experience. Ordered a mussle dish. Came with 95 percent of muddled missing from shells. Told server and he laughed. Told again with bill and he said I will let the chef know. Told the manager and he said I will the chef know. Won t eat here again

Our waiter, José, was truly excellent and he took the time to explain the menu in detail and recommended some of the best dishes, which turned out to be amazing. On top of that, the manager, Matías, personally came to our table to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness made us feel so welcome. Without a doubt, we ll be returning soon! What a nice surprise! Food was amazing,service from Samuel was incredible (some of the best we ve ever had), and the overall vibe was very fun! We had several beautiful cocktails followed by an array of appetizers and then split the steak frites. We finished with the dulce de leche lava cake which was really delicious! Can t wait to go back!

After looking into many different places in Broward and Miami area to have a birthday celebration for 28 people , I realized how expensive and difficult is to make an event like this happen . Negroni restaurant came across since I was there a while ago and I had a good experience, I wanted to give it a try and ask them if they were able to help us. From the moment I made the phone call until the last minute the manager was very helpful and informative, nothing was a problem for them, very flexible with all my requests and always willing to please us. The price was perfect for our budget, no pressure, no minimum consumption was imposed, no trouble at all. The food was excellent, the service and the atmosphere was impressive, the DJ even played music for us to dance until midnight. All I have to say is good things about our birthday celebration there. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again. Thank you Mathias for a great service from you and your team.

First time in negroni. A unique experience, the drinks and food were 10/10. My waitress was called Andrea and she was always attentive to us and allowed us to have an excellent time.

I waited too long to be served even though the place was not crowded. As people started coming I noticed that their table were being waited on more consistently while I had to wait or even ask other waiters to attend to me.

Food quality dropped off so much. Chicken was super rubbery (had to throw it out, tasted like it was 2 year old defrosted chicken) and lasagna totally overcooked. Crazy for their prices.

Beautiful cozy patio, great food, fun atmosphere with a DJ music One of my fav pyrite dishes on the menu is Charcutetie Board and the best ever house made bread came just from the oven served with truffle butter this is amazing MUST try! I threw my mom a birthday party at Negroni and everything was excellent. From the beginning speaking with the events manager, Mathias, he was always on hand. Very kind and patient! There are set menus to choose from for groups with lots of variety and all the guests loved the food with the menu we chose. We were able to bring some decorations and cake with no problem. And they also took photos with a photographer of the group of guests. Nice memory. Everything was perfect and flexible until a few days before when we didnt know the final number of guests. Highly recommend!

Terrible!!! Was just there with my family, sat at the bar for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged by the bartender. He had a terrible attitude, didn t even greet us. He was busy preping other cocktails (I guess for the other guests at the restaurant) but we were the only ones at the bar and were not provided any service. I asked him what type of Vodka he had and he quickly told me the ones he had and left to keep prepping his coktails but didn t even wait for me to order or asked any of us if we were ready to order or checked on any of us at all while we were sitting there the entire time. Being that we realized we weren t going to be provided with any service, we just decided to leave. Will never set foot in this place ever again. What a terrible experience for me and my family. Management of this place should hire better staff that know how to provide a good service and make customers feel valued and acknowledged. Staff need better training in this place.

Negroni has some of the best drinks in Weston. The food is delicious and the service is phenomenal. Our server Andrea always goes out of her way to make sure we have the best time. Whether it s a birthday, a work promotion or just a night you don t want to cook, her smile, recommendations, and attention makes the experience fantastic. We love coming here!!

Service from Maria was mediocre. My husbands octopus was ok but my salad was the worst i have had. The chicken (which tasted of grilled fish) was dry and tasteless. The greens very bitter drenched with a very sour vinaigrette. The chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream was a big disappointment with tons of ice crystals. Overall, dinner was a total bust!

As a Weston local, it is a blessing to have a city getaway as authentic and vibey as Negroni. The music is always fantastic and eclectic; the lighting sets a tone usually found only in the heart of the city. The diverse menu ensures that every trip will be unique and differentiated. Top notch bartending, service and food quality. Jose did a great job in our last visit. We ll be back for our fifth visit soon!

Hello, we went for lunch with the lunch menu (2 for 1), the food was very good, where they charge you (1 dish) for the value of the most expensive one you choose, everything is excellent!!!!! , but when the bill arrived we realized that the % tips was calculated with the total amount of the invoice and not with 50% of the net value. That is not correct for them to do, you should pay the % of what you consume.....not the gross amount as if 2x1 did not exist.
