South American restaurant with a Chilean themed menu. A nice selection of Pacific fish, ceviche and quality steak of various cuts that you accompany with one of their delicious handmade sauces of your choosing. All the sides are a strong recommendation. Their fresh zesty tomatoe salad is an excellent accompaniment to all their main dishes. A full bar gives you plenty of choices for a cocktail or mocktail. Elegant decor makes for a nice date night or family dinner with lots of seating.

I was looking for a restaurant to celebrate my 50th birthday with my friends, I chose Puerto Pacifico and it was incredible! I was very welcomed by the manager, Hernan Ruiz, who suggested special menu options for the celebration and it was a success! The restaurant managed to welcome 60 women very well, all of whom praised the waiters attention, speed, organization, good food and pleasant atmosphere. I was very happy and I highly recommend it!

We went to Puerto Pacífico looking for a gastronomic experience that combined seafood and meat, and we found an authentic gem in Weston. Surt & Turf!! Great food and service

I recently tried the Surf and Turf at Puerto Pacífico, and it was outstanding. The dish featured a perfectly cooked ribeye and a succulent lobster tail, both expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and flavorful, while the lobster was fresh and sweet. Served with tasty sides like mashed potatoes and vegetables, the dish was well-balanced and satisfying. The service and atmosphere at the restaurant were top-notch, making for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Service was good. Hostess, served and bartender were very nice and attentive. We sat at the bar to have a couple of drinks and grab a bite. My wife ordered a Mango Margarita from the happy hour drink menu ($9). The bartender asked my wife what brand of tequila she want, which she chooses Casa Amigos, but we were never got warned that the price instead $9 were $26!! Yes, $26 for a Concentrated Mango Margarita with regular Casa Amigo Tequila ($37 bottle in any Liquor store) , not even Reposado. Of course, this caught us by surprise once we got the check. Like someone said is another review, not even in Ritz Carlton. We ordered the Charred Octopus, gummy, soggy, lack of flavor, and very oily potatoes. We let the Bartender know about it, and he kindly took it out of the check as a courtesy. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I dont think we will go back again.

The place is awesome! I love it. Menu has an innovative twist on seafood classics. The ocotpus skewers were to die for we ordered the Seafood Soup, and it was packed generously. I had a Chilean Rose that was at the right temperature and really good. Anais was so attentive and caring. The cheff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Decided to try this place on Friday around 7pm. Was really easy to get a table. Menu look promising and it was a great concept, unfortunately the execution was not great. Ordered an appetizer + 2 main dishes, appetizer never showed up, the fish was dry, and never got water we had to ordered twice. It felt like they are still in soft opening mode. Would definitely considered twice before giving this place a second chance.

This is the first review I have ever written. Usually if I had a bad experience I just would chalk it up to experience and not go back. I made an exception in this case because I really want this restaurant to make it as it is close by and has potential. There is a Spanish saying that when the fish smells it starts at the head. I believe this is the case. With better management and more attention to details it could be turned around. Highlights: grilled vegetable side. Cheese cake and the 4 leche dessert. Low: wrong appetizer delivered to table- we did not know. Server said it was delivered by mistake- but enjoy as it was on the house. Luke warm fish was served with ice cold sauce. All easily corrected with a little attention to detail. When all finished I asked for the bill. Was given a tablet with just the amount:$177. No problem was expected for 2 people. FYI- no drinks- I asked for an itemized bill- noticed that the appetizer that was on the house was on the bill. When I questioned the server she sheepishly apologized and said the manager said we had to pay. Also a $1 charge for a glass of water. Food: octopi skewer is inedible. Sea bass was fair at best. Shrimp and garlic appetizer was decent. Desserts fabulous. In summation see my fish saying.

We had a very disappointing experience at Puerto Pacifico. Our waitress seemed completely unaware of the Pisco Edition Tasting, and when we questioned her about items she claimed were included in our meal, she was unable to provide a clear explanation. To make matters worse, the items she mentioned as complimentary were later added to our bill. It was a frustrating and dishonest experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had a lovely experience at Puerto Pacifico. Team Puerto Pacifico treated us like we were the only one in the restaurant, top notch experience. Try the ceviche was fresh and delicious, even had the opportunity to sample unique menu items. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Atmosphere is up just because I went there for a specific chilean event. Ceviche sauce had a flavor like mild tostitos restaurant style sauce. Service is kind, but slow and not unprofessional, but seemed like the serves were on training or something like it. Food : 1/5

We are Weston residents and live across the street from town center. We decided to give this new restaurant a try. Making a reservation was very easy as the restaurant was empty when we arrived at around 6:30 PM We ordered the appetizer Sea scallops Parmesan. The Parmesan taste was very overpowering. The appetizer came out before our drinks. Then we ordered octopus with potatoes for dinner to share. The octopus came out very rubbery, And the potatoes tasted like they were just deep-fried with absolutely no flavoring whatsoever. OUR BIGGEST SURPRISE CAME WHEN WE GOT THE CHECK. We understand about the location and I m sure their rent is extremely expensive but we ordered just two drinks Moscow mule, And they charged us $42 for TWO drinks. It doesn t even cost this much at the Ritz Carlton in Miami or any of the top restaurants or nightclubs in Miami. VERY VERY OVERPRICED For the quality of drinks and the quality of food. We eat out often and will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Bad experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately I ordered a Fish Tuna and it was raw, frozen and very cold inside, I went to talk to the waitress to tell her about the situation and she still did nothing and charged me for the dish. Bad service from the place, I dont recommend it.

Great new restaurant in Weston! To be honest we were scared that another Peruvian restaurant was coming to town! We have enough and good enough! But when i saw it was Chilean with typical Chilean food i thought this has to be good! And it was! Locos, piscos, ceviches - Chile Style - Congrio, Reyneta, conchas parmesana, pulpo, erizos! En Fin! From one course to the next Puerto Pacifico has quickly set itself apart as a must-have, go to location to keep in your regularly scheduled dining programming. The Beet salad and Braised Beef empanadas we divine. The Tuna Ceviche, inspired. The Mango avocado chimichurri atop a succulent pichanha steak, A REVELATION.

Incredible food, excellent service, they made us feel at home, for a group of 8 people we ordered different dishes and everything came out on time, all dishes very well prepared and with fresh seafood. It was a great experience in every sense since the service was first class, attentive at all times to everything we needed. Totally recommended!

What a good place, what a good restaurant, what excellent food and what spectacular service. The garlic shrimp are delicious. The meat is outstanding with the perfect finish and flavor. I will return many times because I have not known a place in Florida where they treat you with so much love and respect at the same time. Here they know how to serve. Both Hernán and Ironel behaved in such a way with all of us that returning will not be a problem, rather hearing the opposite will be a necessity.

We recently visited Puerto Pacifico restaurant in Weston. It was an amazing dinning experience. This is a Chilean restaurant. We sat at the bar near the kitchen and had the greatest opportunity to see all the amazing and delicious dishes coming out. Herman provided and excellent service and he explained the dishes along with the other two chefs. They have all the Chilean seafood exquisite delicacies. We have been in the Chilean Patagonia and had have some of them before. The sea bass with the mango/avocado chimichurri sauce was great, the fish ceviche, and the fresh fish a la Parmesan was delicious. Great selection of wines too! Thank you for the outstanding service!!

Was looking forward to trying this new place in Weston but....where do I start.... Server was not prepared/trained on the menu Food arrived before even water was served. Food tasted good but found a hair in it the gnocchi with mushrooms Beet salad tasted good Wine was served as we were finishing the food Music in the patio was loud and competing with the music in the plaza such that made it unbearable. We asked to lower but to no avail Overall experience would be average but the hair made it challenging to stomach Women bathroom did not have toilet paper As compensation...desert on the house...seriously??
